For me vegan options are a good sign. The vegan pizza was great and the onion rings are to die for. San Miguel beer too, who can ask for more. xxx

Lovely pub with great food and friendly staff

The food was OK, the lady serving drinks polite, but the other 2 personality by pass not asked if food was OK not even busy. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK .

Great pizzas and very large garden. Kids playground is good for most ages. I recommend the trio of sausage pizza. Yes please.

Awful service, none of the food came out together, stood at the bar for 5 minutes while one member served others and one dried glasses, completely blanked me and my daughter, then ran off to serve another customer from an indoor table when they came to the bar to order. Then missed one of the kids deserts off our order and implied it was my fault.... Truly rubbish levels of customer service. Food was OK but better to order from the takeaway menu and eat elsewhere.

Gluten free (and non-gluten free for that matter) pizzas to die for with an exceptional and extensive range of toppings usually served within 20 mins of ordering. Dine out in the garden on a sunny day with a pint of Harvey's Best...does life get any better?

Terrible service, rude staff, cold rubbery food. This place used to be great a long time ago but it’s gone seriously downhill. Would never waste money here again and I live round the corner. Staff uninterested, don’t care and poor attitudes. Food was as bad as I’ve tasted recently. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

We had our wedding reception in the function room and it was amazing. We had help with the decorating of the room, and the buffet we had ordered was great quality and looked amazing. The grounds were perfect for photos and the staff were helpful. Pricing for the food and hire of the function room was very reasonable and I'm so glad that we chose to celebrate our big day here. Highly recommended!

We ate pizza here about 30 years ago, and I can honestly say it's as good now as it was then, enjoyed every bite, service was great and not expensive.

Went as part of a group. We mostly had pizzas, fantastic choice, great quality and size. Glad I only asked for a medium! Would recommend highly for a great pub lunch.

As a party of 10 & it being my 70th birthday We had the function room for 3 hours where we played skittles, we ordered food and drinks ad hoc and nothing was too much trouble for the staff, who were very happy & helpful, the food was all cooked fresh and was lovely and good value. Easy parking, children & Dog friendly We will certainly return and will recommend this venue to all our friends,,

Traditional cosy pub that serves a broad selection of pizza. The pizza is delicious. Excellent beer garden available for those sunny summer afternoons. All the staff are very friendly and customer focused.

Amazing food and amazing service, me and my partner came here for our first dinner date together and decided we would come back for our first anniversary on Sunday evening. We both wondered why we had left it so long before returning! We will definitely be returning and hopefully not leaving it as long next time!

If there was a way of giving this awful pub zero stars I would. Rude staff, hopeless manager, terrible stodgy pizza, greasy chips and factory produced burger. Dreadful in every way. I am also a local to this pub and will never go back. Go to the nice pubs in Henfield as this pub doesn't care at all about customers. Zero stars!!

Wow The Bull really has gone to the dogs! I’ve been a patron for 20 years and today sealed my decision to never return very sad as the pub is less than half a mile from our house. Terrible food, even worse service and the behaviour from the manager was quite frankly disgusting. Not only that but one of the bartenders told us “we don’t care if you’re local or not, the community doesn’t matter to us it’s just about making money in this economic climate”. WOW that’s the attitude to take. FOOD WAS AWFUL, SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE, STAFF ATTITUDES DISGRACEFUL. Disgusting behaviour all round.

Lovely garden for the kids to play in, dog friendly. The menu is pretty much 90% pizza, the non pizza menu is literally beef burger, chicken burger, scampi with a vegan option for a salad.

Looked really good, checking out function room and facilities. Very good, unfortunately didn't have time for lunch. Definitely going back. Still good. Still got friendly staff and good food. Good pub for value pasta and pizza..

Lots of food options pizza menu with vegan option cheese. Served quickly and we sat in the garden with the dogs which was dog friendly.

Fantastic pub Shame they don't have area's for club vehicles when motor vehicle clubs have booked months in advance Might be worth thinking about?

Great food and kid friendly!! With a lovely salad option for kids!!

Got taken on Father's day and it was extremely busy. Told there was an hour wait for food. Not a problem as it's nice to spend time with the family. It was less than an hour when the food arrived and everything was perfect. Everyone enjoyed their meal and the staff were extremely polite and efficient. Definitely going to eat here again. Good pizza and a good garden for kids

So this was a bit of a find ... Clearly popular with families. Lovely garden out back. Staff were genuinely friendly and kind.

Amazing family old fashioned pub good to visit nice selection of drinks but the food is unbelievable with handmade pizzas which are better then domino's and pizza hut

Power went down so asked if we could run a tab and the landlord was rude saying let them sort it out and to stop the questions - worst experience in a pub and won’t be back here anytime soon.

Dead. Even on a Friday evening. Only a matter of time before this place goes under. Run by rude kids that can't be ars8d and are more interested in their mates who congregate round the bar area serving THEM food but not us because they "stopped serving food at 8pm". No last orders called so couldn't get a second round of drinks at 9pm when their notice said bar shuts at 9:30pm !! Useless place, complete waste of time visiting😒

Lovely pub, amazing pizza menu! Function room and skittles which was great for the kids while we ate. Just down the road from Blacklands Farm campsite where we were staying, walking distance too, very handy 😀

Great pizza and Garden ideal for families

Our child has SEN and it is incredibly difficult to find a spot that will serve the 'right' pizza - but my word, The Bull delivered!! In the words of our son, ' i would be happy to come here any day' 👍🌟 thank you so much ☺️ ps, the staff are brilliant too!

Another relaxing lunch - a time to chat and ignore the world while eating from their extensive pizza range. Something for everyone, and a chance to try another of the "set" pizza while others made their own. Dog was welcomed, and water offered - worth a star on its own. Just need the weather to Improve to get back into the garden

Pizza was lovely and staff friendly. Table was very sticky though and needed a good clean. Probably would skip the salad and Coleslaw another time but would come back again.

Great food and gardens loads of space, indoor bowling and a kids playground, also a good place to meet to go on some lovely walks. Dog friendly.

A wasted opportunity for decent food. I'm sorry guys don't advertise stone baked pizza if it's cooked in a pan. You're simply misleading your customers. Thankfully I didn't order the pizza I went for the half pound burger. It would of been nice to see some decent beef in the burger. I'm sure I've had the same patties out of the car boot sale burger van. Massively need to up the food game. Good beer though.

Really disappointing experience of The Bull for a 21st celebration. The food was the only ok thing about the evening, but the pub 2 weeks before Christmas was empty apart from us and a small group of ladies, this was largely due to the fact that the pub was absolutely freezing, the heating had been turned off and our table had a been placed in front of an old front door which you could feel the wind whistling through. We were sat near a large radiator which was off and even when we asked to switch it on it never heated up in time and we all sat in our coats throughout the meal which was miserable. We also had a 3 month old baby in the party who just would not settle due to the cold. The pub relied on an open fire at the far end of the pub which had no logs on it. When you come out to a pub in this weather and spend £300 you expect at least to be warm. There were no other patrons in the pub and the party of ladies did the same as us and left as soon as they had eaten. The service and hospitality was very lacking and bearing in mind we were the only large party we were never spoken to by either the landlady or landlord. When we paid our bill we were asked if we wanted to leave a tip and my tip to the was not monetary but a tip telling them to keep customers happy, happy customers are warm customers. A real shame as The Bull used to be a great pub, sadly no more, I would not return with my family and would not recommend to other patrons. The 1 star is purely for the food which was ok. Very disappointing.experience especially as we had travelled out of Horsham to Henfield. Don't waste your money here.

We chose The Bull Inn to hold the wake after my father’s funeral. Nothing was too much trouble, the buffet provided was perfect and everyone was complimenting the food. The function room was perfect, the pub itself is lovely. 100% recommend to anyone thinking of having a function here or just for a nice bite to eat

The pizza was delicious. I had a medium size plently big enough for one personand they are fresh lovely atmosphere and the staff are friendly the only thing i found was we sat in the corner and it was a little bit dark to read the menu.

This is a superb pub. Great place to stop after a day fishing on the river or coming for dinner before a night session. Superb size garden. Great beers and lovely food. Very friendly staff.

Good beer, very helpful staff, nice food, pizza mainly but a couple of different options, old fashioned trad pub interior but large garden at rear although outside tables are mostly the wooden 'picnic' style and could do with a little bit of maintenance
