Serviceable and close to transport links

Mainly allocated for Refugees perhaps, but Rooms are decent and service is good.

Attended a meeting and as leaving building was rudely advised by a female member of staff that we would have to leave as it was closed to public due to asylum seekers being accommodated there. The manner which this was done was not professional and I can't understand why they would book a meeting room out in this instance. Building is also very shabby and unkempt .

I would not give it a single star stayed for one night thers was bad smell of urine in landing and lift this place has turned it's back on the people of eastkilbride and we want forget it .

Full of asylum seekers - avoid! Don't give money to hotels that collude with people traffickers (Serco).

Noise residents are very bad they don't sleep at night they jump on the floor a lot like a hammer construction workers job is too bad to do anything I told the employee that there was a problem, he says I took care of the matter and he did nothing Honestly, I hope to change this place quickly

It was so bad we didn't stay.No heating at the beginning of December is unacceptable as was the lift not working.Non0e of these issues were told to us in advance.The beds weren't made up in the twin room adjoining the double.Stained mattresses is bad enough but on display is revolting.DO NOT STAY HERE!

The staff are warm and very welcoming, the hotel is very accessible, 5 minutes and 9 minutes walks from bus and train stations respectively.

Just spent 3 nights there with the Mrs, really nice hotel , staff very friendly , decent breakfast every morning, stone throw away from EK shopping centre and 5 min walk from Village, yes I'd recommend and yes I'll be back

Room was shabby and poorly maintained qitht the toilet seat being wobbly with some urine stains on it. The room stunk of cigarette smoke which lingeree throughout my stay even though the very nice lady on reception gave me a bottle of sir freshener. Bed was comfy and I actually slept very well. Breakfast was simple but ok however the lady serving was rude, abrupt and could do with a few lessons in customer service and relations. My company will not be coming back unfortunately

I booked a room and upon arrival at about 11.30 at night I was informed that somebody else is in the room that I paid for. The staff member kept on saying their other rooms were full and there is nothing they can do about it. So basically I had to sleep in the car that night. Its a complete disgrace. The hotel management never apologised and have not refunded me my money. I made several phone calls asking to speak to their management but somehow they are never available. Avoid this hotel like the plague. They are basically a bunch of scammers.
