The Brown Cow Inn in Rochdale

Not been in the Brown Cow for a long time and was pleasantly surprised tonight. It just feels completely comfortable. Lovely staff and friendly clientele. Pub with a hug. I’ve come in with no makeup after working on a Saturday and it’s not pretentious at all. We will definitely be back. If I had one criticism it’s that the lighting is a bit bright and needs a dimmer in my opinion. But still, a really pleasant pub.

Great place to enjoy a pint, warm local atmosphere and friendly staff. Plenty of sport on offer throughout the week and a good pool table too.

My name is mearl brine this brown cow as bean my local from 1968 the land lord and land lady was Dennis Curran and Nellie Curran it’s been a great pub it’s had some great owners the landlady now Gemma is very professional landlady and all the staff are very friendly I’ve drunk with a lot of friends witch have now pasted away very sadly missed but we all need to support the village from the butchers to local shops 😎

Went to Brown Cow after an afternoon watching Burnley play cricket. What a cracking pub, lovely staff, locals and music machine! We'll be back next season.

Old sports TV pub, very dark, not changed in decades.

Turned up for darts last Wednesday, great atmosphere friendly bar staff. Plus lovely clean toilets, what more can you ask for.
