The food was the tastiest I have eaten in a long time. It was very busy, so a bit too noisy for me but it makes a good atmosphere. Service was on the slow side but we weren’t in a rush. We were offered water for the table but none came.

Lovely Easter sunday lunch would recommend. Polite and friendly staff didn’t have to wait for drinks or the food even though busy.

Stopped by The Broughton for breakfast and was really impressed — the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and the staff are genuinely friendly without being over the top. I had the Full English which was cooked spot-on, with fresh, good-quality ingredients (crispy bacon, proper sausages, and perfectly done eggs). My girlfriend had the avocado toast with poached eggs and it looked great too — simple but done really well. No rush, good coffee, and a nice place to start the day. Would definitely go back.

5 Stars - A Fantastic Experience! I had an amazing time at The Broughton near Crewe. I ordered the Bao Buns with Pork Belly and finished with the Cookie Dough and Chocolate for dessert, both were absolutely outstanding. The taste was incredible, with rich, well-balanced flavours that really stood out. The presentation was spot on too, every dish looked as good as it tasted. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and just right for a relaxing meal. Fantastic service by Jade, she made us feel Right at home. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. Highly Recommend.

Lovely Mother’s Day family dinner, but the music was far too loud for a restaurant

My family and I went there for my husband's birthday and the experience was great. The food was really good, the staff were so warm and welcoming. We had Daisy attend to our table and she did such an amazing job serving us with all smiles and making sure we were comfortable. The kids loved the experience too.

We arrived today for a mothers day treat ! And a treat it certainly was, we were greeted by Rueben who escorted us to our table which was ready on time, and decorated beautifully with mothers day balloons 🎈 we were asked twice if we had any allergies, drinks were brought without any delay, and when we were ready to order, the food arrived piping hot and beautifully presented, it was delicious 😋 we even had a little picture taken of us and it was presented to us in a little frame…. Really nice little touch 👌 Thank you for making today the best Mother’s Day I’ve ever had! Well done to Reuben and his team 🙌

Had a wonderful lunch on Tuesday 25th March 2025. Food was fantastic had the best caesar salad and char grilled chicken and hubby really enjoyed his crispy shredded beef in teriyaki sauce,all of which was served beautifully by Jordan an excellent waiter. Thank you Jordan

We love the Parogon Group and highly recommend a visit to them all however, I’ve had two bad visits lately from the Orange Tree last week and today from the Broughton, I took my wife for her birthday, they ask when you book do you want balloons “yes please” do you want a note on the table “yes please” but when I get there the balloons are on the floor by the door, and when we get seated I have to explain the table has no balloons, They then rush to pick up the balloons off the floor and put it on another table, so no chance of me getting my message card and they don’t know what our occasion is as they obviously haven’t set up the table, It’s so disappointing when this happens as it’s about spoiling my wife and making her feel special, “did my wife feel special? No chance” The food was delicious and the rest of our visit was as we would expect good service from Daisy thank you, I’d advise to phone up before you arrive to check they make your partner, family, etc special and execute your requests. This will make me look elsewhere to visit to see if the service and standards are better.

Decided to call in here regardless of the price ,it was a Wednesday dinner time 2pm not to busy so great ,shown to a table and told they will be back in a moment to take drink orders ,sadly they did not ,even though I caught the waiters eye ,no response ,after almost 20 minutes we never got any response or even acknowledgement be with you soon .That's was it it ,enough we couldn't even ask him if there was a problem ie lack of staff. So sad the place and meals looked wounderful. So we left hungry.

Amazing food, amazing atmosphere and amazing service from our lovely waiter Jordan.

We booked the ‘cosy’ area, this was definitely a good choice as it was just a quiet meal we came for and the table was located in small quiet room with groups with similar intentions. The rest of the restaurant was definitely very active and had a great atmosphere if this is more your vibe. The food was great, tasted amazing and the portion sizes were also good for value as we both left full after sharing a starter and had a main course each. I had the panko chicken and it was delicious! Everything blended so well taste wise. My friend had the classic burger and was too full to eat their chips! Overall would definitely recommend for any occasion!

Great Sunday roast. Izzy & Elliott looked after us and couldn’t fault the evening.

Following my visit on Friday 28th February I enjoyed my meal, which was sea bass and prawn curry, but unfortunately, my sister’s steak was tough and not up to the same standard. The music was far too loud, which made it difficult to enjoy our time. I raised my concerns and received a response from Reuben, who stated that they’ve had no other complaints and that the volume is always set at that level. I didn’t feel my feedback was taken seriously, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I won’t be returning or recommending the venue to my friends and colleagues.
