Had an excellent time for new years, Millie serving drinks was excellent the whole time and really attentive

Our waiter Jordan was perfect, quick and well mannered, excellent service.

Some of the nicest interior designs I've seen from a restaurant in some time. Everything aesthetically looks great which then matches up with exceptional service and a really great atmosphere.

First visit in about 20 years and what a fantastic visit we had, my son had booked a table for my 50th birthday, there was a small wait for our table but the service was impeccable. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming with many people celebrating and enjoying their evening. The food well what can I say just wow, we were not rushed one bit and thoroughly enjoyed our evening…..we will definitely be back, thank you for making my evening.

Lovely atmosphere and great food

Came here this evening 30/12/24 with my mum. Just walking up to the front door you can the energy this place will not disappoint. Absolutely loved the food, atmosphere, energy and customer service. This restaurant is going to become apart of my regular restaurant rotation system 😎

Tonight was my first ever visit to The Broughton, and definitely not my last either. OMG it was amazing. The food was to die for. The service and recommendations we received from our server Jordan were bang on. Jordan recommended the soup of the day, which was creamy chestnut mushroom. Absolutely delicious. For main I had the seabass and kind prawn Thai curry which is my sister's favourite, I believe it is mine too. It was outstanding. The salt and pepper fries we had as a side dish were equally outstanding. Jordan was very attentive, chatty, professional and he literally couldn't do enough for us. He ran off his feet but still made time to check on us. It was an absolute pleasure to join you tonight and I cannot wait for my next visit. Thank you Jordan and the rest of the team for making our night extra special.

Really like this venue, it has an air of grace and class to it. I would have liked to have given this venue a 5 Star, however it fell short for me on two grounds, the lack of premium spirits, it's Christmas, I like a Malabu and coke, they don't serve Malabu. I must stress we were a walk in, I was with my friends from the TV show - Real Housewives of Cheshire, we asked for a table, we were told 10 minutes, we asked 20 minutes later, to be told that they're wouldn't be a table for another 30 minutes, staff need to communicate, we left hungry, with nearly an hour stood at the bar.😭

Had a lovely Sunday dinner, Shannan was our server, she was brilliant, very attentive and polite.

We were visiting the area and our hosts took us here for dinner. I love the decor, plenty of good atmosphere and great vibes. Almost all of us had the teryiaki chicken & green onion skewers and it was absolutely great. My husband had the cottage pie and he polished his plate in record time, always a good sign.

The waiting staff were extremely polite & efficient. Roast beef was excellent and broccoli cooked to perfection. Generous portion sizes but not over facing. Uncle is addicted to honey pigs in blankets Very pleasant Sunday lunch!

We had a fantastic meal at The Broughton. The service was attentive and friendly without being overbearing, which made for a very enjoyable dining experience. The food was excellent, with the standout being the steak teriyaki starter. It was perfectly cooked, tender, and packed with flavor—an absolute highlight of the meal. The rest of the dishes were just as impressive, showcasing great attention to detail and quality ingredients. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable evening, and we’d happily return for another visit. Highly recommend!

Had an amazing meal with my 2 daughters, the service was extraordinary as there was always someone to ask for drinks or anything else. The food was very very good, and even the kids lived it.

2nd year at The Broughton for Christmas day dinner and another great experience. Great venue and friendly and helpful staff, the food was exceptional and the whole dining experience with family and other families made for a great atmosphere. Pace of the service was spot on, around 3 hours from start to finish was just perfect as don't want to rush 6 courses. A big thank you to all the staff for making the experience worthwhile. Well done guys.

We have enjoyed our first family Christmas meal in the Broughton. What can I say... the decor and setting is flawless. Amazing place to eat and drink. The meal, the service considering how busy it was impeccable. We have done all of the venues in the paragon group. I have been impressed with every single one. I must say the service and food at the Broughton is the best. The staff and the managers were so welcoming and polite. An absolute pleasure and will be visiting regularly. Thank you so much for such a memorable evening, meal and experience.

Attended for my birthday on christmas eve. Even though it was busy the staff were friendly attentive and helpful. Food was absolutley delicious and it was an overall joyus occasion.

This is my 4th visit to the Broughton in the last 12 months, the ambience and aesthetic is brilliant, but the service and food is lacking. I struggle to comprehend how Paragon has other successful venues but this one unfortunately doesn’t compete. After being seated at our table, 20 minutes had passed and no one came over to take a drinks order, we had to ask. The drinks arrived, another 20 minutes had passed, and no one had taken our food order. Again, we had to ask someone to take the order. Our starters arrived, which overall were presented well but they were barely warm, we returned the garlic pizetta as it was literally swimming in oil and the centre was just raw dough. After finishing our starters, it took more than 20 minutes for someone to notice the clear plates. Our mains then arrived, the burgers were fine but the vegetables with the roast turkey were overall inedible and extremely under cooked. Again, the food was barely warm. I can’t help but feel that if the Broughton wasn’t in the location it was and didn’t have the ambience/aesthetic that it does it wouldn’t be a success. The service is shocking, it’s like your made to feel as though you're an inconvenience. I accept and understand that this is an extremely busy time of the year, but the venue seemed well staffed, we arrived at 8PM when the majority of service is complete as well. Unfortunately after this most recent experience I won’t be returning nor will I recommend.

Good service, ambience and food.

Jordan our server on the evening was exceptional. He was polite, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to have serve us. Would definitely come again. Can't say a bad word about the restaurant or the food and can't wait to return!

Food service and surroundings are first class

Disappointing Christmas meal with my family group. All main courses were tepid at best. Didn't return them as they took so long to get to us. Customers with the standard menu seemed to be a lot happier than we were.

We enjoyed a wonderful lunch today, the service by Shane was fantastic. The food was delicious and we look forward to coming again soon.

We had a table booked at 8pm for a 22nd birthday, we had to wait 20 minutes because the table wasn’t vacated yet. However, the food the service from Shane and the drinks were brilliant.

Great food and excellent service, I’ve dinner here three nights in a row tasting different plates and all of them were amazing taste, highly recommend. The variety of food and drinks is great, service is nice, quick and very polite.

Had to say Chicken Skewers are not good, burnt and somehow fatty, lovely place and staff nice.

Had a Xmas meal and cocktail with a friend and it was really enjoyable. Service was provided by James who was attentive, helpful and friendly. Food is always of a high quality. Love The Broughton.

I had fantastic time in here. Even with it being busy service was very good as always and food was fabulous. One thing I missed though is the Biscoff espresso martini, that was taken off the menu a while ago and I absolutely adored it.

I have always had a great time at the Broughton but this time we were a very large group so I was a little apprehensive as to how everything could run smoothly. However, the service was amazing; everyone was served at the same time by smiling staff, no waiting around at all. The food was both delicious and beautifully presented- so many positive comments from the group. Well done to everyone iinvolved. There was so much going on that I have forgotten the name of the particular staff member who had been allocated to our group; he was exceptional.
