Extremely rude member of staff. Very poor service. We asked for tea when the restaurant was half empty. The server asked us to first sit in the booth and after we settled down and asked him for tea, he rudely instructed us to move to the bar and refused to serve tea where we were sitting. Since we do not drink alcohol, we requested him if we can continue in the booth and we will finish in 10 min. He got agressive about us moving to the bar. It’s a shame how they behave with the customer after letting them settle down in a booth.

Very disappointing experience. Everything was geared towards self-service; when customers were waiting at the counter, it took ages for a staff member to show their face. The hot drink machine (again you serve yourself) stopped working due to an error message about the milk needing replacing - we couldn’t see any staff to get anyone’s attention for several minutes which was ridiculous. All hot drinks came with free refills which was decent. Cakes in the chilled cabinet were not covered, which was unhygienic. Tables and floors were not clean - I had to wipe our table myself with one of my own antibacterial wipes which I carry. Cutlery was dirty and there were no napkins - shoddily replaced with some blue roll!! Had to ask for sauces when the food came as the Sauce Police only permit you to have 2 sachets with each meal, but there are none in sight so you can’t even help yourself to your rationed sachets! Jacket potato was barely lukewarm and the butter was missing. Chips weren’t hot either and my ‘garden peas’ were disgusting and verging on inedible. Garlic bread was fairly nice, but tasted cheap. Omelettes were okay. As mentioned, this lunch was very disappointing due to the multitude of reasons outlined. It’s also a ridiculous rule that you can only have 2 hours’ parking - difficult to fit in doing a food shop AND having lunch at Morrisons (or the Costa on site which is much better) within so little time. Morrisons cafe seems to have gone downhill, as I remember it being decent several years ago. From this recent experience, unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend eating here.

I knew I was making a mistake when I walked in the fish bar. Was so quiet not even a hello or welcome. Took them 15 minuits to give me 2 donner kebabs and a fish cake, battered sausage and curry sauce. Guy was coughing whilst doing my kebab and didn’t cover his mouth. Food was nasty tasted like it had been sat there all day. Will never go here again Realised they had a food hygiene rating of 3 when I walked out. Place just needs to close all together when serving food like that
