Fab pub, just how it should be , warm friendly and inviting, Husband says it's the best pint around!!

Great place for a friendly pint. Just 50 yards from the Leeds and Liverpool canal towpath.

Only passing didn't actually visit

Arrived at approx 10pm on a Tuesday but the pub was closed, despite the hours on their website and Google... Looked through the window and looked like a building site so not sure if it's closed down or being refurbished. :(

Called at a very busy time. But they coped well.

Not very accommodating management needs to be reviewed.

Good resalabley priced beer. Plenty of seating and TVs to watch sports.

This is a great little village pub, with a rustic interior full of character. It was our first time in here this evening and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We hadn't realised when we walked in that tonight was a quiz night and play your cards right with cash prizes, but if that's not your bag, then there's a pool table to shoot a few games on.

Great pub near appley bridge train station. Excellent service from the staff and a lovely welcoming fire! Plenty of screens to watch the footy and good beer too!

We were out for a walk an popped in we were driving an only had a cup of coffee an cup of tea staff were lovely pub is really nice an my cup of tea was perfect
