If your anywhere near it it's worth a visit very friendly staff and the food well try it beautiful

Nos sorprendió gratamente la decoración encantadora tanto en el interior como en el exterior, y el ambiente cálido cuando entramos por primera vez. Desafortunadamente, ese ambiente encantador se agrió rápidamente. Después de sentarnos en una mesa al aire libre, fuimos al bar a tomar un par de copas. Me sirvió un calvo con gafas, que parecía tener unos treinta años. Decir que su actitud fue grosera y desagradable sería una eufemismo. Su tono era condescendiente, y mostró un comportamiento visiblemente hostil. Las preguntas simples se respondían con miradas fijas, y cualquier intento de conversación educada se cerraba con respuestas cortantes y despectivas. Esto no fue solo un mal servicio — fue una falta de respeto. Todo lo demás sobre el pub era fantástico, e inicialmente habíamos planeado quedarnos a tomar más bebidas y cenar. Sin embargo, sentirnos tan incómodos debido a este miembro del personal nos llevó a llevar nuestro negocio a otro lugar. Es una lástima que un miembro grosero del personal pueda empañar lo que podría haber sido una gran experiencia.

We had some fries and pizza and everything was delicious. The staff were professional, kind and friendly. The actual space is great. Something to note is that the 20% student discount is no longer available although posters are everywhere advertising it. Current discount is 10%

Good pub with class beer garden

We are regulars but lately the food has been really inconsistent. We usually take advantage of the bogof pizza deal but over the past few months they have been of a much poorer quality. In on monday and our pizzas didn't seem fresh, were thin and totally dried out. Such a shame as they used to be really juicy and decent. Also feel some of the newer barstaff aren't as friendly or attentive which makes you want to go elsewhere.

Good beer garden, reasonably priced, although I haven't eaten there the pizzas look good. Famous for a scene in trainspotting where Begbie throws a glass from a balcony to instigate a fight

Rude ppl who worked there. The two middle-aged women were angry when I tried to tell them I'm a student and slammed the card reader down and mumbled under her breath also. I'm not gonna go back if you have an attitude problem.

Nice selection of beers, nice atmosphere with live music (sometimes), and very good and wonderfully messy burger 🍔 😀 😋

Love it here! The food is always so good and it's just such a nice pub 😊 We were in on Mother's Day for dinner & really appreciated how lovely the team were especially as they were all so busy!!

Great selection of beers. The food was really good, the Brewhaus burger was my favourite. Staff were nice and friendly.

Un hallazgo brillante, precios razonables y buena comida. Realmente disfrutamos viniendo aquí en verano, ya que las cabañas de pastores son fabulosas para bebidas 'al aire libre' sin dejar de sentir un poco de privacidad como si tuviera su propia cabaña. Gran diversión, servicio siempre brillante y personal muy agradable. Las pizzas son deliciosas y el piso de arriba es muy divertido si te gusta un juego de billar!

Got a voucher on Itison for Brewhaus with very limited t&cs- 2 burgers or 2 pizzas with chips. Arrived and was told it was only a 3 burger options or 3 pizza options- not mentioned on the itison advert or t&c's. Asked about a plain burger- not an option. Asked about the pulled pork burger without the pulled pork or cheese- apparently they aren't meant to do that and there isn't an option on the till for it. Bit confusing as that would have saved the venue money on cheese and pulled pork. The waitress did offer to ask the chef if it could be done, but if they aren't meant to do that I wouldn't want to get her in trouble, so went for a chicken burger. Waitress was friendly, but sounds like the management might be a bit out of touch. When the food came it was surprisingly good, but would suggest not buying a voucher while the voucher is as misleading as it is. Venue was cold- a bit of heating would have been nice, and although not the venues fault, it cost us over £6 to park on the street next for an hour and a half.

I had a pizza and a Guinness, great value, happy smiling staff and a pleasant environment, Bank Holiday Thursday 2nd Jan, very enjoyable, thank you. Guinea 9.5/10, £5:65 (no one gets a 10/10!!! Haha)

Great bar with a great selection of drinks. Food served all day, all reasonably priced ,where staff are friendly and efficient. Live music some nights

I used to go in regularly but not so much recently as it feels like the drink prices have gotten quite expensive. Unless you're drinking Tennents then the average pint is around the £6 mark (more if you want an IPA) and a medium white wine is nearly £7. A bit pricey for a pub that's closer to Maryhill than it is the West End. On the plus side it's got a great beer garden and the food is decent and not overpriced.

Fries were the best i ever ate, but my panini was almost not eatable because it was so dry, no sauce on it, dry chicken, dry bacon. Atmosphere is really great, but barely heated. bring jacket

What can I say... Fantastic place, excellent food, excellent beers, the owner Luca (made in Sicily) is really smart.

Just the place for a pint and some food after a long travel day. Had a couple of beers, a pizza and the mac and cheese. Delicious food, friendly staff and a warm inviting place. We’ll be back next time we’re in the area.

We are regulars and know lots of the staff members. A friend forgot their id so the bouncer told us we could not go in. we left without confrontation as could be verified by cctv. The next time we went in my friend was told to leave because the bouncer had told stories of my friend being abusive to the bouncer which is false. This is a nice pub with nice staff. It is a shame that they continue hire this bouncer.

I love the brewhaus have been coming for many years, service and atmosphere always amazing but recently the food has really been letting it down I used to love the food in the brewhaus but in the past couple months it has went right downhill don’t know if they’ve changed chefs or cheaping out on product but it’s honestly not good food anymore

The food was awful as was the service! Steak pie that had the gravy cooked away and was stuck to the dish. Fish that looked uncooked inside and a batter that didn’t look fresh. Mash potatoes were bland and watery, no creaminess to them. Staff barely look at you and take ages to serve at the bar, even thought there were only a few people in. We spent a decent amount of money too as there were 5 of us and we all good food and 2 drinks each. Total waste of hard earned cash!

I popped in for something to eat before I headed out, staff were very welcoming and extremely busy but handled themselves well, food was lovely and entertainment was class, spent most of the night here, would definitely recommend this place!

Just hired the loftt in brewhaus for my daughters 21st birthday and would like to thank Pamela and all staff for a fantastic evening thoroughly enjoyed by everyone (buffet fantastic, cocktails 🍸 😀) A great night enjoyed by all in a chilled and relaxing pub

Great pub with a fab beer garden

I love coming here with friends but we can NEVER stay for food because they only have one vegan option, and often they don't have it in. Very disappointing as its local and dog friendly.

Great place to enjoy sport or a (rare) summer's day in the large beer garden.

Updated, emboldened & lovely. Makes use of space & situ.

While on the hop on/hop off bus, I specifically hunted down this legendary pub, when I was 1.3 miles away. As soon as you step in the door there's a sign that you've found the famous pub from the first Trainspotting movie. I took some pictures, met another fan and we both got drinks to take upstairs to drink where the lads drunk. It was an awesome experience & I even took a video of myself bopping about then putting Born Slippy music on the vid. Lovely beer garden, too.. I came along for one or two drinks and ended up staying for a few hours. I highly recommend a visit if you're around Glasgow and you're a fan of the movie.

Nice wee pub in the west end, with plenty of space and seats. Tried the pizza a few time and it's really really good!

Wonderful place. Was there yesterday with my wife for a drink. Warm hospitality, nice cold draft beer and plenty of TVs. Couldn't try their food as it was late, but the time spent was really good. Great place to unwind.

We stopped by here as a first port of call for a stag pub crawl after watching the footy. We were supposed to be here for 1! However because of Jodie’s exceptional service we stayed for about 8. Every time we were ready to go, she offered us a drink or a shot. Every time our table was nearly up (with a reservation scheduled), she found us another one. No one was ever left wanting. I run hospitality businesses and she is a true asset to any company. Bravo Jodie

Great little hidden gem near the Botanics. Good beer selection, really good food (pizzas and burgers especially) and overall a good vibe. Glad this place is now our local!

I did not enjoy the food and the atmosphere was not great either. Left after one drink and felt annoyed I had spent my money when I could've had a much more pleasant and tasty experience elsewhere or at home even. A previous visit when it was a bit less busy and there was actually music on was a bit more pleasant but I wouldn't order the food again.

Picked a table here on a Tuesday night for the Scotland game, hadn’t realised it was their weekoy quiz night but I was advised before arrival the game would be shown just without the commentary. Very friendly chatty ans welcoming staff, great pint of tennants and my friend and I went for a couple of pizzas and some spicy fries, food was quick and brilliant. It’s got a great bit of history this place so if you want to come in for a cosy pint or a decent beer garden for the summer come and give this place your business.

I really want to like this place and their selection of beer is good but they do need to get their act together on food. I ordered a burger that should have had a brioche bun and bacon in it, and it had a sad white bread bun and no bacon instead. My partner ordered a gyros and she got a tortilla wrap instead. Disappointing. Please do better.

Takes dogs, food is good, prices are fair and service and atmosphere is also good. Screens showing afternoon results rather than live sports so possibly not subscribed to paid sports services which are usually expensive for pubs. Didn't detract from our visit and will definitely be back - thanks!

I really like it here because the staff are wonderful BUT the lighting is all wrong - those lights that come down from the ceiling on the platform are like the sun when you’re under them, it could be so much glowier in the whole place which would really change the atmosphere. Additionally - there are beautiful candles on the tables that we aren’t allowed to light due to health and safety - why not just put electric candles and put us out of our misery? Cheers love your staff just having a vent x

Ran out of various food. My son goes there as he loves one of the meals ( very fussy) . They had ran out.

It's the perfect place to go with friends or even on a date. On the mezzanine they have a pool table, and I saw that they do quiz nights and also happy hours with discounts for food and drinks. I'm looking forward to going back. Their Instagram page has many great videos too.

Best pint of Guinness I've had in Glasgow for a long time. Bar staff definitely know how to pour it and friendly too.

A great wee boozer. Good selection of beers, great service. Doesn't need to live on its Trainspotting Movie set past. Is a little bit out of the way but well worth the visit. (Winter ain't the time of year for it, but worth noting they have a cracking beer garden)

Went in for drinks and had a little cannoli with my pint. Cannoli was very stale which was a real shame as it kinda puts me off eating here (maybe unfairly!). Pints were decent and although they do show sport, the set up is not great for watching sport - it’s more on in the background. Having said all this, the beer was decent and I would go again if I’m passing.

Superb institution. Used to go here when it was Crosslands, and they did the Poutine ( chips with melted cheese and gravy - superb). Had a quick pint the other day. FUN FACT: Its one of the pubs in TrainSpotting.

Only in for one, but lovely staff, it was early, so many of the tables were empty, but with reserved tickets for later in the evening, so that's good!

I like this place and decent drinks and food but at times you see the bar staff are a bit to into phones than service. The below is today but it's common when coming in for food. Had lunch today and 2 staff at bar and 2 in kitchen, was fairly quiet under 20 customers. Our food was ready and kitchen press a small bell and left under a heat lamp. One bar staff serving and other on phone. After a while a staff member walked past kitchen and did not see our food sitting under heat lamp. Had to point this out to them to get it Then table next to us, same happens and they went for their own food. Neither of the tables got cutlery etc and had to sort themselves. Kitchen quiet so no idea why the 2 staff can't bring food. Bar staff district on phone and not hearing the kitchen bell. Overall it's a nice bar and the food is fine but the staff are a bit overly comfortable on phone etc rather than serving. However once the bar got busy the service sped up for other customers. I would go back but any time I am there the service is very slow.

Bar was busy late on Saturday afternoon, a good atmosphere. My friend and I chose to sit in the lovely beer garden as we had dogs. The individual cabins are gorgeous. We had 2 large white wines and 2 coffees, at over £20 it was not cheap, hence the 4 stars. But it was a lovely early evening outing, the wee cubicle was decorated really nicely, so I would go back, but would just not drink a lot there! A plus for me is that it is very dog friendly!

Came in with the family for a quick bite to eat tonight. Staff were really friendly and the food was absolutely delicious as always. There is something for everyone. Cosy wee place too.

We were at your place today ,were gona eat there but observed a dog jumping on table and a child sitting on a table not hygenic , staff very indifferent .will deffinately never return

Friendly and characterful pub in Glasgow. Comfortable seating, good beer selection and even brought us water and bar snacks for our dogs! Very much recommended!

Absolutely love going to the brewhaus, a firm family favourite. Staff are friendly, meals are lovely and the kids (and adults) love sitting in the wee hut’s which are perfect for our Scottish weather. Altogether a relaxing and happy meal.

Class food, great portion sizes and well worth the money. Bar man was very friendly. Would recommend!
