Came for a birthday and both Kerry and Jaquin were phenomenal at catering for our dietary needs (coeliac and a vegetarian) would recommend to every person.

Went for a meal for my brothers 18th birthday, we did mention this on the booking and nothing was doing or asked about it shows how much they pay attention to the booking. Food was coming too fast by the time you got some meat on your plate the other was coming seconds later while you had the first one on the table. The red/ green card on the table was pointless once we put it on red and the green again we waited over 20 minutes for more meat to come and that was only because we asked if more was coming 😂. Had one cocktail I think it was called something goose but it was so sweet and couldn’t taste any alcohol in it at all. Over all disappointed and doubt that will be going back.

Emma & Kerry are exceptional hosts, constantly checked in with us and made our meal very nice. The boys in the kitchen deserve a gold medal as well. Also incredible at what they do Food was immaculate, my girlfriend has talked about the honey pork for weeks from our previous visit. We would and will definitely come again. 5 stars all around

Really disappointed with this restaurant. I booked for my son’s 18th birthday, the first disappointment was that we weren’t all sat in the same table, they sat us on 3 separate tables. If I had been made aware of this I would have reconsidered my booking. Secondly the meat was raw, we all like medium rare meat however the lamb was like jelly, the beef was barely cooked. At £50 per head it was very disappointing.

We have been very poorly after this meal. 4 of us have had bad stomach and been very ill been sick all evening and this morning. we must report it to the council. The food was bland and some of the meat had a bad odour it smelt like fish. Surely others must have been affected yesterday. Please leave a review and contact the council to report it.

Pleasant interior & exterior. Great standard of meat and salad bar plentiful enough. Accomodating, friendly service. Meat chuckers seem a little abrupt and in some cases odd, but they're doing good work. Cocktail menu looked exciting.

Absolutely stunning food. Me and my wife just wished we had more room for to sample more of the delicious meats. Joaquim was a charming server and excellent host!

“Disappointing service despite good ambiance” Bottomless lunch ❌ Bottomless Salads ✅ We visited for a bottomless lunch, but unfortunately, the service was a major letdown. While the ambiance was nice, the staff seemed uninterested and inattentive. Although the unlimited salad was decent, getting the meat, which is supposed to be part of the meal, was almost impossible. We barely saw any servers come around with it, and when they did, the portions were tiny. With 90 minutes to dine, we spent most of that time waiting for food that never arrived. If you’re just looking for salad, this place works, but if you’re expecting more, don’t bother. Definitely not worth the money or the time.

Extremely poor service and staffs were least interested in serving . We wasted a lot of time waiting for the food and unlimited lunch was just unlimited salads. I won’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. It’s absolute waste of money !!!

This is an all-you-can-eat restaurant, where you can enjoy a feast of meat. The specialty here is that the chef will come to you early with a skewer of meat, humming a song, and share the juicy pieces of meat freshly baked on his hands, and there are a lot of them. Variety, super delicious, I ate 8 different kinds of meat and I was so full before I finished it

Worth the price, their chef delivered amazing Brazilian steak. I enjoyed the venison that was served during the service rounds. Would definitely visit again. I hope they could add another grilled fruit option aside pineapple for some of us who don't take pineapples.

Fantastic place! What a different experience, brought here by some friends, stuffed is an understatement. The meat is just too class. Pick your sides from an amazing array of salads and spud based (I was happy) and then the meat just kept coming round, freshly cooked and soo many different flavours. Staff really friendly and manager was so helpful. Amazing! Definitely recommending and will be back when I’m back in town.

Food was mostly top notch, just didn't enjoy the pavlova; just a meringue nest from Tesco broken up. For £6.90, not impressed. It was already expensive, so when the bill arrived with a 10% tip already added, I was a bit shocked. Is this normal in Hull?

My partner took me me for my birthday 27/09/24 Booked at table for 6:15 We got there 5mins earlier Female staff very welcoming sat us at our table Ordered red wine Enjoyed the buffet and the chef service Food amazing But some people have to have a break in between digestive there food The time was coming to7:45pm when a male member off staff told us we have a few mins left and have to leave to the table My partner asked if we could sit in the foyer to finished our bottle off red wine off He said fine I felt like I and my partner had to rush under the two hours because they was getting busy now I feel the male staff member who told us we have minutes left at our table which we still had 15mins left When only me and partner sat in foyer finishing our wine He brought me chocolate crunch and sparkle Because off my birthday plus feeling guilty rushing off our table earlier

I did book table for 6:15 for wife to be birthday, arrived 5 minutes earlier couple tables of 2 already in less then 2 hours bear in mind the new meats were still coming when the manager??? said we have 5 minutes left to leave when the other 2 tablets before us they were still eating ??? Management needs training!!!

I have been twice! The first time was bad. Took too long before we can have the meat. It was understandable because it was newly opened that time. The second time was a mistake! We got fed up of waiting for the meat! So we end up asking for the bill! The man who was serving the meat said 2 minutes and he just by pass us . Will never ever come back anymore!!!!

Excellent food. The salad bar was very well stock and lots to choose from. The meats were very good quality and very tasty. Service was excellent, full credit to the staff. The atmosphere was lively but not noisy and the music added to the vibe. I cannot praise this place enough.

A fabulous place! After being let down by another restaurant we decided to try here and we’re were absolutely NOT disappointed! We ordered a couple of cocktails whilst we waited for a table (we hadn’t booked and it was a Saturday) which were absolutely spot on. When shown to our table all the staff were absolutely lovely and so friendly. The meat started coming and was all cooked perfectly, the steak just melted in the mouth and there was plenty of choice. The salad bar had plenty to choose from too! A few more cocktails and they were all so good. Should have come here in the first place and we will certainly be back

Hadn't been for a while, but popped in while walking around the marina. Greeted by a lovely blinde day begind the bar who served us our drinks amd engaged in conversation about our day. The cocktail was fresh and fruity and the Brazilian sodabis definitely worth a try! Didn't eat this time but while walking to the toilets I wish we were, the salad bar looked bright and vibrant, and the meats circling the restaurant looked delicious. Can't wait to eat their again!

Wonderful atmosphere in a very tastefully decorated environment, the staff were polite, friendly and very informative & efficient, the food was beautifully cooked, tender and very tasty, the salad bar had a large amount of variety and again looked and tasted so beautiful, a wonderful dining experience i would recommend highly to friends & family.

We went to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary and everyone who greated us congratulated us, which was such a lovey gesture. We've been a number of time and once again Adam who was one of the team serving us, was really engaging and entertaining and once again made the whole evening enjoyable. Great food, great atmosphere and great staff. Also they make one of the best Pinacolada I've had in the UK!!

We had no booking and just walked in for a cocktail and a nosy look around. The atmosphere and the staff were perfect so we asked for a table. The food was excellent and service was the best I've had for a long time. Adam T was a particular highlight. Great fun & made the night. Will be back.

Not our first time in this beautiful and unique establishment, everything is delicious, all the meat is perfect, all the salad bar and buffet has its own lovely different food and we can all find something we like. Kind of a all you can eat while still having some choices on the menu for the non meat eaters. We were served today by Joaquim, very kind and smiley person, had a little friendly chat and like everytime we come around we fully enjoyed every minute of the experience. Will of course be back, as we know we will never be disappointed.

Nice place nice food, however, when they are serving the meat they go to the same tables over and over, we had to work at getting noticed to get fed which became frustrating and tiresome. One Large booking Just dominated the food leaving us sat waiting constantly.

Really nice food, however had to ask for larger portions as they only cut little bits of the food off and food was sent around very slowly woth long periods of wait time inbetween each type of meat so we sat there waiting.

Sat outside Great setting on the Marina. We had the best Meat and Cheese sharing platter we’ve ever had! Also the service was outstanding, we’ll definitely be visiting again.

My wife and I were looking for something different for lunch and after a internet search found this place on the Marina. The food was excellent and plentiful. The staff were friendly and helpful, the service was very good, the restaurants serving concept was nouvelle. The restaurant has lovely aesthetics and character. I would thoroughly recommend The Brazilian. Hull could do with more restaurants of this quality and standard. We will definitely be returning.

We have been to this place twice and it has been great, unfortunately this time it wasn’t, we arrived after lunch around half 2 ish, whilst the meats were tasty they unfortunately were cold/luke warm, we only got half the menu, it felt like because we’d arrived after lunch they didn’t wanna bring out new meats or have any more prepared? Chips were cold and the potatoes in the hot plate were dry and like warm again. Staff were very nice as usual. However it has put me off attending for lunch again.

Absolutely lovely place to dine with amazing food and amazing service! All the staff were lovely but a special thanks to Joaquin who definitely loves his job and knows how to keep customers happy through out serving! Will be coming again for sure :)

The best experience yesterday at The Brazilian. I went with my 6 month old daughter and my husband for an early birthday meal and they could not be more accommodating. The lady who looked after us (sorry didn't catch your name) was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and she got us a highchair when our daughter got a bit unsettled and kept checking in to see if we were OK and what else she could do to help us. The men serving the meet were so lovely, had a laugh and a joke with us every time they came round which made the experience so much nicer. Will definitely be back hopefully asap and would recommend the restaurant to everyone! Drinks are reasonably priced too and the selection of food is brilliant!

I was trying Brazilian cuisine for the first time at this restaurant, and I was thoroughly impressed. The steak and salad were absolutely delightful, cooked to perfection. The only downside was that the place was a bit crowded, but honestly, it didn't matter much because the food was simply delightful. The cocktails were superb. I enjoyed them so much that I ended up ordering two. Lol. I can't wait to visit again!

Food was lovely but as the place became full they didn't seem to come round as much. One of the waiters hardly had any teeth and wiping the sweat off his head whilst dishing up very of putting . We also weren't aware of a time limit on the table .

Lovely place, but the staff really make it great. Attentive and warm. Joaquin, our server was brilliant but Ellie who checked on us to see if we needed drinks was wonderful - she made our night - so friendly an accommodating! Nothing was too much trouble! As native of Brazil, for us the “Brazilian food” was lacking the full Brazilian flavour. Saying that, I do understand that it is a business and they have to cater for the local demographic which perhaps wouldn’t appreciate the full flavour Brazilian food has to give. Still, nice food, and brilliant staff.

They've nailed it, but only if you appreciate great food and drink and superb service in lovely surroundings with a fabulous atmosphere. It's up to you how much you eat and what it is, but I defy anyone to get through everything. You could make several meals just from the choice of sides. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly and must cover a lot of miles, keeping the banquet flowing. It's a lovely place to eat for every age and every occasion and we can't wait to do it again. Hull is very lucky.

We’ve been here before and I can comment that the food is incredible! We were passing on a sunny day and took a seat outside in the sun. The cocktails were absolutely delicious and can recommend the twisted bird or goose? (Can’t remember which, I had one too many) but it was amazing! The crème brûlée pudding was to die for. We will be returning again! 😋

Went here last week and the staff are very welcoming, Kerry was really nice,we all had a great time. The salads are delicious and so fresh,and all the different meats we had were top notch. I was a bit dubious about going but I will be returning in the near future. We went in the afternoon and it was quiet,but I reckon the evening service is more vibrant. A restaurant that I am not the target audience off but I will review still. The idea of this place is meat and I don't eat meat so this could have been a difficult evening for me. However, I enjoyed the salad bar, they had a good range of drinks and a limited vegan menu, this was enough. Our waitress was good fun and full of energy so this added to an overall positive evening.

Went for a late lunch with my partner. The place looks nice but was put off when you walk through the front door and a member of staff is on their laptop with papers everywhere and several staff members sat taking a break on their phones too busy to look up. The buffet for salad, cheese, and extras is good, but we were disappointed with the meat selection. All we were offered during our time there was some minted lamb, sausage, skirt steak, pineapple, more pineapple, and then some pineapple! I was a bit disappointed, but the meat we had was nice. We struggled to order a second drink but eventually caught someone's eye after a while. Overall, it was decent, not awesome, and not somewhere I'd visit regularly.

We visited last Friday afternoon for lunch and will definitely be back. Meat was top notch for the cuts offered at lunch, salad bar was superb also. All the staff are a credit to the business. The owners of this place should be proud. See you again soon.

***UPDATED REVIEW*** Well since my first review me and my wife have since been back and taken the mother-in-law for a birthday surprise on the Mrs birthday, my nan and grandad on a separate occasion and again tonight (01/05/24) We simply cannot fault this restaurant at all especially tonight. The service was well and truly absolutely outstanding! There was no prawns today due to a delivery so the kitchen made succulent very tasty fresh cod "not battered" and Salmon especially for our table. The service was more than above and beyond excellence! The venison was cooked slightly different tonight which gave it a beautiful taste. This is a must to go to for any occasion. You simply will not be disappointed. ***original review*** Well, I've not posted a review anywhere in a long time but this place certainly deserves the time for a fantastic review. To start with we were running 30 minutes late due to road closures and traffic in Hull, I phoned ahead and apologised and the host who answered the phone was glad to assist and extend our slot from 17:00 to 17:30. At 17:27 we got there and was sat down straight away. I'm very impressed with the service that the gentleman gave as I feared we may have to of waited for a new table opening. The host asked if we had been before, explained where everything was, how it all works and then took our drinks order. Within 2 minutes we had drinks on the table and away we went to grab some food from the very impressive selection from the salad buffet. Once we cleared some food off of the plates we then turned our service card to green and then the service became even more amazing. Meat was constantly going around and the servers would ask if you wanted that selection of food that they cut off their skewers. Once you needed a break you simply flip the card over to red and the servers leave you be until you flip green again..... what amazing idea, I've seen it at other places before but they had this system 100% spot on. I hadn't got around to the venison yet and I spoke to one server and asked if it was on the walk around tonight, he said it is and he would get back to me with it in around 5-10 minutes. This gave the impression that the the meat is rotated in order to give everyone a good selection of all different types of meat, anyway he came back to me very shortly and had a very quick chat with him and mentioned that I had never actually tried venison before. With that he took the time to go into the kitchen and bring a skewer of venison out to me cut a tiny piece off for me to try and then gave me more because it was cooked beautifully and then took it back into the kitchen for it to be ready for the correct order of walk around. That in itself is fantastic customer service. That's the amazing service out of the way. Now down to the food, it was amazing I cannot fault any of it. The meats were cooked beautiful, the buffet was kept well replenished a very large selection off food. I'd like to say, do not change anything, your business looked thriving, the staff are amazing and it just works. Next time we go ill be bringing family members with me. First time here and it was a blast! Joaquin was a 10/10 server and honestly made my day. If you go, you HAVE to try the roasted pineapple, it’s life changing. Joaquin would bring me extra bits of pineapple because I loved it so much. Would deffo visit again!
