Absobloodylutely Fabulous Evening! The first point of contact with the Doormen who were surprisingly polite, and professional considering the heat they get from the punters was second to none. The Doorhost was charming, and friendly and welcomed us to The Box with her infectious smile! The music was fitting and the vibe was electric! Surrounded by so much great talent with stunning costumes and make-up, these beautiful artists all made us feel part of this wonderful experience and it was electrifying! Big shout out to the amazing bar staff and especially Konrad the head barman, who made the best cocktails in a timely manner. Finally, the compere was at the top of his game and very easy on the eye! Spectacular performance by all the artists, thank you for a memorable evening Ms. Bull

Great place for fun time, the music is intense, but the volume will not make you deaf like other clubs. The entertainment is erotic, but not over the top, just fun and sexy. Simon and his folks keep a close eye on everything, so no worries, and his staff is just most gracious and polite. Despite the crowd, the service is prompt and well run.

Came here out of pure desperation for something still Open at 2am on a Saturday now that covid destroyed all fun. The bouncers still behave like they’re guarding the inner sanctum of the velvet rope, they truly believe they’re standing outside studio 54 and it’s 1972. Ok Mate whatever gets you through the day.

...but the mother of decadence is apparently always pregnant. So, second-class investment bankers, if you want to dump your mini budgets fast and uninspired - go for it. One thing really surprised me: the extremely bad sound quality. That kind of club - and then you take the stereo of your teenage room?

I attended two weeks ago with a friend, I had no pockets so my friend took care of my cloak room ticket, I went outside without my friend to have a fag but was unable to come back in, I was told the show had started meaning I couldn't go upstairs, I had to wait 30 mins downstairs alone for the show to finish, I tried to speak to the downstairs staff about wanting to find my friend as she had my cloak room ticket and everything was in my bag (phone, money, keys etc), I tried to stress to the cloak room attendant also that I didn't have anything on me but could describe everything in the bag, the cloak room attendant gave me a taxi ticket thing to get security to get me an uber, but the security knew nothing about this, I then went back to the cloak room attendant and said there was nothing he could do, I had no phone to call my friend, no keys, nothing, I had no way of getting home. The show had finished and I couldn't find my friend upstairs, I can appreciate I didn't have my cloak room ticket, but my situation was an exceptional circumstance and that should have been recognised, I had no way to get home, I ended up going home with a random stranger and only got my stuff stuff back 2 days later. I really hope you fix your internal communication skills, and know that this particular situation was very poorly managed, I shouldn't be told I can get a complimentary uber and then going to security and finding out its not possible, being a young venerable, and sober individual I shouldn't have been put in a situation where I couldn't go home.

To think we live work and play in this great and wonderful city of ours LONDON. There is god forsaken awful snake pit called The Box. Who is still living of a period that Prince Harry went to for a few hours. Peeps seriously do yourself and others a massive favour avoid avoid at all cost.

Not worth it period. London is an amazing city with so many night clubs to go to. Atmosphere was weird, place is overrated. Exclusivity is its selling point. Music is dead drinks over priced. Full of boring 25-30 year olds who wear fake designer and take pictures of their Instagram stories. Take your night somewhere else in that area loads of places open with great music.

Great bar/club in soho. Good for a night out, good music and totally crazy performances. This is not the place for the easily offended as performances are ‘out there’ but if you’re open minded and game for a laugh then you’ll have a good time.

At first the atmosphere was nice until the show started. It was disgusting. I don’t even want to describe it, cause it was too graphic. I can only say that I’ll never go back there. The security guys are very rude and they choice whom to let back in, even if you’ll go to the toilet. It’s just wrong and horrible. The table cost £1K and by the stage £2K for 4 people. Ridiculous. Would not recommend it!

We had a 10k minimum spend table and at one point of the night it got so crowded that we were forced to stand on the couches, not because we thought it was cool but because there was no space in the venue. It was also about 40 degrees celsius in there and the show although most definitely one of a kind was a bit over the top for us. The door staff is very nice.

El mejor club que he estado en Londres por mucho! La música es genial y los artistas son increíbles. Muy caros, y algunos empleados maleducados, olvidando que están allí para servirle. Aparentemente es difícil meterse, así que espera cuando esté realmente ocupado y luego imagina que conociste al dueño esa semana y te sugirió que te pases, nombre de los chicos en Simon. He estado en este club muchas veces sin ningún problema, pero recientemente me decepcionaron y después de enviar un correo electrónico de quejas a la gerencia hace dos semanas, todavía no he recibido la decencia de una respuesta. If you enjoy being told unless you’re dressed as a hoe you won’t be let in then by all means treat yourself. But I would recommend saving your money and self esteem and skipping this place. Not worth it.

JOE JACOBS (gerente de la puerta en The Box) me dijo que la única forma en que podía ingresar era si compraba una botella. El MINTIÓ por el precio. Me acompañaron y me mostraron un menú de botellas. La botella más barata en el menú era mucho más alta de lo que Joe me dijo. En ese momento, ya era demasiado tarde. Incredible vibe! and the show is amazing... with great performers from all over the world and very well taken care of. The people working there are very friendly. Great energy to have a fun freedom time.

Second time visiting The Box, this time on a Friday night together with my girlfriend and two friends. Venue-wise the place is great! Music, interior, everything is exactly as it should be in a place like this. To get the best experience you should obviously book a table. We didn’t and it gets really crowded after a while. The only negative thing is the extremely rude security guards both inside and outside the club. I understand that they have to deal with alot of rude customers and trouble makers but they shouldn’t treat normal, non-toxicated, paying guests bad without a reason.

I tried to book a client event at this venue (at our client's request) and didn't even get as far as getting a quote. After two weeks of numerous emails, voicemail's and messages left - I was very rudely told to "just move on and find something else".

Lugar muy fresco con crazy espectáculos, música fresca y la gente super guay. Vale la pena si no has estado antes.

Yo estaba en la cola con 4 de mis amigas desde las 10 hasta las 11. No importa dónde usted está en la cola si no es precioso, famoso o un montón de dinero pagado que no están recibiendo en! En la segunda estábamos cola para entrar y la tenían porteros estábamos buscando arriba y abajo la cola, registro de salida y dejar que la gente en que pensaban estaban bien buscando! Y luego el tenían porteros tuvieron el descaro de decirnos que no llegábamos aunque estábamos segundo en la cola. Primera vez en Londres y puedo decir que nunca intenta volver a entrar en ese lugar, totalmente no merece la vergüenza. Es molesto que incluso hizo un esfuerzo para llevar un vestido y tacones dijo que el código de vestimenta en el sitio web, son sólo un montón de gente crítico horrible

Des spectacles de cabaret et de cirque déjantés, des artistes (que j'ai pu voir en coulisses) super sympas... un endroit décalé qui vaut le détour si on cherche à sortir du commun. Ceci dit, j'y allais car un ami artiste y travaille donc je n'ai pas eu à payer l'entrée ni la plupart de mes consos, ce qui est, semblerait-il, un gros frein pour beaucoup de gens. Et je ne sais pas si moi-même j'aurais payé une telle somme mais j'ai trouvé que ça valait le détour et je me suis amusée comme une petite folle!

C'est un club exclusif et en vogue à Londres , l'accès est difficile et cher.Nous avons tenté cette "experience" et sincèrement c'est un truc à voir ! Difficult to describe but avoid. Is over crowded and pretentious.Show is so tame compared to anything in Paris and really boring. Wouldn't go back if I was paid to. Wanted to leave but at first security person wouldn't let me get my credit card from the bar. Then he wanted be to pay him to let me get it. Would be threatening with menace if he wasn't a joke. Be warned

they mock you in the line, let you wait over an hour before they tell you that you won't get in (1 guy and 4 girls). Especially that guy with the curly hair and the mustache is unbelievable rude and has only eyes for the girls with a wide neckline.

Predictable beyond belief, little if no atmosphere, cramped, staff behaving like they are superior to customers in a vain attempt to be aloof and unique, (yawn), boringly contrived, cringe-worthy, pathetic & dull, 'exclusive' by being ultra expensive, (yawn) ...seen it all before, (but done better), "The Emperor's New Clothes" me thinks to all it's patrons.

Must admit it definitely lives up to its reputation. Great vibes from the moment you walk through the door. Avert your eyes from the stage if you are a little squeamish during the show though

We went for a night of clubbing at the Box in Soho. The price for a table is VERY steep as well as the prices for drinks. My party had two bottles of Dom Perignon as well as regular tequila's and I can't tell you the costs. The shows were twisted and somewhat extreme so don't go if you don't have the stomach for such things. The shows were however interspersed with some good music and the waiting girls where nice....overall, it was a good experience to have though very expensive.

The crowd was really fun and diverse- gay or straight it did not matter. The club staff were just lovely and the performances were VERY interesting and sometimes not a to left to the imagination. I would recommend this place to anyone who is after a crazy night with very open minded friends!

This place is a scam. We queued for 1 hour! A group of 4 girls and 1 guy, they let so many girls dressed in almost nothing before us and guys that seemed to be friends with the boucers. When they finally let us in we had to make a donation for the cloak room which was fine because we didn't pay entry. The girl working inside the door asked for my card and ID as confirmation. Little did I know she was going to scan it at the bar for a £350 bottle! What a joke! She didn't even tell me so I stopped her before it was too late and she said we had to leave if we didn't pay. They are a bunch of money grabbers and so stuck up. I would never go back and not recommend anyone to bother going near there! So dissapointed, I understand why celebrities go there... They're the only ones who can afford it!

It is an exceptionally expensive place, and I must say the drinks are fairly average. Definitely not worth what they charge. The decor is fantastic, and while some staff were pretty aloof, the rest were perfectly nice and friendly. The show was a huge disappointment. They have crossed burlesque with freak-show, which could have been great. The performers have real skill. But there was no class! An MC who kept screaming about p***y and demeaning the audience. It was yet another of those places which tries too hard to be edgy and risqué, but has ended up being tacky and brash. Which resulted in making what could have been a great show into something cringe-worthy. All I could think throughout it was 'this could have been so much better'! The MC had a fab singing voice, but every time she talked she came across cheap and abrasive. Overall very disappointing for somewhere I have heard raved about.

Although it might be a bit too much for an average budget, The Box offers something to everyone, the service was flawless, the choice of champagne was superb, there is also some really rare bottles that you can not find anywhere else in London, and the shows, they were shocking, entertaining, you dont want them to end, the crowd also is like selected one by one, great mix of hips, biz mans, students, tourists, regulars, rich fellas etc etc. Location is also great, west end is the place to have a great dinner before visiting The Box...

The service is ok, prices are higher than mid-range yet a place to go if you're seeking a different experience, a different show. Do not expect to see a sexy show if so you'll be disappointed but get ready to be shocked and disgusted. In addition; the crowd is cool, you may find every type of person there.

This place is just different. The crowd is cool and diverse, edgy and arty, gay and straight, but fun. The crew is just fantastic, not only the dancers but all the waiters, and the show are very entertaining and well inserted in a party progressive build up. I will definitely come again, it was a great moment !!!

An interesting night albeit EXPENSIVE. We were treated by a friend who forked out for a table, I don't think we'd pay the prices otherwise. The service was great, and the party atmosphere brilliant. The show was funny and entertaining. An interesting place and very popular obviously!

£2000 + 15% for a table and what do you get to see? Mostly a PG - 13 show, and the part that was not, was an attempt at a 'shock' factor, which really meant that the whole show was really unsexy and not very burlesque. Having said that, there was a strong club energy by the party goers in the place - but you can get that vibe at any good nightclub without having to pay through the nose for a table to see a lame show. Just not worth it.

The box is the best club I've been to in London. Something you will have never experienced before. great shows, not good if you're not open to nudity and erotic dancing. Very fun always a good night, great laugh and great drinks! although I must add it is very hard to get into so don't just turn up and think you will get it!

I lived in London for 7 years and this was one of my favourite clubs. It is expensive but worth to pay for services offered. Same time without reservation is tough to get in but going with a lady early or at 1 am is the best without reservation. No entry fee but quality of music and environment are excellent. I was quite sceptical regarding the burlesque but when I look at the first one, I liked as it is a show. This place is one of things which make London unique and vibrant

It's hard to explain the place… it's like a circus/club/burlesque. The entertaiment part was VERY dirty so expect to see something shocking. Well it was at least shocking for me. Music was A+ till 2am then another dj came and it was just ok. It's also cool that you can walk to different floors and different rooms so it's like more like a house party than regular club. If you can come inside (which is hard from what I've heard) do this.

A few of my girlfriends and meet for a quick dinner which after a bottle or two of wine, we decided to dance the rest of the night away. We went to a few bars around the area, they were fun the music was standard drink prices reasonable. However this inconspicuous place down an alley way caught my eye, there was a small queue forming and I wanted to know what it was all about. My girlfriends insisted we wouldn't get it as we'd dressed for dinner but still look fabulous, regardless I spoke to the bouncers who were very pleasant and banterful. Drinks are rather pricey but scrummy ! The night was great full of model type people ! Which is always fun. All in all had a beautiful night and use the venue to bring my outter London friends.

I heard a lot about The Box in NYC and was happy to hear it opened in London. The staff are very friendly and the interior of the place is really nice. You have a few different rooms which is nice as well. For sure not your average club, expect to see some interesting 'shows". The place is not cheap but worth to go and experience it. Can get pretty crowded as well.

I got to visit it as one of the most "closed type" clubs in London, known for celebrities visits and its extravagance. The only extravagance we found was:- hard to get in, even if we're on the list we had to pay a bottle of champagne at 30x price.- during the"show", at least it was called like this, there were at least 10 girls that ran out of the hall with their arms covering their mouth, and believe me - not because they were drunk, - because what was happening on the stage would have made you throw up if you were eating at that moment! Thanks God we're didn't order any food, we were just drinking. Disgusting! Sth like a transsexual showing how he/she/it "loves" himself with big sex toys.... - it is forbidden to take pictures anywhere around, supposedly, because of "celebrities", although none spotted for couple of hours that we were there.- almost naked girls smiling and saluting you just behind the entrance door - was probably the only nice and appropriate detail...

The box might not be what it used to be but if you have not been here it is defenitely worth a visit! The shows are quite spectacular and dirty, It will be a great laugh. I rather spend too much at this place than at the average over priced club in London.

The Box used to be the best club in London, especially when Dino and Chris were working at the door. But now (July 2014) only the junkie and useless people (who are friends of the doormen) started to get in and some rich tourists think it's cool because they hear the old stories about the place when it used to be awesome. There were extreme shows and celebrities inside everyday last year, I also celebrated my birthday there with Snoop Dogg in the DJ booth. However, things have changed and the place is now just crap.I don't want to give names but the black girl at the door constantly smokes while working (even the security guards warn her) and the boy who keeps the guest list lies to everyone - if a hot girl winks at him he lets the girl in, keeps you waiting at the door for no reason. Nothing is done professionally. Not worth waiting, not worth spending. All you will see is a bunch of junkies around.Inside: Girls with cheap clothing and fake bags everywhere, overly priced drinks with plastic glasses, transsexual dancers, and some boring stage shows. Good stage shows happen twice a month. Those days, you pay 2.500 euros for a table. Friends of the doormen pay nothing. And even if you pay 2.500 for a table, the bodyguard might not let you get in during the show after visiting the toilet upstairs. (Happened to me, I swear to God.) I'd recommend to go to decent clubs around Mayfair, maybe Morton's, Tramp, Home House etc. instead of this rubbish place..
