A great place to go, the staff are amazing and super friendly, a real family feel, The Cheers of Reddish (if you know what Cheers is) great selection of drinks. Music good level not too loud, even a few board games to play if you wanted.

If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. Great little bottle/draft shop in an historic mill, with great staff (you might even meet Oscar, the second-best member of staff), and a superb selection of draft and bottled/canned beers. Highly recommended, will definitely be visiting again, especially if we know Oscar's there. The ancient goods lift added an extra touch of eccentricity, but if you press the button, it will definitely come to collect you.

Excellent local pub, quirky inside which makes it a great little place. Loads of events on, great selection of drinks, an unbelievable view of Manchester while you have a drink and there's a pool table to keep you occupied. Food on site as well from the local cafe makes this place a good all rounder. Support your local businesses and get down there!

Found this place looking on Google for nearby pubs. We originally thought the place was closed because the lift at the entrance wasn’t coming down (it’s an old style lift and requires all gates and doors to be closed completely before it can move) so had to walk around using the back door of the mill to get inside. Once there, there was an 80s/90s disco happening and the ladies behind the bar were surprised to hear about the issue with the lift (I recall one promptly going off to check the lift was closed properly) All beers served are either bottles or cans from the fridge or on draft, no cask ales. But then again, there’s no space for a beer pump engine. Beer prices ranged from £4 a pint to nearly £7 a pint (it depended on the brewery, style of beer and the ABV of it) WiFi is available (network name and password are on their Tap Board) and there’s plenty of seating both in front of the bar and around the corner of the other shops in the space I would happily come to here again.

Brilliant little place, friendly staff, welcoming and a safe space. We're so lucky to have this in Reddish. Beautiful sunsets too. Very wide range on tap and in the fridge. Have spirits and wine as well. Dog friendly too.

The terms hip and hidden gems are used too easily nowadays, but this place really is both. A great use of the space and a decent crowd. Probably the best Manchester skyline and sunset views in the suburbs too. Keep up the good work guys!

Good selection of beers and probably one of the best views you can get from a tap house outside of the city centre, well worth a visit.

Brilliant place for a drink. Loads of options, you start to wonder how they fit all of them behind the bar! With their new viewing platform at the back too, it’s perfect for a sunset.

We chose this restaurant based on the reviews and was expecting authentic Nepali food. Disappointed is an understatement. Food was below average. We had ordered Gobi Manchurian which is a dish we are very familiar with and we can say without doubt that it was nothing close to the authentic Manchurian. The Gobi was not even fried in batter but just roasted. Not Nepalese at all but just like any under average take away. Wouldn’t recommend. Really hope the restaurant will take feedback on board as it is not being put on with any negative intent to affect the business.

I bought 2 egg salad boxes here last night, firstly the food was so fresh & you could really tell it had just been made. I had spring onions, jalapenos, cucumber, tomato etc with a lovely store-made spicy mayo, the boiled eggs were actually made whilst I was in store. It was served by Raj who couldn't have been more helpful & accommodating. The atmosphere is really good, with a really clean shop is which is the key for me when buying any food, especially deli. The interior design & lay-out of the place are also really cool/well done. I will definitely be returning and recommend it to anyone passing by.

Usually nice food but with reasonable wait on delivery - I can live with that. However, the latest delivery was really bad and topped off by lacklustre customer service. I ordered at 7:35pm and was delivered at 9:29pm - 1hr 54 mins and we live 8 minutes down the road. (It came later than the first delivery time and later than the revised 1 hour later time on just eat). When I called after 1.5 hours asking where it was I received literally no apology or explanation - now that’s hard to swallow. Food arrived tepid. Sadly will give up on this place now. Takeaway treats are expensive and it becomes no longer worth it when your food doesn’t even come for two hours. Might as well have had a piece of toast.

I recently attended a retirement party for my Uncle at The Armoury. Jodie and her team went above and beyond, and made it an event to remember. Nothing was too much trouble, they were brilliant! The homemade food was delicious. But the main thing for me was the ‘service with a smile’ from the whole team. The ale was perfect too, as you would expect from a Robinsons pub. Well done to Jodie and her brilliant team. 5 stars.
