Loved this pub as I always enjoy a visit to a Bathams venue. Very nice staff who were friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely be going again when in the area.

Fabulous pub, beer and staff. I've updated my review to five stars. I thought they didn't cater for vegans but I was wrong but as they pointed out - they do serve vegan friendly snacks... Ready salted crisps!! 😂 Good job the beer is tremendous!

Ordered a Bathams pint and an Aperol and Soda and got a sneering response of "Oh we don't serve that here" like I'd ordered cocaine or something. Charming.

Good local boozer. Great Bathams Beer and fresh cobs a must. And wonderful service from the team. With clear signage on how to be served during the current restrictions.

We arrived at 9:30 and sat down in the beer garden with a few freinds who where already there, got to about 10:20pm and we all decided to go for a drink, as soon as we got the the bar The Landlord who clearly had to much to drink the went on to tell us we arrived after 10pm so he wouldn’t serve us, we explained how we have been sat in the beer garden for over an hour and just came to grab another drink, he then said we could have one but persisted to be extremely rude as well as all the bar staff giving us all terrible looks and Rolling there eyes, terrible atmosphere, dirty toilets that stunk of Urine and dog Muk all over the beer garden, AVOID AT ALL COST!

What a smashing pub. Decent amount of outdoor space, but inside, it's a traditional bar/lounge that's comfy with log burners, great beers (at decent prices), good service and friendly locals. Can't go wrong! O yeah, and it's dog friendly 👍

Decent enough boozer, and the beer is good, but the gents toilets are disgusting. Can smell them from far away and absolutely swimming in piss. Absolutely rank.

A good friend who frequents all Bathams pubs said they keep the best pint here. He ain't wrong. Sooooo nice. Friendly staff and nice vibes.

Traditional Black Country pub with a fine selection of ales.

I am usually in the vine ( bull and bladder) on Delph road run by same company but this branch is much different, I will say the two things that are different and Abit of a let down is the cobs and the scratchings, the cobs are smaller but same price I think and they only have 1 type of scratchings available and the actual building just feels a little forgotten, old and I found it doesn't have the same vibe/energy felt like a Travelodge to be honest, yes I might be back but I'll stick to my local which is the bull and bladder :)

Great place , we went in for a drink to get out of the rain , started chatting to Ed and stayed for a couple more , really comfortable and friendly place , great service , drinks were very reasonable priced too , thanks again

The garden is a great addition to the pub, it allows for a real enjoyment of good weather. Good beer at a reasonable price, and some delightful benches to sit on, couldn't ask for more. The cobs are pretty generous as well, but found they can often go quite quick

Bathams public house. Good ale. Very good barstaff. Knew a couple when they used to serve in the Exchange Enville street. My first visit but not the last. Very busy pub....⭐👍

Visited yesterday afternoon and stayed till about 9, first visit since Lock down. the staff were very proffesionall and fully incontroll of the new rules, signed in registered, and alloted a table. The beer garden is fantastic and will be brillaint once fully established. But a massive thanks to all the staff involved you really felt safe and the rules were clearly posted once again thanks.

A simple pub that is now owned again by Bathams. Bliss. And substantially cheaper than the local opposition. Heaven in Oldswinford

Bathams have bought thispub back from Wolverhampton and Dudley Brewery (Banks) after selling it to them in 1940. It's a welcome return, for those who don't know, Bathams brew the best beer in the world!
