trash - been 15+ times every time something's wrong hair in food given wrong stuff charged more than i got chip still frozen and cold always out of chicken and fish as soon as they open not worth the money time or effort not going back again i'll just have to drive a few miles instead (and its cash only and they give u eveything in 5p and 10p which means u leave with a bunch of usless pennies ) not to mention i saw the chicken getting taken out of a ice cream box off not even in a freezer and the last 3 times someone had it they threw up for 2 days

Well difficult to say .....but we have had better takeaway fish and chips. Whilst freshly cooked and then wrapped in greaseproof paper didn't help crisp up the fish or chips. Please do serve in tray cartoons ......It just wasn't right.

The food is OK, just very bland. The fish was big but tasteless, same for the fishcake. Not sure what was missing! Portion sizes were big and priced reasonably. 2 fish and a chips, a fishcake and a sausage fed our family of four easily. We've tried this place twice now, but we'll probably only use it when we need a quick meal in the future.

A comforting fish and chippy! Been here twice now as a visitor to Longton. Nice big open area as you walk in to stand or sit and choose. Polite staff who are happy to answer questions and accommodate requirements where they can that you might have. Good selection of food from fish and chips, pie and chips, to pizza or kebab, even burgers. Most are cooked to your order and you can even phone through an order first and then collect. Cash only payment though so remember that!

Asked and paid for fish and chips, drove back and unwrapped to find fish is missing. Disappointing.

Back end warmed up chips. Fish seemed like yesterdays and curry looked more like the juice off the peas.

Sadly not a good catch - fish was overcooked and dry ! Batter was too crispy- chips OK n curry sauce ok but overall very disappointed 😞

I went in for a sausage and chips and 2 fish and chips. First of all I got ignored by the member of staff serving, as she served those that came in behind me and giggling with her friends who were stood to one side. And to say our meals were a disappointment is an understatement!! For over £18 I received a sausage that was barely cooked and 2 pathetically small, shrivelled up fish, and the whole meal was tasteless. I will definitely not be returning or recommending anyone to eat from here.

I think all their problems would be solved with a notepad. We made an order for 9 people and it was chaos because they didn't write it down. I lost count of how many times they asked what we'd ordered. Because no one could remember what we'd ordered everything was ready at different times so we got the first 2 orders 20 minutes before the last ones. Seriously guys just write down orders.

I bought 2 kids meals and Mrs a chip barm. Friendly staff, good servings and delicious food.

I get a large chicken kebab with salad and garlic sauce most weekends. These guys are the kings. Excellent 10/10 thanks guys.

Doner kebab meat cold and dry, pitta dry, salad whilst fresh was ice cold, chilli sauce vinegars. Worst I've had, not recommended.

This place is amazing, the food is soo delicious, I went yesterday for a chicken kebab and they are very generous with the proportions, I was very pleased. My partner choosed pizza and he said it was exactly what he wanted. Highly recommend.

Large portion, well cooked. Fish and chips, just one gripe and it may be down to my own impatience! Just had to wait a while longer than i would expect to collect my order.

Fish and chips are excellent - cooked fresh whilst you wait - but well worth the 5 minute wait! The donner kebabs are excellent too. Thew staff are very friendly and courtious.
