Never get fully what you order quality isn't always great pot of beans and coleslaw not worth it at all. Always seem to be disappointed

Ordered through Deliveroo, food never showed up. Rang restaurant after passing me around staff they said it had been delivered, staff where very rude and refused a refund and told me to ring Deliveroo. Deliveroo would not help me and said it was down to the restraunt as they have there own delivery drivers. My bank was charged and neither would help me. Very disappointed, feels like daylight robbery and both have lost my custom.

Lamb was so tough and fatty, chips wee freezing but drink was cold so thats something. Chicken was tough too. No sauce on Kebab

I can’t really complain as used an Uber eats voucher and didn’t pay a lot, delivery was quick and the driver friendly. However, the chicken wasn’t great. It was extremely greasy, as we were eating it, grease was just running out. Half of the order went in the bin once we’d all had one bit each as it wasn’t appealing. Maybe we would have been better with a kebab.

Who the bloody hell wants to drink a warm drink with their food? Ordered a lilt. Turned up with a 7up. Apparently don’t do lilt!?! Bloody warm drink!!!

I like most of the food but never ever get a good size salad with the kebab, see picture Drivers are poor Even with post codes they still can't get to us with warm food

When I received my order one of the items when wrong, phoned up and it turned out I had ordered it incorrectly, regardless of this, they sent out the correct item free of charge. Fantastic friendly service.

Asked and paid for cheese didnt receive cheese or sauce. Burger bun absolutely burnt to peices. Rank.

This is not only the BEST kebab shop in horsham but in the world! Always an amazing quality for a great price. Staff and the owner are very friendly and will chat to you while you’re food is being freshly prepared. Lovely family owned business. Amazing food, amazing prices, amazing experience. Makes my Saturday nights complete. Thank you the BEST!

I ordered through Deliveroo with this restaurant, having ordered before with no problems. After two hours I contacted Deliveroo who told me to contact the restaurant. I did, only to be shouted at, and told a photo proved it had been delivered, which Deliveroo denied had been sent to them. I have a video doorbell so know that wasn't true, anyway. I am categorised 'extremely high risk' and shielding, and this was a treat for my children. I have lost the money and also a large portion of self-respect, and will never ever deal with this restaurant again. There was no need for so much aggression and unkindness, and lying. I don't generally leave reviews, but this has left me with no choice. It was a dreadful experience.

I thought I’d retry this kebab shop after ages (knowing it’s dreadful so my fault really) but I seem to remember everytime I ordered from there half the order is missing and I know they do it on purpose because it’s everytime and the owner always lies about the prises the best thing to do is stay anyway it had a 0 eho not long ago STAY WELL AWAY

Delivery arrived late and cold. Not only that but £10 more than the menu price. Rang to query to be told the menu was two years out of date. Cheesy chips went from £2.50 to £4.50!! Will not be using again, very disappointed.

Jesus guys, I have eaten a fair amount of kebabs in my life but holy s*%# this was by far the WORST donna I’ve EVER had. Chilli sauce tasted more like lime, to top of the pile of undercooked, overcooked & alright slices of donna meat. Salad prep staff couldn’t cut his way out of a paper bag. I’d be embarrassed to run that wastehole and embarrassed that i present my countrys food with that trash. PS the free drink dont cut it mate.

With there recent low scoring marks on health and safety and cleanliness I would not recommend I have had there food a few times before and they miss items from orders and the food also seems as it been under a heater for hours and have been ill from eating here before as well.

Avoid like the plague. Dirty horrible place with rude and unhelpful staff. Simply not good enough. Try the Southwater Kebabs much better as you can see in the picture.

The pizza was burnt and tasted terrible by the time it got to us. Upon realising the pizza was way below par we called them up and explained that we were disappointed and would not likely be ordering again, the person on the end of the line said nothing!! Not even an apology or an attempt at explanation. Simply will not be ordering again and advise other people to do the same, on another note the staff made me feel incredibly uncomfortable whilst waiting for our food.

This was clearly the worse kebab ever and the fact that 95% of it went into the bin says it all. It took nearly 2 hours to arrive and it was stone cold with onions, after stating did not want any. The meat was not cooked properly and tasted awful, even the cat refused to eat it.

We love their Chickenshish with Garlic sauce, very juicy specially if you ask them to have it cooked in the way that you like they happily do that, once my chicken was dry and when I complained they gave me another portion for free, lovely people and their delivery service has been good too, highly recommended

Very good quality, tender lamb plus lots of salad with a very tasty dressing. Never had a bad kebab from here, always good.

Never will I use this place again. I ordered a delivery for 5.45 pm...it arrived at 5.15 and was already almost cold. The drink I ordered was missing...my sons burger had so much dripping, oozing ketchup, the bread roll was unrecognisable! I ordered 2 chicken shish kebabs ( as stated on their menu ). I received lamb (allegedly!) I would have accepted this but the lamb was both grizzly and tasteless! The kebabs were obviously thrown into the containers, it was a mess. I called to express my displeasure but was shocked at how I was treated as a customer. I was basically told I was lieing ! He said shish kebabs are always lamb. I explained their menu stated that they were chicken. He said that the ketchup ( which was pink!!!) was runny because it’s warm. There was so much! Appalling food, appalling service and appalling customer care! £36 of my hard earned cash handed over to these people! Never again!

I ordered 4 large chicken kebabs and I loved it, it was ‘THE BEST’ I highly recommend that you visit this wonderful shop. And also I love the new design. Very luxurious.

My son has chosen too visit here again lately. The quality of the food and service is still great. Menu has improved too.

Yo uso este restaurante regularmente y la mayoría de las veces es decente. Sin embargo, anoche mi pedido no estaba. La carne mal cocida y donner era el cordero shish envoltura fue un intento patético que me costo flojo 5 libras. Me quedé muy decepcionado y con hambre. Sólo puedo pensar que fue un chef diferente a lo que tenía la semana pasada. Yo he marcado 3 estrellas como normalmente es mejor que esto. Podría tener que considerar un restaurante diferente!

Yo tenía hambre. Había tenido una bebida y me apetecía pizza. Restaurantes locales estaban cerrados, así que nos fuimos para una hamburguesa y vimos que estos chicos no pizza también. Mega fue ocupado y tbh debería haber tenido una hamburguesa, que parecía estar bien. Esperé 20 minutos para algo que parecía que había llevado a la sangrienta terrible Pizza Hut y recalentados en microondas.

We have used The Best on many occasions and have never been let down. They also now have an app to order from and a wide selection. Their prices are competitive and do live up to their name.

We all decided on kebab but what kebab takeaway do we go for!?!?! After many names said we went for best kebab!! And wow didn't we get it wrong after a hours wait to call them up to have the phone put down on me it was bad!! cold and very bad looking!! Wish we had taken photo of it.

Esto es todo lo que se puede esperar de un kebab shop. Buena carne sabrosa y ensalada fresca, lo cual es una ventaja. Siempre disfrutamos de nuestra comida desde aquí.

No es que la comida es comestible pero más en la reserva. Los empleados del Vi recogida nariz y luego toque nuestra comida que nos negamos a tomar de ellos. Había ratas fuera justo al lado de la cocina. Muy desagradable y desagradable cuando ordenes.

The 'food' was God-awful. The name of this 'avoid at all costs' place surely contradicts the Trades Descriptions Act.Also you get plenty of unsavoury types hanging around here in the evenings.The sooner this establishment closes for good, the better.

Ordering online can be a bit hit a miss, if you have special notes about 50% of the time they are not read. Better to call. Food always good.

A standard kebab joint which also does other fast food. Not my choice, but I know someone who orders from them so have eaten their food on occasions.After the horsemeat scandal was exposed in the last couple of years we now hear that food described as lamb is often chicken in disguise as it's cheaper for establishments to defraud the paying customer that way.I for one will give this place a wide berth from now on because it's not worth taking chances.The previous review of 'Julian S' is very worrying.Avoid.

Well, where on earth can you start with this, we have as a family used the best for many years, also recomending them to many friends and family members, allways great food for price, allways quick friendly service and delivery.... However unfortunately the guys at best kebab realised i had unfortunayely split with my wife earlier this year, she called for a kebab delivery, they then said i know your alone, you need me to come round, i look after you, you need a keebab man darling, we go on a date, ect ect, the other stuff i dont think i can repeat on line. I was persuaded by my wife to not contact the police, I however am still in two minds about this, I urge best kebab to contact me, and explain there crude, disgusting treatement of a vunerable lady on her own, this is not acceptable. DO NOT GO TO BEST THEY ARE ANIMALS. I welcome any legal action they may wish to proceed with.
