I recently visited the belly and was blown away by the outstanding service and the mouthwatering milkshakes they offer. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic experience. Not only was the service impeccable, but the smoothies were also absolutely divine. Each sip was bursting with fresh flavors and wholesome ingredients. Whether you're a smoothie enthusiast or just craving something delicious, their menu has something for everyone.

Ordered online, cookie was definitely store bought and just heated 0/10, as well as not putting the soft serve that comes with it. Thick warm milkshake with no straw? Paid 1.50 for extra strawberries and they were iced frozen. Definitely wouldn’t recommend, makes supporting small businesses so difficult.

Best dessert place by miles. Just found out they doing fresh Doughnuts aswell!!. What a touch

Not enough sauce on my waffles, better to put enough sauce and retain, keep a customer than save the sauce and lose a customer? Which one pays off in the long run?

I have now been here a few times with my mum and this is the best dessert place I have ever been too! The customer service is amazing, Mr P himself and the staff are so welcoming and so kind, I have nearly tried all of the crepes and I have got to say they are top level! So Delicious. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good night and a spectacular dessert!

If I could rate this place more than 5 star I would. By far the best dessert place ever! Have been a few times with my son and we love this place. The desserts and milkshakes are top quality, the atmosphere is sooo good, the staff are all lovely, and Mr P is friendly, welcoming, accommodating. I can’t recommend this place enough! We are hooked and it’s turning into a nightly visit to end our day the right way! Thank you to Mr P and his team for quality service every time 🌟

First time ordering from here and got the cookie dough to takeaway. Staff were super friendly and looks great inside! Was ready for us straight away when we got there. Cookie dough was delicious! Thanks guys will definitely be our new go to dessert place!

Went in and decor is fab! Very vibrant. Was served by a lovely young lady called Amelia and she was so attentive and food was amazing! Waffles are to die for and will definitely be going back to try a lot more. Worth a visit!

Mr P has done it again! Not content with giving Collier Row a top notch sweet shop, he now has made us a yummy destination for dessert. Open until quite late and the prices are comparable with other style dessert places, but that's where the comparison ends. The staff are terrific, friendly, fast and professional. My kids couldn't decide what ice cream to have, so they happily offered tasters. I am non dairy and every visit there is a new delight to try. No stuck with boring ice cream, this can only really be compared to one of those lovely Gelato places you get on holiday. Not sure what he can do next to top this.....Simply delightful

Just wow! The restaurant looks amazing. The dessert options are fantastic. Considering there are so many dessert spots in the area, this one really stands out. Try the milk cake, it was lovely. Never heard of it before but glad I know about it now!

The best milkshake I've ever tasted! We ordered the white reeces milkshake and the white kinder Bueno and was blown away by how delicious they were. Service was great, staff were friendly and attentive and aesthetic was on point. The Belly outdid itself and such an incredible vibe! Would 100% recommend and will be returning! 😍

Firstly I want to say how amazing the team is here. The customer service is out of this world, I had the Biscoff Baklava which was 10/10 never have I had anything like this. I came back for a biscoff milkshake and I will not go anywhere else now. Well worth the trip, the atmosphere staff and desserts. Outstanding .!!!

Absolute delicious and quality desserts provided 365 days a year. The milkshakes and waffles were absolutely sublime. The establishment is quite on trend with comfortable seating areas. The customer service is second to none. Situated in the heart of collier row easily accessible by public transport with a bus stop right outside. Car parking is also available with disabled access.

5stars do not justify the belly busting desserts these man are flinging down. Second time around now and totally blown away by the food, service and energy in here. Absolutely love what you guys are doing and just wish The Belly more success! Dun know The Belly…Blessings, Manners & Respect ♥️

Thank you for the impeccable, flawless service received. Myself and my family were greeted pleasantly and made to feel incredibly welcome. The dessert choices were vast, I ended up going for an ice cream and milk shake and both were delightful. The staff were incredibly pleasant, smiling at all times and focussed on detail ensuring that we were well attended to from being seated to having all the smaller things needed (provision of napkins, plates etc) to make the experience pleasant. The ice cream and milk shake were both top marks for taste and worth every penny. A lovely, upbeat ambiance, with ultra attention to detail. I would confidently recommend this place to my friends and family. Great, personalised customer service experience which makes customers feel valued and cared for. It's a yes from me. :)

Absolutely love this place. The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to provide a great service. I've read some of the negative reviews and feel that people are trying to wreck this business. Jealously springs to mind. Second time I've visited here and each time has been outstanding. Its clean, welcoming and the food is just incredible. I would defo suggest trying the Kinder Belly, it was so lovely. Big enough for 3 of us! The owner is always approachable and friendly. I had an amazing experience at The Belly in Romford. The food is of a high quality and the care taken to make it and the customer service is immaculate. This is a very special dessert place, and having been to a lot of dessert places before, The Belly tops them all. It has brought something dynamic and fresh to the area. You need to come here!

Fantastic experience!! The customer service was top notch!! As I came they were patient with me when making my decision on what to order and were really helpful!! The Belly dessert will help you make the right decision if you find it hard to choose from a range of awesome Desserts and drinks!! Believe me when I say that these Desserts top Creams!! No word of a lie!! I got the bluey Gooey and the Bubblegum Daiquiri which was soo good!! The portions was perfect and not too heavy which I got with a lot of other dessert places!! Definately coming here again and sooner than I think!! Went this week- tried the new Apple Crum'Belly' Crepe and it was so good!! You much try it!!

I visited The Belly on launch day and was pleasantly surprised by the selection of flavours and the quality of the desserts. They gave us a generous helping and found it to be good value for money. Staff are very tentative and friendly. We loved the atmosphere, vibe and will definitely visit again.

Absolutely amazing service. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Greeted us with a smile and delicious gelato samples on entry into there dessert shop (heaven). We ordered 2 waffles and 3 crepes and when I say they were out of this world I’m not joking. The Dj’s were so good too, such a nice place to come enjoy a 5 Star dessert. Haven’t had something this good in a long time. Thank you again the belly, will be coming with more of my family next week :) :) :)

Would've gave this 0 If I could, the worst customer service with staff not having a clue to anything asked. We were seated only to be sat waiting for the menus which were put away after the previous customer, rather than acknowledging our table. The waiter repeatedly tried to wriggle his way out of why the order wasn't the same as the menu!

Travelled from Birmingham to visit this dessert shop for the opening event and I was not disappointed, the service was outstanding from the minute I walked through the door, there was such a variety to choose from on the menu, the items I purchased were the best I have tasted yet, I will definitely be returning soon.

Just driving past and noticed this colourful desert shop opened up on Collier RW road, thought let's see what's on the menu. Never seen a Jaffa cake milkshake, tried it and WOW absolutely impressed, the taste is spot on, the texture is smooth and creamy, the soaked up Jaffa cake in the milkshake at the end just tops it off. Had a pistachio ice cream and a strawberry cake one, PHENOMENAL, the cheesecake one had small chunks of biscuit in the ice cream and I tell ya the flavour and texture was amazing. I even asked for a cheeky custom espresso shot milkshake to take for the journey, it was unbelievably tasty with the perfect amount of kick. To say the bellys desires were fulfilled would be an understatement. Superb desert shop honestly it has everything you could ask for. Highly recommended!!!
