They wasn't serving food due to football being on. Gutted! Maybe next time. My nan reckons your roast are the best.

Had no alcohol free beer at all. Had soda and lime instead which along with a small draft diet coke came to over £6. I thought this was very overpriced especially as pubs normally do not charge for soda.

If you want a nice community pub this is the one The atmosphere is good They have an outside garden area.The Barmaids were friendly with a good sense of human The food was okay I did found the curry sauce very salty. Other than that is was a lovely pub I will visit them again.

£8.40 for two lime & sodas - absolute rip off ! Literally just soda water...

Lovely little locals welcoming pub, cheap pints and attentive staff. Went here after a interest weekend of late night techno pizza. Pulling a sicky with a friend I've know since I was 11. We had cider in the beer garden which was a nice place to talk about our weekend and people watch. Cherry stones kept falling out of a tree. I had been up until 6am talking nonsense with a friend of a friend after going to the Dalston super store, J showed us the place a friend we made after he had help a lady in need of a ambulance so we bought him a pint. I had been on a cannel boat rave the previous night and lost my wallet but a kind soul from insta who included me in their documentary found it and is posting it back anyway I digress. I defs recommend this place if you got lost after going to a pharmacy and you need to ground yourself with an old friend before making a trip home.

Drinks are a reasonable price, the food is quite cheap and actually not that bad but just remember you're getting what you pay for so don't knock it

Pub was busy as always so loud at times. If you like sport, I would recommend this pub.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff and a jukebox! You can choose what songs you'd like to play. I got some dirty looks for playing five Taylor Swift songs in a row but... Fair enough, didn't match the vibe! So if you're looking for a pub other than a T. Swift vibe, this is the one for you! They have a pool table but fairly loud music. So you do have to talk louder a bit, but that doesn't take away from the overall experience. A very good one from my few experiences! Also features outdoor space, perfect for the summer and football games! You have outdoor heaters too, so they should help in colder seasons

Drink selection not the largest, but a nice place with outdoor seating and friendly staff. Been a few times and have had a good time each time.

This is your quintessential local boozer. Meaning that the regulars are welcoming, the bar staff are awesome and after a few rounds you become part of the furniture. So much outdoor space at the front and even more around the back. So easy to relax and feel like yourself here. Thank you Kevon and Layla for making me feel at home. Your punters are wonderful!!

Avoid if you want a decent pint and decent food. Management is also very poor. The mature blonde lady who Severed me at the bar, (the owner), is what she said she was, is also rude obnoxious and has no people skills. Hence I understand now the bad rep.

Inexpensive, big terrace with plenty of seats and usually not busy at all. It's my pub of choice whenever I'm in the old Street area and are going to have a few pints with a couple of friends. Close enough to Old Street, plenty of space and reasonable prices, unlike most of the pubs around Old Street
