Oh we had such a great time. It was my 13yr olds birthday wish - the team made it brilliant, especially Dimi. They treated the boys like grown ups. And even helped do the cake, brought it out and sang. "Best birthday"! Not only that he got a birthday milkshake. The burgers and food were all the impeccable standard you'd expect. My younger son thinks the mac n cheese balls are the best food on earth! Thank you for such a great night

Excellent burger restaurant. Service 10/10, quick but not rushed, even during busy period. Staff really friendly and attentive. I had baconaise burger with millionaire fries. Boyfriend had the dirty boy, would recommend. Really hit the spot

Saw Gary Eats recent review on Beefy Boys. I absolutely love burgers and decided I just had to try. Now have to confirm, that to my greatest delight, this was the Best burger ever!! It was well worth the 347 mile journey we made down from Edinburgh. All of our food was outstanding, great service and atmosphere. Will now be my no.1 destination next time we visit Cheltenham, can't wait till the next time and firmly have the blue cheese burger in my sights for next visit! Thank you Beefy Boys for the great food and thank you Gary Eats for the recommendation.

The award winning burgers were good, however the Oklahoma onion boy burger just had too much onion. Besides that the burgers were good, the fries were alright but the milkshakes were absolutely delicious!

OMG. If you want 5 star burgers them this place is the business. There is a reason you need to book in advance and it is so popular. Service spot on. And!!!!!!!! DOG FRIENDLY

We visited Beefy Boys - Cheltenham on 22nd January, knowing it would be a solid and convenient location for a spot of dinner before a show at the Everyman Theatre. Unfortunately, my Grandmother experienced a fall on the steps on our way to our table upstairs. She had hit her head on a railing. We asked for a first aid kit, and due to it being a head injury, there was a fair bit of blood. Within seconds, a first aider was with us, they supported us with moving my grandmother to a comfortable seat, with better lighting. Water was provided as the first aider controlled the bleeding and cleaned the cut. They were incredibly attentive. At multiple times during the meal the first aider checked in with her as well as taking her contact details for after care. We were really impressed at the care provided but also how positive and professional they were. Due to it being a busy evening with multiple large groups, we ended up being a bit tight for time to get to the show due to waiting on our food, we may have been okay for time, if it weren't for the first aid incident and we don't blame the Beefy Boys team for this and as Herefordians, we are pleased business is good!! The team provided a 10% discount off the bill to acknowledge the wait time. We made it to the theatre with plenty of time to spare. My grandmother's cut is healing with no swelling or bruising at all. The team were excellent under pressure in both situations and their willingness and optimism saved us any stress throughout our experience. It really turned two potentially negative experiences, positive! Thank you :)

Went for my granddaughters birthday with a lot of family 😁 and 3 of the party have allergies,1 severe ,and all I can say is from start to finish the staff /chef were amazing ,nothing was to much trouble ,and even when I had a bit of a wobble when I seen the top of burger looking like sesame seeds (it wasn't it was linseed)I asked another question and not one person made me feel bad for asking ,food was lush , everybody was happy 😁 so thanku ,u were all amazing 🤩 we will be back soon 👍👍😉

Great staff and amazing food. I started with a Maple Old Fashioned served with a crispy slice of bacon. Dirty Boy, Ninja Chicken Tenders and Millionaire Fries.. an amazing experience. Thank you for looking after me.....❤️

Food wasn't bad per se but far from the best burger I've ever had. I didn't appreciate how greasy the bun was. Got the dirty boy, which as well as so greasy I needed to pick it up using napkins, the strongest flavour was American mustard, which I don't remember being in the description. Was expecting to taste more beef and cheese but yeah it was overwhelmed by mustard. It would be nice if there was some tomato and lettuce to either opt in or out of. Also got the poutine which was also just ok. A large portion of fries with some cheese curd and swimming in some gravy. Found the menu annoyingly large and didn't really tell me the difference between regular burgers and 'dirty' burgers. Considered a milkshake but when I saw they came in regular sized glasses I just went for a refillable fountain coke. (Came with a lemon which I dug out). Was sat with a screaming child in front of me, and the table next to me order 2 portions of truffle fries which stank up my table something awful. There was no salt or pepper or condiments on the table and I had to kidnap a roll of kitchen paper from another table. The server brought me some ketchup in a tub which was good for fries but not so great for applying to my burger. Overall a passable premium burger meal but I won't be rushing back. Please don't grease up your buns, it's super unnecessary.

The burgers are honestly one of the best burgers I've ever had. Was really glad a restaurant was set up in Cheltenham because I would and have driven to Hereford for it. This just makes it so much more accessible for me. The beef is just perfect and would totally recommend this for anyone wanting to try out.

Excellent lunch here in Cheltenham. We were served by Nathan who was very kind and friendly, excellent service all round.

The meal was quite enjoyable, featuring a burger, chocolate brownie, and fries; however, I suggest melting the mozzarella instead of layering it.

An amazing place to eat; a burger connoisseur’s dream! The portions are MASSIVE, you can easily get a full meal just with a burger after doubling or tripling up. I highly recommend the Jurassic burger, but think twice before ordering chips in the side, as those are big portions too! Our server was Claudie, and she was great! Can’t wait to come back.

Really good. Came for my husbands birthday and we were really impressed. It is the best burger we've had in years and really reminded us of the really amazing American style burgers, which you rarely get in England. Service was great. Atmosphere was great. Would highly recommend.

I've never had a bad experience at Beefy Boys, the food is top quality and the service is excellent. I've ordered a few different items over different visits and never been disappointed. It's obvious why they are ranked among the best in the world.

Had a great night. The food was tasty, I really enjoyed the bacon fries. Soft drinks were refillable which was an added surprise. My only observation, a little more could be done to not make you feel like the table is needed quickly. If beefy boys want maximum seat time please make that clear when you seat customers. I was approached twice to remove our plates whilst still eating, however this isn’t a reflection on the experience, I appreciate you are super busy.

I dont know what happened recently but the quality has drop drastically down. Bun stone cold like straight from the freezer. Half portion of chips,cold and with barley any sauce and bacon barely cooked. All of this for 25£!!! Feels like they had rush to close down the delivery orders. That's not ok at all even because I kept ordering every week for the past 2 years but now is not the same anymore. Sorry

Thought try it out as kept seeing best burgers well looked great and bacon fries bacon was salty and burger was ok jeremy Clarkson was so so much better I will come bck try diff burger some point little disappointed

Consistently good, its not just the burgers that are amazing. We go for the chilli fries as much as anything else. Free refills on soft drinks. You MUST book though!

Travelled 4 miles to go get a take away ,never used this place before. I had been trying to phone in my order all day but they don't even answer their phones.i turned up at 6pm on the 17th of Jan 2025 to be told that were not serving any more food so your have to come back at 9pm. What kind of a buisness is that to actually turn people away. Just hope you need customers one day. Distgusting behaviour. If you can't cope with the buisness then limit the amount of chairs inside so that outsiders get a chance to order a take away.

First time for me at Beefy Boys, the wife had been before and raved about it. As a lover of all things burger, they had to be good to impress me. There were 6 of us, 4 adults and two children, 9 &14. The atmosphere inside was busy, but not rowdy or crowded. All servers were cheery and smiley. Menu was explained to us, it's not complicated, but they did go through the different burger types and options. Mouth was watering at this point. With drinks delivered, the choosing began. We ordered a range of burgers, some thick some smashed and a range of the sides, Chicken tenders mac and cheese balls to name 2. Me and my 14 year old plumped for the specia, which was a Phat Boy platter. Wow! The picture does not do it justice, it was huge! Food was incredible, the burgers are heaven, big thing for me was the bun, I think someone said it was a semi brioche, It was firm enough to hold the contents but soft enough for a perfect mouth feel. Anyway burger was the best I have ever had, I've had a lot!, the sides were perfectly cooked, the mac and cheese balls, loaded fries, chicken tenders, wings and coleslaw were on point. Service was excellent. Our server Sirvan was attentive and enthusiastic, not in an over the top way, but you could tell he enjoyed working there. Our order arrived in good time, and drinks were topped up without wait. If you have soft drinks they can be self refilled, which is great. Foolishly, my 9 year old wanted a pudding! I helped him finish it, it was also awesome. Go try it out. You won't regret it!

First time at Beefy Boys definitely go again and again and again! I don’t usually eat burgers but these were delicious! Friendly, attentive and helpful staff. Had a lovely lunch with free refills of soft drinks. Only downside for us was that the music/ radio was a little too loud! ( but we are pensioners) !

We went on new years day, family of 5. Not saying I'm an expert in burgers but I've had my fair share so I'm comfortable sharing my experience. Great atmosphere and we were seated quickly. But the important stuff. We had a variety of burgers and I had the OG BOY. I found it overly greasy, I think the bun could have done with being cooked as it fell apart so much so I couldn't pick it and had to eat it with a fork and knife, which is a no no for me. Very salty and the cheese made it tough to eat. Didn't / couldn't finish it and it wasn't through being full. Probably the wrong choice but my first visit to the restaurant and first impressions last. I did visit the Beefy Boys van at Lakefest which was ace. Had to ask more than once for ketchup and was given one small portion for the five of us to share. Not sure if they do any other sauces as wasn't offered. Refills on drinks was good as it helped my swallow my burger. Overall, I can think of 3 or 4 better burger places in Cheltenham.

The classic burger is the perfect combo of meaty deliciousness with pickle, good old American cheese and crunchy onion. You rally taste the quality of all the ingredients. All in all, maybe around £17 for a burger with fries, everything of which is top tier. Well worth it!

Fantastic burgers and wonderful chips. If you're worried about coming here with a peanut allergy then don't as they were really accommodating for mine.

Brilliant in all aspects! Second time in Cheltenham restaurant after eating in Hereford and from the mobile van. Burgers were amazing! Would recommend Oklahoma style burgers. Mac n cheese balls were so rich and the tangy tomato dip with them is a great little accompaniment. Service wise, Toby couldn't do enough for us. Polite, efficient, good knowledge and clear communication. Hope to be back again soon!

We had high expectations when we visited today. My partner did enjoyed her burger I however was a little disappointed as the overwhelming flavour was a bit vinegary either from the sauce or gerkin ! The fries were a little cold and the buns could of held up a little better However the service was attentive.

Simply incredible. Up there with the best burgers we have eaten in London - Burger and Beyond and Lucky Chip. Everything was perfect. The dirty boy and American boy cooked and seasoned to perfection. The poutine was banging - the chicken gravy tasted really homemade complete with rosemary and proper curds. We will be back asap!

Ordered the Smashed Burger with Blue Cheese Sauce and Truffle Fries, because y’girl’s got taste. I have to say, this was like a last supper, a Death Row meal, because I could’ve happily gone to the electric chair and got zapped after that. However! I’m glad I didn’t go to the electric chair, because I might be back next week. No photos, because burgers and fries were demolished.

Had a lovely family meal here. I made a mistake with the number of people and Sara sorted it immediately. The burgers are fantastic (especially the beef dripping onions on the Dirty Boy!), and the poutine is amazing. The portions are massive and well worth the money. Thank you!

Still one of the best things I've ever eaten! After immensely enjoying the 'Christmas Boy' last year I had to return on my way back North from Devon. The burger was maybe even better than I remembered somehow. Just incredible! I added some BBQ & ranch chicken tenders this time around and they were also phenomenal. Really well cooked and loads of sauce too. The staff were amazing again as well. I really hope to get back again in Christmas futures for another fantastic experience! Previous visit: One of the best things I've ever eaten! I stopped off on my travels back North from Devon after seeing they were still doing their Crimbo specials up to new years. What a burger! Every aspect was incredible. The thick burger party was juicy and super tasty. The sausage stuffing patty and pulled turkey were pure smack! It was spilling out everywhere so made a lovely mess. Beautiful crisp bacon and a good amount of cranberry sauce. Added crunch from the fat bubble and squeak patty and a tasty little pig in blanket providing the 'cherry on the cake'! Even the bun was delightful, buttered and toasted perfectly. This was not only one of the best festive burgers I've ever had but one of the best burgers and even best food I've ever ingested too! The staff are excellent and the place is hugely popular (for good reason).

Without a shadow of doubt this is 100% THE best burger place we have tried. Their world winning burgers deserve the title. I had the Pastrami burger & I was left speachless with a 5mm thick strip of melt in your mouth pastrami draped over the top of the burger was heavenly. The reason for 4 stars was for the poutine fries. I've been seeing over the years people eating poutine & what we had looked nothing like poutine sorry to say, hardly any cheese or thick gravy left me questioning was I delivered the wrong fries? Putting that aside you will not find a better burger anywhere else, absolutely delicious!

Food is good. Service slow and still expect 7.50 surcharge which I chose not to pay. Music is so loud you can't hear yourself speak. Don't think we will be returning.

Literally the best burger I’ve had either in the UK and the US. Their chicken burgers also are amazing. If you want something really spicy order a side of their Hellboy sauce.

First visited in the first week, and it was a little shaky, but they've ironed out everything and both my recent visits have been great. Orders taken really promptly and food arrived pretty quickly too! Food has been absolutely banging last couple of visits and I will happily return and fill my face at the next available opportunity

Second time going to beefy boys and again a fantastic meal full of quality for the price. The rest of my family had never been before and absolutely knocked out of the park with there food.

Found this place after a day shopping.queing to get in which is a good sign.we waited go five minutes before being shown to our table drinks were ordered and came promptly.food the same and a excellent burger with bacon fries. A very good experience will definitely use again and recommend.

Lovely place! We took our 16 years old for his birthday meal and it was superb! I've asked for change of table and staff was happy to move as upstairs with no fuss 😊 burgers was the best I've had in UK. Overall we had great dinner 😁

I had a dirty boy and some dirty fries which were fantastic and would recommend. The service was mediocre and nothing special. However I felt pressured to pay the service fee.(If you wanted it removed a supervisor would be called). The atmosphere was quite nice and it gave pub vibes. I would recommend beefy boys for the food.

Food was good, service was good, but beware they put a 10%service charge on your bill.

Visited whilst staying the in the area and was surprised on how cheap it was. We would 100% return. One of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Can see why they won awards.

Went to beefy boys last night. Was served by a lovely gentleman called Jonas. He looked after our table and made sure we had everything we ordered. Clean restaurant. Kind staff, amazing food. Would go again.

Loved it, great burgers,the pountine fries were gorgeous.

We didn't book but they still managed to squeeze us in at prime time. The service was top notch - attentive but not too attentive. Food came reasonably fast and couldn't fault it. Chilli loaded fries and a huge patty - pink in the middle. Beautiful. Trouble is, no burger will ever match it!

Visited for the first time today. We had pre-booked, but it was very busy and we were told there may be a slight wait as they had just sat quite a few tables. Despite this service was very quick and attentive, food was brilliant and despite being busy the place is run so well and the atmosphere is brilliant. Will be visiting again!

Ive been to beefy boys 5 times now, once with friends, 3 times as a couple and the most recent with my mom and dad. Every single time they deliver with quality service, usually above what you expect the standard to be. My dad being blind was well respected and the waiter even told him his beer was at 1 o'clock to his plate, which honestly makes such a difference. And ive not even said anything about the food. The food however was incredible ive never been so satisfied with the price of such a quality burger which was also brilliant the taste is great and can be custom made to easily suit any needs or tastes. I love it. Please dont change perfection. If you do change maybe just update the beer selection or have some draught.

We really had a good time. The service was PERFECT. We are spanish and Mauro, was a perfect waiter. I really recommend the restaurant just because of him.

Great food , ordered a few burgers for the family. Had a lad called Jonas serve us - took our orders down quickly and made sure we were satisfied with the meals. We will be back again soon !

What can I say..... I come here this evening due to a highly recommended suggestion from my father in gloucester. In Bristol i would like to say I am spolt for choice in regards to burger joints. Not lying when I say this establishment provided the best burger i have ever had and the that also speaks for the milkshake. Would stongly say 100 percent, this place is a given must. 10/10 I can't even give any faults. Hats off, amazing!!

Food and service was flawless, literally couldn't fault anything if I tried. Definitely our go-to place whenever we're hungry and in Cheltenham 💯 I highly recommend the mac n cheese patty and their current special chicken kiev fries 🤟😋
