We really had a good time. The service was PERFECT. We are spanish and Mauro, was a perfect waiter. I really recommend the restaurant just because of him.

Great food , ordered a few burgers for the family. Had a lad called Jonas serve us - took our orders down quickly and made sure we were satisfied with the meals. We will be back again soon !

What can I say..... I come here this evening due to a highly recommended suggestion from my father in gloucester. In Bristol i would like to say I am spolt for choice in regards to burger joints. Not lying when I say this establishment provided the best burger i have ever had and the that also speaks for the milkshake. Would stongly say 100 percent, this place is a given must. 10/10 I can't even give any faults. Hats off, amazing!!

Food and service was flawless, literally couldn't fault anything if I tried. Definitely our go-to place whenever we're hungry and in Cheltenham 💯 I highly recommend the mac n cheese patty and their current special chicken kiev fries 🤟😋

Really good burgers and a good selection of them. I did find mine a bit too salty but otherwise top notch. Mac and cheese balls are a hit! Service was a bit slow but the restaurant was very busy at the time.

Everything about our visit was outstanding. The food was incredible and the staff couldn't do enough for us. The food took a little bit to get to us, but it was a very busy Saturday so we did not mind, though it was a very pleasant surprise to find that 20% was taken off our bill because of the wait, without us even mentioning it.

Beefy Boys has by far the best burgers I have ever had, that are so delicious you can't wait to have your next, but also filling enough that you won't be left hungry afterwards. The sides are 100% for sharing if you're also having a burger and a very much worth trying. You might think after your burger and fries that you wouldn't want a desert, but they are so light you'll somehow find room and complete the ultimate beefy boys experience.

Wow! We went here on a recommendation from a friend, and the burgers were fantastic. We had the Dirty boy (award winning burger) which was very good, but for me the best one was the Bacon Boy, was like a tastier and better version of the Big Mac (not that I like Maccies). Great food, great service with a smile, and great value. Will definitely go back 👍

Revisited here after not having the best experience last year. I was contacted by the manager and offered a couple of drinks for free. Went back today 14/10/24 and everything was going pretty well. Service was great and atmosphere was decent, food was ok. My friend found some clear cellophane in his burger. Staff notified and it was established that it hadn't been removed from the cheese slice correctly which resulted in it going into his burger. Not sure what to say really, pretty basic errors are being made. Staff were apologetic but you would have thought they might insist the burger was removed from the bill but instead offered a free dessert. Instead they agreed to deduct the fries off the bill upon request. This was my 2nd ever beefy boys visit and neither time have I been impressed.

First time I've visited and really glad I did. This place has been gaining kudos via word of mouth and I can now see why. It's a revelation that you can have your burgers thin, thick, smashed, etc. Then you choose the style and dressings. So many to choose from, it was hard to decide. There are six different ways to have fries, such as with truffle and parmesan, poutine (gravy and cheese), spiced, that you need a bit of time to choose. It was all absolutely excellent and good value at £12 for a signature Beefy Boy burger (with two patties as standard, bacon, cheese, relish, pickles, brioche bun, etc). You can basically customise your own, there are so many variables. The service was quick, friendly and efficient and the service charge is a refreshing 8% which we were asked if we were happy to pay when the server brought the bill. That was a refreshing surprise! Highly recommended!

Got a same day booking, seated quickly. Food and drinks arrived in good time and the food was just amazing. Super flavourful burgers, milkshakes were tasty and the only thing bad about the chips was there was just WAY too much for one person to eat. Asked for some take away containers and was given them within minutes. Also, not too expensive either!

Had lunch today at the Cheltenham branch and it was 10/10 scrumptious! Never tasted a burger that good! Clive & Kaz

Large selection of burgers , chicken and chips. Atmosphere is nice but it is abit expensive. £8 for a milkshake, £12+ for a burger but with no sides included.

Amazing food, Great Portions. I had the Chilli Cheese Boy, Poutine Fries and 2 salted caramel milkshakes absolutely amazing. Stuffed afterwards I'd definitely recommend it to anyone wanting great North American food

food is excellent as always, I came in for a takeaway order and was served by Sirvah who I believe was in his first week. His knowledge of the menu was excellent and the service was warm and professional.

Having heard a lot about Beefy Boys, I investigated them for the first time yesterday lunch time. The place was quiet, as it was a late lunch, but service was attentive and there was still a pleasant ambience. Cutting to the meat of the matter the food is very good. The millionaire fries in particular were stand outish, but I was ever so slightly underwhelmed by the burger, perhaps because of how highly Beefy Boys are spoken of. The OG burger disintegrated after one bite and while pretty flavoursome I had to consume with a knife and fork, which may seem like first world problems but is one of the joys of eating a burger. Undoubtedly far superior to many competitors on the high street but for £23 for burger, fries and a drink I expect to get blown away.

Amazing burgers and milkshakes are so tasty.

We were in Cheltenham on the way home from holiday in Cornwall so booked having seen the restaurant featured on a Tom Kerridge program. We weren’t disappointed and on Wednesday night, the restaurant was rammed But was able to maintain a good level of service and the food came reasonably quickly. The burgers were great although could’ve been a bit hotter. Plain fries were great and portion size really good, too!. Very happy to support a local chain.

Visited many times, always given it 5 stars before, but whilst the food is still good , the service has become less efficient. The place was cold as people queue in the doorway. There needs to be a larger area for queueing, as the food got cold very quickly.

Amazing burgers, service and atmosphere.

Very good burgers with lots of flavour. There is a wide selection of different toppings and you have the choice of how you'd like your burger doing (e.g. Oklahoma style). The Poutine was also good, and large enough for two people. My only complaint is that it would be nice to have a few more largers on tap as there wasn't a massive selection.

Staff are welcoming and friendly. What can one say about Beefy Boys food? They're tasty, tasty, very, very tasty. They're very tasty.

This is the second time I've been with my family to The Beefy Boys in Cheltenham. I am a huge burger fan and I definitely place their burgers in the top 3 burgers that I've ever eaten. The first time I had the dirty boy burger which was really good but the Oklahoma boy animal style burger which I had today was excellent. My wife had the pastami boy burger and my daughter with her friend had the dirty boy burger. The service was also excellent. Once we gave our order the food was brought in about 15-20 minutes after the order even the the place was really busy and packed as it was a Friday night. We were constantly checked on by the waiters to see if we needed anything and if everything was okay. Particularly by one of the waitresses who looked like to be the floor manager (unfortunately I didn't catch her name) and another waiter who's name was Angel who was also excellent. Came in for lunch, was greeted well, and staff were polite and helpful. Then the best part, the burgers! These were the best burgers I've ever had! The choice to have a standard patty or smashed is a great idea, and the huge selection of toppings for the burgers means there is something that will appeal to everyone! The fries are also fantastic, had the poutine style which were rich and so filling! Oh and the Mac and cheese balls were perfect and gooey on the inside! Make sure that you come in hungry as you'll want to try everything and it's worth it!

It was OK. Over priced for what it is. Wish they would stop using brioche buns for the burgers that just fall apart, whoever did this first needs speaking to! Not sure the service charge is warranted either, and slightly disingenuous asking right at the end putting you on the spot. I'd not go back as dunkertons burgers are much better. Nearly £50 for 2 burger and chips plus 1 beer and 1 soft drink. Overpriced.

I had a great meal here before heading out into town. I ended up sharing burgers with my sister as neither of us could decide on which one to have, the menu is a bit too big for my liking. We shared half of each the bacon boy and the pastrami boy which were both scrumptious burgers and enjoyed with Mac and cheese balls and the BBQ and ranch sauce chicken tenders. Plenty of choice drinks wise as well and the staff are very friendly and attentive.

A burger soup . Maybe in the restaurant it’s ok but as a take out , absolutely awful . You needed a spoon to eat it. Impossible to pick it up. The worst burger I have ever seen . Update . As requested I sent delivery details , but no response . I wound avoid ever ordering a take out from this place . A total disaster .

Visiting family nearby and was taken along for Saturday lunch. Fantastic from start to finish. Great decor, warm, friendly and helpful staff. Superb burger and chip options. Food arrived quickly and all tasted amazing!!! Liked how they inform you how the tips are dispersed and up to you if want to leave any, service was so good we left even more. The only problem…. I don’t know if the family will realise why it is I want to visit them every couple of weeks and be happy about it.

The best burgers we have ever had. We have been following the Beefy boys on you tube and wanted to visit for some time but live nearly 3 hours drive away so we planned our holiday nearby! It did not disappoint. Will be back soon!

The food is so so so delicious 😋. Even the kids burgers are as just awesome as the adult menu. Variety of sauces and variety of Pattie types. We loved it, and so our kids. You have to park on yourself, in any parking spot as there isn’t any by.

The burgers are AMAZING, honestly second to none. I recommend the smashed as the thick patty comes medium, which is not to everyone's taste. Really great selection of flavours. Milkshakes were great, the pastrami fries are ace but definitely a share between 2 or even 3 people.

Excellently served by Mauro this restaurant is a fabulous place with the best burgers I've eaten in a while. I had the Bacon Boy with smashed patties and an extra patty which meant I ended up with four which I ate but am very full now but satisfyingly so. The millionaire fries were also delicious. It's good and it probably still is the best burger in Cheltenham, but it's declined in a couple of aspects since launching: 1. They no longer do chicken wings. Wings and Burgers belong together. They also changed the buffalo sauce. The original buffalo sauce was so nice and buttery. 2. The costs have inflated quite a lot, especially the fries. When they first launched, I had a lot of respect for them for having fries costed low at around £3.50. Now they have just copied everyone else and charge near enough a fiver which I think is too much personally, especially as the portion size is small. Lastly, I do get it quite a lot from Deliveroo and the food is never very hot when it arrives which is sad.

Gorgeous place from the outside. Approaching the menu card, I was a bit confused though. The sky grew dark and an ominous chorus increased in volume as I focused on the description for Hellboy 2.0. Think, "learning a new word of power in Skyrim" style. It called my name. I never gave it my name, but it called. Popped in, got amazing service from Victoria, signed a waiver and off we go. When the Hellboy arrived, everyone went silent and Latin chanting erupted through the speakers. An impressively decorated burger. The thing was good. I think it had been, at least, having singed my taste buds off. I could definitely still taste the beef through the monstrous heat, which speaks very highly of the quality of the meat. It's been very filling too, insofar as my stomach has gone on strike and refuses to entertain the idea of anything else (bar milk and volumes of alcohol) from entering. Homelander can't hold a candle to my milk chugging. The heat of the burger was second only to the warmth of the staff, especially Victoria; their eyes full of pity for my foolishness. Thank you. I'm grateful. But they've checked up on me, were very kind, and clearly were working their rears off. I'm currently envious of anyone who has a rear that doesn't threaten to turn into an Apollo 11 rocket. I'm really looking forward to returning and trying a burger that I'll actually actively enjoy. But this was unforgettable. Cheers x

Finally got around to trying Beefy Boys, expectations were high as there is a lot of hype but the hype is deserved! The food for the kids was very good and was polished off with enthusiasm. The milkshakes are available in a half size which is perfect for kids, so many places don't do this and it's always frustrating to spend £6 on a milkshake only for half of it to be wasted. The burgers were tip top as you would hope and the loaded fries were delicious and plentiful, perfect for sharing. The only problem I had was choosing as there were at least 7 things I wanted to try so will have to return.

Great food as always and the chicken strips as at July 2024 are a really good accompaniment. I love dogs, however suprised to see one with diners at an indoor table next to me. I don't particularly have an issue with this, however diners without dogs should out of courtesy be asked if they are okay sat on table next to one of our furry friends.
