Great service and the best burger I've ever had.

Yet another superb burger from the beefy Boys, and again great service from a lovely guy Jaz who made you feel very relaxed and at home , you will not find another burger restaurant anywhere in the UK where the burgers are freshly made to order, and a selection of more than 30 burgers on the menu to choose from,

The classic burger is the perfect combo of meaty deliciousness with pickle, good old American cheese and crunchy onion. You rally taste the quality of all the ingredients. All in all, maybe around £17 for a burger with fries, everything of which is top tier. Well worth it!

We went on new years day, family of 5. Not saying I'm an expert in burgers but I've had my fair share so I'm comfortable sharing my experience. Great atmosphere and we were seated quickly. But the important stuff. We had a variety of burgers and I had the OG BOY. I found it overly greasy, I think the bun could have done with being cooked as it fell apart so much so I couldn't pick it and had to eat it with a fork and knife, which is a no no for me. Very salty and the cheese made it tough to eat. Didn't / couldn't finish it and it wasn't through being full. Probably the wrong choice but my first visit to the restaurant and first impressions last. I did visit the Beefy Boys van at Lakefest which was ace. Had to ask more than once for ketchup and was given one small portion for the five of us to share. Not sure if they do any other sauces as wasn't offered. Refills on drinks was good as it helped my swallow my burger. Overall, I can think of 3 or 4 better burger places in Cheltenham.

Fantastic burgers and wonderful chips. If you're worried about coming here with a peanut allergy then don't as they were really accommodating for mine.

Brilliant in all aspects! Second time in Cheltenham restaurant after eating in Hereford and from the mobile van. Burgers were amazing! Would recommend Oklahoma style burgers. Mac n cheese balls were so rich and the tangy tomato dip with them is a great little accompaniment. Service wise, Toby couldn't do enough for us. Polite, efficient, good knowledge and clear communication. Hope to be back again soon!

Simply incredible. Up there with the best burgers we have eaten in London - Burger and Beyond and Lucky Chip. Everything was perfect. The dirty boy and American boy cooked and seasoned to perfection. The poutine was banging - the chicken gravy tasted really homemade complete with rosemary and proper curds. We will be back asap!

We had high expectations when we visited today. My partner did enjoyed her burger I however was a little disappointed as the overwhelming flavour was a bit vinegary either from the sauce or gerkin ! The fries were a little cold and the buns could of held up a little better However the service was attentive.

Ordered the Smashed Burger with Blue Cheese Sauce and Truffle Fries, because y’girl’s got taste. I have to say, this was like a last supper, a Death Row meal, because I could’ve happily gone to the electric chair and got zapped after that. However! I’m glad I didn’t go to the electric chair, because I might be back next week. No photos, because burgers and fries were demolished.

Had a lovely family meal here. I made a mistake with the number of people and Sara sorted it immediately. The burgers are fantastic (especially the beef dripping onions on the Dirty Boy!), and the poutine is amazing. The portions are massive and well worth the money. Thank you!

Still one of the best things I've ever eaten! After immensely enjoying the 'Christmas Boy' last year I had to return on my way back North from Devon. The burger was maybe even better than I remembered somehow. Just incredible! I added some BBQ & ranch chicken tenders this time around and they were also phenomenal. Really well cooked and loads of sauce too. The staff were amazing again as well. I really hope to get back again in Christmas futures for another fantastic experience! Previous visit: One of the best things I've ever eaten! I stopped off on my travels back North from Devon after seeing they were still doing their Crimbo specials up to new years. What a burger! Every aspect was incredible. The thick burger party was juicy and super tasty. The sausage stuffing patty and pulled turkey were pure smack! It was spilling out everywhere so made a lovely mess. Beautiful crisp bacon and a good amount of cranberry sauce. Added crunch from the fat bubble and squeak patty and a tasty little pig in blanket providing the 'cherry on the cake'! Even the bun was delightful, buttered and toasted perfectly. This was not only one of the best festive burgers I've ever had but one of the best burgers and even best food I've ever ingested too! The staff are excellent and the place is hugely popular (for good reason).

Without a shadow of doubt this is 100% THE best burger place we have tried. Their world winning burgers deserve the title. I had the Pastrami burger & I was left speachless with a 5mm thick strip of melt in your mouth pastrami draped over the top of the burger was heavenly. The reason for 4 stars was for the poutine fries. I've been seeing over the years people eating poutine & what we had looked nothing like poutine sorry to say, hardly any cheese or thick gravy left me questioning was I delivered the wrong fries? Putting that aside you will not find a better burger anywhere else, absolutely delicious!

Very welcoming and excellent service. I also noticed how lovely and clean the toilets are.

Met by the manager who was great, fitted us in early and made us feel very welcome. I think his name might be joey! Served by Matt, great chap, helpful with the menu, super service. Food was great, awesome flavours, very nicely cooked. We will be back. Highly recommended

Food is good. Service slow and still expect 7.50 surcharge which I chose not to pay. Music is so loud you can't hear yourself speak. Don't think we will be returning.

First visited in the first week, and it was a little shaky, but they've ironed out everything and both my recent visits have been great. Orders taken really promptly and food arrived pretty quickly too! Food has been absolutely banging last couple of visits and I will happily return and fill my face at the next available opportunity

Literally the best burger I’ve had either in the UK and the US. Their chicken burgers also are amazing. If you want something really spicy order a side of their Hellboy sauce.

Second time going to beefy boys and again a fantastic meal full of quality for the price. The rest of my family had never been before and absolutely knocked out of the park with there food.

Found this place after a day shopping.queing to get in which is a good sign.we waited go five minutes before being shown to our table drinks were ordered and came promptly.food the same and a excellent burger with bacon fries. A very good experience will definitely use again and recommend.

The burgers are honestly one of the best burgers I've ever had. Was really glad a restaurant was set up in Cheltenham because I would and have driven to Hereford for it. This just makes it so much more accessible for me. The beef is just perfect and would totally recommend this for anyone wanting to try out.

Lovely place! We took our 16 years old for his birthday meal and it was superb! I've asked for change of table and staff was happy to move as upstairs with no fuss 😊 burgers was the best I've had in UK. Overall we had great dinner 😁

I had a dirty boy and some dirty fries which were fantastic and would recommend. The service was mediocre and nothing special. However I felt pressured to pay the service fee.(If you wanted it removed a supervisor would be called). The atmosphere was quite nice and it gave pub vibes. I would recommend beefy boys for the food.

Highly recommend if you like dirty burgers with lots of different styles.

Went to beefy boys last night. Was served by a lovely gentleman called Jonas. He looked after our table and made sure we had everything we ordered. Clean restaurant. Kind staff, amazing food. Would go again.

Ive been to beefy boys 5 times now, once with friends, 3 times as a couple and the most recent with my mom and dad. Every single time they deliver with quality service, usually above what you expect the standard to be. My dad being blind was well respected and the waiter even told him his beer was at 1 o'clock to his plate, which honestly makes such a difference. And ive not even said anything about the food. The food however was incredible ive never been so satisfied with the price of such a quality burger which was also brilliant the taste is great and can be custom made to easily suit any needs or tastes. I love it. Please dont change perfection. If you do change maybe just update the beer selection or have some draught.

Visited for the first time today. We had pre-booked, but it was very busy and we were told there may be a slight wait as they had just sat quite a few tables. Despite this service was very quick and attentive, food was brilliant and despite being busy the place is run so well and the atmosphere is brilliant. Will be visiting again!

We didn't book but they still managed to squeeze us in at prime time. The service was top notch - attentive but not too attentive. Food came reasonably fast and couldn't fault it. Chilli loaded fries and a huge patty - pink in the middle. Beautiful. Trouble is, no burger will ever match it!

We really had a good time. The service was PERFECT. We are spanish and Mauro, was a perfect waiter. I really recommend the restaurant just because of him.

Great food , ordered a few burgers for the family. Had a lad called Jonas serve us - took our orders down quickly and made sure we were satisfied with the meals. We will be back again soon !

What can I say..... I come here this evening due to a highly recommended suggestion from my father in gloucester. In Bristol i would like to say I am spolt for choice in regards to burger joints. Not lying when I say this establishment provided the best burger i have ever had and the that also speaks for the milkshake. Would stongly say 100 percent, this place is a given must. 10/10 I can't even give any faults. Hats off, amazing!!

Food and service was flawless, literally couldn't fault anything if I tried. Definitely our go-to place whenever we're hungry and in Cheltenham 💯 I highly recommend the mac n cheese patty and their current special chicken kiev fries 🤟😋

Really good burgers and a good selection of them. I did find mine a bit too salty but otherwise top notch. Mac and cheese balls are a hit! Service was a bit slow but the restaurant was very busy at the time.

Everything about our visit was outstanding. The food was incredible and the staff couldn't do enough for us. The food took a little bit to get to us, but it was a very busy Saturday so we did not mind, though it was a very pleasant surprise to find that 20% was taken off our bill because of the wait, without us even mentioning it.

Beefy Boys has by far the best burgers I have ever had, that are so delicious you can't wait to have your next, but also filling enough that you won't be left hungry afterwards. The sides are 100% for sharing if you're also having a burger and a very much worth trying. You might think after your burger and fries that you wouldn't want a desert, but they are so light you'll somehow find room and complete the ultimate beefy boys experience.

Wow! We went here on a recommendation from a friend, and the burgers were fantastic. We had the Dirty boy (award winning burger) which was very good, but for me the best one was the Bacon Boy, was like a tastier and better version of the Big Mac (not that I like Maccies). Great food, great service with a smile, and great value. Will definitely go back 👍

Revisited here after not having the best experience last year. I was contacted by the manager and offered a couple of drinks for free. Went back today 14/10/24 and everything was going pretty well. Service was great and atmosphere was decent, food was ok. My friend found some clear cellophane in his burger. Staff notified and it was established that it hadn't been removed from the cheese slice correctly which resulted in it going into his burger. Not sure what to say really, pretty basic errors are being made. Staff were apologetic but you would have thought they might insist the burger was removed from the bill but instead offered a free dessert. Instead they agreed to deduct the fries off the bill upon request. This was my 2nd ever beefy boys visit and neither time have I been impressed.

First time I've visited and really glad I did. This place has been gaining kudos via word of mouth and I can now see why. It's a revelation that you can have your burgers thin, thick, smashed, etc. Then you choose the style and dressings. So many to choose from, it was hard to decide. There are six different ways to have fries, such as with truffle and parmesan, poutine (gravy and cheese), spiced, that you need a bit of time to choose. It was all absolutely excellent and good value at £12 for a signature Beefy Boy burger (with two patties as standard, bacon, cheese, relish, pickles, brioche bun, etc). You can basically customise your own, there are so many variables. The service was quick, friendly and efficient and the service charge is a refreshing 8% which we were asked if we were happy to pay when the server brought the bill. That was a refreshing surprise! Highly recommended!

Got a same day booking, seated quickly. Food and drinks arrived in good time and the food was just amazing. Super flavourful burgers, milkshakes were tasty and the only thing bad about the chips was there was just WAY too much for one person to eat. Asked for some take away containers and was given them within minutes. Also, not too expensive either!

Had lunch today at the Cheltenham branch and it was 10/10 scrumptious! Never tasted a burger that good! Clive & Kaz

Large selection of burgers , chicken and chips. Atmosphere is nice but it is abit expensive. £8 for a milkshake, £12+ for a burger but with no sides included.

Amazing food, Great Portions. I had the Chilli Cheese Boy, Poutine Fries and 2 salted caramel milkshakes absolutely amazing. Stuffed afterwards I'd definitely recommend it to anyone wanting great North American food

food is excellent as always, I came in for a takeaway order and was served by Sirvah who I believe was in his first week. His knowledge of the menu was excellent and the service was warm and professional.

If you haven't tried this place yout missing out!!

Having heard a lot about Beefy Boys, I investigated them for the first time yesterday lunch time. The place was quiet, as it was a late lunch, but service was attentive and there was still a pleasant ambience. Cutting to the meat of the matter the food is very good. The millionaire fries in particular were stand outish, but I was ever so slightly underwhelmed by the burger, perhaps because of how highly Beefy Boys are spoken of. The OG burger disintegrated after one bite and while pretty flavoursome I had to consume with a knife and fork, which may seem like first world problems but is one of the joys of eating a burger. Undoubtedly far superior to many competitors on the high street but for £23 for burger, fries and a drink I expect to get blown away.

Amazing burgers and milkshakes are so tasty.

Visited many times, always given it 5 stars before, but whilst the food is still good , the service has become less efficient. The place was cold as people queue in the doorway. There needs to be a larger area for queueing, as the food got cold very quickly.

Amazing burgers, service and atmosphere.

We were in Cheltenham on the way home from holiday in Cornwall so booked having seen the restaurant featured on a Tom Kerridge program. We weren’t disappointed and on Wednesday night, the restaurant was rammed But was able to maintain a good level of service and the food came reasonably quickly. The burgers were great although could’ve been a bit hotter. Plain fries were great and portion size really good, too!. Very happy to support a local chain.

Very good burgers with lots of flavour. There is a wide selection of different toppings and you have the choice of how you'd like your burger doing (e.g. Oklahoma style). The Poutine was also good, and large enough for two people. My only complaint is that it would be nice to have a few more largers on tap as there wasn't a massive selection.
