The Bayhorse at Arkholme is a superb restaurant with excellent staff who couldn’t do enough for you, who get to know you and treat you like the best of friends. This is a gem of a restaurant. Fine dining at its best but in a pleasant and relaxed country pub setting. Kevin is a great host and his son is the superb chef.

We chose the taster menu and have to say that for £65 each it was a real treat. Fine dining; the food was sublime Highly recommended and will definitely go again

Superb food and service. We had the tasting menu and it was outstanding. Genial host and great wine. Excellent feeling to the place and couldnt fault it. Chef was nice chap and interested in our opinions. Highly recommend

5-7 Great John StreetSentimientos encontrados sobre este lugar. El personal, el ambiente, el ambiente general todo encantador, y el café puede ser el mejor en Lancaster. Sin embargo, la comida no es genial. El tipo de comida sosa poco imaginativa que le da un mal nombre al veganismo, lo que es una lástima terrible ya que la buena comida vegana es maravillosa. Ok para un café y pastel de día, pero no es bueno para una comida adecuada. Muy caro.

66 Main StreetCame in on valentines with the other half. Warm and cosy environment, lovely welcoming staff. The food was delicious and everything was properly home-cooked. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!
