Visited on an empty weekday afternoon and wouldn’t serve me because I had my 12 year old son with me. Dogs are allowed but kids aren’t? Says it all No wonder Witherspoons around the corner is packed and this place is empty

Good for sport to be fair but staff painstakingly miserable staff. It was an effort for them to serve people drinks with one of them on her mobile all night having a go at everyone

Lovely place to go. NOT Wouldn't let me sit and feed my baby yesterday because he's under 18. It was half 10 in the morning and no cafes were open in High Street. I told the guy I only needed to feed my newborn but that still wasn't allowed. Disgusting. I was also making a purchase, I wanted a half pint of lemonade 😑 It's ok though for them to play pool and be drinking at that time of morning though but I couldn't give my son a drink? Shocking. Thought this place was a public house, for the public, clearly only open for alcoholics.

We came to Barry for the week and needed somewhere to watch the euros final. Spoke to Joe who sorted us out with a great table and good chat. Shame about the result 🏴😭 but otherwise happy to spend it in a great atmosphere with amazing value drinks and lovely staff

Drinks were cheap but not that nice, get what you pay for I suppose, the bar is quite big but cold and unwellcomeing no atmosphere staff didn't smile once, not a real pub, much better pubs in Barry.

If I could sum this place up in 3 words it would be: Tasteless, Expensive, Garbage. The noodles were worse that supernoodles, soggy and tasteless. The chips had been sitting around for quite a while, when I asked for salt the girl told me they had no salt. I mean, WHAT?! This is a essential condiment. The chicken balls, were more like 3 pathetic stale chicken nuggets, utterly tasteless and dry. The curry sauce was watery and tasteless too...but worse of all was the extionationate price for this garbage. It came to 23quid!! I had the following: Noodles with chicken balls (3 chicken nuggets) and curry sauce Chips (no salt) with chicken balls and curry Bottle of coke zero Bottle of water After a couple of mouthfuls the food when straight in the bin, not even the seagull wanted it. The business is clearly resting on its laurels. They have a prime location so can afford to pass off this overpriced garbage to unsuspecting tourists. They'll probably rebrand next year. Wash, rinse, repeat. If I was the girl servicing us I would feel embarrassed serving this, clearly the owner doesn't give too hoots about quality and is more interested in making a quick buck from idiots like me.

Cardiff Roadforgot to add a burger to a meal for my child. absolutely ridiculous is a burger not the main part of a meal so would you not think to check the food your sending with just eat drivers so they get the blame usually. SHOCKING DO NOY RECOMMEND

210 Holton RoadChicken (other than the strips) was tasteless, oily, and tasted old. No communication at all, chips were cooked but tasted boiled rather than fried yet somehow were still oily 😭😭 delivery driver was sound though and they were on time as well so do with that what you will
