Came for a family dinner last week. We were well looked after the whole night with fantastic service from our waitress Imogen, she was so lovely and very accommodating to all our needs. Had a great time and will definitely be going back next week!

Kayla has been fabulous all night, from taking our order at the bar to giving us a good laugh whilst finishing our pub quiz.

Brilliant setting for food, drinks and watching live sport. Friendly and attentive staff who reserved us a space beside the pool table to talk football. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back for a Guinness. Grant runs a great pub 👍

We went to The Bank after our football game Saturday morning. We needed somewhere local to celebrate and get the team together and the Bank offered a great atmosphere for that. We were here over lunch and the food that was ordered was top notch and the there was a great selection on tap to drink. Great atmosphere and a great area up the back to watch the football and unwind with a few games of pool. Would recommend to anyone to stop in, great beer, staff and location!

The Bank is a great spot for some lunch and drinks. Grant behind the bar is top man, he’ll make sure you have everything you need, great service.

Made really welcome as a large group, was lads from the football team I run and we got a space with a pool table and the service was great and atmosphere was really good. Couldn’t ask for more.

Bank night was ubiquitous in entertainment and fun. First time here and loved every second. Kayla especially was brilliant and made the night in the bank worth it and it was one of my favourite nights of the year.

The staff were friendly and the place has a chilled atmospheric vibe with that dome ceiling. Would totally spend an evening with pals here. Ordered fish and chips with peas - fish and peas were a little dry for my taste but still a solid meal. Dessert decent.

Lovely bar tender Claire gave us lovely mafe pints aswell as Jamie macphearson giving us fantastic service and lovely drinks.

Excellent food and atmosphere. Claire served me and my boyfriend Steven, and she was very accommodating and charming. I highly recommend the chicken and bacon burger. The half price cocktails deal was also a massive plus! Will definitely be back!

I was served be Steven and it was an excellent experience, he was quick and attentive from the moment I walked up to the bar, the food was also good.

Went for a few drinks on Saturday night with my parents and was amazed that all cocktails were 50% off on a Saturday night. With live music on aswell it was an amazing and cheap night at a local pub. 10/10 would recommend

Not a good menu was really disappointed in baked potato with cheese had to ask for some butter as potato was very dry and cheese melded into the potato

The Bank is a lovely building with friendly staff. My friend and I ordered a toastie and neither of us finished them. I asked the waiter when he came to ask if everything was ok and said that the toastie was very greasy and tasted like it had been deep fried which he said it wasn't. The chips were cold. His reaction? None. Didn't respond. We are unlikely to return.

Surprisingly great pub food for Glasgow. Nothing like your normal Wethersoons/Hungry Horse, the burger here had an amazing crisp bun on it and tased so fresh. I also had a slice of the sticky toffee pudding which was very delicious and well presented. It was order at the bar, however the staff were very pleasant and welcoming, bring the food to the table and checking in that everything was good. The atmosphere was pretty quiet tonight as there was nothing on, however they have a board at the door that was full of things like Poker Night and sports events. I'll definitely be back and would throughly recommend a visit.

I'm a local resident in the nearby vicinity to this pub. The food is delicious and atmosphere is too. All of the staff are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable with the beers and gins.

Great food, drink and staff are amazing! Atmospheric regardless when you go in. For sporting events, it’s the place to go. I often book a table to ensure I am part of a fabulous experience!

Service was excellent and Belhaven Best went down well. Oh oh, no Belhaven now, replaced by John Smiths. You r having a laugh. Tried the fishy wrap, but it was not great. Bar staff great but hard to recommend unless you like lager. Real ales are hit and miss.

Excellent pub! Went with friends to watch the football, excellent atmosphere and staff are all really friendly. Defo be back

First time at The Bank as a group and we took part in the quiz. Host was very rude and sarcastic to us, both privately and in public. Other customers commented on the sour nature of comments made to us and to others. It spoiled the evening and everyone wished we had went elsewhere. No one in the party will return to The Bank or recommend it to others due to this experience.

Great experience at The Bank: dinner for two on a Sunday night and it was excellent. Good choice on the menu, very friendly and attentive staff who were able to recommend a really nice wine. Service was fast and friendly, too and the interior is one of our favourites. All in all, if you want great quality food and outstanding customer service, give The Bank a try - this is how it's done!

Called in yesterday for a coffee. Friendly reception from staff. Good choice of seating and several TV's. Coffee was great. Looks like a well run bar, so I'll be back to sample an Eva entertainment.

Well i had chicken pie veg and mash. Not good- the mash i think instant had lumps in it. The veg was hard and chewy and the pie was brick hard i think it was old. I complained about it but the manager he said the flaky pastry was meant to be hard. I explained to him that i can cook and that is not correct. Anyway, i wont be back

Great selection of cakes and pastries and staff are really friendly and helpful. All that was missing was that it was on the cold side

I had a very pleasant experience when in the bank as it was a very chilled and relaxed environment, i was served by Kayla and she has a really great attitude which shines through as she puts full attention to detail when serving you as the customer! and for that i will give kayla a 10/10 and also the Bank as a whole a 10/10 i thoroughly enjoyed my time there😁!

Visited the Bank recently for a bite to eat with my husband we had pizza and it was delicious big thanks to Zoe our waitress for the recommendation. Great atmosphere not too busy lovely food and drinks.

Popped in today with my husband (older couple) and our wee dog. Stood waiting for a table for approx 10 mins to become available. When one did, we walked towards the table when a member of staff came over to tell us we could not have our dog in. This was previously a dog friendly pub (which we previously frequented on several occasions). We were therefore amazed to be told it was now not. Worse than that to have been stood waiting for a table for 10 minutes and only to be told as we approached the table. Very poor customer care. Fortunately we did go to a local "dog friendly" bar/restaurant" where we were made most welcome

Quiet and comfy during the day. Didn't have much time, so they brought the food as quick as they could. Very tasty. Nice calming atmosphere. Only negative was too many TV screens everywhere. Unnecessary and distracting

A pub for everyone. Whether in for a blether with mates or a meal with the wife you will not be disappointed. Plenty of choice of beers, wine and cocktails. Regular pub food with again plenty of choice. STtill a decent pub. Can recommend the Belhaven Best.
