Popped in after a great trip on the Copper Jack boat. Ordered two drinks and a bruschetta to share. 30 mins later enquired politely how long it would be. Owner/manager laughably tried to stare me out saying other tables were waiting as well. Finally arrived, two stale small slices of bread, cheap tomatoes, cheap lettuce and full of vinegar. As far away from a bruschetta as you could imagine. Bill was close to £20. If it was good, no problem. It wasn’t, and combined with the laughable “host” it was a joke. Close to the arena so obviously rely on one time visitors. We both work in the city centre and will never be back. Such a shame when the marina needs credible operators.

After 30 minutes, politely asked how long it would be to be met by a laughable stare by the owner/ manager who said others had been waiting longer. Finally got our order. The whole experience especially the “owner’s” attitude was abysmal. Obviously rely on one time visitors to the arena. We both work with many colleagues in the city centre and will never be back.

10 out of 5 that’s how good it is and the staff were amazing made us laugh and they were very nice especially to our grand daughter

We called in on Good Friday for lunch, we had the homemade lasagne it was one of the best we had. In one of the friendliest restaurants we have been the owner Sal and Hussain were great. So much we booked a table for Easter Sunday evening and the evening meal surpassed our expectations. They had everything ready for us and the food was great. This place is a hidden gem and well worth the visit I sure we will be back Nicola & Andrew

Just coffee and cake and very friendly service. We plan to re-visit the area and will definitely pop in for something more substantial.

Lovely lunch with the family after visiting the museum. Staff were so inviting and friendly and were great with the children. Would recommend and return.

What an amazing find, went to the L2 for a swim and found this place by pure accident. Food was all freshly made I had a pizza, mum the chicken Caesar salad. They made plan pasta with cheese for my little girl. All amazing quality. Lovely to watch the guys outside having a pint while they fished. My little girl managed to spill her milk and got soaked and the staff and manager were all so helpful, even managed to help us to get her leggings dry before we left. Lovely and friendly, when we come back to swim we will definitely be coming to eat again. Highly recommend for families :)
