Great cafe food and great service! I recommend the Jacks special burger and also their cooked breakfast is great.

The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere with a great view of the street. The staff are very friendly and always smiling, which makes the experience even better. The food is decent, with fresh ingredients, and the coffee is also quite good. Overall, it’s a nice place to visit

A lovely Cafe we popped in before catching our train home. Husband had a full English I had jacket potato. Both were fabulous if in the area again will definitely go back. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Whar a great find!!! Firstly the staff are SUPER friendly and accommodating! The tables and eating areas were all lovely and clean. We had breakfasts and a kids lunch- the potions are huge, it's all clearly freshly cooked. Food was delicious and service was excellent, prices are really reasonable too. I'd definitely return!

Great place highly recommend we had breakfast plater.. and small breakfast with one substitute so I had hash browns instead of sausage 😋 they had ordinary toast and amazing bread, even though I try not to eat wheat it was tempting.. was really nice bread!!

Good coffee, reasonably priced, spotlessly clean and lovely service.

After moving we were on the hunt for a new breakfast spot. Had the eggs benedict with salmon and am hooked! Perfect portion, delicious taste and leave feeling like my belly has had the most loving hug. Haven't tried anything else on other visits to Jack's Kitchen yet as just can't get enough of the eggs benny. Service is great, super lovely ladies and chefs. Atmosphere has been a bit quiet when we've been there (possibly just due to times and days we go) but wow. What an absolute gem of a place to have on the high street. Highly recommended :)

Lovely food - I had the small pancake breakfast and all of it was delicious. Streaky bacon was crispy and smoky, the sausages were seasoned and tasty and the pancakes were light and fluffy and even more delicious when topped with the clotted cream they provided as a side. Service is great, staff are very friendly and professional. Food was delivered quickly and was fresh off the grill so nice and hot. You can see they're using fresh ingredients and it definitely comes through in the taste. The restaurant itself is nice and clean and has a nice cosy atmosphere which makes it perfect for a quiet bite to eat. I feel like this place might get looked over a lot but i definitely recommend going in a trying it out!

I've had the best Eggs Benedict I've ever had at The Wolseley in London, and these at Jack's were not too far away from that. They were excellent. Service is nice and friendly too. Well worth a cheeky visit. :)

Fantastic service with equally amazing food. Happened upon the place by chance, and it is now my favourite place to stop for lunch in Swansea town. Staff are friendly and always happy to help.

Nice little cafe, plenty of option for breakfast. Had the regular English breakfast and was very nice, good quality and quantity and did the eggs just right.

Only popped in for a cuppa, and a cheese on toast caught my eye. Brought to the table by a spotlessly clean lady with a friendly smile. What more could you ask for on a rainy, miserable day The breakfasts looked good as well. I shall return. Nice one 👍

Never even knew this place existed. We were feeling hungry and the place looked inviting. I chose the Large Breakfast, my partner Chicken Cesar Ciabatta & chips, and my step daughter had Pasta Napoli. Like most places the menu promises big, but you end up getting a med meal. Not here. The Large Breakfast was exactly that... Large. Everything was cooked perfectly. The Chicken Ciabatta was like a loaf of bread, with an entire chicken inside. My partner over estimated how filling it was and only managed a few chips as she was full. The Pasta also was a generous portion size. Forget your fancy Seansea restaurants, I'm eating here everytime I'm in Swansea from now on.

First visit to Jacks for breakfast. Had a breakfast baguette. Lovely, really good food. Others on my table all had delicious meals as well. Turkish breakfast for me next time. Looks 👌👍

We enjoyed our breakfast which was served with not much of a wait. We had seen the portioned some people had ordered so decided to go for poached eggs on muffin, scrambled egg on toast and a cheese on toast, 2 decaff Americano coffees and a milk shake. Just right for the 3 of us.

It was great service and the food was great. The waitress was very helpful and friendly. My order was just as I expected and better. 10 out of 10 for service and kitchen stuff.

We always go there for lunch l had a small breakfast it's on all day and my freind had omelette and chips freshly cooked always lovely food fab staff would certainly recommend this place .

Lovely quiet inner city breakfast dining. Lovely staff and nice seating. Bacon was really rubbish, pink but the brown scrapings of a grill on it. Rest of the breakfast was fab, juicy sausages, crisp hashbrowns, even the mushrooms were cooked perfectly.

Lovely quiet and cosy cafe in town. Very little noise comes in from the main road outside, making world watching and breakfast the ideal way to enjoy this cafe. Good was lovely, very typical breakfast foods, the bacon isn't great but every other food item was delicious. Mushrooms especially, no slime to them but served hot. Very cheap. Definitely will come again

Absolutely stuffed after having a magnificent breakfast

Place is clean and staff are friendly. I had a vegetarian burrito which was bland and my son had tomato pasta which is made with dried pasta (they said cooked fresh) and I'm pretty sure the sauce was from a jar. It's ok for a quick lunch and prices are slightly cheaper but there's so many better options in a city centre like Swansea

Best cafe in town 👌. Food is always spot on, staff are very polite and attentive. Won't go anywhere else. Trust me you won't regret it

I found this restaurant to be very clean and well presented, with friendly and attentive staff on hand. I chose a basic "full English" as a meal, which was piping hot, tasty and enough to fill me up for the day. With a coffee, the meal came to seven pounds something, which is par for the course around here price wise. Plenty on offer besides breakfasts regards the menu, with a wide selection of meals to choose from from.

Been here twice since reopening Food fantastic cooked to perfection fast and fantastic customer service puts the customer first Always ask how our meals are, great attention to detail, plenty room to sit, reasonably priced, friendly and caring staff, good choice on there menu Would definitely recommend Jack's much better than Tiffany's breakfast, bigger plates, more food, make sure you go there hungry 10/10 will be back
