Costa Coffee in Swansea

The drinks were great the carrot cake was lovely and moist but a really small slice for the price and the muffins have shrunk as well

So nice atmosphere and best service ever the staff very helpful smiling . There is parking infront

Everyone one has their own experience, and with my reviews i tend to either rip the establishment apart or truly rate it, in this case i rate it, personally i use this place virtually everyday during my lunch break, i have never had a problem with the staff, they have always been kind and nice people to talk to and efficient, always get my coffee spot on even to the point they know what i will ask for before i have even paid, i really fight the urge to be cruel and ask for something else just to catch them off guard, i'm a coffee addict and they feed my addiction with a smile, all the best from the large latte guy 🤣

Top quality coffee everytime the only thing don't like is with a large latte they give you a massive cup with small handles either side so I just get a take away instead

Delivered to the wrong address!!! Never got my coffees and I am annoyed! I want my money back

I love Costa but my experience here was just awful. I ordered the new Maple Hazel iced latte with Ultimate blend milk. I was asked if I wanted cream to which I said ‘no thank you’. My drink came with cream and I informed the female server I had asked for no cream but stated she could just remove the cream and I would take the drink but she snatched it away. She made me another drink but as I walked out it tasted funny and I could tell it was normal milk and not ultimate blend. I went back and informed the male server it was the wrong milk and he asked the female server what milk she had used. She bluntly said it was semi skimmed without any apology. This worries me due to people with allergies! The male server apologised and then told me he would make the drink for me which he did. I then left, only to realise he had not put the Maple Hazel in it!! I didn’t go back because after 3 times of getting it wrong I had little faith of them getting it right and the attitude of the female server was terrible. I won’t go back to this Costa ever again!

It's just ok as a coffy shop, nice and modern inside plenty of room with large tables fore big familys, all on one level for disable and edely peopal

It's a wonderful Costa, it doesn't matter what day, what time you go in, the service is always phenomenal, it's always immaculate and well stocked, 5stars.

Service is good. Slightly odd layout makes it a rather dull atmosphere. But the coffee and food is reliably Costa

Extremely clean which was lovely as some Costas are grubby. We had cake which was lovely, coffee delicious, staff helpful although closing in 45 minutes (19.00) we did not feel rushed. Would recommend great.

All OK a bit impersonal and as long as you don't have to was your hand as the water pressure is so low it doesn't even was the soap off.

Warm, comfy and standard Costa! Staff are friendly and the venue is often clean and easy going with two loos and great unrestricted parking. Great for morning working longer than 2 hours. It can have a busy lunch and busy drive through which slows it all down but generally decent and one of my favourite coffee working stops on Swansea for convenience.

Coffee wasn't tasting right so I took it back was told that they would do another one and bring it to the table , which didn't happen they just shout for me to go n pick it up on tasting the freshly made coffee that was no better so we just left both coffees on the table and left never to return to the particular Costa shop , was most upset as we go to Costa in llansamlet ever fri evening and have never had a problem.

New Costa with more space than the average Costa

Layout needed to be more cosier... More booth areas...to encourage people to stay longer. Layout very regimental and being very new, very disappointing. It was grab a coffee and go type coffee place. Nice wallpaper on one wall a bonus..

Nice new costa by the stadium. Lots of room and good service although all servers are wearing headsets and not necessarily talking to you. Suggest that the one serving in store concentrates on the customer standing in front of them.
