I visited today and the food at Bangkok was very high quality, and the service was great. Our waitress was very helpful and friendly. The prices are reasonable and good value for money—I paid £20 for a beer, starter and main. The Panang curry was delicious and spicy, rice was well-cooked and the chicken satay starter was amazing, the chicken was juicy and tender, and the sauce was great. Really enjoyed our time here today.

Excellent Thai dining experience. The food was spicy and FULL of flavour. Highly recommended the Tom Yum Soup. Delish !!! The service was personal and attentive Can't wait to go back.

Wow!....What a hidden Gem!...We called in on off-chance and they kindly fitted us in, The standout for me was the service from a sweet young person called Grace, Super kind and new the menu inside out....Food was unique tasty and well presented, amd terrific value too...Deffo will be going again...Thank you Grace for a wonderful experience

Wow, the food was absolutely incredible. Full of flavour and none of the ingredients were over cooked. Thai is my favourite cuisine and I have eaten it all over the world and this is definitely one of the best tasting Thai I have ever had.

Just finished a stunning meal. We had a sharing platter, weeping tiger steak, Khao pad rice with prawns. Beautifully presented, and the taste was incredible. It's not our first visit, and it won't be the last!

Had the most fabulous night here , the food the service and drinks were fantastic , we normally go to another local establishment but wanted to try somewhere new and this did not disappoint. The food Thai fusion was fantastic , from the delicious starters to the main course they were all stunning 🤩 and Alex the beautiful waitress was simply lovely , attentive nothing was too much trouble for her . And the delightful ladies in the kitchen were fantastic serving amazingly different dishes ! Honestly, go you won’t be disappointed. Support local keep these small establishments alive ❤️

In terms of our mains - The Chicken Pad Thai was beautiful, lovely noodles and very saucy, The chicken fried rice was also perfect. The Chicken Panang was insane and to be honest may be one of the best we've tried, so rich in flavour and pretty spicy. Loved the new sirloin steak strips, very tender and cooked perfectly. It was an absolute pleasure meeting April and Chris too! This place is an absolute must visit! 👌

Gorgeous food. We’ve dined in and eaten at home via collection. Both times were excellent. Pad Thai is insanely delicious. For someone who’s never really eaten Thai food before, this has me hooked.

Freshly prepared and good quality food. Waited quite a long time between courses and the main courses did not arrive together. This spoiled our experience a little. Would recommend tho as the food was very tasty and reasonably priced. Service and atmosphere was pleasant.

I am a celiac so I'm limited in places to eat in the area. Asked in here and found 90% of the menu is or can be gluten free. Ordered something I've tried somewhere else, SOOOOOO good. When the table ordered I hear the waiter call into the kitchen GLUTEN FREE. I loved this, even though the menu says gluten free the kitchen ALWAYS needs to know. Food, very good, I could not finish my starter, as large so asked to take it home, they added extra sauce for me. All staff very friendly and willing to help. Visiting family when called in, wish they would deliver to me in Llanelli!

We were a little surprised, having visited once before shortly after it opened to find a significant drop in standards. Service was excellent, but one meal was incorrect when it arrived, and the food was disappointing compared to our first experience. The meal started well with the appetisers, but the portion sizes have drastically reduced, and quality and presentation was poor. The thai sticky rice was served in a very small plastic bag, which reminded me of the old 'boil in the bag'!! Not really what I was expecting. We won't be rushing back, I'm afraid.

Everything about this restaurant is excellent. I had Drunken Noodles which were very fiery and my friend had Pad Thai which isn't spicy and they were both delicious. We also started the meal with a sharing platter which was also very tasty. The staff are friendly and helpful and I highly recommend this place

Bland food, ain’t worth the money :( beef was sooo chewy

Where to start.. was skeptical about this one from the get-go. Entered the restaurant and there was zero Thai feeling to the atmosphere. As a result, I played it safe with a Pad Thai. The chicken was dry and the dish overall was very mediocre. Other dishes were also sub-par such as the red curry, which was too spicy for their 1/3 chilly rating. No beer on tap, overpriced dishes, low quality.

My burger was hard around the edge and did not taste great. My Pepsi was also flat. The chips and calamari were great though. Side salad could have been better.

Sadly not a good review. The prices at Bangkok do not reflect the quality expected for either service, time keeping or authenticity. Expect to wait up to 2 hours for a starter and maincourse if busy. other reviews have stated similar for the past 6 months with no change seen. Starters very small for price and inconsistent in quality (some starters dry and over cooked while others were great). Food itself was tasty (as is Thai food in general) but not particularly better than other Thai resaurants in Swansea for much lower prices. Service staff were not very attentitive and the only communications after ordering was that the food will be coming soon (they seemed to have this as their mantra). Thai beer all sold out, thai sticky rice all sold out too by 8pm. overall it seemed their delivery orders took precidence over the customers in the restauant as deliveries were flying out the door. There is so much potential here but too many corners being cut and problems not being fixed soon enough. Whole group had similar feelings (good food delivered poorly and late) and none would plan to return until managment improves the service quality and time managment improves.

Great food. Crazy waiting times 🥲 No offer of any drinks or discount. Waited 40 mins for starters and over 50 mins for mains. This place is suitable if you’re not in any kind of rush. It’s such a shame because the food is fantastic

Friendly helpful staff. I had the starter platter for myself as a main. A good selection of 4 starters and good value. The food was pretty good. Some of it did taste a little dry, as though it had been sat too long under heaters before being served.. we eat at 6.15pm and it was not full at this time. I am sure just a one-off. Nice Mabec £6.20 smallest size.

Very disappointed with the service. We ordered 3 main meals but one was forgotten and the other 2 meals were left on the table while the forgotten one was cooked. The cocktails ordered with the meals were also not delivered until wed pretty much finished our meals. The meals and cocktails are very tasty.

My heart sunk when I saw there was cutlery and no chopsticks on the table, although they were supplied when I asked. I played it safe and ordered a chicken Pad Thai, as it’s hard to go wrong with this simple dish. Sadly it was bland in a supermarket ready-meal kind of way. The chicken tasted exactly like one of those heavily processed dishes and was dry through being over-cooked. Interestingly, when paying we were not asked if we had enjoyed our meal. I hope they will take note and improve, but currently it’s overpriced and underwhelming.

Not the best.. unfortunately been wanting to try for a short while but it wasn't worth the wait. Food was just about warm and at £2.50 a can of lemonade is just disgusting..staff were ok and service was alright.. definitely not a specialist chef but just an ordinary cook I believe..a real shame, heard mixed reports over the last few months but it's a no from me..

The food was great, but the attitude of the waiting staff wasn't great. There was a 'cocktail special' we chose to try out on recommendation of our waiter, which was a horrible blue drink that tasted of toilet cleaner. We didn't question it though and laughed it off because it's not a big deal and who cares, and at the end of the night we tipped 10%. But when we fed back (in a jovial way) that the special cocktail wasn't great, the waiter responded, "Well you drank half of it, and if you didn't like it you could have just left". We were pretty shocked at the response to friendly constructive feedback, especially considering we weren't "complaining" or asking for money back and had tipped 10%, which was disappointing. We wouldn't want to pin a totally bad review on one bad comment though and credit where credit is due.

I've had Thai food everywhere I have travelled, including Thailand itself. The food in Bangkok doesn't disappoint. It's always really well presented and tastes incredible. The sharing platter to start is to die for. They can make the dishes to your taste, If you want more spice, they'll do it. They are always happy to customise the dish to your taste as it's all freshly cooked. Absolutely love it here, will always be my favourite Thai restaurant.

Table for 8 people we all enjoyed The sharing plater was had by 3 couples and the vegetarian plater for 1 couple All clean plates going back 😀 The was a variety of different mains had mine was the pannang curry (chicken) with rice and chips Exactly as I remembered it from Thailand 🇹🇭 Thanks for a great meal

Has gone massively downhill since opening their new restaurant. Tried placing a £25 ‘minimum order’ for a COLLECTION, which is unheard of, however quickly retracted the statement when l said I’d go elsewhere and not to worry. Food itself is decent, however the chips have recently become 95% salt, 5% potato. Delivery times are also a p*ss take, expect to be waiting for a couple of hours

Food was nice when it eventually arrived, 40 min wait for our table that we prebooked, over 60 min between starter and main course, we were there for over 3 hours and only had 3 drinks as the staff were to busy to give you the required attention, most tables complaining about the wait, all our party of 6 will not be returning

Second visit tonight, again food really tasty, staff are friendly helpful with choices. Good gluten free option's aswell, Highly recommended. 😁

Staff was great. Food was fine EXCEPT for the GREEN CURRY!! It was more sweet than spicy, I felt like I was literally eating caramel chicken. I was very disappointed :( A Thai person would be MAD at that green curry!! The atmosphere of the restaurant was good though but I think they should play Thai music instead of western pop music. Overall it was fine but the green curry has left me so disappointed. :( Can’t see myself coming here again.

really disappointed waited over half hour to have our drinks and food order taken, then waited another hour for our shared starter then two hours for main to come and it wasn't the best ! A real shame we've wanted to come here for ages
