Had a random call from this place twice. I dont know why theyre doing this but its really annoying.

Best food in all of bridgend Allowed me to bring my dog in while I had a collection and the simple burger is the best thing on the menu, no fancy sauce, no added salad or anything. Just simply beef and cheese in a lovely bun its simply perfect.

Thanks for giving me the worst case of food poisoning I've ever had and ruining my NYE plans. I'd been looking forward to these plans for months and instead I decided to get a chicken kebab from you guys and have been laid in bed for the last two days in a horrific state. I've been ordering pizza from you for years so this pains me to say but I won't be ordering a single thing from you again. Whoever was in the kitchen the evening of Saturday 30th December either needs firing or a lesson in food hygiene because you're going to end up killing someone from Salmonella at this rate. Response: The reason I am aware the chicken kebab is what made me ill is because for the previous 2 days I had only eaten foods which are in the non-to-low risk category for food poisoning such as porridge/rice noodles/etc, all of which I cooked myself. I ate the chicken kebab (which tasted fine and was not outwardly "off looking") and went to sleep at around 12pm. I then woke up at 4am blasting out of both ends with horrible stomach cramps. This went on for nearly 48 hours until I felt better. The sudden massive onset and with it being the only potential contaminate I'd come into contact with leave me confident it was this chicken kebab. The chicken does not need to outwardly appear off for it to contain salmonella/e.coli/etc. Apologies I did not contact the restaurant directly but I did not feel anything at this point could be done to rectify it and the damage had been made. If you can get back to me after a thorough investigation has occurred I'll delete the text above.

Amazing owners and staff even though there shop had flooded aswell as our houses last night, they have cleaned the shop out and provided free food for all the people who have lost so much through flooding yesterday for all the local residents. Amazing 👏

The first time we ordered from 3 Bros (two weeks ago) everything was fantastic. This second time (today), we ordered a 10in chicken and mushroom with extra olives and green peppers for our youngest daughter, but the chicken was missing. On my husbands, which was a 12in bbq chicken, it should have had an extra of pineapple and ham on it, but didn’t. The shared 12in seafood one had all the correct toppings, but all of the pizza bases were different to our first order. They were cheap and cardboard like. Really miffed as we thought this one was our new winner!

If Zeus flew down to earth and had one place to choose for his pizza craving, it would be 3 Bros. 5 stars for service. 5 stars for taste. Look nowhere else, not worth the time. 3 Bros, big up xx

They keep ringing me for some reason I am in Lancashire so no where near them but yet I have been getting calls off them for weeks

Steak wrap......£6.50 for two dry pieces of meat and a wafer thin wrap! Very disappointing

Generally good, but often forgotten to add extra toppings, ie: tonight.... Ordered online and accidentally ordered pineapple, instead of pepperoni (reading glasses req'd). I immediately rang up to explain the error... Was told it would be another £1.50 (even though I'd already paid for extra topping), so they got that instead of my usual £2.00 tip. Also, they forgot to add the Jalapeno, extra topping (already paid for) on our 2nd pizza. I was out when delivered, so didn't realize until I got home, an hour n half later (my son accepted the order, at home). Would be 5 stars, if not for the occasional error...

Always fantastic quality and piping hot. The Bolognaise pizza is a family favourite. Been going here for years and years.

Excellent service delicious meals - absolutely fabulous and good value.

1st time order was recommended by a friend. I ordered a chicken kabab which was supposed to come with a pitta and salad. The only thing that was delivered was 3 chicken bits and some chips. The best thing about a kabab is having a pitta salad and chips all together. Not happy for a 1st order. £7 for 4 bits of chicken and some chips isn't that great.

Only really had pizza from here and they are pretty nice, sometimes a bit too much pizza sauce on the base but that could be as I'm not a massive fan of tomato. Nicely cooked and always still nice and warm from delivery. Great mix of meal deals too, you can't go wrong. Prices are pretty reasonable too.

Absolutely fantastic food. Large portions and great quality too. Prices are more than reasonable and the food is cooked quickly. The online ordering and app are great as you can collect or select delivery. Very large menu and the staff are super friendly.

Did a massive order with them for our nursery party food was 10/10 milkshakes as well 10/10 best in brum. Also customer service was great. Highly recommend

This is a relatively new place. Tried it for the first and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of food. Will definitely be using this place on a regular basis . Highly recommended .

Had the worst shish kebab ever, the meat was burnt, and so tough could not be eaten, it was large slabs of meath not nice cubes I was expecting from other shish kebabs, would of returned with it but had driven on. Would not recommend.

Have to only give a great report. Orders always as ordered. Always cooked to perfection. Nice to order from a person than on line

I don't know what has happened to this place. I call every week for pizza. I usually get decent food, good service, and all is well. This time part of my order was missing and the drink that I was supposed to get for spending so much was left out. I called. I got a really poor response "do you want it". Well of course I wanted it or I would not have ordered it. I paid for it. Her response was "we are busy and it is just slaw and a drink". I don't care what it is, this is not how to handle it. When I called to check and see what was taking so long (we had waited 2 hrs for the pizza) I was told they had just left and would be at my home in 10 minutes. So, why not get someone to pop around with the things left out of my order if it would only take 10 minutes? You keep your customer happy and well, it's not the customer's fault you messed up the order. I handed the phone to my husband to talk to them, they hung up before he could say a word. 3 Bros has lost my business.

Can preorder on line. Offers are quite good value. Would be better with more topping and cheese. Bases were good. Friendly staff member.

Their calzone is one of the best in town and overall they're inexpensive. On the few occasions where they've made a mistake they've offered us money off on next order or to deliver a replacement so can't complain.

The portion is huge... I like to eat))) don't believe it....I haven't eaten... Deliciously.... One drawback, the sauces are not tasty... The guys should work on something...

I've tried pretty much every take away in town and this is by far the best pizza. Other places you don't get half as much sauce or cheese. Prefer them even to Dominos.

Vile ordered a £8 kebab full of salt the garlic bread was burnt made us feel sick rung to complain the answer was manger not in ? Not be recommending these to anyone in fact quite the opposite!!!

Good cheap food, good service. Love it

Burgers are awful, kebabs are good and pizzas are average, however their value is insane. £12 for 2 pizzas and 2 kebabs and this is why I still give them 5 stars, just make sure you aint buying any of their burgers, they're seriously awful and also be prepared of having Tango instead of Fanta.

I wouldn't go else where for a takeaway. They are the most friendliest and welcome every customer. They give you respect and get exactly what you orderd.

Excellent pizza's, great value meal deals and alway on time, can't recommend enough.

I work late at weekends and decided to order a pizza when I got in from work at 1:30am. They delivered in approximately 20 minutes (they'd said 30 minutes so I was super impressed with the speedy service), the pizza was incredible and at a fantastic price. I can't recommend them enough! 5* service! Massive thank you to the chaps at The 3 Bro's pizzeria, I shall be a die hard regular from now on :)
