Premier Inn Chesterfield North hotel in Chesterfield

Very comfortable and clean room. It was just a little warm. The staff were great though especially Michelle who was so friendly and helpful and helped me with a new room key when I lost mine. Staff were also great at breakfast with my wheat intolerance. Offering some alternatives.

We have stayed in many premier inns and we rate them highly Good value, always clean and tidy, also very friendly and professional employees This hotel didn't let us down with these aspects What disappointed us, was the thin walls and ceiling We could hear far too much noise from other guests. We might have been unlucky, as on another day, different guests may have been much quieter The restaurant next door is decent, the parking free and hotel location is ok

Great location and easy to find! Very helpful friendly staff and great clean rooms. Plenty of parking and great to see a decent snack vending machine in lobby! Biggest downside is the WiFi and I’m certain they do this so you have to pay for the faster upgrade!

A completely positive experience, the customer service was excellent and the breakfast very good value and generous. The rooms were also clean, comfortable and spacious.

Excellent location for a trip or a single night. Staff are amazingly helpful with a specific shout out to Aaron in the restaurant who was super engaging with customers. Highly recommended to everyone. Deserved of the 2024 award for best hotel. .🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Staff were very friendly & helpful. Rooms very clean Continental breakfast was a bit sparse compared to other Premier Inn ones we’ve had in the past - and rather overpriced Location is excellent and our room was very quiet at night

Great location for connectivity. The rooms really need a lot of TLC. The soap dispensers were yuck! The showers were just dropping water - there was no force at all. The hot water availability was very poor. The buffet breakfast was so cramped - the restaurant needs to look at better ways to make the dishes accessible for people with short hands (the hash browns were tucked away at the back of the table)... Reception staff were really good, but the restaurant staff service was just ok - must be because of the overload during Christmas holidays.

Poor quality hotel. Smelly, no AC. No ventilation. Not service minded at all. Their wending machine delivered broken item. Then the say it's not their problem. And I have to contact a number on the machine. Even it says premiere inn on the machine. Small money but poor attitude and no care at all. Not coming back

Checking in was so easy and stress free, the lady on reception was lovely she was very polite and helpful I believe she was the hotel manager., I just can’t remember her name she booked us in for an evening meal in the restaurant next door. We had a very comfortable stay rooms are lovely the same lady was there when we checked out was so lovely to see a friendly face on leaving such a wonderful hotel

On a four day business trip reception staff are lovely and.realy helpful The shower in the rooms as not powerful they just trickle out water the room are ok but you have to ask reception to clean the room and empty the bin The restaurant now that is a story food is hit and miss steak was ok but one night had scampi and chips it was awful it was like it was forgot a flash fried to reheat and just tasted of old oil sent it back long wait for food and not enough staff to cope with the busy times butt they try there best to cope need a more varied meal choice one member of staff said they hate there job so that says it all really wouldn't stop again as attached restaurant is 1 star

I wasn't impressed with the rooms. They charge too much for a very basic and dark room. A room here should cost no more than £5! Stayed here for 1 night before moving onto a higher quality hotel but cheaper in price.

Ideal for 1 night stop over. Nice warm welcome.Bed comfy. Brewers fayre next door, food ok.

Ease of check-in, very helpful and attentive. Good location, just out of the town but easy accessible walk to the centre.

Excellent Service , Daniel you are such a credit to the establishment, Daniel was very helpful and sorted out an early check in for us which was greatly appreciated. Very clean spacious rooms cannot fault the premier inn, delighted we booked!

Fairly mediocre... no aircon in our room and pretty rubbish WiFi. All you can say about the attached Brewers Fayre is that it's cheap. Breakfast was disappointing… orange squash, not juice, and only one over-used coffee machine. However, our room was clean and the bed was comfy, as usual. The staff on reception were friendly.

Hotel felt old and needed updating, breakfast was disgusting.
