That Pizza Place in Trafford - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

How anyone can claim the pizza from here is actually tasty? What are the reviewers actually making the comparison with? How can it qualify as pizza is beyond comprehension? How does this place actually get repeat custom? Surely the local clientele know the difference between good, bad and ugly? The local choice for pizza and this place still exists is mind boggling. I am at a pure loss. Bought two "pizzas" £27.00 October 2023. The base thinner than 2x A4 sheets of paper. The toppings of poor quality. Asked for a chicken pizza which they must have "forgotten" to add. Lame customer "service" lame claims to be actual pizza and never again would I give it a second chance. Total waste of hard earned money. Very very poor.

Just Avoid this terrible food, too much choice even in Wilmslow , go elsewhere for Pizza, this is just dry overcooked rubbish

Ordered online with minimal fuss using the intuitive website and interactive menu - great, a slightly longer time for delivery than expected but no issue. Upon paying, I was then told the order was delayed by an hour, and for love nor money couldn't get through to the phone line which was always busy. As I got out to go and get in my car to visit, the delivery turned up! Not sure why there was such a delay suggested and not being able to contact them was frustrating but the pizza itself was super: excellent base and crust, generous toppings and still warm.

Pizza cooked to perfection, on time and piping hot. I can’t abide the negative reviews from the ‘fetch me, carry me’ crowd. You want it hot, on time? Go and get it then - food delivery services are for those who have no alternatives. Look at a map and work out how long a bike will take to get to you in near-zero temperatures.

Waited 2 hours for pizza. Rang told pizza on its way but still waited another 40 minutes. Totally unacceptable.

I am a senior contributor and we have eaten during lockdown at several takeaways the pizzas have been only ok so we ordered last night from that pizza and we were astonished delivery by a cheerful driver took 20 minutes the food was piping hot the pizzas and garlic bread wee absolutely delicious so much so I rang the chef to congratulate him .we had 2 4cheese with extra mozzarella and sun dried tomatoes hot tasty and crispy ...wonderful!

Good value pizzas, shame about the lack of flavour. Also both pizzas were burnt. Delivery was very quick.

I don’t know about you, but I’m always suspicious of deeply negative reviews. Especially when they become personal - if you’re pleasant and reasonable, you shouldn’t really have an issue. I’ve ordered here on a few occasions and never been let down. Pizzas are delicious too.

I went in to order my pizza and the employee was extremely rude and swore at me as I requested for him to change the pizza topping. Extremely incompetent and unfriendly staff. I have never been spoken to like this by any establishment, completely unacceptable. I will never be ordering from here again

Great pizza. That is the place... amazing to find pizza base like proper Italian. Again and again amazing.

I have tried these guys 3 times as the reviews of food have been good. Never once had food delivered on time. Tonight (final time) was 2.21 minutes from order time via Deliveroo. One 6 year old party movie night ruined. Never again.

I recently discovered his gem of a pizza place, and have bought food here several times. The food from here is spot on! The staff are friendly and helpful, the prices are reasonable, and their delivery service is on time. I highly reccommend it

I came here to buy a meal for the evening, and the food was glorious! Lovely chicken and sweet corn pizzas and the garlic bread was just so lovely! Would definitely visit again, so highly recommend.

Ordered the pizza, side and dessert via Just Eat. It looks a while for the order to arrive however it was really tasty and still warm. The crust is thin and light but with abundance of fine toppings. We ordered the spicy chicken wings as well and they were very nice and hot...lovely! I will definitely use them again in the future 😁

We only live 5 mins walk from that pittza place so it’s our local take away We find the pittza to be absolutely amazing Always hot fresh and very tasty Would recommend to anyone who likes thin based pittza

We ordered from JustEat, not wanting to pay the prices at Dominos (normal go to), and we were not disappointed at all. The pizza came within 30mins and it was delicious. The options of toppings were also great but my partner would have liked to have had the option to mix them up a bit. Adding extra toppings to a pre chosen pizza works out to be quite expensive (£1.50 for an additional topping). We will be getting pizza from here again though for sure. Much better quality than expected.

Absolutly lovely pizza great staff. Just a bit on the expensive side but your paying for persistent quality I guess. Would recommend highly if you like thin pizzas. Also 2 for 1 Monday's are good value

Bought 3 pizzas for a children’s party the pizzas were outstanding. The base very thin and crispy and Fre toppings fresh and flavourful. £7.50 for margarita pizza very good value. The meat feast was really good too.

I am not a vegetarian but I always have the vegetarian pizza from That Pizza Place because it is simply the best I have ever tasted. There is lots of topping and the flavour combination is perfection ..... who knew vegetables could taste so good?!!

Can order online with JustEat - always arrives quickly and is still warm; pizzas are good, especially the complexion of the crust which I think is a great balance of not too fat and chewy but not like cardboard. Good range of toppings. Prices perhaps a little on the expensive side, when you consider that the chain takeaways always seem to have an offer of some description on.

Good pizzas, good selection of toppings, and a few deals to get value for money, for that honer Simpson experience try the large meat man😁

I didn't fancy the food in the hotel so decided to Google local restaurants that I could walk to. Came across this place and liked the idea that it was a local, fresh pizza parlor. It took me back to where I used to live in High Wycombe and there was one similar down the road.

There is no quality control. 4 out of 5 times they are good. But occasionally bad. See my photo for todays, it was overcooked making the cheese bland. Made a mistake with an order in the summer too. They delivered a free replacement pizza to their credit. But if I am the one ordering next time it will be Dominoes.

Can't believe they don't do fresh sliced garlic 💩 and the driver last time he delivered he stank ov poo really badly💩💩

Got in from work Friday night dead tired and decided to order a Pizza, Rang it through at 6.15pm, was told that it would be 30 - 45 minutes (fair enough).....7.30 STILL no sign of my pizza so I phoned them up..the guy on the phone was SO RUDE told me to wait another 15 minutes and go and pick it up!!! I have heard from others that the service is shocking at this place and the food normally arrives Late and cold!

I ordered a large Pescatore pizza and garlic bread. The food was delivered piping hot, by a friendly delivery chap and both items were spot-on. I would definitely reorder from them.
