Had a lovely dinner at Thai Square. We didn't have reservations and the place was busy. We were fortunate they were able to accommodate us. The food was a delight and the service was attentive. It was our second time here and we'll be back again.

Just a short 5-minute walk from Charing Cross, Thai Square is a lovely little spot tucked away near Trafalgar Square. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was top-notch. The staff were really attentive, especially Tia, who went out of her way to make sure we were looked after. The drinks menu was great—lots of options. We went for mocktails, which were refreshing and well made. Starters were a hit too; the corn cakes and dumplings were especially tasty. The mains came out fairly quickly, and everything was nicely cooked. We had the red chicken curry, glass noodles with prawns, Penang curry (though I was meant to get prawns and ended up with chicken, they swapped it for me but I had to wait a little so double check your dish before diving in!), and duck in sauce. The coconut rice was a standout for me - really fragrant and creamy. Just a heads-up: rice has to be ordered separately. It was a birthday dinner, and they surprised us with a complimentary little chocolate cake and ice cream, which was a lovely touch. The only downsides were the duck dish, which didn’t look the most appetising (though it tasted okay), and the fact there are no male toilets - just urinals. Also one thing to note – no one asked about allergies when we ordered, so it’s worth mentioning any dietary requirements upfront just to be safe. Overall, it was a really enjoyable evening with good food and excellent service.

I go to this place often as I have been working nearby and always end up sitting in or taking out from there. Ing and the rest of the Staff were courteous and polite and very efficient. Try the Tom Yum soup and Pad Thai and the fresh Ginger tea with fresh mint

Un fabuloso hallazgo justo al lado de Trafalgar Square! La comida y el servicio era fabuloso. Ning era genial y realmente nos cuidó. Teníamos pinchos de pollo satay y galletas de langostinos para empezar, Penang curry de langostinos y curry de pato para la red. La comida era preciosa! Recomiendo encarecidamente y sin duda volveríamos a visitar cualquiera de los restaurantes de Thai Square de nuevo.

Absolutely blown away by Thai Square Trafalgar Square. We arrived just before closing, and instead of turning us away, the staff welcomed us in with warmth and genuine hospitality. The service was flawless—friendly, efficient, and so accommodating. Despite the late hour, our food came out quickly, piping hot and beautifully presented. The scallops were out of this world—tender, flavourful, and honestly left me drooling. The massaman and green curry were both packed with authentic Thai flavours, rich and comforting with just the right amount of spice. Every bite was a reminder of why Thai food is so loved. Just delish. Thank you for turning a last-minute dinner into such a memorable experience.

Nuestra camarera era cálida, divertida, y nos hizo sentir como en casa como si el cobertizo fuera parte del lugar desde siempre. The food tasted absolutely delicious 😋. I loved the atmosphere, and it was obvious that a great deal of attention was paid to detail in terms of the richness of Thai culture.
