Young Mr Hari gave us outstanding service! Good good as usual!

Dining at the Thai Square (Trafalgar Square) was a delightful experience from start to finish. The food was exceptional and the elegant ambiance was perfect for an important and special occasion. All the staff was very friendly but also very efficient and very professional. We enjoyed every moment and I highly recommended it. Many special thanks to the manager Nancy who was able to organise a very welcome birthday's surprise for my friend when we ordered our desserts. Nancy was absolutely GREAT.

Hari our server was very friendly and save one of my daughters mitten from being lost. The food was fine. We tried tom yum soup, soft shell crab, chicken satay, golden sacks, duck spring rolls, pad thai, golden curry and stir fry cashews

This restaurant is pleasant to the eyes because of the atmosphere. It reminds me of the saying that good rice cakes are delicious. The taste of food tastes more luxurious than other Thai restaurants. The price range is good and the amount is generous. The staff are also kind and friendly.

I been eating here already two times & booked a table on Valentine’s Day, foods are great but cause of the occasional day the services were a bit slower. They should put more staff when it’s come to the day that already know it’s gonna be busy. Have to wait like 10 minutes to just get the bill. Overall is great.

We had dinner on Valentine evening. Disappointed. The restaurant is beautiful, the service was okay, the food was bad and sooo overpriced. I have ordered from specialties menu and i got pieces of duck breast floating in a broth with bits of cabbage on the bottom. That wasn’t a dish described on the menu. Portions were small for the price. Its a shame as this could have been an amazing restaurant.

Extreme feelings. Once it was delicious, the second time very average. The service is expressionless, can't recommend anything and hangs around the table while eating... I didn't feel comfortable. The restaurant itself is very nice.

Lovely restaurant for relatively affordable price for central London. Hari, was very polite and attentive. The table spacing could be better as I did feel brushed up against at times.

This is one of my go to restaurants whenever I visit London. It has a nice, peaceful vibe to it. The food is amazing and it is incredibly close to a lot of key tourist sights.

We had excellent service from our waitress Ning the food was excellent as was the wine. We always eat here when we come to London and are never disappointed.

The female employee with long black hair, over 30 years old, provided terrible service. The food ordered was not complete. This employee speaks badly. I've never encountered employees this bad before. The shop is a little dark. But the food tastes delicious. Went to eat at the restaurant on Saturday. It was a very bad travel experience. But the male employee who came to serve later was very good.

Went for dinner on a Monday and there were only 3 tables being used so the restaurant of that size felt a little hollow. Overall, food was okay but not worth the prices. It felt more like we were paying for the interiors than anything else. There are definitely better Thai spots to hit in a 10 minutes radius.

Racist nightclub, don't even bother trying to go. They won't let you in unless you're Thai. I called today to see what the policy was for the nightclub and I was told it opens at 10:30 and open to everyone. I asked if there were any events tonight that meant we could get in, they told me that there weren't any events. I arrived with two friends dead on 10:30pm, the doorman told me there was an event on, I told him that I called up to check this and was told there was no event. He then changed the story and said its a Thai nightclub, they play techno and that the doorstaff know everyone that comes. I told him that that was fine and that I speak Thai and hang around with a lot of Thai people. He said its for Thai people, I asked him then if your white you can't go in, he said he didn't say that, so I said I wanted to go in he said no. Bottom line racist club, I used to come here years ago with my Thai staff and it was a good laugh. How times have changed.

Should you go here? Yes. And if you like thai food? Yes! Good food, good service and a good atmosphere. We had a lovely coconut mushroom soup which practically tasted like a different culture. Add that to some prawn stir-fry and cashew-nut tofu, and you've got a great meal. The food was clearly worth the price. And the staff frequently anticipated our desires. I quite liked the attention to detail. The bill, for instance, perfectly fit inside the bamboo tray it was set in, stopping it from wiggling about. Quiet music, too, was another thing I appreciated. I hate it when the background in a restaurant makes it hard to have a conversation. Thankfully, that wasn't an issue here, as the music enhanced our experience rather than taking away from it. Really, the only complaints I have are that there wasn't more food, that we only had access to the ground floor, and the difficulty of opening the second door to the restaurant.

Thought we would give it a try. However, both food and service were appalling. Personally from southeast asia, so I'm very familiar with thai food. We ordered the drunken duck and pad thai. Drunken duck came within 5 minutes, and tasted stale, rubberly-like - it obviously was cooked before and microwaved.... sauce was salty too. Eating the pad thai was like eating dessert, even sweeter than the dessert wine I was having! The staff were disinterested, despite only having three tables filled. We ordered pad thai, and the waiter missed the order, with no apology after realising it. When the pad thai was returned, he reacted saying "what?" and there was no form of courtesy. As much as I would head to the club, I would avoid the restaurant indefinitely...

Thai Square consistently delivers reliable and delicious food. If you’re looking for a place without surprises and guaranteed quality, this is a great choice. They also offer a great lunch menu.

We went to the restaurant after reading good reviews. Unfortunately we didn’t have the same experience as these reviewers. We found the restaurant soulless and didn’t feel particularly relaxed or comfortable. The food wasn’t hot and the portions were quite small.

My wife and I went in for a late lunch. The restaurant was empty - not a problem. The table was dirty and had to ask the staff to wipe it down. The food was godawful. The soup was uninspiring and the main courses were tasteless, bland and had zero resemblance to anything Thai. This restaurant in particular used to be my favourite many years ago. That its standards have fallen so sharply is shocking and appalling. Two soups, one starter and one main each cost £100. It is extremely pricey for really bad food. Not going there again for sure.

Food was not up to the mark at all. Have had some extremely good Thai food in the past at different places. The service was too slow. The chicken was chewy n vegetables had an after taste to them. The quality and taste of the food really needs to improve. The egg fried rice tasted as good as the plain rice ( no difference at all). The pina colada didn't taste anything like it either. The lycee drink was the only one that was really good.

A busy, vibrant restaurant with efficient, attentive staff. The surroundings are very nice and the location is excellent for the west end. We both had a vegetable green curry which was watery and lacked flavour. A bit pricey too, but that's fine if it meets expectations.

Never been to a Thai restaurant before and our dinner was really good. Hot food with good portions and very tasty. The staff were attentive and service was great. A bit pricy but it is in the centre of London so I would expect that. Impressive experience.

This restaurant not only had incredible vibe with gorgeous decor but the food was FANTASTIC. Some of the best Thai food I have ever had and the staff was absolutely lovely. Reasonable prices and accommodating to food allergy concerns. HIGHLY recommend!!

My hubby and I ate here again after a hiatus of quite a few years and we’re really impressed with the recent transformation. The food was really delicious and the quality is much improved from our last visit. We had Thai dumplings that were juicy and delicious with sweet soy dipping sauce, duck spring rolls and chicken red curry with sticky rice. It’s back to being a regular option for us…

The most delicious Thai food I have ever ever had. Great service. Felt very well looked after but also not bombarded. Amazing atmosphere, calming but also great for a Christmas dinner. I literally inhaled the noodles I had (wish I remembered the name but they were one under the pad Thai) 10/10 will be back for sure. (Also had the mango sticky rice and it was yummmmmm)

It's a place where the manager won't let you in if you're not Asian. Don't come to this place if the Korean doesn't let you in. They treat you badly at the door. Very bad treatment.

A beautiful restaurant. Just found the crispy aromatic duck a bit over cooked. Overall enjoyed the meal flavors.

Tom provided my sister and I with excellent service throughout our meal. He was so helpful and attentive and even brought out a little cake for my sister birthday and sand happy birthday. 10/10 experience thanks to Tom he is an A star employee!!!

Sadly since original review, the service has gotten poor and the food hasn't stayed high quality. Meal featured hot food served tepid, dishes forgotten and surly staff. Too expensive for what it is now. Lamp shades in the foyer are nice.

Wonderful celebratory dinner with family and friends. We had the best tom yam soup. Duck, and drunken noodles were delicious. The curry was good, the desserts were good. The margaritas were great. Service was good. And the ambience is wonderful.

Fabulous Thai Restaurant at Trafalgar Square London. I brought a couple of American friends here after a business meeting. The food was absolutely wonderful. Some amazing Thai & or Fusion dishes. The Slow Roasted Lamb Shanks with a Thai Sauce were 10/10 delicious. My American friends said it was the best Thai restaurant they had ever been to. Beautiful restaurant interior design and the staff all dress in Beautiful Thai national dress / costume. A wonderful place to visit. Very Reasonable prices for the high quality food. 10/10 Makes a trip to London even more special.

Worst green curry I ever had as well as the most expensive by far and smallest portion. Trifecta of disappointment. Service also not good. First meal in London and I hope it was the worst.

Thai is my favorite food. I started with a cosmopolitan. Some places make them sweeter than I like but the waiter was kind enough to bring me some limes. I ordered pad si-we, medium spice and water. The noodles were cooked perfectly but the chicken was very dry. The dish lacked flavor and no spice. I asked again for water.

The setting of this Thai restaurant gives you everything you'd expect from a Thai: the Buddha, the sculpted elephants, the decor etc... As for the food, it's fine and the quantities are (almost) too large. But at this stage, that's not a criticism. Service is efficient and very, very friendly. All in all, it was perfect.
