I love to eat here, and with the loyalty scheme and daily set menus it provides excellent value in London with good flavours and freshness.

Met my daughter at the O2 (yes it says "Greenwich, but this is in the O2) - stopped at Thai Silk a) because there were seats "outside", b) as I'd been to the one in Southwark. We visited while on the evening a concert was on, and many places were packed. We like Thai food. Its a deceptively spacious venue (large room upstairs). As with the Southwark venue, good service from smiley staff. We ate from the set menu (min of 2 people) for @£15 each. Its a selection of finger foods and then a hearty main course. My lamb was tasty, my daughters beef green curry nicely spicy. We suffered a bit by being outside while it was busy - had to go and find staff to pay the bill.. If you're at the o2, its a perhaps a more interesting option than the steak/fries/pizza combos. Don't have to eat there - you can just use the bar

The choice of restaurants here is amazing but we had eaten at Thai Silk before and were not disappointed this time. If you like tasty Thai food that is not too expensive the a visit here is a must. Go early or you might have to queue for a while, but it will be worth it.

Booked a table here prior to a concert. Glad we did this as the queue was quite long to get in. We also pre-ordered our food so were in and out quickly. The food was great and plenty of it. Prices are good for the location. Will go back next time we are at the O2.

We wanted dinner before seeing Pink, saw the deal for an early bird offer about £10 each for before 8pm. Other places looked really busy but there was room here upstairs. Staff were friendly and definitely ready to rush you through your dinner but in a nice way. Everyone there was for Pink. Don't do the event menu for a fiver each more as it looked the same and there was plenty for 2 in ours. The food was hot and tasted fresh and not oily, Thai green curry was nice and spicy, sweet and sour chicken was average but did what it said on the tin. Drinks not too over priced. Would try again if in a rush, in and out in 30 mins.

I was very disappointed as the reviews were amazing! the food was very expensive and the quantity did not even satisfy the children - complete rip off. The service was too much - they did not give you a chance to enjoy the food! Never again

Went to this restaurant before the Girls Aloud concert. The service was very quick, too quick, they just want you in and out to turnaround the tables quickly. They didn't even want to change our cutlery between courses! The food was 'nice', so worth a visit if you are in a hurry (we weren't) but not somewhere to go to enjoy a relaxing meal in great atmosphere (which it wasn't). A 12.5% service charge automatically added, there was only two of us, would have preferred to leave my own tip!

This is a cr*p restaurant. Apart from the incompetent staff who doesn't understand to bring the starters/ mains at the same time as the people you're with, the food is absolutely tasteless and an attack on your bowls. Very cheap, plasticy tasting ingredients, which were probably rejected from Lidl but used as main ingredients for Silk dishes. Of course they do charge you normal price for this 'food'. Please avoid and go to any Busaba for Thai food or just straight to McDonalds, where you'll get more value for money than at Silk.

Went here for a business lunch with a colleague who works nearby at a different establishment. The food at lunchtime is cheap, but tastes it. Thai Silk appears to not be able to work out if it is a Thai restaurant, a pub or some other thing. I had a Thai Red Curry which was lukewarm and not terribly appetizing but average for a price of £4.95 at lunch. Would I return? Possibly at that price but you get what you pay for. I certainly wouldn't go for an evening function.

Booked in advance via the Thai Silk website where it advised me that the restaurant would call me back to confirm the booking. After waiting two hours I eventully contacted them to enquire if the table had been booked. The call taker did not understand what I was enquiring about and proceeded to book me in again! On the day, we arrived at the restaurant and were seated promptly. Only one menu was given for the two of us and the waitress had already enquired as to what we would like to drink before I even had the change to take my coat off!. My wife chose her selection from the menu and was in the process of passing over the menu to myself when the server returned to ask us what we would like to order. She was hovering behind me in my blind spot.Food arrived to our table less that 5 minutes after it was ordered, main course followed very quickly after. It felt like that they already had the food cooked and just need to allocates it to a table number. Desert options only consisted of ice cream and nothing else!In short the management were doing thier upmost to process as many customers as they could through thier doors. From the reactions of the table next to us, it was safe to assume that they felt the same thing!

We live a few hundred yards from Ratchada. Looks like it's closed: fixtures removed, incoming post littering the floor etc. No signs of life at all. Bye bye.
