Pad Thai was a completely bland mountain of noodles that even my own chilli sauce could not rescue. Tom yum soup was ok. I NEVER leave food on my plate, but made an exception in this case. Nearly £30 for takeaway dinner for two - ruined our Sunday night and left me wishing I'd bought a couple of decent steaks from the butcher instead. How do places like this stay in business???

Good food with decent variety of choices, nicely packed for delivery.

Really unimpressed. It took 15 minutes from ordering it to it being delivered, which made more sense once I ate the food. The curry was as runny as water and the Som Tam (which costs £7.95) was barely enough for a single portion. It's like they just slopped everything into tupperware and chucked it out the door at the driver. Extremely disappointing all round.

Food was cold, dumplings clearly frozen and reheated, noodles bland and swimming in oil. Not great.

El restaurante TODAVÍA está “preparando mi pedido”. TERRIBLE. El pasajero de Deliveryoo estuvo allí hace 1 hora para recoger, pero el restaurante estaba TAN LENTO e incompetente que tuvo que irse, y TODAVÍA no lo han logrado. Nunca ordenar desde aquí NUNCA OTRA VEZ. Deberían haberse desconectado y dejar de aceptar pedidos que claramente no pudieron hacer a tiempo. Broma absoluta.

Please dont buy food from hear if you value money. Literally paid 15.90 for a few pieces of calamari. I feel completely shafted and could not receive a reason for missing items due to language barrier with employee. Terrible

Después de un duro día de trabajo. Nos detuvimos y comimos aquí. La comida era buena y recién hecha Teníamos los entrantes de arroz tailandés que era generoso y Tom yam gambas y champiñones. sopa. Tenía pato al curry con arroz frito y tuve el arroz frito con cangrejo y huevo. Esto no era grasiento ni pesado. Toda la comida estaba recién preparada, así que tuve que esperar un poco. Sin duda recomendaría este lugar. La decoración podría haber sido mejor.

Came super early, but the Pad Thai was really bad. Completely tasteless.

Pedimos para llevar. La comida es muy cara. Esperábamos grandes porciones, ¡pero en realidad son pequeñas! El arroz con papas fritas estaba empapado. Pedí pollo con ajo y pimienta negra. Recibió una pequeña porción de comida no salada comestible con salsa terrible y pocas hojas de lechuga (¡al menos podrían agregar algunas verduras!). Debería leer los comentarios antes de ir allí

We had a chicken noodle soup and red curry. Both meals were nicely flavoured but the chicken was really over cooked. The food arrived very quickly.

Salad was fairly nice except warm from other dishes. Absolutely ludicrously tiny portion for price charged. Soup fairly hot but pretty bland, nowhere near enough soup or mushrooms. Fast delivery which was great but need to literally double the portions. 2 dishes (soup and salad) was only enough for one person and I’m not that hungry, wanted hot food to kick away the flu. At least it worked a little in that area but unlikely to return soon if ever.

More than two hours late and cold

I have been ordering from Thai rice for years - unfortunately, over that time the cost has steadily increased although the portion size has dramatically decreased. it’s simply not worth it anymore and an alternative will need to be found.

Ordered a take away through Just Eat. Never arrived. Despite three calls from me and Just Eat and the owner saying 10 mins each time,as he was waiting for a driver, it never arrived. Because he lied and said it was delivered Just Eat wouldn't refund me. We waited 3 hours in total with guests here waiting. At 11pm they closed so we had to order a pizza as that was the only thing left open. Ruined our evening completely and cost me a lot of money for nothing. Furious doesn't come close.

The food containers were half empty. The driver said he didn’t have the address and called me twice to ask for directions over the phone. Then when I got the delivery I saw that the full address was clearly printed on the receipt

Chicken in the green curry was chewy Pad broccoli was well over cooked

Food never arrived. Said it was delivered on ap but when I rang he said it was there and he was waiting for a driver. Contacted them twice and just eat did too and he kept saying it was coming. Waited 3 hours and then when we rang again they were closed. Just eat said as it was recorded as delivered they can't refund me. Furious doesn't come close.

4 prawns in 2 soggy lettuce leaves, a watery mushroom soup with small little pieces of 1 sliced floating mashroom. Sad. And expensive.

the food was quite tasty but the portions were absolutely ridiculous boxes were half full spending £27 , I was expecting my wife and I to be full but had to cook ourself something else where is the point. to order a take way though ? Shockingly poor service from the delivery guy. He was rude and complained loudly and continuously about how far he had to come, how many stairs he had to climb... surely that's expected as part of a delivery service!!

The quality of food is simply terrible! We ordered some spring rolls and you could taste the burnt oil on them. The curry is abysmal: liquid, like they added water to save money on the ingredients and absolutely tasteless. And to think of how much that horrid 'soup' (calling it a curry would be too much) costs, this is nothing more than a fraud. The dumpling taste rank, like the meat inside went off three days before. Let's just hope not to get food poisoning. Will NEVER order from this junk again. Also, passing by this 'restaurant', you can see that it has an entire wall full of american car plates. Seriously? A Thai restaurant with an american theme on its main wall? Looks like they don't even know what they are doing...

One of the worst take outs i've experienced, the food was soggy, under cooked and clearly a big mess. Will not recommend anyone to eat here.

first time ordering from Harrow Road branch (we love the maida vale branch). food which arrived was literally inedible. slimy chicken satay, and the massaman was literally half full of oil. We complained but no offer to replace or refund.

The Tom Kha soup was very disappointing. Totally different from what I had last time I was at the actual restaurant. It was extremely watery and tasteless. It was as if it was only coconut milk and none of the other spices added. Other than that the other items order were delicious!

nice taste to the food but they are definitely scrapping the barrel with content. the chicken pad thai literally had two small bits of chicken in it, it was predominantly noodles and nothing else. the spring rolls barely had a thimble worth of sweet chilli sauce.

Food was very bland . Very very expensive for portion size. Under seasoned for Thai food. Very disappointed as Thai food is our favourite cuisine.

The rice was 1/3 of a portion Boiled in a bag and still in the bag in a takeaway tub! The restaurant said it was small because it was sticky rice. Outrageous rip off. They were happy to send another portion though, but even then it was still not a full normal takeaway portion The first portion was hard like old blue tack - I could hardly cut through it. I threw it away as it was not nice Curry was ok not much meat Disappointed - my treat of the week and a half days wages...

Fantastic food. High quality and still hot when it got to me. Phad Thai was great. Duck spring rolls delicious. Prawn toast was a touch dry, still good. I'll definitely eat it again.

Yo solía ir mucho a comer y tomar distancia - me encanta la comida tailandesa. Me dejó de ir, ya que la comida era escasa en cualquier sabor. Última noche sólo pedimos un poco de pan de gambas picar y pato vendas. El pato era incomible más de lo que me dieron fue la piel de pato, lo real de la carne había, era muy seco, más preparado. Un montón de vueltas para ir, pero con 12 rebanadas de pepino (no terminan de escrutinio) que estaba seco. Las tostadas de gambas estaba bien, pero no te puedes equivocar para viga en y un frier! Sin embargo, la cantidad de salsa para sumergirse en la olla ponen era ridícula.

A menudo me vaya aquí para llevar. La comida es muy buena, especialmente el curry verde. El servicio es bueno y siempre amable. El exterior del lugar se podría limpiar un poco y creo que esto animaría a más personas al restaurante. Fish did not taste fresh or over cooked. Every thing else was good.

I ordered Green Curry but it was more like Greasy Curry.. There was a lawyer of oil floating, very disgusting. It didn't taste nice either. The sticky rice was nice easy to chew.. almost had to use a knife and fork to cut it. I've ordered from Thai Rice a few times but the qualify just gets worse and worse every time. I thought I gave it another go but nope, won't order from them again.

There was no chicken in the chicken pad Thai!

They delivered the food 45 mins ahead of time . Though the food was great there appears to be a miscommunication in the timing. I will be ordering again but not selecting a delivery time. Cheers Patrick

Very disappointed with two of the dishes and the response from the restaurant when I rang to tell them. The stir fry & the jungle curry were both the same consistency: vegetables swilling about in a dark thin broth, more like a watery soup. There was also a mix-up with the online menu so the ingredients/description of the curry specified "with coconut milk", which is what I wanted, but did not include it. No sympathy from the restaurant there either!

Awful dish! I threw out in the bin! Are u seriously call urself thai? I can cook the same! Have u tried that todu salad I got ? And the Som Tum salad??? Better get a real chef! But I dont care what u do I never order again!

Awful food, starter and main course were not fresh. Both meals were over cooked and way too salty. Not worth the money we paid, most of the food went in the bin! We will never use Thai Rice again! Just Eat you should research who you work with! Thai Rice not only gives them a bad name, but you too!

No te molestes, estos chicos son cotización en su buena ubicación. Mi curry verde estaba tibia, unos trozos de pollo barata flotando sobre probaban acabarían en leche de coco. Enjoyed the duck, but the rest of our food was not enjoyable.

It's not the best Thai around but it's certainly edible and reliable. Yellow curry veg noodles are good, as is crispy duck. It's decent and local so I use them quite often. And tastes fresher than Chinese.

Had the chicken massaman, rice and spring rolls, delicious! Delivery came quicker than expected.Generous portion of curry with plenty leftover but the rice portion could have been a little bigger. Overall, great meal and good service, will order again.

Delivered quickly and good size portions

I was delighted to receive my order in good time but balk at paying £9.95 for a prawn pad Thai that contained only 3 prawns!!!! Portion sizes were tiny and whilst good was good, value for money was so poor I will not order from here again

Although the food was delicious when it arrived, we had quite the debacle in getting it to us. Our 45-60 minute delivery time was grossly underestimated as the driver returned to the shop saying that he had tried to deliver to us and that we had dropped the food and didn't want it any more. Not true, we never saw him. The lady I dealt with from the company was lovely, had fresh food cooked for us and then delivered within 25 minutes. It was a shame that the delivery man let this down.

This place is really pricey comparing to other places and portions are quite small. Tom yum soup - nothing special, broth and praws with mushroom has nothing to do with each other. Pad med mamuang - didn't expect seafood to be deep fried. Couldn't find any chilies or spring onions. Was surprised to find green Zealand mussels which normally are juicy and really tasty but here you could only feel taste of oyster sauce. Spicy? Didn't feel it. Egg fried rice was probably the worst I ever had.
