Very disappointed today. ....the Lamb chops were NOT cooked and had no spices on them... ? had to put them in the Air dryer for 10mins still not a good taste, as no spice on them. Paid nearly £12 pounds for these very disappointed.

Absolute stupid company, I ordered twice from them and I went on 2 different occasions to collect the food and they know nothing about the order. The second one I printed the order confirmation and showed it to them. They looked at it with the boss, talked with themselves for 5 minutes totalling ignoring me, then, they said they don’t have the order. Clowns is what I call them Avoid such a stupid company

Just checked out Lahore Spice in Kingsbury after hearing some good things about it from a few people, so here’s how my experience went... I ordered the lamb kebabs, specifically asked for them not to be overcooked. They came out on a sizzling platter (should’ve remembered to say no sizzler), but they were solid—nice and chunky, juicy, and flavorful. But here’s where things took a turn: 1. When the kebabs arrived, I had to ask twice for the sauce. A table next to me in which I was asked to shuffle to make space for them got sauces before they even ordered the food. 2. At the same time, I had to ask a total of four times for my can of Coke. Anyone who knows me knows I can’t stand not having my drink with my food. 3. For the main course, I went with the karahi lamb on the bone, asking for it to be nice, authentic and spicy. But as soon as it arrived, it was swimming in oil, with a yellowish hue. Right then, I knew it wasn’t going to be a good experience. I gave it a taste, and it was flavourless and not spicy at all, you could even taste the oil. I was so disappointed that I left half of it and didn’t even bother taking the leftovers to go. One good point I will say the lamb on the bone came with a good mix of cuts of meat which was soft inc some front chops. 4. After the meal, I spoke to the waitress, mentioning that the dish lacked spice and lacked flavor. Instead of an apology, she just pointed to her notes and said, "Look, I wrote spicy," then handed me the bill without a care. 5. I get that places can have off days, but the combination of poor service, lack of flavour and the waitress's attitude was frustrating. I don't expect great service at these type of places but having to repeatedly ask for the basics ie sauce and drink, coupled with the lack of acknowledgment or apology about the main course, really left a bad taste in my mouth. Overall, I wouldn’t go back esp when they didn't really give a ...... In my opinion of that type of standard, places like Karahi King Wembley and Mr Chillis are better overall in terms of taste and service. You win some you lose some ...... I know not everyone will agree but only saying this from my experience 👊🏽

...this place looks like a cafe and not like a posh restaurant but the food was amazing and there was no rush to get you off the seat ...i met up here with some old work colleagues (one of whom has been going here for last 30 years) - the recommendations was to get a few starters to share and wait till later to order the mains as the starters were decently filling ...the food comes out quiet quickly after you order so if you found you wanted something else you just had to let the waiting staff know and it was there on the table in a few minutes ...although we didn't order any vegetable dishes, there was a big selection of vegetarian food on the menu

Amazing food even tho was no nahari but lamb on bone was amazing too and the rice was delicious ☺️

Food is very nice. Love their fresh naan breads. I ordered the food for birthday party for 20 people and it was delicious. Everyone enjoyed the food.

On Saturday 09/03 I placed an order 1 starter 1 maincourse and 3 naan I repeat the order for confirmation and total amount and the girl over the call confim the same. When I took the order and reached at home we found that they just put 1 naan, I straight away call to the restaurant and first the girl over the call denied my allegations that I only ordered 1 Naan then when I told her to count the bill then She said sorry but you have to come again to pick up 2 naan, I am living far from this restaurant and i reached there by public transport but she said they can't deliver but next time they will give my 2 naan, now i have to spent more than money just to get my 2 naan lol. We ate 1 starter and 1 main course only with one Naan 🥺

I regret to inform you that my recent dining experience at an Indian restaurant fell far below my expectations. The excessive use of oil in their dishes, coupled with subpar food quality, left me quite disappointed. Furthermore, when I voiced my concerns regarding these issues, the customer service I received was far from satisfactory.

First time eating from this restaurant, I've ordered the food from Uber eats and I've ordered curries, naan bead and most important rice which happen to be missing and I was really disappointed about it. I hope that when the restaurant will double check their orders in the future.

Very oily tikka masala. More oil than everything else in the box. Chicken was ok, not best quality but ok as not too tender. On the positive side, there was no fat on the chicken.

Went there after very long time but food taste is still the same delicious went at closing time 1 of the wateress was not at all happy otherwise we had good time after 6hours walk in central London

Terrible food. Ordered Uber eat and two bites later it went in the bin. The lamb chops were genuinely impossible to chew as it was such thick and fatty mutton which was overcooked and burnt. The garlic naan was almost like a standard Sainsbury’s packet bread and was not fresh. The kebabs were so hard and a bite later went in the bin. I called to complain and a lady answers the phone and did not take the concern seriously.

Never visit this resturant when you are with family as the serving guy and staff is highly rude , I was there last night with my family and the staff members tried to harrass us and made foolish comments anyway I am gonna file a Police report today as a harrasment case and the Staff will have to pay the price for what they did.

The rice is old and tastes disgusting..such A SHAME! They need to be honest and not give customers old rice that ruins the whole experience. I told the waiter the rice is old, she didnt bother about neither offer an alternative nor deducting it from the ball. You basically pay £4 for a plate of rice that taste like something came out from the bin!

It was my lifes very bad experience over there the service was not good and the food taste was not at all good the manager was not giving good response to anyone if the client were having food then also they were not at all attentive and were ignoring the customers so better not to go at that place

You'd be hard pressed to find better curry and lamb chops in London. It's a no frills establishment serving outstanding, flavourful food at reasonable prices. The negative comments about the service are from customers who I'd assume have misunderstood what this place is about; the food, and nothing else. That being said, the owner and his team are all lovely! They're just busy prepping and serving as this place is always busy.

This local restaurant that I go quite often eat in or do take away. Most dishes are different taste, and all delicious. Use to eat regularly before the pandemic as you are allowed to bring alcohol from outside. Most of the evening, it gets busy as the atmosphere gets a bit loud. Personally, I recommend Nehari, Paya, Dhaniya Chicken, and Paneer Tikka Masala. The portion size is good for the price paid. This place has good quality food while catching up with old friends.

Went there for food with friends before 3 weeks ordered naan rice Mutton, masala dal and biryani Mutton masala was all boneless and not well cooked and in order first they served rich then naan and biryani was very disappointed no taste or flavour at all can't eat all food very late and bad service ever

Probably the most underrated ind/Pak restaurant in NW9 always packed weekends. bring your own alcohol as it don't serve it which is another bonus food is prepared with love and no excessive colouring is added it really is top quality home cooking with a bang will visit more regularly from now on.

Chops where very chewy, rice dry and chicken bit dry. The place was very noisy like people were there to babble than eat. The atmosphere is of a cheap cafe.

I like this local place. I think it's under-rated. The food is always good, the dishes are not swimming in oil like some other places, the food is fresh and the staff are very welcoming and accomodating. It might not look like a glitzy or glamorous place, but I assure you, the food is like nice home cooked dinner and hits the spot every time.

They need more light in the hall. Nice manager and team. You can bring your own drinks with advance permission but not soft drinks. Starters are really nice and well a combination of spices. I like wings and chops in the starter. Big variety for vegetarians as well.

My husband ordered a delivery takeaway and the driver dropped off completely the wrong order. My husband called the restaurant just a short while ago and they were not helpful at all. Whilst it was organised through Uber Eats they simply told us it's nothing to do with them and contact Uber which we have done but could have been more responsive and offered our food on another delivery as a gesture of goodwill and also take it up with Uber themselves. Someone has our larger order and we have been charged. The photo is the order we got which is a fraction of what we ordered. It's untouched. Shame on you and Uber drivers who don't even bother looking and drop off and rush off!

Lovely to visit again after a Covid absence of at least two years. Food just as good as always was and a pleasure to have a really great well prepared meal. Hope we don't have to leave it so long next time.

Very very poor. Booked a table 2 days ahead. When we got there, they advised that there no booking. They couldn't fit us in as they had a number of large parties. My guess is we got bumped.

Haven't been here for a while. Last experience was ok but this time food was spot on. Really enjoyed the taste, flavours and freshness of the food. Food bill between 4 was only £80. One plus point Is you bring your on booze which you can buy literally next door...!!😀

I went at 9:30 pm on Friday me and my daughter were the only women in the restaurant it was full...it was very loud. Staff were very nice and friendly. Portions are very large so maybe 2 people can share. Food was very tasty but even the mild food and onion bargies(sorry if spelt wrong) were very spicy and chilly hot. We did like it but much too spicy hot for me.

not very good, the kebabs were very chunky. almost like they werent mixed properly, not soft and juicy at all. couldnt tell the difference between the taste of the bhuna or achar. only redeeming quality was that the food was really hot (temperature) when it arrived.

Came here just by chance while working away… not the best looking place or the fastest service but it was without doubt the best Curry meal I’d had.. piping hot, authentic and a little different to my usual indian restaurant choices.. amazing-loved it 👍

Been going here for a while now and this is deffo a place you want to come and eat. Curry’s and mix grill are very good and the ingredients are fresh. I’ve chosen here over regency more than twice.

After Experiencing most of London Lahore takeaways, this Lahore Spice is above 7 stars. The best food, portions and taste. This is the REAL LAHORE FOOD, the rest have NO taste. I am saying this from my own experience, awesomely amazing delightful, tasty, fresh. I would recommend this to all Pakistan's, this is the best Lahore takeaway that has flavour in the sheesh kebabs, samosas to the sauces, I now go there regularly, I just can't believe I have found the real food of Pakistan. The world's best, well done Chef's and Staff. You are Awesome!

Had fish but was not to my taste

I have eaten in this restaurant and enjoyed takeaways for over 30 years. Chicken tikka, lamb kebab roll, lamb chops, keema naan and Karahi chicken are my favourites - delicious. The long established and respected owner is still often working and is a fantastic host, cook and organiser. If you eat in you can bring your own alcohol and then enjoy the soft drinks that are on the menu. In my honest opinion THE BEST. Simon
