Came here while our short break in Canterbury. Nice location and food it’s really good. I had lamb massaman was very good and meat very tender. My gf shared a set of 100£ with family (4 of them) with lots of meat to bbq on your own, portions are good to share in 5ppl too. What let a bit down was toilet with no toilet paper or soap. And reviews aren’t trustworthy as they run a promotion where a 5 star review get you a free drink.

Ordered a home delivery as I have before (many times), always been very nice. On this occasion the vegetable spring rolls were VERY salty and inedible. I rang to tell them and was told they would tell the kitchen and apologised. No offer of a partial refund or anything….disappointed and as it stands probably won’t use again

I recently visited Thai Orchid Whitstable, and I must say it’s the best Thai restaurant in town! They serve authentic Thai BBQ style dishes, including Nue Krata and Moo Krata, which are simply outstanding. The flavors are incredibly rich and true to traditional Thai cuisine. The ambiance is warm and inviting, and the staff is friendly and attentive. If you’re looking for an exceptional Thai dining experience, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommend ka 🥰

I recently dined at Thai Orchid Whitstable and had a fantastic experience! หมูกระทะ Moo Krata was amazing, with fresh, marinated meats and a delightful assortment of vegetables. The flavors were authentic and the cooking right at the table made it a fun and interactive meal. The staff was SO friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for a delicious and unique dining experience!

I was brought here for my birthday meal. We had the traditional Thai BBQ which was delicious and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. They graciously put up with me practising my Thai and even allowed us to bring our dog. Definitely somewhere we’ll be visiting frequently as it’s like being back in Thailand.

My classmate works part-time here, and I am also a little interested in Thai food, so I followed her here. The environment here is very nice and quiet, the food is served very quickly, and the food tastes pretty good. It would be nice if the parking fee could be cheaper...

We enjoyed a delicious early dinner including chicken satay, prawn pad Thai, egg fried rice and chicken panang. All gluten free (there's loads of gf options on the menu) and absolutely delicious. Service was great - friendly and quick. We sat in the garden in the sunshine - it's a beautiful oasis.

Our first time here. We had mookata and it was amazing the soup the sauce is very authentic. My boyfriend had lamb massaman curry and he loves it. The staff were attentive and friendly especially Karamine. The atmosphere outside is cozy. Price is reasonable.

Very delicious. It's a very accurate pork pan. Everything is delicious, from the tray salad, fried shrimp cakes, pork pan, fried rice, to lemon tea. The fried rice is very delicious. The dipping sauce is extremely delicious. Anyone looking for a sincere grilled pork shop in the UK, I recommend this shop.

This is probably the worst Thai restaurant I have ever been to. Should have realised when the starters turned up, they were overcooked and tasteless. I couldn’t finish my meal as it was just a lump of sludge. Won’t be going back

We eat here very regularly & the food is always excellent & the service is always friendly & it's great. We ordered a takeaway today for a family meal & I am blown away by how they've gone above & beyond with the order & delivery due to some health issues in the family. Can't recommend them highly enough.

5 of us were dining. The starters were excellent, especially the tempura prawns and the Thai prawn cake. It then went downhill. I could see the serving hatch from the table. I could see 2 bowls of rice and 1 main course, and nothing else. It was at least 30 minutes, the rice hadn’t moved but nothing had been brought to the table. Eventually after apologies the mains were brought across. Only 1 was hot while the rices were cold. I wonder whether the hot main had been missed on cooking, hence the cool others, and the cold rice. The rice was replaced after complaining. Something had certainly gone wrong in the kitchen, but no explanation was given. It will be a while before I visit again. One point:- plates were delivered to the table hot, but by the time the food arrived they were cold.

Absolutely delicious food! A great variety for a big group with mixed tastes. Spicy and non spicy for kids too. Right next to a public car park which isn’t cheap but very convenient. We sat in the sunny dog friendly beer garden which was nice but could have been a little tidier. Great friendly service and will definitely be back!

The delivery time was late, but it wasn’t the delivery’s problem. I have called the restaurant, it’s because the kitchen was very busy. I placed the order at 19:15, but I have received the order at 20:45. How slow can the kitchen be?! Never order from this restaurant again!
