Such an expensive waste Laad Nah - bland, slimy, about four bits of chicken but hot Mixed starter - chicken wing bland, spring roll thick and bland, prawn toast ok, no sweet sauce supplied Won tons - chicken mince thick, tasteless and grey, pastry soggy Crispy beef - less than half a portion but it was spicy and tasty Chill chicken - tasty but less than half a portion VERY disappointed won't be ordering again

Food was late by about 5 mins, but it was hot and well packaged and the driver was polite but the food was awful. Thai Kitchen Chicken was bland and tasteless chicken, the Laad Nah oily and slimy, and the sauce with the Prawn Panang so hot it was inedible. Threw most of it away.

Arrived early polite staff and the food was good will defiantly order from here again now I'm full up and still have some left will enjoy for breakfast yum yum yummy ...mr bignell . Thank you.

Delivery was super fast. Portions were very small, and the green Thai curry lacked flavour :(

Terrible, do not order from them. Friend order prawn green curry and there were only 4 prawns and his starter was burnt basically not edible. Order took almost an hour to deliver. Then when we rung up they said they could not give refunds and proceeded to argue with us on the phone, very bad customer service and poor food quality. Bankok eatery is much better do not waste your time ordering from here

Chilli beef and Spicy Thai noodles were delicious and would order again. Chicken satay was not good - just very salty and not able to eat

Great green curry! Perfect heat, very tasty and love the fact i could substitute courgette for baby corn! Not many places even entertain that. Great masaman! Just the right amount. Will use again.

Special fried rice was light and fluffy, and came with peanuts and the chilli beef was amazing and one of the best I have had. The order came quickly (about 15 mins before expected) and I would order again.

The mixed starter had been heated before the food was dry and grey and had to be binned

my food today wasn't great because the special Thai fried rice wasn't special at all the chili prawns were good in taste but i couldn't find them (only 5) and the Thai green curry was more like soup all water and less veg and meat. i am very disappointed.

Ive had wrong items delivered and been told no refund, and no rectification unless I went to the restaurant?! food is slap dash and delivery is never prompt Mr Ting in the nascot arms is the go to thai

I very rarely write reviews, however, as most of the reviews for this restaurant are very good I was very bemused when we recieved our meal. They delivered in 1 hour as per their stated delivery time. We ordered a starter of Thai Kitchen Platter for 2 (at a cost of over £10) it was frankly afwul. Luke warm on arrival, over cooked chewy chicken, over cooked prawn toast, limp batter, no taste to anything, half of it we couldn't even work out what it was. Absoutely disgusting. It went in the bin. The main courses were average at best. I would not order again, such a shame, as was not a cheap meal. Again another Just Eat recommended restaurant that is totally sub-standard.

Crispy duck was something I was looking forward to, and an expensive treat, but it was so crispy that it was inedible!! The bag they provided broke on the way home so really annoyed!! Not worth the money we paid for it!!

This was the worst food we have had from this restaurant. And when I rang to tell them, the lady just would not listen to me and kept telling me how fresh everything was. Very, very disappointing. No offer of refund or compensation from them either.

Good is getting worse, tasteless, bland. It is like someone has just decided to open a restaurant having never been to Thailand. Awful!

Great pad Thai and red veg curry.

Food was late by 20 mins but the app didn't update to reflect this, In fact the app showed up as delivery complete 10-15mins before the food arrived ! When I called them, the lady was extremely rude and when I questioned why the app stated the food had been delivered she got even ruder and said "well it will be there in a minute then" The food tasted great once it got here apart from being nearly cold but the next day was not very pleasant (I won't go into much detail) for me and my wife, belly aches and long visits to the loo all day. I had decided to try them again as the food did taste great but after a day sat on the loo we would not go back and defo would not recommend to use!

Delighted with our experience with this restaurant! Delivery was sooner than expected, and the dishes were perfectly cooked, full of flavour and without any excess grease etc. We had noodles, garlic beef and chicken cashew nuts, and they were all perfect. Definitely ordering from here again!

Arrived 35 minutes after delivery time. Rang them and was told the driver had left but still hadn't arrived 20 minutes later.

The way it should be!! Tasty to the max, hot, spicy, delicious. My wife and I travel all over the world, this year alone, Belgium, France, New York, L.A, Sweden, Denmark, and even Bombay!!! So we know food! This place is a real little find :)

Never came phoned them and was told they had the wrong address which isn't possible and then said they never got an order would not recommend at all!

Small order of mixed starter, Thai fish and a salad. Food amazing, tempura vegetables were crisp and tasty. Som tam, my favourite, so authentic, I'm looking forward to ordering again soon.

Awful - worst service ever. Ordered takeaway from Thai Kitchen, around 30 mins later food was delivered. We soon realised it was not our order so promptly called to inform them. Guy on the phone said he would look into it, I asked if he would call me back and he said he would. Around 15 mins later no update so called again, was told delivery guy has just left to redeliver. Waited another 20 mins (we only live 5 mins away from takeaway) and so called again. Was told they had had to cook our food again and that the driver has just left to deliver. Asked if they were sure as we were told this the last time and were reassured that it was on its way. After another 20 mins, still no food! Called again and was told they got confused and thought we no longer wanted it. By this time it was almost 11pm and we were left feeling very hungry and frustrated at having been lied to a number of times. No apology whatsoever - completely incompetent.Will never order again.

Just move to the area and this has to be one of the best Thai take outs I've every had !!! 👍👍👍

finally received our order an hour after the estimated delivery time. In between I had several calls with the shop who were rude, hung up on me twice and claimed not to have received our order. My wife contacted just eat which eventually sorted things out. Our previous meals from the Thai Kitchen had been great so hopefully this was just a one off

We waiting nearly two hours for our delivery and when I called to find out where it was the person I spoke to wasn't very helpful or apologetic. However the food we had was lovely and we really enjoyed it, so we would probably order again as it was so yummy.

Delivery was over 20mins on top of the original hour delivery time, then it was the wrong order had to wait for another 20 minutes to be change. The food was appalling, tasted like it had been sitting for years. Can not believe it passes as food. No pride in what they are cooking.

not the nicest thai I have tried, everything was sweet, the delivery time was well over an hour, not great on price, I found I couldn't eat most of it as it seemed to be covered with some sugary sauce, even the thai green curry had pineapple in it! :/

The dim sum is quite stodgy and would be nicer if it was smaller. Some of the dishes are quite liquidy and not thick sauce like you get in Thailand.

This is the second time I've ordered from Lemon Grass (both times via Just Eat) and unfortunately I was really disappointed. The food was very bad quality and greasy - I've never seen a sorrier looking chicken wing - and soggy due to the delivery man admitedly driving around with it for ages (despite the fact I gave explicit directions). It took nearly an hour to get to us, was cold, the shared platter started was nearly inedible and everything else greasy and mediocre. I won't be ordering from Lemon Grass again - Chaing Mai in Hemel Old Town is the number one for Thai in the area, and worth the trip to collect (as they don't deliver). Sorry Lemon Grass, if I'm paying that much I want some value for my money.

Disappointing this time. Usually very nice. But very watery and full of chilli's. no taste which is a shame as we usually really enjoy food from here.

The Fish cake is a no go, is so dry and did put me of with the food. However the other items were a delight to have.

Very good meal that arrived more quickly than indicated and was hot. Woud have given 5* for quality but the soup was a little lacking in taste. Noodles, salad and beef were spicy and tasty. I have ordered from here before and alo recommend the beef salad and won ton

Delivery very fast, Satay chicken skewers came with a very small tub of satay sauce , which was disappointing.

The food was delicious, piping hot and delivered a bit early. We were really pleased with the quality, and the size of the portions. There was enough left to pop in the fridge and save for another evening.
