Very tasty food. Good portions and lovely service. Menu is amazing. I hope you stay in business because your food is amazing and your service is both fast and polite. Found the restaurant a bit dusty but I am picky as it is.

I have tried Green Chicken Curry, Jasmin Rice, Egg Friend Rice, Chicken Pad Thai, Spring , Special Fried Rice, Spicy Thai Fried Rice and I cant remember what else but the food and taste is always spot on. I would highly recommend it. =

Was a delivered meal. Lamb and chicken wings. A grim greasy splodge of food that I put down the waste disposal.

If you have been in Thailand and enjoyed their food, I recommend to go to Thai House ( Thai Garden to fresh your memory and enjoyment of Thai food. I usually eat as much as a baby dish but I had one full dish of noodle with beef, a portion of battered, Crispy king prawns and another dish of crispy chicken breast plus salad. I do not believe that I had all these food. Foods are so light to eat and easy to digest. We were welcoming with smile and kindness of Thai staff including Chef. That’s a propel Thai shop in all aspects. Regards to the previous customers’ reviews, I believe that it is under new management. Thank you for reading my experience.

1st and last experience! Ordered Pad Thai (no mention of peanuts on menu). Thankfully I’m not allergic and I was hungry so scraped off what I could to eat. Bland flavour and not spicy (even though I requested it to be). If this wasn’t disappointing enough I’ve spent half the night up with a bad stomach! Wish I hadn’t even eaten the half portion that I did now!

Been ordering and eating at the restaurant for years, legit the best food. Never been disappointed. Staff are always very friendly. I totally recommend this place.

Delivery was prompt and no hassle telephone order. Food was disappointing 😢. Main dishes were very watery. And the eef dish ordered came as " Vegetable dish with a sprinkle of very thin and finely sliced Beef with extra watery sauce" Ive never had any Thai food of this composition. No flavour just flooded with thai sauce. Out of the several Rice dishes some were ok and some were very hard. They must have been microwaved several times to dry out the moisture. We were really looking forward to our meal but it was an expensive mistake. Needs proper chefs who actually had few thai dishes in their life! The chippy across the road probably does better Thai food than this place 😢

I have orderd from this place a few times via takeaway apps and have enjoyed my meals. However, this time I ordered a vegetarian pad thai, which says in the menu description has tofu, which I counted only had one piece of tofu in. I was disappointed by this (I mean, a tenner for a bowl of noodles and veggies??) and decided to leave feedback via the app I was using, and requested a partial refund to reflect what I had recieved. Soon after I left this feedback, the restaurant phoned me and was patronising and aggressive towards me. They accused me of lying and told me not to contact the takeaway app for complaints as it is 'bad for the business'. I am upset with how I was treated as a regular customer and will not be ordering from here again.

I don't post negative reviews but I was upset and disappointed with the service I recieved as a regular customer. After submitting a reasonable request for a partial refund through Deliveroo due to my food not matching menu description, the restaurant phoned me on my personal mobile and accused me of lying. Thankfully, as my food was ordered through Deliveroo I was able to get a full refund. I am sad not to be ordering from here again.

Red curry not spicy at all, good but what’s happened with chilli ? Boiled rice dry and no good. Why you serving only brown prawn crackers - kids love white ?

Best Mixed Seafood Chilli Oil in town!! And I mean in London town. I haven't been there in a while but I still remember that meal. I used to have it with coconut rice. I can't wait to try it again. Warning: it is extremely spicy.

All food was nice, bar the ‘beef’ salad, which was not beef but kebab processed ‘meat’. Absolutely revolting for a £12 ‘Thai salad’ that I wouldn’t even feed my dog.

I think this is an underrated restaurant. Everything I’ve ordered here tastes good and I’ve not experienced any of the frustrations mentioned in the other comments. If anything, the price is a bit high for New Barnet. I mean you can find 20-30% cheaper equivalent in City.

This is my go-to Thai restaurant. Such an authentic and flavourful food. Always spot-on and friendly staffs. Really recommend!!

Nice staff and delicious food as usual. They get very busy on weekends however the food is still hot and spot on, would recommend eating here.

We’ve been regular customers for over 5 years and have always been satisfied if not blown away, but never again after this evening’s experience. For our mains we ordered chicken Penang, chicken red curry and prawn pad Thai. What arrived was two chicken red curries and a prawn red curry. I called to get this resolved and was told there had been a mix up ordering through the app and a replacement chicken Penang and prawn pad Thai would be sent. I then got a call from an obviously more senior person telling me I was wrong and that I had the chicken Penang and only the pad Thai was missing. Sorry but I know what a red curry tastes like! I said I’d been a customer for 5 years and I couldn’t believe he argued with me. The most shocking and disturbing thing about it was that he insisted on taking back the dishes I didn’t order unopened - are they giving them to other people?! Obviously I’d already opened them to find out what they were so couldn’t do that! NEVER AGAIN and with so many other options around I’m not even that bothered. Will report to environmental health as well as I’m concerned they are taking food back from customers, reheating and then redelivering.

Normally I am not that harsh on the reviews but Oh man, the taste was awful. I couldn’t enjoy even the chicken grill. Middle of it was so red and it is so dangerous. And also normally you can change rice to noodles but on just eat we changed it and we expected it but order came with rice, when we called they did not even bothered to call us to say NO WE CANT CHAMGE. It would be the first and last time to order from this branch.

The green prawn curry was very spicy even though it said mild in the description, but this can ignored because people have different ideas about what spicy means. The fish cakes were ridiculously oily. The dim sum were so small and only 4?! The taste wasn’t good either. The food overall was salty, the portions very small, and the prices very expensive.

Food was stodgy.. beef was tough and not nice!! Also menu said £7.95. But when i phoned up. It had gone up to £10.50!! They said that prices had gone up!!Then the menu they gave us with our dinner. Had £7.95 still!! So be careful!!

I’ve never smelt sweet and sour chicken in my entire life to be stinking and tasting revolting these people should be ashamed of them selves for allowing such disgusting food to leave there premises il be contacting food hygiene clearly this ain’t rite, it stinks that bad that no exaggeration I’ve opened all my windows and doors to air out my house even my dog is refusing to come inside! For a restaurant whose mainstay is noodles it was disappointing to receive noodles that were stuck together in a solid mass. Wouldn’t order from here again.

The serving-man is not Thai, looks like from the middle east. Ordered a Tom yum soup which is too little portion. The only good thing is 4 big juicy prawns in it (appreciate for that!). And the other two menus (crispy fish with black bean sauce and bean curd with cashew nut) are too sweet and unpleasant, not look like authentic Thai style though the portion is not little. For the asians who look for super spicy Thai eats, this place is undoubtedly not for you!

As a regular customer today is disappointing for me. I was there before lunch time offer but they want me pay more 6£. You can be loyal customers but they can’t be loyal restaurant. I didn’t buy nothing and they didn’t care about that.

This is by far the best Thai take away in Barnet. The food it spot on. The spicy Thai noodles are the best I've ever had. We tried a few times different Thai restaurants, and always ended up being disappointed. We often get take ways when we have friends over, and they totally agree the food is just delicious and portions are massive. Thank you. Keep it up!

We tried to eat in this restaurant last night and we were treated like rubbish, being told that we had only 45 minutes to eat. We ended up leaving, the owner is very rude.

I am a regular customer to Thai garden and I have always been happy with the service and food I have received. Today I went for a takeaway and was treated with very bad customer service! Firstly I was over charged and told the Man serving me about this 3 times but he still wouldn't listen to me. I was so shocked and disappointed as I regularly order the same thing. I then spoke to another college who offered me a refund for the over charge or a starter instead I happily excepted. I then heard him talking about me and shaking his head like I was in the wrong!!!!! This is totally unacceptable and very unprofessional. What a shame Thai Garden I'm not sure I will be returning Poor customer Service!!!!!

The Thai curries do taste authentic and compared to some other Thai places in the area the food is good, but they let themselves down with the service. Three times in a row they've got the order wrong when we've requested no veg in the noodles. Quite frustrating and gives the impression that they're just not listening or taking their customers seriously. They haven't even attempted to somehow make a proper apology for it and have even gone as far as asking for the incorrect dish to be returned!! For this reason we're put off ordering again, which is a real shame.

We ordered fish cakes, thai green curry and sticky rice. Beautiful. Gorgeous food. Tasted delicious.

Overall this was a fantastic meal. My partner has the prawn pad thai and said it was great - very juicy prawns. Note that the pad thai does come with crushed peanuts on top (as a pad thai should!), but this isn't listed on the menu. I had the garlic beef which was so so rich in flavour! I got a black bean sauce too, in case I wanted to add but it was rich enough as it is! We both really enjoyed it :) Meal, including delivery, came to £25, so good value. The delivery was 20 minutes late, but that's forgive-able during a Tier 3 lockdown on a Friday night when everyone is ordering take away. Worth the wait though.

No Thai people work here, all Iranians which is why the food is not good. I also checked the google reviews, full of fake reviews to get a better reputation. Dont trust google reviews!

The food is absolutely amazing, the right amount of vegetables the right amount of chicken/ lamb whatever you name it my family and I have tried this place a few times and everytime it’s been great a strong recommendation.

We ordered spicy Thai rice, green chicken curry and prawns with broccoli. The portions sizes were superb as always, and the prawns are so big and juicy! Delivery was quick, the food was hot and fresh, and the staff were very helpful. Thanks for another great delivery!

I rate both the food and the restaurant at 1 star. First of all the food was quiet expensive compare to the quality. Unsuitable vegetables in large quantities. Also they are selling sauces for 60 pence but they are not sauces. The peanut sauce was crushed peanut only and the sweet chilli sauce was a few chilli slice in its juice. The sweet chilli has a horrible fish smell, regardless we did not order any food with fish. All the food smelled of fish. I will never order from here again.

This restaurant has serious hygiene problem and I feel really sick. There’s a big and dirty fly inside the Pus Thai. I called the restaurant and a man said he is the owner and he shouted at me and said because I eat the food, he cannot do anything. I feel really sick. Do not go to this restaurant. They have big hygiene problem.

Quick delivery. All 5 dishes we ordered (except Satay chicken) were very bland. I will not be ordering again.

The takeaways here used to be good last year but the one I had on Saturday (and previous ones this year) was dreadful. The quality of the chicken satay was pretty poor. The Pad Thai didn't in any way resemble a real Pad Thai. Yes there were noodles but that was where the resemblance ended. The noodles were far too broad (as they would be for a Pad See Ew). It had clearly not been within 100 miles of tamarind sauce or chillies or any other traditional flavouring. It was not particularly hot by the time it arrived. Annoyingly I had not read the small print. Under FREE delivery which is in large bold type they say (in tiny print) there is a £2 delivery charge if you live over 3 miles away. Well, according to Google I'm 2.9 miles away but I was charged. I certainly won't be getting any more takeaways from there.

Shocking to say the least. Ordered a quarter duck-the suck they used must of not been fed for a while as it was about half of a quarter of duck. Very fatty, chewy and just damn right greasy! I was chewing on one of my pancakes and heard a horrible crunch. God knows what that was. My girlfriend ordered pad Thai, so I swiftly moved onto hers. It’s not hard to season with salt and pepper. Not much flavor at all. Would NOT recommend or order again from here. Waste of money.

I immediately called upon delivery and spoke to the manager. He kindly delivered a new soup, but acknowledgement of the cold food and poor taste was given the reason “ we are too busy tonight.” No compensation was given, we were extremely disgusted by the quality of this food and will be posting on social media our disappointment and lack of customer service. I don’t recommend this restaurant.

I always think you can judge a thai place by its spring rolls: the ones I got here were deep fried pieces of grizzle with no filling. I'd expect you could find better quality in the frozen aisle at Asda.

Excellent dishes - pad Thai jay and garlic prawns with fish cakes. Delivered very quickly. Not sure why some have left poor reviews, this was really great fresh tasty Thai food.

Service and dining in left something to desire. Although friendly and helpful, it is very casual and could be amped up with more service skills. The food was absolutely delicious and the meat - lamb and beef that I tried- was super tender and juicy. The portions are large and very filling. I would definitely recommend the food. Dining in would not occur again, but will get delivery or takeaway as we did feel like we were in a takeaway rather than a restaurant. It is family friendly but know that there are steps inside the restaurant. Also, very convenient parking in Sainsbury's as it's basically next door. For very yummy, casual dining that will fill you for days, come try this place.

Really tasty food. Quite a few bad reviews on here recently so expectations were not so high but this place didn't disappoint. I had the green curry which was a good balance between chicken, veg and tasty spicy curry. My wife had veg pad thai which she liked (and I had some leftovers so I can agree with her). Easy website to order from too. Would definitely order again.

The worst Thai takeaway we ever had! The tomyum kung taste like sugar water. The fried chicken wing was not well cooked and with thick batter. The spare ribs were actually lamb ribs (not mentioned in the menu) they were dry and hard. The Pad Thai was cooked using thick flat noodle and not thin flat noodle you normally have in a Thai takeaway/restaurant. I would not even want to eat them again even if they are free!

It is small, modern and clean restaurant. The decor is simple, on the verge of being minimalist and tasteful. The food is good, we had veggie tempura, Green curry and spicy noodles. The service is great.

Very cosy and nice restaurant, fresh and tasty food

I v'e ordered from here many times before and the food is delicious. I did go in to eat on a Sunday evening at around 9 o clock. It's not somewhere you'd go for a "night out" because the atmosphere is like a library. The owners and some of their friends were the only people in there on their laptops and chilling. It was quite cold in there and they use external heaters which tell me that their heating system is probably broken. The main waiter was kind and helpful. The food came on time and was still delicious. Great for a stop by.

Absolutely atrocious. Food came cold, oily and smashed together. We ordered Thai garden platter for two containing meat and vegetarian starters and it was all put together in a paper bag like a portion of cheap chips. The rice was over cooked and beef was really poor quality. Do not order form there , we had to throw away all the food

The worst take away I’ve had in my entire life. I’m not a person to complain but this was beyond anything I’ve ever seen. The food came cold and oily. We were refused the refund as the food was thrown in the bin and they wanted it back. The Thai garden platter contains meat and veg but it was all thrown together in a paper bag looking like a cheap portion of crap chips. Disgusting food and horrible service. Do not order! I have ordered from Thai Garden a few times now and the food has been absolutely delicious! It really is authentic thai food exactly how it is in Thailand in fact its better! The flavouring of the food is just spot on. On top of that the service is great! quick delivery and the delivery staff are ever so lovely! This is now my go-to take away restaurant! The only take away that has got everything right!

We have ordered take away from Thai Garden several times and always find the food to be fresh and tasty. They provide good portions with plenty of vegetables and garnish. We particularly like the Pad Thai and chilli seafood. The service is prompt and friendly.

Recently, we had a sad experience with a restaurant after writing them a very good review so I have decided to only write after tasting / having the experience multiple times.We have now ordered 4 times from this restaurant. First I have to say that 3/4 times they delivered on time which is great. We have ordered 28, green chicken curry always outstanding, very tasty, 40 chicken cashew nut nice but we prefer the Thai curry, 68 prawn chilli which comes with a decent amount of prawns in, very tasty.93 spicy Thai noodle please believe them it's spicy but good to shift a cold, tasty, 98 coconut rice 3/4 times outstanding it was too wet and sugary tasting on one occasion.The food is very tasty and the portions are ok We love it so much that we have decided to go and eat in one day. All I know is that they deliver pretty fast, on time and the food is tasty.

Well, I'm so far a believer. Phoned in an order, the delivery was pretty much on time, and I thought the food was excellent. I'm a pad thai fan, and reasonably critical of most attempts but i thought this was spot on as were the other dishes we tried. I must admit the reviews of bad phone service are a bit off putting, but I trust that they have resolved the problem, so will try them again.

Ordered a chicken chow-mein, the vegetables were not cooked properly and in the end got food poisoning later in the night cause of this. Very poor experience and will not be ordering from here again.

We ordered a delivery for 5pm on a Saturday. My Pad Thai with prawns was only just ok but my daughter's chicken satay was very poor and her sticky rice was inedible - a hard gloopy brick that looked like it had been hanging a round a hot kitchen all day then re-heated.

I've always ordered thai food from this place using the Just Eat app. The food is always here fast and so so tasty. I always order the king prawn pad thai and have been pleasantly surprised with how big the prawns are. So juicy and tasty! Will continue using this place for local thai takeaways.

Had a menu leaflet posted thru my door not too long ago so thought I'd try this restaurant. I ordered just a chicken pad thai. Took home which is only 15 minutes drive away. After couple of turns on the pad thai I couldn't eat anymore. It was awful ! The veg inside were old, the chicken was just boiled and the noodles dry.

We used to order a take away from here at least twice per month.

Just had the vegetarian tom yum soup delivered and there was 1 chunk of chicken in it. I am vegetarian! When complained, Thai Garden didnt believe us as the chef said that could not happen. Offered to replace the soup only. Absolutely disgusting!!! We have used this take away for a couple of years and at least once a month, often more. We will never order from here again.

I ordered 3 dishes last month 2 thai green curry and 1 chicken pad thai. All 3 dishes had hair in them! complained to the manager who agreed next order would be free. Ramg today to order again and the manager himself didn't action this and refused to give. Avoid. Go elsewhere where food is more authentic and better customer service! I certainly won't be going back here!

Great food, a good local Thai food. Definitely satisfied my cravings. The order online is very easy. It doesn't give you an estimated delivery time but i simply called and they were able to assist. Very honest with their delivery times. The food was fresh and tasty.

Having lived in Thailand for a very long time, I find this to be about the most authentic Thai restaurant around. Its excellent.
