Our favourite Thai restaurant in London, my mum and me have been going here for years :) Staff are super friendly, food is always delicious, prices are very fair, and atmosphere is lovely and relaxing. Thank you 🧡

Don't know why is rated 3,5 stars by some as the food is amazing. The green prawn curry and coconut rice r the best in town, I tried many other but always come back to theirs, in fact for a long time was the only thing I was always ordering. Recently discovered a dish with crab meat and shredded mango, will go again 4 a takeaway 2nite. Apology, can't remember what is called but it is a noodle dish. Absolutely delicious.

Very average. Chicken in green curry was overcooked, didn't have much flavour, not authentic green curry unfortunately. Ordered prawn crackers and the bag was barely even a quarter filled. Disappointing and expensive for what you get.

I frequently order from here on deliveroo and it is magnificent!

I'm giving two stars as a motivational exercise because it used to be a great place. Now, noodles were burnt ( literally tasting like badly burnt food which should go to the bin not to the clients table), and the biggest disappointment, green curry - weak, almost tasteless. Something is wrong with you, formerly marvelous Pandan. We are more sorry than you are :(

FOOD POISONING!!! We ordered egg fried rice, chef's special tamarind duck and noodles. When the food came portions were small but food tasted nice. Unfortunately, we spent the WHOLE of the next day being sick. Clearly food poisoning. I wish I had checked the other one star reviews first, as they also state food poisoning.

I was underwhelmed by the food here. I ordered the salt and pepper squid as a starter and what I got was a greasy, anaemic looking dish, which was lacking in flavour. I left over half the dish uneaten. I then had the penang beef curry, which again was a bit meh. I had asked for it extra spicy but that is not what I got. I expect Thai food to pack a flavour punch, so I was disappointed. The service was good though so I'll give points for that. All in all, I will not be going back.

The food tastes great but the portions were too small for the price, I was shocked by the size of those little bowls. They brought it super fast which means it wasn't fresh either. Shame.

AVOID THIS PLACE! I ordered 2 curries and they were not packaged correctly - the curries had completely leaked out of the boxes. I called the restaurant and they were extremely rude on the phone, told me it was not their fault whatsoever and that everything was packaged fine, and proceeded to hang up on me while I was talking. Absolutely zero customer service. Don't eat here.

Tried stir fried basil and duck with sticky rice. It was delicious and spicy enough. Good. The dining area is clean and comfortable and I like the decor. I should’ve taken a photo but I was too busy eating and forgot. Good place and I shall return for more.

Nice staff and excellent service. The place is kept clean and tidy. Food is nice and edging just above average, but not quite the authentic Thai experience. Overall enjoyable and we go back again.

We randomly came across this Thai restaurant such a nice cute place. There was 1 group of 6 and my friend and I. She had the Green Curry and ordered it extra hot which she enjoyed very much. I had the Spring rolls and Chicken Pad Thai delicious! Waitress was lovely, can't fault the service. Very relaxed, chilled place.

Overall good food and good service. The veg spring rolls were a bit cold in the middle - I guess pre prepared and refrigerated. The other negative was of all the selection of drinks they had, there was no lemonade / sprite / 7up! It's not exactly an obscure drink, so disappointing they didn't have it. But the food was very good and I will return (just hope they have sprite or 7up next time!) :-)

Very nice Local Thai restaurant with delicious foods. The owner s very friendly and cook to your preference. Most of the foods are homemade, in-house prepared we can tell from the taste. The recommendation menu I would suggest are Somtam, Chantaburi Pad Thai , Seabass with lemon sauce. Those menu are my favourite and the taste really Thai. The place might be small but full of flavour.

Incredible food. Period. So damn authentic, tasty, fabulous. We’ve been eating Thai food for over 30 years, I can honestly say this is up there. Service great too - lovely French waitress who was on it and and super lovely. 5 stars all round.

We visited this small, cute restaurant last night and the food was delicious! Fresh ingredients and full of flavour. They were also doing a great job with social distancing and keeping in line with COVID-19 regulations. We’ll definitely be back again.

Very authentic Thai food, I really enjoy my panang curry. This is a thai family business, you can try the original Thai food in London. Highly recommended

For the love of food I can't get enough of this little Thai restaurant. Locals should start supporting small businesses. Pandan thai is my go to place. Either from takeaway, deliveroo or if I want to treat myself and my dad we would dine in. It's small but cosy, this hidden gem never fail to amaze me. Thank you Pandan Thai Kitchen! Keep rockin!

Absolutely love this place, great authentic tasting dishes and the owners who running the place are so wonderful. They are always so helpful and always alter their dishes to create vegan varieties. Very tasty food, the vegan green curry with tofu is my favourite :)

Hemos estado haciendo pedidos a Pandan durante un tiempo y ha ido empeorando hasta el punto de que no volveremos a pedirles. A la orden de esta noche le faltaba un plato, uno que estaba frío como una piedra (tempura de verduras) y otro que era como goma (pasteles de pescado). Los curry apenas tenían carne. Debido a que ordenamos por deliveryoo, tenemos que esperar 48 horas para recibir nuestro reembolso solo por el plato faltante.

I've been a regular at Pandan since it opened but my last two experiences have been very disappointing. The food remains quite good, but the portion sizes for takeaways seem to have halved in size in the past six months. My friend and I were still hungry after our meal last night, even though we ordered our usual. Regrettably, we won't be going back again.

Quería llevar a los niños por unos fideos locales. Decidí probar un restaurante que he visto durante años pero que nunca he visitado. Wow, me he estado perdiendo. Pandan nos sirvió el Pad Thai más sabroso y fresco de la historia y el servicio fue perfecto. Los niños comieron el arroz frito con pollo y disfrutaron cada bocado. Podemos esperar para volver

Since new management, quality has gone down and prices have gone up. This used to be my fave Thai delivery place but I feel just eat & deliveroo have contributed to it's downfall

The food is not authentic but they have some good dishes. It's a pleasantly small and quite place to eat which I like. Friendly staff and affordable.

Terrible Thai curries and Rices threw out the soup couldn’t even get through half of my food and ive tried more than one dish.

The portions of Som tom salad and fishcakes were very small compared to when we previuosly ordered. The salad was lacking flavour as well. Was very dissapointed.

What is there not to like about this food? Quality, flavorsome and overall good prices with massive portions. It never disappoint me. Highly recommended.

We had dinner and the food was excellent then we came back again for lunch. We enjoyed every dish we had to be honest. The price is considered cheap comparing what we had offer.

We stop for a quick dinner on our way to visit our friends in London. We're a big fan of Thai food and been eating Thai food quite often and all over several places around UK. This little Thai kitchen is a big surprise. My seafood dish is absolutely delicious and to be fair all of them are. No doubt, we came back next day for a big lunch and enjoyed every single dish. We deffo will come to this restaurant on our next trip to London. Thumb up to the chef.

Food came earlier which is always great! As usual good quality, everything was fresh and warm. Lovely delivery person as usual. Wouldn't order from any other thai(asian) restaurant.

Table service was odd, (lack of english) but the food was delicious.

Very bland food. Mussaman curry with a ready made sauce and rubber like beef pieces was inedible. I've never had sweet Pad Thai. Low prices but they are low for a reason. Avoid.

Tasty Tom yum was promising but when the main noodles arrived on a tin/enamel plates my hopes went down. And for a reason as it wasn't good at all. Service was poor with no attention and "I don't care" attitude. We were waiting around 15 minutes for noodles after soups! This is also the very first restaurant/bar that did not have toothpicks! I love Thai food but won't be going back to that place for sure. We are spoiled for choice in the area and they should really make more effort to bring the customer.

Ordered ASAP so arriving early is good. Food was ok, noodles were a bit mushed into a clump but tasty.

Food was excellent quality but could have done with more meat in the meat dishes and prawns in the prawn dish.

amazing Thai food - already ordered more than 20times. quality 100% there every single time. on time - some times they made it earlier. warm food, good packaging, sauces and dips. red and green curry with coconut rice. dumplings with pork and veggies.

The food from Pandan is consistently good. For my personal taste it could be hotter but I appreciate they cater for the majority. Portions are generous.

this order was disgraceful. it took 1 hour and 20 minutes. it was soggy and cold. the chicken satay was rock hard and inedible. I am disgusted as I’m a very regular customer

The chicken in my Pad Thai and my wife’s other noodle dish were inedible. Simultaneously rock hard and chewy. Honestly such a shame as the food was well presented and good portion size but. it’s of it went in the bin. Chicken was either of poor quality or simply badly cooked.

Perfect delivery, earlier than expected and considering I was starving I really appreciated. The delivery man was so polite and he followed my instructions perfectly, considering there was a problem with my postcode. Great!

This used to be such a nice restaurant with very tasty food and good portions. I used to recommend it and eat regularly. The last two meals have been disappointing. Meat was tough, sauces were watery, dishes were short on meat and service was a bit ropey. I very much hope they sort it out and get back to the good and tasty food that they used to provide. Come on Pandan, make an effort!

the Massaman Curry chicken was good! but the Pad thai prawn was old and very sticky, has about 2 pieces of prawn and didn’t taste good! The Padan mixed platter, 2 samosas were empty and the rest of the things didn’t taste fresh!

We ordered two thai curries from Pandan - Thai green curry with chicken and Panyang curry with prawn. We were told that the delivery would come at 1935 and the food did not arrive until 2030! I repeatedly tried calling the restaurant as I wanted to cancel after one hour of waiting but the phone line was engaged permanently it seemed. In the end we paid £20 for two curries, which were distinctly average, arrived ~90 mins after ordering and not one word of apology from the restaurant or any communication during the delay. Needless to say Pandan will not be on our list of takeaways - avoid!

The order came early. Amazing food. WOW!! Very fresh and authentic. It was like eating straight at the restaurant. Very happy customer. I will be ordering again. Must try!!!

Absolutely delish food! Tried a few Thais in my time and this was up with the best! We had pad Thai with king prawns and they’re very generous with the portions, delivery was quicker than expected so will deffo be ordering from them again, thank you.
