Sent a wrong item in our delivery. On calling the restaurant they made sure the right item was re delivered ASAP with added free drink. Great customer service. Food was delicious as well.

Had a couple of takeaways over lockdown and they were nothing less than faultless. Cant wait to dine in !

Yellow curry more then half of the portion was potato . Very cheap British potato. Pad Thai only 3 prawns. Prices very high. Same price as Mayfair restaurants but poor quality.

Lovely food and great service- corrected a miscommunication very easily and generously. Would recommend the vegetable tempura and gyoza!

Love authentic Thai food.But was extremely disappointed with the dishes chosen. They lacked the wonderful fragrances and spice that should be in the recipes. The Yellow curry was very spicy and the Green curry..no flavours to get the taste buds going. Yellow is mild and green hotter. Used to be great dishes here..what's happening in your kitchen. Would like some feedback..thank you.

Definitely my favorite Thai in the area. The Massaman curry is second to none!

This restaurant had been recommended to me. I decided to hold my birthday party there. They asked me upon booking if it was a special occasion and I said it was my birthday. They put happy birthday notices up near our table and a big birthday balloon. After an excellent meal with fresh flavoursome authentic Thai food for 13 of us with great service, they then gave us complimentary cupcakes and sang happy birthday.

Stand-out dish is the Deep Fried Seabass with Thai Herbs. And it can be delivered. A must try

A family favourite which we visit every fortnight usually for lunch during the weekends. Always ordering the same items from the set menu. Quality, quantity, service and price all very good. Nothing extraordinary though.

Portions are tiny and the decor needs some love. Too expensive for what you get.

Great food - really accommodating for vegetarians, friendly and no fuss. Not a fancy place but good food and worth the visit. Food can be quite spicy so let them know If you don’t want it too hot.

Hemos vivido frente a este restaurante durante cinco años y por alguna razón ridícula nunca hemos estado. Acabo de tener la comida para llevar tailandesa más increíble. Era auténtico (viví en Tailandia durante un año), fresco, cálido y bien presentado. Teníamos el Pad Thai, curry rojo y costillas de cerdo. Fue abundante y compartimos los platos.Volveremos a probar el restaurante muy pronto!

Tom yum soup and pad Thai prawns were both very good. Good intensity of flavour rather than over saltly.

Pusieron avisos de feliz cumpleaños cerca de nuestra mesa y un gran globo de cumpleaños. Después de una excelente comida con auténtica sabrosa comida tailandesa fresca para 13 de nosotros con un gran servicio, nos dieron cupcakes de cortesía y cantaron feliz cumpleaños.Recomiendo encarecidamente este restaurante, con buena comida tailandesa a precios razonables.

A favourite Thai restaurant of ours. A good vegetarian selection with warm, friendly (if sometimes a bit rushed) service. Tastes are quite authentic and they are willing to help with choices and making food the way you would like it. Nice fuss free environment and enough space between tables.

We come here for lunch some Sundays. The food is lovely and very reasonably priced. We are always greeted with a warm welcome. It never seems busy on Sundays, maybe it’s a hidden gem! Try it, you won’t be disappointed!

Som tam Thai, pad Thai and massaman curry are amazing

Went there last night with family from Singapore. They said that the food is good and really authentic. The menu is vast, lots of choice! Dessert menu a bit limited but thats not really what you go to a Thai restaurant for. Would highly recommend to others looking for proper Thai food.

Mi amigo y yo reservamos una mesa el viernes pasado por 7. 30 hs. Llegamos a tiempo y la señora nos mostró nuestra mesa. Estuvimos charlando y no nos dimos cuenta de que eran las 8 pm y nadie nos ha servido. Obtuvimos la atención de alguien que dijo que solo había 1 persona trabajando esa noche y ella se disculpó y se fue. Estábamos esperando otros 10 minutos, así que nos levantamos para irnos. Lady tuvo un descaro para ofrecernos una comida para llevar pensando que ordenamos por teléfono. Mi amigo dijo: "Hemos estado esperando en el restaurante durante 40 minutos e incluso nos mostró nuestra mesa".

My daughter + I had a great meal before going to the Everyman Cinema. The staff were friendly and the food was delicious. All served promptly. We had a nice bottle of Chenin Blanc as well. Highly recommend this place.

Friendly local Thai restaurant right next to the Everyman cinema so the majority of people are there for a quick meal either before or after going there. Decor is nothing special , more like a cafe than a restaurant , but the staff are friendly and food is good. I visit Thailand regularly and love Thai food . Given you can eat an excellent Thai meal for a couple of pounds in Thailand it surprises me that there is no such thing as a cheap Thai restaurant in London so paying £60 for 3 people here seems to be the going rate.

We came here for a meal prior to visiting the fantastic Everyman cinema next door. I had tom kha khai soup to start which was wonderfully spicy and nourishing, my wife had crispy squid with chilli and garlic which she said was some one the best she had eaten in London. We followed this with lamb masaman curry for me which was on a par with those I have eaten in Thailand while my wife had crispy Pork which she said was wonderful. The service was quick and charming. One couldn’t wish for a more wonderful place to eat before seeing a film next door!

I don't like writing poor reviews. I really don't. Nor do I enjoy paying good money for poor food. I ordered from Rice Terrace through Hungry House last night. The only good thing about the food was the rice: both the steamed and the sticky varieties. The latter was a big hit with my kids as they acquired a taste for it when we were in Thailand.

Staff were very friendly and service was good. Starters were OK but neither of our Thia dishes tasted very authentic. A bit disappointing.

not as good as it used to be. we used to order regularly from here but since it changed its menu / management it's just gone downhill. the curries used to be divine and tasted just like when we were in Thailand. curry last night was so salty and overloaded with curry paste that it was unbearable. pad Thai still delicious though. such a shame- please bring back the old chef!!!

Fui la última noche para el cumpleaños de mi esposa, por haber sido varias veces en el pasado, sabíamos qué esperar y no nos decepcionó.

El nuevo menú parece delicioso y el motor de arranque y las comidas era precioso. El servicio era atento pero no agobiante y aceptaron nuestro bebé (dormir). La comida era fresca y muy sabroso. Disfruté especialmente las gambas y cerdo buñuelos hervidos. Las salsas recién hechas y todos sabían mi Pas Tailandesa era precioso. Yo lo recomendaría y volvería de nuevo. Según las críticas que había pedido para llevar.

This restaurant has had a complete revamp! The new menu is extensive with a lot of interesting dishes which are hard to find elsewhere. Portions are generous and the food is full of flavour with a lot of fresh chillies which are mild enough to eat :) i also like the cheerful decor inside which matches the friendly service

Only went in as it looked quiet and most places were packed on Sunday Mother's Day... first time and never again. Obviously was quiet for a reason! Vile food, zero taste, slow service.. no one in our group (6people) ate all of their food and all said after we will never be returning

Plato principal - ramen para mí (enorme bowl) era bastante picante bien para mí, pero podría ser un poco demasiado por otros y un plato de arroz con pollo y para dh. I order takeaways from here around twice a month and a couple of times a year eat in.I tend to order the same dish every time, a single chicken pad thai with extra crushed peanuts. Its always excellent and great comfort food.Its not at all expensive and the staff are friendly and attentive.I wish this restaurant every success and will keep visiting.

Felt sick aftering eating their food. The portions were too small. Never going again. The rating is artificially inflated, excluding my review, the rating is actually 2.7. Add up all the stars, and you get 36. So 36/13 = 2.7, not 3.2.

When I phoned, instead of an apology and an offer to send the right dish, the manager said they would need to take back the other dish when they delivered the correct one. Very bizarre and not the way to apologise and keep a regular customer. The least they could have done as an apology for the inconvenience is to send the right dish and allow us to keep the wrong one with compliments. When the right dish arrived, it was cold and not the usual standard of quality. Will not use Rice Terrace again now. That is not how to treat a regular customer, or any customer for that matter.
