Can always rely on food being nice with plenty or choice. Food came quick and our server Connor was lovely aswell. Will be back.

Lovely service Hannah couldn’t do enough for my daughters birthday quite busy however can’t be helped! The staff seemed happy which was lovely to see good was amazing

Food was perfect, we had the baby back ribs and we were very happy we ordered them, unbelievable service from Francesc best service I’ve had!

Me, my friend and my 6 year old son Had to wait a while for a table to be cleaned. When ordering the food I ordered a main meal so I could get a free kids meal and my friend ordered a started and a main deal for £20 there told us we couldn't have the free kids meal and a meal deal, so I said we would order and pay separately so the said my friend had to wait back in the que for a table to be cleaned and sit somewhere else if we wanted the kids free meal! We didn't say.

Booked a table and very glad we did. (It was very busy) visited 28/12/17I did not go with exceptions as just wanted to try somewhere new.The menu is reasonable, nothing really stood out. I had a starter and a main course.Chicken strips, similar to Chinese dish(sweet sauce with sesame seeds)The main-Golden gate ribs with a mustard sauce. It arrived in a timely manner. Looked very tasty. Opted for no corn and had extra fries instead. Apple slaw was nice(very small portion) Fries are covered in salt(too much) Could not eat them as too salty. Ribs were nice, plenty of meet and tasty. The mustard sauce was very runny.

Came here with my son on Tuesday afternoon after school, around 3.30pm. Was very quiet and we were served promptly by a lovely waitress (can't recall her name!)I ordered the Cajun tostada stack which came luke warm. I've had this dish so many times and have probably had it piping hot on maybe 2 occasions. I didn't send it back or complain as I don't trust they won't do something to it when re-heated/cooked (we've all seen waiting...). Also was never once asked for drink refills for me or my son. This was my first visit back after many months and was hoping to have my hope restored.The only saving grace was our server. We are back again in January for a birthday so I can only hope my meal is piping hot this time and attention to detail is better or we just probably won't return as their is so much more better choice out there.

Waited over an hour for food among dirty and uncleared tables around us. When the food eventually can out they only brought 3 out of 4 of the meals. They offered to take them away until the 4th arrived, probably so we could wait another hour and then be served back our 3 meals reheated. No thanks! Staff were useless, said they would get a manager and didn’t bother. We’d finished our drinks well before the food came out and couldn’t even get a refill. We waited ten minutes for a manager to apparently come and see us but they never appeared so we walked out. Simply horrendous service!

Had to wait for food far too long. When it did arrive 3 of the 4 main meals ordered were barely warm. One burger virtually cold and a second totally over cooked. How hard is it to cook burger and chips ? Visited this restaurant numerous times and first real bad experience. Manageress responded well reducing the overall bill with a further discount. Due only to the actions of the manageress I will give this place another chance.

I love this place, attentive staff & service with a smile. Yes it's a chain but so what! The bucket of bones is tremendous and the tomahawk steak to die for. Never had a bad experience in TGI Every days a Friday !

We where there last night for granddaughter s 16th birthday got to say everyone of the staff where absolutely great and the birthday song had us in stitches we as a family had a good night

Love the food here but do consider it too expensive, esp by the time you add your drinks and a dessert

Nice surroundings, nice looking menu, service was good, could do with a better looking milkshake that suits the restaurant character it was just flavoured milk in a jug, nothing special, food was good but could also be better for the price we pay, the problem wasn’t quantity it was quality wise.

Visited with my wife and young daughter, good atmosphere, clean, staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was ok, not great, but ok. The only downside was the pricing which we thought was expensive for what you get. If the food was amazing it would have been good value, but the food was ok, average really, so not great value for what e paid.

We had dinner here with my family and after my starters I felt like cancelling my main course. Yes, very filling wings. The prices are also reasonable, I would not eat here everyday though like I would in KFC, Burger King or McDonalds.:-)

On Sunday 5th I was in a party who went to your teeside park branch and I must say the Service was awful took 45 mins for them to ask what food we wanted .They served the starter and before we had even started eating them they dumped the main course on the table. All of it was stone cold and your female waiter love to huff at the littlest things total horrible service.

Service, as always, was prompt, Very friendly and a lovely change to usual terrible service in the surrounding restaurants.It’s a shame the restaurant was dressed up to its usual height standards in the holidays, not as much effort put in as some I have seen here! Same with the staff too.Food was lovely the 2 course menu is fantastic value for money with a fairly good choice.Thank you again hope to see you seen!

We are at TGIs last night (regular visitors) at 7:30 for 5 all adults. Seated promptly by "Dracula" (actually a really lovely guy )and drinks orders taken. One of our party was late and it was no trouble to the TGI team, they were happy for us to wait for his arrival. Beth was our waitress and she was amazing. My husband wanted something that is no longer on the menu and Beth happily said that it was fine as they still had all the required ingredients. My husband jokingly then asked for a wicked chicken which is a really old (almost retro) menu item and Beth again said "of course" and absolutely made my night (I've never recovered from when it was removed from the menu :-) a few years back. Beth was attentive without being intrusive, made sure we all had everything we wanted. Our bill for five was £97 which we think is very good value for such excellent food (massive thanks and complements to the chefs ). I mentioned earlier that we eat here regularly and we always have great food and service which I don't always review. I think this TGIs is a great team and many of the team go above and beyond however last night was exceptional and Beth went out of her way to make it that way. Teeside has the most amazing team with some of the best service staff we have met. Massive assets to the TGI group (we do eat at other TGIs however this team stands out).

Visited late Monday evening not busy. Staff very friendly. Ordered sharing starter Muchos Nachos with Chilli Beef. Disappointed that when it came the nachos were spread with the chilli beef a very small amount and were soggy. There was an equally small amount of sour cream and avocado. Essentially very poor value. Not charged after complaining which was fair enough but mains were not much better. Very expensive for what you get. Will not be rushing back!!!!

Fabulous American menu - delicious. Super veggie and meat options. Free refills. Staff were very attentive making sure we didn’t want for anything checking for refills as we ate. Will go back to check out the awesome looking cocktail menu.

Called today with famiy after shopping trip to teeside park. I go often with friends and rave about the chicken strips with Jack Daniels sauce all the time. My family wernt disappointed they all had the chicken strips and said they were absolutely delicious. Service was good again attentive staff as always. I do think it's a tad on the expensive side as on a weekend they don't have any deals ie 2 courses for £13.99... but still worth a visit.

Having a family lunch on a busy Sunday. It was very crowded . Staff was running all around to keep everyone happy. The Manager was performing at 150%. Food very good. Fast from order. Coctails were briliant. It was a perfect meal out.

After many fantastic visits to this restaurant I am sad to be writing this review however the last two visits we have had to send food back to be reheated as only lukewarm. I have had the Cajun Chicken Tostada many times always piping hot yesterday I asked for it to be reheated and was served an equally cold second one the staff couldn't of been more apologetic and took that and my starter from the bill but sadly we are going to give this place a miss for a while.

Our daughter is a coeliac and we often struggle where toneat out. The staff have a great knowledge of gluten free dishes, Inc cross contamination. Lots to choose from and even have fries which are cooked in a separate fryer !!! A great place to eat and we will always return

My first ever visit at TGI Teeside Retail Park today 25/09/17. Good food served with a smile by Charlotte who also gave us a free piece of cake for our journey to London courtesy of TGI. I especially loved the appetisers (Jack Daniels chicken strip & my husband ordered nachos) would visit again next time we are up North.

I came in on Sunday 3rd September with my husband for a meal and drinks. Food was gorgeous as always but it was Waitress Beth that stood out to us. She couldnt do enough for us , very attentive and chatty. We mentioned that it was our anniversary the next day and as we were leaving she brought us a slice of cake to take home and said congratulations. Will definately be back soon.

Been wanting to try TGI's for ages. Came here on Saturday night. Although there were plenty of tables available we were made to sit at the bar first to order a drink which didn't make sense when tables were available which delayed ordering food. Food was good, the hotdog was like a German sausage rather than a hotdog but it was nice regardless. Although it is quite expensive for what it is. The brownie portion compared to the pecan cake was tiny. Service was very poor, when food arrived I asked for a coke refill which didn't arrive. When another server checked on how the food was I said I had ordered a coke but it hadn't come. When the plates were cleared I ordered asked again for a coke. Drink didn't arrive till the pudding came! Poor service! The floor was very sticky and slippery walking round the restaurant. Overall the whole place needs improvement to match other better places to eat at TPark

Nice tasty food and reasonably priced. Visited for my daughter's birthday. Staff are helpfull although rushed.Would say the seats are dated the leather is actually peeling off and the male toilets were out of order so we had to use the disabled toilet.. As you can imagine being a busy restaurant there was a waiting time on that All in all its okay and food is good

We were seated in a lovely large booth type seating area , our waitress was very friendly and attentive and we had a long leisurely meal felt there was no rush to leave will definitely be visiting again

My daughter and her friends visited here and they loved it! They really enjoyed the food and they thought the restaurant was lovely. They said the staff were really good. They seemed to of really enjoyed their visit, so I reccomend it for any of your kids and their best friends!

Going out as a couple which we don't get to do often. Service by staff was terrible we had to wait way to long to order, ask of dessert menus or even asking for the bill. My steak was cooked as I asked and was lovely. My partners steak wasn't how he asked and came out Blue. We were both disappointed with our visit as we drove from Darlington to teeside just to go TGI's.

Lovely food all nice and fresh the only critique i have is it was a bit slow. They werent over loaded with people but the waitress we had was really pleasant and friendly

Visited with my family for lunch. Portions are adequate and reasonably priced for a chain restaurant however I can't help feeling a little ripped off when asking to pay £1 for a small portion of sour cream? Surely when asked if you would like any sauces to accompany your meal, you shouldn't be expected to pay extra for something that is going to ensure your meal isn't dry and that you actually enjoy it.Another example of a chain restaurant that has become too greedy.

Like I've said on the tin. Food was nice and the new menu was good but it was very disorganised and was a bit dirty.

Does what you expect from a national chain food as described and service always good if a little slow but it's the same as most TGIs kids like the bucket of bones no complaints after going there 7 or 8 times.

La visita de un sábado por la noche, rápidamente ocupado sentado. El menú tiene muchas opciones de comida americana. Hamburguesas en abundancia, filetes de chocolatinas de todas bastante sabroso. Las porciones eran geniales y los postres eran enormes! Ambiente agradable y el servicio fue encantador. Limpieza reflejaba la naturaleza de la noche ocupado.

Nadie debería salir de aquí con hambre, porciones enormes. El personal es amable y nada nunca un problema. Para empezar, compartimos Pollo Nachos (foto). Sería una pequeña porción individual han hecho. Mi esposa tenía una enorme Hamburguesa con Salsa Jack Daniels y un montón de patatas fritas. Yo tenía pato crujiente con fajitas, eran muy buenos. Sólo debería haber error camarera me preguntó si quería Chef de tallar el pato antes de servir. Ambos tuvimos recargables dieta coca-cola y el personal no están reponiendo lenta, lo que es bueno. Nos gusta TGI Fridays hemos estado en unos cuantos, no me puedo quejar de este.

Visitamos aquí con mi novio, teníamos entradas de tiras de pollo y mozzarella dippers sésamo que eran preciosas. Se tarda un rato para nuestros platos principales para venir y cuando llegaron los platos donde extremadamente caliente y la col era sobras congeladas como si hubiera estado bajo las luces calientes para todo. La pelea para mi hamburguesa era extremadamente seco. Encargué un coctail que cuesta 3 libras. 80 y fue acabada en tres bocados, debido a que la cantidad de hielo que había en el vidrio. Cara y no muy buena calidad

Tomó un tiempo para conseguir una mesa y sirve inicialmente, sin embargo, esperaba como festivo. Creo que es un poco personal ya que tuvimos que esperar un rato para platos principales y no tienen gluten bollos gratis, que era una razón para la visita como mi hijo es celíaco y vive una hamburguesa. . . . Sin embargo esto no es una crítica negativa. . . . . El personal era atento y amable, el supervisor/gerente se disculpó por el retraso y la ausencia de ciertas cosas y se aseguró de que esto se reflejaba en la factura. No puedo criticar el. en general el personal y su respuesta. . Le recomendaría visitar.

No han sido por un tiempo y me decepcionó. Pedí un filete y era más como una hamburguesa quemada, la aplastas las patatas fritas eran demasiado salada y la ensalada era simplemente un montón de lechuga. Tengo un niño de dos años y pedimos verduras en vez de granos con su comida, cuando finalmente apareció fue servido con frijoles. Mi marido sin embargo dijo que su héroe hamburguesa era muy bueno! Por desgracia, no me pensaré en cualquier momento pronto! !

He visitado esta rama de TGIFridays más veces de las que puedo recordar. El personal es encantador y atento pero durante los períodos que puede tomar un tiempo para sentarse. La comida es estupenda y hay una bebida para complacer a todo el mundo. Me molesta que algunas cosas en el menú tienen ingredientes que no aparecen en la lista. Por ejemplo, el queso y patatas fritas con tocino, trozos de cebolla de primavera enorme en ellas y no decir que esta en el menú. Normalmente rápido para corregir cualquier error pero el servicio puede ser lento cuando el lugar se llena. Es un lugar animado que es ideal para grupos.

Went for my boyfriends birthday for a meal the food was spot on and couldn't fault the service it was fairly busy when we went but getting a table was easy and we were served our drinks quickly a great meal for any occasion

El personal era educado y agradable, pero el tiempo que esperamos para nuestra comida era demasiado largo (casi una hora), los niños estaban hambrientos por el tiempo llegó y luego la orden estaba equivocado! La comida estaba bien, pero esperaría mejor por el precio. Food was excellent but waited bare time for cocktail and waitress was less than efficient. No check back on the food and asked for mayo and got brought 2 cokes, didn't pay for them though.. result.

No ha sido aquí por un tiempo muy largo, ya que había sido una decepción el último par de veces. Así que, después de unos años decidí darle otra oportunidad. Por un lugar concurrido Domingo y estaba a sólo 3. 45. Nos dirigieron al bar (con un control remoto listo mesa contraption) y conseguimos cuatro refrescos para £12, pero la coca-cola y limonada eran refillables, extra! Un montón de personal, todos muy amables. Gran decoración con mucho para ver. Nos dieron una mesa enfrente de las puertas de los inodoros, que no era un problema. Lo único es que era un poco celoso de las otras mesas que tenía preciosas cabinas con colchones gruesos. Nuestras sillas estaban muy cerca de la mesa de detrás y nos quedamos un poco encajonados. Los entrantes y el plato principal en realidad tardaron un poco en venir, mi pasta (camarones) y mis hijas comida niños estaban un poco frías, pero escondido. Mi marido y mi hijo tenía el bistec, costillas y camarones y filete, pollo y camarones, respectivamente, no un montón de comida por 20 libras por pieza, pero ambas estaban agradablemente sorprendidos y pulido el mucho. El ambiente agradable, la única decepción fue la mesa y asientos para la comida y el tiempo por venir. Me alegro de que llegaras temprano, ya que realmente se llenaba de gente hacia las 6 de la tarde, con gente esperando en el bar durante un tiempo. Volveremos algún día.

Visitamos el domingo de Pascua, el restaurante estaba menos concurrido de lo habitual, lo que era bueno! La atención habitual estándar, por desgracia la comida tgi era malo! No hay ninguna excusa y sobre todo porque era bastante tranquilo. En la ensalada. El arranque pegado a la placa y tan rancio era incomible. .Mismo en la principal, comida caliente, pero viejo y rancio.No se visita. Este restaurante de nuevo.Muy pobre para los estándares de TGI.

Visitamos aquí unos días antes de mi cumpleaños, hijos y la comida era encantador. Tenía costillas a la barbacoa y patatas fritas y ensalada (creo). Jaja! Nos trataron muy bien por un miembro del personal y nuestra mesa fue resuelto inmediatamente. A menos de 20 - 25 minutos de nuestra comida nos trajeron. Cuando habíamos terminado nuestra comida mencioné que mi cumpleaños hijos estuvo viniendo y amablemente nos trajeron un pedazo de pastel de cumpleaños! Mi hijo dijo que estaba buenísimo! Tuvimos una gran visita a TGIF, que volveré pronto! Gracias.

Esperamos 35 minutos para estar sentado - que probablemente hubiera sido más si no se había quejado. Honestly disappointed with the trip. Our waitress was swapped 3 times. The starters hadn't been cleaned away before they brought out the main course. The bill they brought wasn't ours. Won't rush back. Doesn't help that it's all over priced.

Went there for mother's day. We booked a table but had to wait for about 1 hour for the food. When food arrived it was cold and another dish was almost burnt.

En primer lugar la comida, que era estupendo, como siempre, de excelente calidad y cantidad. Tuvimos que esperar un rato, pero era una tarde muy concurrida los domingos. Mi hija, la estrella de esta revisión tiene un montón de alergias y el personal era extremadamente servicial en lo que necesitábamos. El gerente vino a asegurarse de que su comida era que se hacen en una manera que era seguro para ella. Fuimos para un regalo de cumpleaños para mi hijo y siete de nosotros todos juntos,el personal es muy bueno mucha atención y pedir bebidas, comida y comida preparada para el sábado que viene.Empezar parecía bueno estaba buenísimo todos contentos.Bueno mucho en placa principales cocinado a gusto.El personal le cantaron feliz cumpleaños y le dieron un pastel así todos contentos y los piensos. Llegamos al restaurante bastante temprano en domingos a la hora del almuerzo y estaban sorprendidos de que era bastante completo, sin embargo, nos las arreglamos para asegurar una mesa para 5, 4 adultos y un niño de 7 años. una El saludo que recibimos era cálido y acogedor, lo que era de agradecer como el tiempo no era demasiado agradable. Con aproximadamente a media hora de espera entre aperitivos que estábamos cansados y un poco harto!También una de las otras normas es que no se puede compartir su aperitivo con nadie más que con y si no termine su plato se puede pedir de nuevo, sin duda la hora de probar algo nuevo y luego en caso de que no te gusta!Me encanta TGI Friday's, pero aconsejaría la oferta ilimitada de aplicaciones - que son mucho mejor simplemente para comer del menú, a menos que se podía pedir su aperitivo siguiente cuando traen una manera que por lo menos no tan largas.

Visité un jueves por la tarde en mi propio. Me sorprendió lo lleno que estaba. Me enseñaron a mi mesa por el encantador personal y aparece el menú y ofrece. Pedí el menú entre semana ofertas, aunque estaba intentando ser buena tuve el pollo Jack Daniels para comenzar. . . Fue increíble. Mi principal (imprescindible pila) llegamos mientras yo estaba todavía comiendo mi plato. Uno de los que sirve el personal fijado y se disculpó, lo llevaron y trajeron una nueva salida más tarde. Gran servicio al cliente, buena comida, personal amable y un buen ambiente. amenidad Altamente recomendado.

This place has really great food staff make you very welcome and reasonable price, you can relax for a good few hours over your meal you are not bungled out quickly which is what I like

I visited TGI'S yesterday with a large group of my colleagues, it was our xmas party and we felt we were looked after well, there was a mix up with one of our orders but it was resolved very professionally and quickly, they all seemed happy, we got a balloon hat for my manager who announced he was leaving and they even sang to one of our chefs whose birthday it was too :) We were there quite late and they didn't make us feel in a rush to leave or like we had out stayed our welcome. Good atmosphere made for a fab works do/leaving party/birthday :) Ta very much xxx

Went out to celebrate my brothers birthday yesterday and the service we received was shocking, we were ignored by the waiter on numeral occasions resulting in us getting up from the table and finding another waiter, this place has gone from good to bad at a car crash rate... disgusting.

It all started with a blue slush. Service was quick and staff were friendly. The food, I thought was great and the Jack Daniel's Wings in particular were delicious. I also enjoyed the Cookie Dough cheesecake and the burger sauce that came with my Classic American. We made a booking because this joint is infamously busy, and luckily we were escorted to our table upon arrival whilst many others waited at the crowded bar. Overall a fabulous meal was had and I shall be back in time after my quest to review all restaurants in the Teesside area.

Hablo con los nietos y mi hija, ya que era el cumpleaños y ¡era nietos su elección. Me sorprendió lo bien que estaba la comida y lo que porciones enormes. El nieto se presentó con un globo de corona y una tarta con velas mientras los camareros cantaron un saludo de cumpleaños. Toda la atención hizo su especial de cumpleaños. Un poco ruidoso para mí, pero muy restaurante familiar. Volveremos durante los tiempos de la escuela.

Good food and good service. Nice place to call into but sometimes noise a bit to loud if you go and lots of children in.

Went to TGI Fridays for a mid week meal just before Christmas., we all chose the festive menu which was reasonably priced and the food choice was great.All of the food was good and the service was great. I would recommend this place for family meals, younger kids love due to the decor.

Aunque tuvimos que esperar 20 minutos porque no habíamos reservado valió la pena la espera. La camarera fue muy amable y servicial. La comida era exactamente como se describe y de excelente calidad. Las bebidas puede parecer caro, pero son razonables si tiene unos recambios.Ten cuidado si es tu cumpleaños, ya que le hará un globo de sombrero, te cantan y te dan un trocito de tarta de cumpleaños arcoiris con un iluminado con velas.

The place is always heaving so think that speaks for itself. Its expensive though so we dont go that often, but it has always been nice when we have. I love american diner style food so the menu is heaven for me. I love the fajitas, the jack daniels shrimp and cheesy onion mash especially. They even manage to make the vegetables taste nice and I hate veg! Cocktails are good but if they were, say a quid cheaper, I would definitely buy a few rather than just one.

Ive been to this restaurant a few times and have always had a good meal.The staff are very friendly and approachable, i asked for an extra to my meal which wasnt on the menu and they were more than happy to get that for me.The food was hot, and fresh, abd tasted really good, we both enjoyed it alot.The restaurant itself is very clean, the staff keep ontop of it. I like the decor its got all sorts froj wallpaper thats cd album covers, to a massive chicken. Its always been a good visit.I would recommend for a trip out with friends, other half etc a good value family restaurant.

The holiday isle smoothie is great! The staff are friendly and there is always a good atmosphere. The portions, no matter what you order, are huge!
