Currently writing this while I wait for my child’s meal to be remade. Was seated with a dirty table beside me the whole of my meal and not once did anyone think to clean it. I felt rather grubby eating next to the dirty table. The host who seated us didn’t place cutlery on table whereas every other table being seated by the host had cutlery already on the table. Food arrived and kids meal needed to be sent back. My server was polite but I will stick with my 2 star review as it was chilly in the restaurant. The constant birthday song shouting is disturbing (twice within a 30/45min meal) overall wasn’t a nice dining experience and has fallen off. TGI use to be great but now I wouldn’t bother.

Chaotic and hapless. Avoid at all costs. The table booking system is totally farcical, particularly at a location where everyone is trying to get in and out to be in the arena on time. When we visited, everyone was just being directed to loiter around the bar, with no way of determining who is who, and when tables become free you are not called – instead, there was one member of staff half-heartedly walking around (when not literally hiding around a dark corner using her phone), and she would pick whoever was the most irate and complaining the most and then go and have a look for any free tables to seat them at. When we eventually became the most angry and she went hunting for a table for us, she seated us in an area where everybody around us was also waiting for service. Having already wasted far too much time, we ultimately walked out. I would absolutely never return to this venue.

Restaurant looks super nice and the food is delicious, but the service was very bad. We waited a very long time for our dishes and the empty plates were not collected. Several people around us have left because no one came to take their order. The portions were also very small and certainly not in proportion to the price.

My experience at this restaurant was absolutely horrible. She was subjected to mistreatment by staff, including violence. I cannot believe such unacceptable behavior occurs in a public place. I am very upset and will never return to this place. I advise everyone to avoid this restaurant for their safety. My experience at this restaurant was disastrous. Not only was I mistreated by the staff, but I was served a meal that looked and tasted like garbage and was overpriced. I can't believe a place like this can provide service and food at such a bad level. I advise everyone to stay away from this restaurant for their safety and health, and my experience in this restaurant was the worst ever. I was insulted by the employees, who showed racist and hateful behavior towards black people, different world cultures and towards Palestine. Additionally, I was served a meal that looked like garbage. I can't believe a place like this is still in business. I warn everyone not to visit this restaurant in order to preserve their dignity and safety

Service was dire from start to finish. No one on the front desk on arrival and clearly short staffed. Ordered sesame chicken main course. Came pretty quickly who was lukewarm at best. Informed half way through my meal that the credit card machine was playing up and I might need to pay with cash. Won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Booked a table and still had to wait 20 minutes after the booking time for a table. They state they do 2 for 1 cocktails however this is FALSE ADVERTISING as they charge twice as much as anywhere else so is still £19 for 2 pinacoladas. Food was ok however we ordered another drink at the table but this was never brought out. When the bill finally arrived after 30 minutes they had still charged us for the drink that never came which then had to be sent back and wait again for another bill. Overall my experience here was disappointing and overpriced, definitely wouldn't recommend and definitely would not go any other tgi Friday again

😞 Awful unfortunately. Table booked at 6.45pm got seated at 7.15pm ordered food straight away it all came out cold at 7.40pm . sorry I can’t eat a medium steak cold so sent it back, mozzarella sticks empty and all stuck together, potato skins burnt but cold. No onion rings with the steaks. unfortunately we paid the bill at the same time we ordered as tables around us were waiting 40 mins to get their bills updated (food being taken off for being un edible etc) we got severed our luke warm food at 7.50pm and had to rush to eat it to make Peter Kay at 8pm. £70 for food we couldn’t eat and no apology. awful. avoid at all costs. I have messaged TGI back as requested but they haven’t replied!

1 star is truly generous - The worst dining experience I’ve ever had. We visited as a group to celebrate a friends birthday and it was a complete and utter disappointment. As soon as we were seated, we noticed all the tables and menus were unclean and sticky and the interior of the restaurant in desperate need of an upgrade. The womens toilet was out of order meaning all women in the restaurant had to use the disabled toilet, however a member of staff decided to unlock the toilet from the outside using the key while my mum was on the toilet and rather than apologising and locking the door she just left it open. The price of Cocktails has been increased to £19, you get 2 for this price but they have to be the same cocktail which seems ridiculous. We waited a very long time for our starters in an almost empty restaurant and in the mean time had no one come over to take drinks orders. We finally had our starters and then had to wait almost an hour for our mains during which time no one even bothered to clear our table of the starter plates or offer us another drink. 2 of our group ordered the £40 platter, one was missing 3 of the items and one was missing 4, when we asked about it we were told that they had run out of beef short ribs and therefore they had just left them off. They eventually brought out the rest of the missing items but by this time everyone had already finished eating. One of the mains was brought out 10 minutes after everyone else’s mains. The ‘rare’ steak was well done, the salad that was served with the chicken strips was wilted, dry and completely inedible. We asked to speak to a manager as we had had a truly unpleasant experience, he did not seem apologetic at all and when we raised the issues we were met with the reply that the salad served comes from a bag and it is pre-made.. he did offer a discount in the end but when we got the bill we had been charged for an extra portion of onion rings that we didn’t have. In the midst of all this we did not receive the usual tgis birthday celebration either. Overall, unless you want to be thoroughly disappointed and overcharged, do not waste your time visiting this restaurant, you would be better off staying indoors.

1 Star is simply not low enough. Came here with 8 people 2 of them who had birthdays and was the worst food experience we’ve ever had. The 2for1 cocktails is an absolute rip off. Can’t charge £19 for two cocktails and claim one is free one is £19. There was hardly any alcohol in them, felt like I just had juice. The food wait was over an hour between starters and mains and even then one meal was still missing which we waited another 10 mins for. Out of the food ordered, we had two American Grill platters which both had items missing from it. When the food finally arrived everything was cold. The coleslaw salad might aswell be a coleslaw bite because you can fit it in one spoon. The salad had dry carrots and off leaves and when we asked the manager he told us they all come out of a packet rather than made fresh. It’s not hard to grate some carrot and slice some lettuce to make a decent salad. To top it off, the ladies toilets were closed and they all had to use the disabled toilet. My mum used the toilet and the cleaner decided to let himself in without knocking although the door was locked he used a key and went straight in. Overall a very poor experience and do not recommend this place to anyone. It’s a shame as I used to love TGI Fridays but this particular branch needs a major revamp.

Turned around and walked straight out! I remember when I was a child and TGI Fridays was known for its fantastic service, fun and engaging serving staff would create a fantastic atmosphere for all those eating in their restaurants. What has happened? Came to the O2 for an early dinner with my wife and our two children 1 and 5. My wife suggested TGI Fridays and though my instinct said “don’t bother as the service will be awful” due to some recent previous experiences. The menu was appealing to our children and the restaurant looked relatively quiet. Instant mistake! Walked in to a basically empty restaurant, with nobody there to greet us, eventually a waiter came up to us and said “someone will be with you shortly” We waited with our two children for around five minutes as we were then essentially ignored by the staff who seemed more interested in gossiping, hugging and laughing with one another than attending to potential customers. Needless to say we walked straight out of the restaurant and went and enjoyed a meal in Ask Italian where the service was far more professional. For management purposes the date of our visit was Thursday 1st August 2024 at 4pm The staff working give you a bad name and seemed to have no interest in actually doing their job.

Overpriced. No 2for1 Coctails. Long wait. Terrible experience, from start to finish. Walked in with no one to greet us stood around looking around wondering if we should take a seat or just wait where we were standing. Eventually we approached a member of staff asking him If they had a table for two and he continued to walk and said that he would get his other colleague to deal with us. Another lady came out to greet us and settle down at the table. Initially, we went to TGI Fridays because of the two for one all day every day promotion. It took us almost 10 to 15 minutes to get a waiter because there was no one paying attention to the tables however there were many staff congregated around the bar area. When looking at the menu we were confused as to the prices of the cocktails on the left-hand side it says two of the same cocktails for £19 and on the right hand side of the menu it said 241. When the way came, I had to ask him whether the 241 was solely for the same cocktail or if we could pick different ones. He then proceeded to tell me that we had to pick the same cocktails for the promotion when thinking about it And haven’t been to other restaurants the thought that one cocktail is £19 is an absolute rip off. You can literally walk 20 seconds down and get two for one cocktails for £12 or a sharing jug for 18. We waited over 25 minutes for anything to come. We ended up cancelling our order and leaving. I’ve never once left a bad review, but I’m absolutely appalled at the Service and at the Whole experience from beginning to end. While sitting down, we continue to witness many people come look around approached staff to see if they could be seated and having to wait exceptionally long. We witness food sitting at the kitchen I’m waiters approach the kitchen look around and continue to walk off. Overall, as you not recommend TGI Fridays to anyone and all I will say is that the O2 is very big and you have many options, Do not waste your time, money or energy.

My sister was visiting from India, and she really was craving a good meal from TGIF, but we didn't have the experience we expected. We had to wait for a table which was pre-booked for about 15 or so minutes because they were cleaning it. When we reached the table, it was the messiest one. It felt like the restaurant in general hadn't been cleaned in years. It was too dirty, it was impossible to sit in there and eat. They made us wait for a long while to take our order and then again some to get our food. I think we waited for a total of 45 minutes. The people sitting next to our table told us to leave and not expect anything from the servers. They were right. People sat at the tables, waited, and left because no one took their order. The food was bad. I mean, very bad. The cajun chicken pasta, do not order it at all. The food was cold because they had waited for so long to bring it. It did not taste good at all. We spent more than £60 and it was the biggest waste ever. Overall, do not go if you're looking for a good experience with good food.

Booked for 6:15 tonight. Turned up early. Told to wait at the bar until called. Got to 6:35 heard nothing. Went and asked at the door, what's up? Told to go in and wait until called. 6:45 seated. No way of managing weeks waiting for their table. Just a person shouting out. Really poor. Couldn't order dessert/starters. Didn't enjoy food as we had to rush to be out for 7:30 showing off Peter Kay. Staff helpful but clearly over worked for the business levels they had to cope with. Servers are sweaty and look tired. All rushing around with little concern for customers. When I noted I mentioned Gluten to on allergy. But this wasn't transferred to server. When I asked about ribs and if they contained gluten she said she would come back and didn't. Again, she just seemed over worked not a bad server. Food came out cool. Not hot. The ladies toilets were a mess. Doors couldn't be locked, no toilet rolls in some. Start to finish a poor experience. Woeful for the price you pay.

This was the worst restaurant I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. My partner and I booked a bottomless brunch and it was just atrocious from the service to the food. The staff cared more about the England game than tending to tables. It took 20 minutes to be served after being told by multiple people “I can’t take your order as I’m not your waiter”. Our waiter had apparently left the building so we had to wait till she returned. The food was burnt and the so called bottomless drinks took 15 minutes each to come. The lack of care was honestly shocking how can one establishment care so little about the consumer experience. Don’t waste your time coming here at all! It’s shambolic

My recent visit to TGI Fridays at the O2 Arena was quite disappointing. Despite having a reservation, there was no host to greet us, and we waited 15 minutes before being seated. Service was slow and disorganized; we had to find a staff member t ask to place our order because nobody came over to our table, we had to repeatedly ask for drinks and side plates that never arrived. Our starters came out at different times, and even after speaking to the manager, our main courses took so long and was lukewarm. The food wasn’t fresh, adding to our frustration. The restaurant seemed severely understaffed, with stressed-out staff struggling to manage the number of customers. Overall, the experience was poor, with subpar service and food. I hope TGI Fridays addresses these issues, as this is not the standard I expect from them.

Booked a table for 5pm before a concert, didn’t get seated until 5:30 even though there were plenty of free tables. and that was only because we had to chase down a staff member. the host on the door was quite rude when asked to repeat her unclear instructions because it was loud so we couldn’t hear. told to just stand inside and someone would call out my name but obviously no one did. staff members approached our table multiple times with the wrong food orders because they didn’t know where to take the meals. I’m aware that a concert day at the o2 can be ridiculously busy but they should be more prepared. the prices are also ridiculous for what you get. the food tasted decent though.

I wanted to take my kids and my nieces from Spain to show them where we used to go in the 90s. I explained that TGIs was the first place in the UK most people tried Tex Mex - Mexican food adapted to US taste. I was delighted to find the food was really excellent. The ribs were mouth watering, I opted for the glaze not the gloopy barbecue sauce which was excellent. The potato skins with cheese and bacon were delicious and the spicy wings were really tasty and 100% cooked all the way through (a personal obsession of mine). We ordered just a couple of drinks and tap water and the bill was a very reasonable 20 pounds a head after adding a 10% tip - which was totally optional and not included as service charge. Will definitely go there again very soon as is the perfect place to grab a bite before a gig or a film and has something for everyone. My daughter in law chose the Cajun chicken pasta for example. I thoroughly recommend it!

Absolutely awful service, stood by the entrance to get seen to.. 15 minutes later a staff member said we had to wait by the bar to be seated. After standing around the bar for another 25 minutes we decided to leave, whilst waiting I managed to counter over 12 available free seats where we easily could’ve sat, so was a bit confused as to why we were standing around for 40 minutes like a pair of wet lemons. Will not be returning that’s for sure x

A very disappointing visit! Food portions were very small compared to the Lakeside and Purley branches. The tables were sticky and the chairs and under the table were very dirty and big pieces of food under the table which the staff would have seen but clearly just left. Service was slow and tardy. Had to ask for cutlery for the desert and a very long wait inbetween courses. They ran out of certain items but didn't state it when taking our orders and after a long wait, can back and said that they didn't have it and we had to go through the menu again. Considering the location is in a tourist hotspot, it's absolutely unbelievable that this particular TGI would be so substandard.

Very poor. We had to wait nearly an hour for our starters and nearly 90 minutes for our mains. I could probably tolerate that if they were rammed but the restaurant was probably less than half full. When I asked the waiters/waitresses where our food was, I kept getting told " it's coming shortly" People on adjacent tables were arriving, ordering, eating, paying and leaving before we saw any food. When the food eventually arrived it was actually pretty good. When it came to paying, the waiter actually had the gall to ask if we were leaving a tip. I found that comical and horrendous in equal measure. Its downright rude to ask for a tip but also showed a complete lack of awareness. Maybe they need better training in customer service but in any case, we won't be returning. Best avoided.

I didn't know about the rule of the restaurant that they would not take walk-in client from 9pm. I searched and google showed closing time is 10pm and when we arrived they said that they would not taking anymore order from 9pm. It's so confusing about the opening time. Even if you do book a table, expect a 30-40 minute wait for the table after the time you have booked it. Expect long delay in service and a 45 minute wait for food. Don’t go here if you’re attending an event at the O2 arena, or allow at least 2 hours. People next to us left after waiting 30 minutes for their table because no one came and took their order.

Quick lunch on a Monday after climbing the o2, starters, mains and a couple of cocktails. Timely, friendly, and efficient service from Petero and his bartender colleague, who hit the spot: just the right amount of attention!👌 Cocktails were tasty and reasonably priced given the 2-for-1 deal. How would I describe this place? I think it's summed up by the phrase "alright really". To be fair there was nothing wrong with it but also there was nothing really memorable either. Really let down by poor service at this prominent restaurant. Once seated, we waited an unusually long time to be offered a drink. We had to try to get the attention of staff to take our order - not ideal with a toddler in tow. First person came over who we could tell was very new. She couldn’t take our order so asked for someone else to come over. Although she said “thank you for waiting” there was no apology for the delay or explanation. We made our food and drink order and had another table move next to us who we could also over hear complaining about their meal and service. Our food was brought over by the new person whose long hair was dragging through my meal as pointed out by the other table who told her to tie her hair back - a reasonable request but maybe not delivered in the kindest way. I didn’t want to make her feel any more uncomfortable so didn’t make a fuss. We had to ask for missing items multiple times, didn’t get offered a drink refill when our glasses were empty, etc. Given the price point at TGI’s, this was extremely disappointing and I don’t plan on returning. Such a shame as this was meant to be a birthday treat for my toddler and we didn’t get so much as a balloon. I’d avoid or at least ask how their staffing levels are before setting foot inside.

I want to start this review in a positive way before I get into our experience tonight - the food was lovely for both myself and my partner. No complaints on that end. However, the abysmal service well and truly ruined this experience. We were seated and waited around 15 minutes for a drinks and food order. Waitress was friendly enough so we didn’t mind too much. Our starters were with us in decent time. However once we finished our starters, we sat for 25/30 minutes before our mains arrived - our starter plates still weren’t cleared when our mains arrived. The mains were really nice and we were happy enough. Until we then sat for a further 30 minutes, with our plates still waiting to be cleared. I eventually (really don’t know why I bothered at this point) got to order a cheesecake dessert. Dessert arrived in decent time. We then waited 30 minutes for a bill to arrive, which it did not. I stood up and was eventually noticed - in the end we asked 3 separate waiters for the bill and eventually received one. The icing on the cake of the whole experience was the waitress who told us “They’ve cut our staff in half on a Friday night” and the best comment being “I hope you’ve had a better night than I have”. I work in hospitality and have done for several years. I understand how painful it is to be run off your feet with a full restaurant, with all customers wanting something at the same time. But it’s also because of this experience that I’m even more appalled at the service my partner and I received today. At 7:45pm when we were seated, the restaurant was reasonably busy but not massively BUSY by any means (bearing in mind the doors for Keane opened at 6:30pm so the majority of concert goers would’ve been gone by the time we sat down). By the time we left, there was roughly 6 small tables of people. There was absolutely no reason for the service we received today. By far the worst £101 ever spent. Such a shame the service lets the food down as the kitchen do a good job.

My recent visit to this restaurant was an absolute nightmare, to put it mildly. The incompetence and disregard for basic service standards left me seething with frustration. Let's start with the agonizing 20-minute wait just to place our order. Seriously, in what universe is that acceptable? And when our drinks finally arrived after another excruciating 10 minutes, they were incomplete, forcing us to hunt down a waiter from another section. How utterly incompetent can one establishment be? And don't even get me started on the cutlery—or lack thereof. When it finally materialized, it was a disgrace. Not only were the utensils unpolished, but there were visible smudges and even a fingerprint on the fork. Disgusting. I shouldn't have to scrub my silverware just to feel comfortable eating. But oh, it gets better. We had to practically beg for plates with our starter, only to be met with forgetfulness once again when our main course arrived. The sheer audacity of the gentleman saying, "Oh, I didn't give you your plates," was the final straw. In conclusion, if you enjoy wasting your time and money on subpar service and dirty utensils, by all means, give TGI in O2 a try. But if you have an ounce of self-respect, steer clear of this culinary catastrophe.

Service was good but I want to specifically extend my gratitude and appreciation to a staff member called Nazita for the excellent customer service and care she provided. We came in a large group for a birthday celebration and she ensured we were catered to well. She also helped me when I needed an area to breastfeed my baby and kindly brought my food to the area. She mentioned she was from the Stratford branch. However it was a pleasure meeting her.

Awful service! We had to wait for 17 minutes for our table despite we booked it! There were so many empty tables around just no staff bothered to clean those tables! And no they were not short of staff. Plenty of staff walked around pretending to be busy. One even looked away when I called her! Food was average and overpriced! Toilets are disgusting! I saw one of the staff didn’t wash her hands after she used the toilets!

Currently here before a concert (Take That) and considering how many events there are here you would think the restaurant would be able to cope with the high demand. Absolutely awful service, so slow, incapable of multi tasking and doing more than one thing at a time. Asked 3 times for cutlery and our starters were literally cold in the time we waited. People being given the wrong orders and bills, people fed up of waiting so long for an order that they give up and leave. Can’t fault the food but the rest of it an absolute shambles

We had the sense to pre book as we thought the wait times maybe long, and we were right as on arrival a couple before us were told abruptly “1 hour” and given their marching orders like a naughty pair of school children. We were then taken to our table by the less than charismatic waitress - pointed out the direction of the toilets and with a blink of an eye she had disappeared. We sat for a good 15 minutes before someone appeared to take our drinks order to which we had the hindsight to order food at the same time. We ordered 2 steaks - medium rare - how had can that be. Pretty hard I guess as 20 mins later 2 medium steaks appeared, with no garlic butter as shown on the menu, and a strawberry daiquiri cocktail that really was not attractive to look at and did not taste any better either. (Please note, the paper straws provided give you no more than 2 minutes to drink the cocktail before they melt before your very eyes, must be the same trick the waitress had used earlier) At no point did anyone then ask if our meal was ok, if we needed more drinks etc. to be honest all the staff looked uninterested. We finished and paid up but will not be returning here again. It’s a shame because the last time we visited in 2023 this was very enjoyable, it all just seems a bit run down now, from the decor that has been mauled and ripped apart by children (and probably adults too that got hangry waiting for service) to the staff who just had extreme charisma issues. It’s Wetherspoons for us next time - can’t go wrong there!

The customer service from start to finish was really poor. I wouldn’t go back there due to the lack of care for service. The food was average and definitely not worth the hefty price. Order was wrong and had to be redo the bill. A young child with us was spoken to harshly by the waitress over if that was her order or not. The bench in the booth I was sat on was broken, kept sliding forward. Not worth the money. Better places with better service in 02.

Customer service is very much lacking and no server seems to be available to take orders, to bring over cutlery although the food had already arrived with no cutlery. There is a girl server who seems to be preoccupied drinking in the back corner of bar area and never did a stroke of work all the time I was there. The manager is definitely not in charge and there is no organizational structure to who should be doing what. If you have 35 mins to wait for someone to take order then pls do not go.

If I could give zero stars I would. This was truly the worst dining experience I have ever experienced in the UK. On Saturday afternoon at 2pm a friend and I decided to get food at TGIs during the C2C Event. Queue to get in: This was probably the best part, the queue moved reasonably quickly and the server on the door was doing his best, but it was clear there were plenty of empty tables and yet people were being asked to stand around. Once seated, we waited for 10mins before our server came to ask for drinks orders. We ordered starter and mains at the same time. Starters: Sesame chicken was good but barely warm; Mozarella sticks ditto. Main: The chicken burger ordered became a beef burger - we didn't see the point to complaining and the cajun chicken was dry and over seasoned. I found out why it was dry when I went to the restrooms to see food stacked up on the hot plates waiting to be delivered to tables. It is clear that even though there were many many staff, there was no organisation. And then we get to the fun part. At 3pm we asked for the bill, 10mins later we got the bill and asked to pay, to be told the card machine the server was using wasn't working. 10mins later he tried another machine and failed. All the while takign orders from other tables and clearing plates. I get that he was trying to keep everybody happy (and failing) as he was just covering way too many tables. At 3.30, we went into pay to discover that NO machines were working and they were discvussing whether to reboot the system. By this time multiple people were complaining. The manager was 'not available'. My friend went off to find a cash machine so we could pay cash as we wanted to get into the auditorium before 4pm for the concert. Eventually I paid by card at 3.50pm. Will never come back to a TGI Fridays.

Couldn’t hear the server because of a mix of too loud music and the servers awful mood. Ordered to very simple drinks that took just over 40 mins to come, even some food came quicker, however my burger was cold and it was clear the sauce had been microwaved especially as the fresh sauce was visibly different. Different waiter got burgers confused even after asking which was which. Another person in the party fries came 10 minutes after their main.

Popped in for dinner after work at 17:30, at the time the restaurant was not busy so we went to sit down in a secluded area and was told we were not allowed because that part was closed. We were then seated next to two people who I will refer to as influencers as the hot topic was their insta and the portable light that kept getting used to give their food and drinks the correct ambience. The staff were in short supply out front and I can only assume they were the same out back, the time taken between ordering food and drinks to then getting it was a bit excessive, we ordered 2nd drinks when starters came and did not get them until we finished our mains ready to go. The Influencers were very loud with their conversation and staff were not challenging this even though people around were clearly looking on with contempt, had we been allowed to sit away from them it would have been more manageable. The food was cooked fresh and tasty, this was the one saving grace away from the service. Not sure I would return though as my local TGI has better service and does not close off the quiet parts of the restaurant. Nice cocktails but not great value for money and they took longer than the food to come out

Where do I start? We had high expectations of eating here on Friday. Three of us, two adults and a child. The starters to be fair were nice, and my partner pointed out the cocktails were good. However, when the mains arrived, (we had ordered the ribs) we were shocked at the size of the portions, most notably the coleslaw and the chips. The coleslaw, I honestly thought was a garnish until I realised it really was the size of the portion.Like the weather outside at the time, the corn on the cob was soggy and wet. The waiter was good and attentive but the food was a real let down, and it certainly did not feel like £122 well spent. Never been to a TGI’s where I’ve felt I’ve had to write a review to warn others before, but I feel the management there need to read reviews like this in order to fix up quick. Team Saturday, what went wrong?! (I do not refer to a system error.) As individuals some of you delivered OK service, but as a collective it was terrible. From 'greeting' where a shorter blonde lady accused us of not making an advance registration, and was not interested in me showing her I had. Always having to ask for service. Ordered drinks did not arrive until food was finished. Finally already mentioned 'greeter' then was seen eating whilst collecting selected dishes from finished tables. Until Saturday I was always a TGI brand champion, but this is no more. Very disappointed.

I have been going to TGI Fridays for over 25yrs and this was the worst I’ve ever been to never again, 3 complaints 1st one was the toilets men’s toilets was out of order so I had to bring my son to the ladies toilets it was disgusting all four of the ladies toilets was blocked with tissue all four toilets was nasty, 2nd complaint was the waiting times we waited 35mins for the starter, 3rd complaint was the coleslaw it was less then a fork full of coleslaw plus it looked so bad it looked like it was scraped of other people’s plates as leftovers and was given to us disgusting, my son said the portion of chips was to small it was like they had run out of food,on the plus side my cocktails was lovely and the waiter who served us was nice, i was disappointed to say the least I would not go to this branch again, plus we travelled all the way from West London was not impressed.

Second visit and worst than the first one… the food is Ok: nothing bad, nothing wrong, just what you’d expect from TGI. The big let down? The service… they are unbelievably slow. Despite many staff roaming about, everything takes for ever. It took 25mins for the kids ice-cream to arrive despite us asking 4 separate members of staff. Same story with my Coke refill. And to top it up, our bill was wrong. Lastly, it’s very cold inside. I saw other folks putting their jackets back on. Last time, I won’t return.

Although being told by an older waitress that there was no tables available for over an hour to then speak to another staff member who told us it’s only a 20-25 min wait and could have a drink at the bar. Disappointed with the drinks that literally was a £1 can of monster energy drink and a bit of alcohol that cost £20 was a joke! Never the least we taken and served to our table before waiting a further 20 mins to be so that someone could take our order. Food was great but the service was really poor! Because of this I don’t think we will revisit the restaurant although I had better experiences in other branches this wasn’t one of them!

We were ok a bottomless brunch. Good was decent and the young lady with blonde hair bringing the drinks was attentive and quick. What let them down was the fact that the girls reported 3/4 girls wrr out of action and the gents toilet had no soap. I raised this but nothing happened. You can't have a restaurant who's half the menu is wings when you can't properly wash your hands. Sort it out. Staff were decent, management lacking.

Went in today for lunch. After ordering, we had a 40 min wait. When we asked for an update, we were told the system had gone down. We queried this as other diners who had arrived afterwards had received their meals. When the food eventually came over an hour after ordering, we were told one of the dishes needed re-cooking as there was an issue with it. Very poor communication and service.

Poor service to say the least, if i could give it 0 stars i would. We had a booking for 9:45pm on Saturday and was running 15 mins late.. on arrival the lady who was at the door, was so unprofessional and so rude, cutting/rolling her eyes because a group of lads are there she clearly wanted to make herself look like a bad gyal.. told us the booking was cancelled and that they closed at 10:30, which is not the case they close at 11:30pm.. despite them cancelling the table, no email was received to confirm this, nor a text. So unprofessional, wasted trip to o2 for 7 people.. Leicester Square is a lot better, save yourselves time/money and go to that one, these lot wouldn’t know respect if it bit them on their batty. Rude and unprofessional.

While there was certainly no alcohol, they were so grossly sweet that after 3 sips we decided to cut our losses and leave. Funnily enough, we walked past 30 minutes later and noticed both drinks were still there, not cleared (we were sitting at the bar).
