Top quality food, top quality cocktails and top quality service. I've been here before and I definitely believe going during the week is 100% better than going on the weekend. You get the food and drink faster and the staff are much more friendly and helpful. A big thank you to Petero who looked after us. The only problem we had was we didn't have enough time to try all the cocktails lol

Me and boyfriend went tgi Fridays for dinner the food was great but the service was not they didn’t even come to pick up the plates after we finished our main courses and one of the staff members told the other one to clean up our table and she said no so someone else came to do it i recommend not to go here and we were over charged for the puddings because we got given the old menus.

The “Bottomless Wings” deal is not truly unlimited. You can only order one portion at a time, and must finish it before ordering another, with a strict 90-minute limit. If you’re in a group, everyone must finish before another round can be placed, which slows everything down. In reality, we only managed three rounds in 90 minutes due to long wait times. The advertising is misleading. it sounds like an all-you-can-eat deal, but the restrictions make it nearly impossible to get your money’s worth.

If there was a no star option I would choose that. One star is too much for this restaurant. We came last night and we had to wait 1 hour to be seated, which is not a problem as we suspected that the tables were reserved (no one showed up for any table even after being there for 2 hours). We sat at the bar (3 staff behind the bar) and waited another 15 minutes for someone to take our drink orders, even though we were the only two people at the bar. The cocktails came in water glasses and it was the worst cocktail I have had in my life. After about an hour they sat us at a table, which we ordered the American Grill and the cheese and bacon loaded fries. It was the worst food we had ever tasted, the steak was the size of my palm, the ribs were obviously bought frozen from the supermarket and didn’t even have the bbq sauce on top, the other rib came cold and flavourless, we then ordered a corona and they didn’t have lime or lemon. The toilets were absolutely horrific, toilet paper all over the floor and clogging the toilet, with urine everywhere I had to walk out in disgust. The only good thing about the place was the waitress that served us, she was nice and polite. Overall DO NOT go there, if I ate any more of that food I would get food poisoning, it was honestly the worst I couldn’t bring myself to eat it, and for the price absolutely horror. Shout out to the waitress tho.

Attended for a lunch date, around 1pm. It was nice and quiet with less than 10 people inside. We were seated promptly as we walked in, and a server came to take our order roughly 5-6mins after we sat down. We ordered the bottomless bbq wings, which for 1 person is £15 - you are not allowed to share it, which is a bumber, or else it's £20 pp 🤔, also had the glazed corn and sweet potato fries. Wasn't too keen on the glazed corn as it just seemed like boiled/steamed corn with mayo and jalapeños dressing 😔. For drinks, we ordered Mojito and strawberry daiquiri- both drinks were OK but seemed watered down by the amount of ice put in compared to the amount of alcohol. Overall, I wasn't overly impressed, but yeah.

Absolutely amazing service, from start to finish! Greeted by a lovely lady, who we later found out was the manageress. Taken to a quaint little booth. Our waitress was a very helpful lady, called Genevieve (I think), her and Kat (the manageress) were the only ones working, the restaurant was fairly busy, but both had smiles on their faces, had time to crack a joke here and there, cocktails were fab and food delicious! Definitely coming back!

What a disaster of a restaurant. Not surprising the company went into administration. The waitress asked us to wait whilst they cleaned some table although the restaurant was 3/4 empty. We were told at the start there was only one waiter for the restaurant so to be patient which we accepted. We tried to order a espresso martini but the coffee machine had broken, we tried to order a pina colada but they had not pineapple, we tried to order a passion fruit mojito but they had no mint although they forgot to tell us this until we chase to see where the drink. We then tried to order some short rib fajitas but they had no short rib so we ordered the chicken one instead. We had to then ask to take it all away because we needed to be somewhere else. We got the chicken home and it was pink inside and the side that we ordered was also missing. The only positive was the service. Other than that an absolute shambles of a restaurant. Avoid.

Firstly I was impressed by how clean the gaff was compared to other branches I've been to in the past. Food was prepared well and looked as good as it tasted, compliments to the chef's. Staff was all friendly and helpful, especially Paashee (hope I spelt it correctly) as she served us and delivered excellent customer service. Definitely will be returning Hopefully this branch doesn't close down as it's a great place for the family to eat. Ps. I'm vegan and the menu caters well. Parking available (I parked in car park 2) Be mindful to check when it's an event day.

Came in for a quick drink and light bite before the show however it did take quite awhile for our food to come out which was only 2 starters and pancakes, I understand that it is half term and peak times due to events starting but it doesn’t justify it.Our server (paashee) made us laugh and always had a smile on her face, all in all she gave us a great experience and based on that we will definitely be back

Booked a table for dinner this evening but needn’t have bothered. When we arrived we walked into an almost empty restaurant with at least 8 dirty tables at the entrance. No one was attempting to clean them. We eventually moved into the bar area as no one was in a rush to greet us. We were then met and asked to wait in the bar whilst they got our table ready. All dirty tables had obviously been left that way for a while and the rest of the restaurant was nowhere near even half full. We noticed rubbish from other outside vendors on the side and the menus were scattered haphazardly on the table. Eventually we were seated and both the menus and table were sticky. Our server asked if we would like to order drinks but we said we needed a few more minutes. The atmosphere was just off. We decided to get up and leave without placing an order. No one attempted to stop us from leaving or bothered to see if there was an issue. Ended up having dinner in five guys across the way-it was lovely! Would not return to TGIs

Dreadful. “Book a table so that it can be allocated” - that’s a joke! Booked a table, arrived 5-10 mins early (so we were not late), then stood in a chaotic queue for 45 mins. Were eventually shown to a table (with no apology for the delay) where we waited for over 25 minutes without being even asked if we wanted a drink. Other diners telling us it had taken them 2 hours to go through to getting their food! We eventually left and went elsewhere. We have visited TGIs across the world but this is the worst experience ever. No managers in sight - just a disorganised mess. It’s not surprising that the company is having trading issues. We won’t be back - ever - so please no platitudes in the response asking me to discuss my experience- you should already be aware of how you are treating people and why they are ex customers.

Booked a table we were 2 minutes late so had to wait half an hour was seated outside freezing cold. Didn’t receive drinks until after food arrived and had to ask where drinks were and then for cutlery. Only thing that made the experience bearable was our server Rosie who did amazing she went above and beyond whilst others staff members were running around saying they didn’t know what table numbers were for the food. We waited for an hour for someone to come and take our order. In the end we didn’t wait, got up and left. The table next to us got served within 10min of sitting down. During us waiting to be served, two of the waitresses clearing the table dropped the plates and cups, spilling drinks onto us. Which happens, however There was no acknowledgment or apology.

Amazing service the waiter was a man with long hair and i think he was wearing a beanie, the food on the other hand... i had the smash burger which was just ok, and the cajun mac and cheese and oh my god. I don't know how a dish can taste so much like washed veggies and bland at the same time, no cheese, it was basically water with some seasoning. Just thought that for the price you're paying, it was really not worth it. In my opinion the only redeeming quality was the service as the food was subpar, with the legendary glaze being sickeningly sweet.

Had a really disappointing experience here. We were greeted by staff with their backs to us, which felt really unwelcoming. The service was cold and dismissive, and the food arrived cold too. On top of that, we weren’t told certain items were missing from the plate until it arrived. Overall, it just felt uncomfortable, and I won’t be coming back. The only positive is the young man who served the table, very polite.

Visited TGIs in the O2 yesterday and there was one other person waiting for a table in front of us, despite there being 10/20 open tables. We were waiting for about 10 minutes to be seen. When we were sat had to keep coats on due to how cold it was. We waited about 30 minutes until someone came to take our drink order, even though there were a few free employees standing around and the tables next to us were served. Finally came over when I called the server over and had realised that after about 35 minutes we weren't handed a food menu. We then said no as we had a concert soon and couldn't risk waiting that long again despite it not being busy. Waited another 20 minutes for our drinks (2 for 1 Strawberry daquiri and a diet coke) called a server over who said they were no but would get the manager who never came but drinks then came about 3 minutes after. Coke was flat and daquiris tasted watery. No apologies, they took the price of the Coke off but not the £19 paid for the 2 for 1 watery cocktails ordered and hour ago. Won't be visiting again.

Worst experience I've ever had at TGI'S ever! This restaurant has, massively gone downhill, I'm so disappointed! Portion sizes are an absolute joke. The sharing platter wouldn't even feed a child let alone more than one adult. The staff are inexperienced and have zero customer service! When I complained all I got back was that it's out of their hands. I will never go back to these chains of restaurants in the future, a complete rip off!

Will NEVER go here again. We sat at a table with our coats on because it was SO cold. The staff continued to open the sliding doors even when we asked to close it. Ignore our request to move as it was so cold. We waited 45 minutes for starters for them then to bring the wrong order. We asked repeatedly for our meals as we had show tickets to get too. Never offered a drink when we sat down. Absolutely shocking service and customer care. Never go here if you have to be somewhere on time. We Left without eating because our meal STILL hadn't arrived after an hour!

Went there for bottomless brunch with a friend. There was enough food between us and was surprisingly full by the end of it. Was served by Kieran, very polite and talked us through the menu. Was very attentive to when we finished our drinks, ready for us to order our next one as soon as we finished a drink which made me feel like we made the most out of the experience, as most places that do bottomless brunch only manage to squeeze in 2 or 3 drinks in 2 hours. Where do I start, dreadful place at the O2. Booked for Daughters Birthday after a walk with friends over the O2 (excellent by the way). Place was freezing and met with a cold welcome at the door. Staff here look like they just want to go home and are completely unatentive either messing about with colleagues or looking like they are about to fall asleep. The previous people's food was all over the floor and seats when we were sat down. Zero atmosphere in the place. Filthy toilets, luke warm food which is seriously overpriced for what you get - £27 for burger and chips. Couldn't wait to get out. Even taking plates and asking for desert order whilst my youngest daughter is only half way through her dinner. Run by clueless kids unfortunately. I have fond memories back in the day but will not be back - gone seriously downhill.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere was freezing cold, making it uncomfortable to dine. The customer service was terrible, the staff seemed uninterested and inattentive. We had to wait too long for assistance, and when we did get it, it was lackluster at best. To top it off, the menu card was dirty, table dirty. Overall, I would not recommend this place, as it falls short in both comfort and service.

Went today with my daughter after Disney on ice. First of all, we had to wait at the bar for 30 mins whilst other people went before us. And then we got our table and no one came to our table to check on us or give us our menu. So I decided to ask a member of staff and they ignore me then I ask another staff member and she just gave lots of menu without saying anything to me and walked off. As much as my child loves going to eat there, I found it rude.

If I could give no stars, I would. Waited for 5mins inside the main door and no staff turned up. Some customers that also waited went and sat down, only to be told to go and wait again at the door. The place wasn't even that busy. If you can't do the basics right, then close the place down and do something else with these incompetent people.

Booked it for a xmas work party. Had to wait around 20mins for our table even though we booked it and it wasn't busy at all. The waitress gave us the menus, I requested fir the xmas one and she goes this is the only one they do. Cane back later saying they do, do it she didn't realise. Food was served cold and not tasty at all. Had different waiters/waitress with our food and didn't know what people ordered. The service was poor. Would never go to TGI again.

Dont bother. You're not limited for choice at the O2, but unfortunately we decided to dine at TGI. Wish we never bothered. Waited at the door for 10 minutes, no greeters and had to go inside to get any attention. Spoke to a guy who went to another couple of guys talking who were shaking thier heads. Felt like we were inconvieniencing them. Waitress was great though, she was running around whist the guys were on a go slow. No atmosphiere there at all. People were walking away and walking out. Should have joined them. We wont be returning to TGI at the O2 again. There's so much choice on offer. £100 for 2 steak and chips I'll go elsewhere.

Have to admit I normally enjoy the American cuisine such as TGI’s or Hickory’s so was very excited for this visit as I hadn’t been to one in a while. When we got there we waited a few minutes to be seated despite the restaurant being empty. When seated our server was lovely up until some people we assumed was his friends came in in which he seemed to favourite them. We waited ages for service after that. Avoid it at all costs.

The food was very tasty and good size portions. We did seem to be waiting a long time for our food, we were a party of 2 and overall were there for 2 hours. Our starters arrived before our drinks and we then sat with our finished starter plates before our mains arrived. We got our mains before the starter plates had been cleared and we also had no cutlery and it took us a few minutes to flag down a member of staff. The restaurant wasn’t particularly busy, in our section was 8 tables but only 3 had customers. The service was disappointing as the food was really good.

This place isn't reflective of a normal TGIs. They offer a vastly stripped down menu (of which the beer menu is dire, just 3 bottled lagers) as a means of churning as many tables as possible. Food is fine once served but just a disappointing experience. Would avoid if you normally like TGIs offerings.

We arrived at 4:45 and were eventually seated . Waiter was Juno . Took our mains order and when it arrived it was wrong in several places . Eventually rectified . We had to constantly get Junos attention for order of more drinks and desserts . We waited 35 mins and were told that Juno had handed order over to Shane and that it had not been placed . We spoke to 4 members of staff chasing refills and desserts . No one took responsibility for anything . Shane was only one who did help us in the end . Juno walked back and forth past our table and didn’t even ask if we were ok or if we needed anything . Tables were not cleared . We complained to the manager who was non apologetic and fobbed us off with 25% off the bill . He really didn’t seem to care . Really bad experience. Team seemed unable to cope and Juno was a let down to his team and needs some extensive training in the customer experience sector . In response to this I don’t want a link where I can get in touch with a reference number as my review is comprehensive

Love loved the chips so crispy and as hit of cheese in it for me that’s the best chips I have had in a while however the steak even though I asked that it was well cooked (I am Nigeria love my steak well cooked lol) it still tastes a little bit raw so not a fan of their steak (this is just me) every other thing on the menu was superb according to my friends and family. However the ambience was a bit too dark not good enough for a cool picture. Service was close to 100 the staff were polite and professional.

We booked to take my two little boys out to lunch, and let them choose from the online menu before we went. They were looking forward to chicken fajitas. When we arrived a sullen staff member sat us down in the nearly empty restaurant and gave us “event menus”, which had about a quarter of the normal menu on it, and nothing that my children wanted. I asked when the full menu was available to be told “event menu only”, which isn’t really an answer. I found out afterwards that this decision is because there was a concert on, seven hours later, so for some reason this stopped the, being able to serve the three tables of people anything from the normal menu. I’ve no idea why this isn’t made clear when booking, or why the staff have to be so unpleasant about it, but it’s not likely we’ll be back. I can see why the company has gone bankrupt.

Used to like coming to TGIFridays as a kid, but now they've gone downhill!! Had the sticky chicken tenders and they were too salty and overly seasoned. The big cheese burger was bland, no seasoning, the bun was soggy and fell apart, and overly salty. The service was slow and poor. One of the waitress dropped a knife on the floor, and didn't go back to clear it up!! None of the other staff members gone and took it back with the knife off the floor!! Didn't help that there were babiew around as well walking round the area 😤. Also would like to note that the woman's toilets were blocked, and only one toilet working to use! Waste of £100 for dinner like that...could've gone to hawksmoor restaurant for that price, and at least our food would be a solid 10/10!! Also one thing I wish to point out, when being asked for a pina colada, the waitress asked me "do you want it frozen or on the rocks". WHAT RESTAURANT OFFERS FROZEN PINA COLADA?! The standard one would be to have it with ice...the standard cocktail that ALL restaurants do. Don't bother eating here unless you wish to be ripped off with greasy, bland food.

Just wow, took ages to be seen, then took ages for an order to be taken, when we got our dessert two of us got it and our other guest had to wait another 5 minutes before getting theirs, we than had to approach a member of staff who was talking on thier phone just to get spoons, and had to wait a while for the spoons. Only amazing thing was the young man who took his time to do our order and payment and was really lovely and kind the entire. Huge shoutout to leonardo for taking the time to try his hardest to help us even if it wasn't his job to do so.

Gross gross gross! We booked a table a week in advance as we were attending a concert. Bad start from the second we got there , just bad vibes ! The woman outside was so so rude she almost barked at me asking if I had a reservation, I answered yes, she asked my name I answered , vacant look from her I old my name again, another vacant look my names LUCY for goodness sake, hardly uncommon or hard to spell or pronounce. I showed her my booking with my name to make it easier , she brushed my phone away and again barked at me ‘no just tell me it’ she finally grasped my name and waved us off inside. We waited in the bar area to be called while numerous waiting staff were walking around aimlessly with plates of food with clearly no clue where they were meant to go. They offer a limited menu for events, which you think would cause ease for all but clearly not. We waited 25 minutes while we could see ready plates waiting for collection at the kitchen for ages , just sitting there waiting ! Grim ! Our food finally arrived , extremely anemic looking fries and the burgers were almost inedible. Couldn’t wait to get out , couldn’t be bothered to complain at the time as it was hard enough to get a member of staff to give us a bill let alone get anything else from them. Oh yeah when there was a female staff setting the table next to us she dropped the knife and then put it back on the table !!!!! Me and my daughter have been projectile vomiting since. I spent money on the concert tickets and a hotel to only be in the concert for 25 minutes as my daughter was throwing up ! I to walk out the o2 with my daughter in floods of tears as she was missing seeing Niall horan ! I will be putting this complaint on all platforms ! DO NOT USE!

Currently writing this while I wait for my child’s meal to be remade. Was seated with a dirty table beside me the whole of my meal and not once did anyone think to clean it. I felt rather grubby eating next to the dirty table. The host who seated us didn’t place cutlery on table whereas every other table being seated by the host had cutlery already on the table. Food arrived and kids meal needed to be sent back. My server was polite but I will stick with my 2 star review as it was chilly in the restaurant. The constant birthday song shouting is disturbing (twice within a 30/45min meal) overall wasn’t a nice dining experience and has fallen off. TGI use to be great but now I wouldn’t bother.

Chaotic and hapless. Avoid at all costs. The table booking system is totally farcical, particularly at a location where everyone is trying to get in and out to be in the arena on time. When we visited, everyone was just being directed to loiter around the bar, with no way of determining who is who, and when tables become free you are not called – instead, there was one member of staff half-heartedly walking around (when not literally hiding around a dark corner using her phone), and she would pick whoever was the most irate and complaining the most and then go and have a look for any free tables to seat them at. When we eventually became the most angry and she went hunting for a table for us, she seated us in an area where everybody around us was also waiting for service. Having already wasted far too much time, we ultimately walked out. I would absolutely never return to this venue.

Restaurant looks super nice and the food is delicious, but the service was very bad. We waited a very long time for our dishes and the empty plates were not collected. Several people around us have left because no one came to take their order. The portions were also very small and certainly not in proportion to the price.

Informed half way through my meal that the credit card machine was playing up and I might need to pay with cash. Won’t be coming back anytime soon.

My experience at this restaurant was absolutely horrible. She was subjected to mistreatment by staff, including violence. I cannot believe such unacceptable behavior occurs in a public place. Booked a table and still had to wait 20 minutes after the booking time for a table. They state they do 2 for 1 cocktails however this is FALSE ADVERTISING as they charge twice as much as anywhere else so is still £19 for 2 pinacoladas. Food was ok however we ordered another drink at the table but this was never brought out. When the bill finally arrived after 30 minutes they had still charged us for the drink that never came which then had to be sent back and wait again for another bill. Overall my experience here was disappointing and overpriced, definitely wouldn't recommend and definitely would not go any other tgi Friday again

😞 Awful unfortunately. Table booked at 6.45pm got seated at 7.15pm ordered food straight away it all came out cold at 7.40pm . sorry I can’t eat a medium steak cold so sent it back, mozzarella sticks empty and all stuck together, potato skins burnt but cold. No onion rings with the steaks. unfortunately we paid the bill at the same time we ordered as tables around us were waiting 40 mins to get their bills updated (food being taken off for being un edible etc) we got severed our luke warm food at 7.50pm and had to rush to eat it to make Peter Kay at 8pm. £70 for food we couldn’t eat and no apology. awful. avoid at all costs. I have messaged TGI back as requested but they haven’t replied!

1 star is truly generous - The worst dining experience I’ve ever had. We visited as a group to celebrate a friends birthday and it was a complete and utter disappointment. As soon as we were seated, we noticed all the tables and menus were unclean and sticky and the interior of the restaurant in desperate need of an upgrade. The womens toilet was out of order meaning all women in the restaurant had to use the disabled toilet, however a member of staff decided to unlock the toilet from the outside using the key while my mum was on the toilet and rather than apologising and locking the door she just left it open. The price of Cocktails has been increased to £19, you get 2 for this price but they have to be the same cocktail which seems ridiculous. We waited a very long time for our starters in an almost empty restaurant and in the mean time had no one come over to take drinks orders. We finally had our starters and then had to wait almost an hour for our mains during which time no one even bothered to clear our table of the starter plates or offer us another drink. 2 of our group ordered the £40 platter, one was missing 3 of the items and one was missing 4, when we asked about it we were told that they had run out of beef short ribs and therefore they had just left them off. They eventually brought out the rest of the missing items but by this time everyone had already finished eating. One of the mains was brought out 10 minutes after everyone else’s mains. The ‘rare’ steak was well done, the salad that was served with the chicken strips was wilted, dry and completely inedible. We asked to speak to a manager as we had had a truly unpleasant experience, he did not seem apologetic at all and when we raised the issues we were met with the reply that the salad served comes from a bag and it is pre-made.. he did offer a discount in the end but when we got the bill we had been charged for an extra portion of onion rings that we didn’t have. In the midst of all this we did not receive the usual tgis birthday celebration either. Overall, unless you want to be thoroughly disappointed and overcharged, do not waste your time visiting this restaurant, you would be better off staying indoors.
