Service is too poor I just waited for 25 min only for 1 burger and it doesn’t seems very busy

The food is too cold with the chips twice we been there an same too cold is the worst food ever only thing is good is clean that's why we go there but I don't thing we will go there again

Terrible service. The order is ALWAYS incorrect or the food is cold or better still an item missing!! Sort it out it's 2024!!!

Received my order, without one of the items which I paid. Contacted the branch and they said to seek customer service in the app for a refund and there is not such thing. Honestly, this is appalling.

I will definitely recommend this restaurant.Extremely clean and very good customer service especially from the smiling and kind Antoaneta. The food was delicious and warm. We were very satisfied.

Cold burgers, cold fries, slightly warm raspberry pie. service was decent and staff were helpful, overall very disappointed. Also the raspberry pie had a discard time which was before I even ordered

Consisted miss items when ordered through uber eats - there is clearly an error with their order systems as it is always the meal main (burger etc). Happens every single time, and the fact it hasn’t been fixed is literally the antithesis of what McDonald’s is about. Have called both them and uber eats and clearly neither party is interested in actually fixing their ticketing issue which is insane - if the franchise owner is reading this - real customer service would be appreciated not the illusion of one, and you should have an inherent interest in improving your service.

The food is never right, there is always something wrong or missing.

Missing fries.. Called up to complain and got rudely bereated by a manager. Also Happy Meals were not in boxes we had to construct them ourselves. If they had put the boxes up properly then they would realise about the missing fries in the first place

Went to a show at the O2 and wanted a Maccys afterwards. Arrived at 2315 and the milkshakes were still on the menu, result!! We ate inside and the staff were extremely friendly and nice to us. A pleasant dining experience.

Very poor service, went through drive through. Given a banana shake instead of vanilla. I went back to the window and explained what had happened, I waited for a few minutes as the lady said she would get a vanilla shake... after a few minutes, she said to wait in the car and someone will bring over. I waited over 10 minutes, nothing was brought over. I went back, my food had gone cold. I again said I was still waiting, the lady apologised, I asked for a refund, and was told they couldn't do that. She called over someone else over and was told the same thing. She said what can I give as compensation, again I asked for a refund, but was denied. So I asked for the same meal. I had now been given my vanilla shake, plus a kids meal minus the drink! Very disappointed. The food was Luke warm and again only a few fries.... why do they not put in fries as they should be? It's only a small paper bag, but yet it's half empty!!

The staff and the service management needs to look into this McDonald’s it’s beyond poor. Couple of times through the drive-through half of my order is missing I request what’s missing and then half of it is only delivered to my car and for half of it I have to go inside. Manager needs to reconsider what they’re doing and if they have an Relevant experience to run a McDonald’s franchise. Absolutely avoid unless you have no choice and if you don’t then doublecheck everything you receive.

Can’t handle any level of orders. Always slow, Always cold. Have attempted to get food several times, and it’s dreadful, non-service from staff, no management. Needs a severe overhaul.

Hi guys. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND this McDonald's for you. We have been there 27/01/25 from 23:05-23:40 with my family (3 lady's and me). We could not used the toilet. That was locked. They locked it after 23:00. ???We ask it, but they did not opened it. This is a non stop McDonald's... We waiting for our order at 15 MINUTES. No one in the queue. We been the first in the queue. They care about only the deliveries and the drive through. On way to home in the car we realised a lots of things missed from the food. We ordered extras. Nothing in!!! The minimum, example: chees, salads, souce from the food and the cream and syrups missed from the caffee as well. This totally blew my mind!!! Absolutely amateur, unprofessional. Shame on you guys!!!

Received hot food which is always a bonus.

Slowest mcdonalds known to man. No one at the drive through yet takes forever. Lesson finally learnt. Drive to the other one as even though further, ends up quicker!

Came here after a big concert, got served very quickly and the food was piping hot and tasted excellent, usually at other branches you get cold chips etc. Will make this a regular stop off after o2 gigs now

Delivery missing items AGAIN. Absolutely Useless. Im sure they do it on purpose. No syrup with the pancakes, EVER. No matter which McDs I order from. It must be a company policy to leave items out because they know they cant get a complaint or resent. Items missing as usual. I have 1 child with no breakfast and another with dry pancakes. Was supposed to be a treat for them before a big day and instead they start the day with disappointment. I said never again before, but this time, really. Never again. McDonalds now consistently fail at what the fundementals of their business was built on. Growing up, McDs was the place to go and get fast food at good value, that was nice enough to eat every once in a while. Now, its never fast, is poor value and doesnt even taste good. Service is shocking and delivery has made it worse because they are prioritised. Yet they cant even get those orders right. They've refurbished most restaurants now to become a souless coveyor belt of misery intent of making everyone who goes for a 'quick' bite as frustrated as possible.

Like all the soft books in London, they lag behind the soft books in HR in everything. The food is dry, the cleanliness is bad and the toilet is to be avoided.

I went to the worst McDonald's ever. We order food at the drive through. First it took 5 minutes to take our order, the girl at the drive through kept getting our order wrong. When we pick up our food and park up to check our order it was wrong, food was missing. I went straight in the store for them to correct my order. The young boy apologised, told me he would correct my order. 10mins past I asked where is my food other young boy said it was coming. 15 minutes still no food, I called the boy over to ask where my food was, what's going on? He informed me that it was coming, the next minute I heard shouting in the back. He started shouting at the first boy that served me and told him to sort my order out. The behaviour with the staff in the back was disgusting shouting at each and being disrespectful. I ask to speak to the manager, some doppy guy comes over I told him what was going on. I said the customer service and staff behaviour in the restaurant was disgusting. There was no apology he just shrugged his shoulder and walk off. The first boy bought my food over, I went back to the car. Open the burger big tasty with 1 small slice of bacon. I couldn't be bothered to bring it back. I ate the burger the worst thing I could off done. The following morning I suffered with the worst food poisoning. I had to go A&E, 2 days later still suffering with pains in the stomach. I have reported them to Environmental health. Please stay away from this restaurant.

Nice view upstairs of St Pancras station. McDonalds breakfast has gone downhill and appears to be the victim of retail inflation, as there used to be a time consumers got 2 hash browns for the same price.

Approximately 10 minute queue for the drive through at 11:30pm on a Thursday night. When finally got to tannoy to order it was either not working or wasn't being manned. Decided to park up and go inside. Everyone ordering from drive through were being told to park up. Car park was rammed. Once inside order took 30 minutes. Useless

I recently ordered food from McDonald charlston through Uber Eats, and it was a frustrating experience from start to finish. First, when my order arrived, I noticed that several items were missing. This was incredibly disappointing, as I was looking forward to enjoying a full meal. To make matters worse, the food that did arrive was of poor quality. Everything was cold, as if it had been sitting out for a long time. The flavors were bland, and it felt like it had been poorly prepared. It’s hard to believe this is the standard they maintain. Given the overall experience, I won’t be ordering from McDonald Charlston again. I expected much more from a place with their reputation.

Staff refused to let us use toilets after 11am. They don’t let us eat inside though it has been mentioned that they are 24 hours. No pictures or anything written anywhere. People from this area would not know. Never heard this before!!!

We headed for this McDonald's fairly late at night as states is 24 hr Ordered food, then told takeaway only. We'd just walked half an hour in the rain to get there! Food prep was the slowest we've ever experienced in a McDonald's (over half an hour) and my daughter's veggie strips were stale and cold. A drink was missing from the order but they ran and grabbed that . We ate out in the rain as would have been cold by the time we'd walked 15 mins to our accommodation. Really couldn't be bothered to wait to try to rectify the food issue. Place was busy with drive throughs and food delivery guys. Just not great. Avoid!

Hands down, worst McDonald by far in London. Ordered through the app, waited around 40 minutes for food to be prepared and driver to pick up. Nearly waited an hour in total when it is literally round the corner from us. Only ordered 20 nuggets, big mac and fries but to our surprise when we open the package, only the big mac, fries and 4 condiments were found. Not sure what they are smoking inside that mcdonalds but a simple order like this ended up wrong? All it needed was a simple check but clearly was too much for the employees. Fries were cold. Called them stating the issue and told us to come tomorrow to receive the nuggets… when we have jobs to go to and places to be, they wanted us to go pop in to retrieve what was someones mistake which couldve been easily prevented by the proper use of eyes and hands of the human body. The man answering the phone was rude and did not seem to care and hung up several times. This Charlton Mcdonald’s Branch is by the far the worst with their customer service. AVOID AT ALL COST.

One of the worst Mcdonalds around, slow and cold food..Poorly run and staff doing multiple different roles. It doesn't make sense when the person taking orders & payments is giving food to cars in the car park. I was waiting 22 minutes for my small order no other people around it is out of hours so not busy at all yet they still forgot me! I wanted to speak to the manager but apparently noone was working, until I said ill complain online then someone was available but I guarantee nothing will be done! I suggest you use the other mcdonald's down the road it'll save you time and effort.

This McDonalds is one of the worst in London when it comes to service. You can order something at 2pm or 2am, you’ll have to wait 20-30 mins (+an extra 5 mins if you ask for sauces or dips, which they will almost always forget) for (incomplete and eventually cold) meals that should be ready to go. Unfortunately, they prioritise Uber orders over people who visit the store hoping for basic levels of service. But people will still buy from here so they won’t care about bad reviews.

Would avoid, they ignore you and serve others ahead of you.. you always park and wait and get cold food.. and delivery drivers park in disabled spots

1. My friend and I ordered food last week and he ended up getting food poisoning after taking a bite of RAW BACON (they refused a refund and gave us a new burger which we declined). 2. We then ordered off the app for delivery and surprise surprise our order was wrong, the receipt on the bag was exactly what we ordered (Two vanilla milkshakes). But we received two chocolate milkshakes? Don't recommend this mcdonald's as the staff must be clueless as to what's going on within the workplace (no communication surely).

Zero customer service with the way things are run lucky to see a member of staff unless they are shouting numbers the wait for so called fast food is ridiculous ..... order a medium meal with a medium drink cup came half full order extra pickels on burgers and had one each in them they was wrapped so bad it basically came out the wrapper all over the bag while I made it from the till to the table out side.

The franchise has a very airy, clean and comfortable atmosphere. It's staff are friendly and quick to assist. The have an outside section where you can enjoy the view as you eat. The drive-thru is quick. They also offer delivery via Uber Eats. There are lots of parking bays around for those who choose to park and eat.

Absolutely disgraceful service. Self ordered. Had to wait over 20 mins for food whilst at least 8 other people who ordered after were served beforehand. When l questioned staff re my order not only did they not fully understand but told me they did not have the food l ordered. When l got irate with them suddenly the food arrived. Slapped down on the counter, tissues stuffed into bag and shoved towards me. When l took them out to check my order the rude staff asked me what was l doing ?? When l replied her curt remark was " l dont know what u expect we are not robots" WOW fantastic customer service relations. No manners at all. No apologies at all. Food was awful - overcooked and luke warm. Just to say what a wonderful experience - NOT. Will not go back my experience was diabolical.A serious overall of staff needed here. However the cleaning staff were polite friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend people to steer clear.

Service was quite slow going through the drive thru, we were only 4 in the queue?

Ordered a caramel latte and a cappuccino, we were not able to tell which was which they both tasted the same.

Due to an error with the app, our order didn’t get processed. It was escalated to the manager who couldn’t have been any less helpful and more incompetent. It’s beyond believe how he became a manager in the first place.

Jamie the manager at McDonalds Charlton is unfortunately the most incompetent person to work at this place. Waiting for 30min for food to be told it’s been given to someone else and also to repeat my order again. Once I repeated order several times she was unable to recall what I ordered. Unfortunately it seems head office do not train their staff appropriately or competently. With a manager like this it’s hard to believe that a restaurant can function. Take a look at the car park it’s the busiest in the whole of Greenwich…as people are waiting for food. Fast food this is not…

The food was good, they didn't have mayonnaise and the place was a little depressing.

Staff were rude and arrogant. And it was dead (3am) yet the staff were too busy chatting but didn’t think to tidy this disgrace

1st of all there was a lack of person in the counter. Even if I were to excuse the busy time 7pm it was horrible. I was told my order was ready but instead was greeted with a 10 min wait in the window where they just shouted at each other. As a multilingual I understand Hindi and just because it’s a different language does not mean everyone does not understand. Using aggressive language in the kitchen m]because they forgot parts of my order and instead the server was all in a huff. I don’t particularly want to hear such rude language weather it’s towards me or not in a public establishment. I a single person had ordered a 4 person meal for takeaway they came with a eat in tray having to pack it all myself when I was busy carrying my own shopping so I could go home. They were so busy arguing that me and several customers who had not rev Dived everything had to reach over the counter to grab napkins and straws as they are not available outside which was on the service counter. All in all bad experience the staff has been a letdown here over the years.

There is no one at the counter. When there is a staff, I asked her to serve and she just ignored me. I stood there for 10 minutes without anyone serving.

A quiet and rainy Friday morning. Friendly and helpful staff. Somewhere to escape and hide from the crazy traffic.
