Mo one to attend at the till,,we are alone on the store

Every time I come here. Which now is the last food? Is cold? It is the most unorganised McDonald's. I have ever been to you always. Have to wait and it is not even busy. Service is disgusting.

The staff are really friendly and switched on when taking the orders and bringing them out to the car on the drive through.

Would avoid, they ignore you and serve others ahead of you.. you always park and wait and get cold food.. and delivery drivers park in disabled spots

1. My friend and I ordered food last week and he ended up getting food poisoning after taking a bite of RAW BACON (they refused a refund and gave us a new burger which we declined). 2. We then ordered off the app for delivery and surprise surprise our order was wrong, the receipt on the bag was exactly what we ordered (Two vanilla milkshakes). But we received two chocolate milkshakes? Don't recommend this mcdonald's as the staff must be clueless as to what's going on within the workplace (no communication surely).

The franchise has a very airy, clean and comfortable atmosphere. It's staff are friendly and quick to assist. The have an outside section where you can enjoy the view as you eat. The drive-thru is quick. They also offer delivery via Uber Eats. There are lots of parking bays around for those who choose to park and eat.

Zero customer service with the way things are run lucky to see a member of staff unless they are shouting numbers the wait for so called fast food is ridiculous ..... order a medium meal with a medium drink cup came half full order extra pickels on burgers and had one each in them they was wrapped so bad it basically came out the wrapper all over the bag while I made it from the till to the table out side.

Absolutely disgraceful service. Self ordered. Had to wait over 20 mins for food whilst at least 8 other people who ordered after were served beforehand. When l questioned staff re my order not only did they not fully understand but told me they did not have the food l ordered. When l got irate with them suddenly the food arrived. Slapped down on the counter, tissues stuffed into bag and shoved towards me. When l took them out to check my order the rude staff asked me what was l doing ?? When l replied her curt remark was " l dont know what u expect we are not robots" WOW fantastic customer service relations. No manners at all. No apologies at all. Food was awful - overcooked and luke warm. Just to say what a wonderful experience - NOT. Will not go back my experience was diabolical.A serious overall of staff needed here. However the cleaning staff were polite friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend people to steer clear.

Second time ordering…..and second time no sauce…even for the sharing box which should come with…

Service was quite slow going through the drive thru, we were only 4 in the queue?

It just isn't very nice, The first were not really cooked .

Ordered a caramel latte and a cappuccino, we were not able to tell which was which they both tasted the same.

Due to an error with the app, our order didn’t get processed. It was escalated to the manager who couldn’t have been any less helpful and more incompetent. It’s beyond believe how he became a manager in the first place.

Is this McDonald’s Ok!? We have ordered a few times and constantly missing items and the chips are so soggy and pale and I dread to think when they were even cooked and for how long. What is going on!!!

Waiting almost 20 minutes for drinks in a fast food restaurant is borderline. However, we had very nice support afterwards.

Jamie the manager at McDonalds Charlton is unfortunately the most incompetent person to work at this place. Waiting for 30min for food to be told it’s been given to someone else and also to repeat my order again. Once I repeated order several times she was unable to recall what I ordered. Unfortunately it seems head office do not train their staff appropriately or competently. With a manager like this it’s hard to believe that a restaurant can function. Take a look at the car park it’s the busiest in the whole of Greenwich…as people are waiting for food. Fast food this is not…

The food was good, they didn't have mayonnaise and the place was a little depressing.

Staff were rude and arrogant. And it was dead (3am) yet the staff were too busy chatting but didn’t think to tidy this disgrace

1st of all there was a lack of person in the counter. Even if I were to excuse the busy time 7pm it was horrible. I was told my order was ready but instead was greeted with a 10 min wait in the window where they just shouted at each other. As a multilingual I understand Hindi and just because it’s a different language does not mean everyone does not understand. Using aggressive language in the kitchen m]because they forgot parts of my order and instead the server was all in a huff. I don’t particularly want to hear such rude language weather it’s towards me or not in a public establishment. I a single person had ordered a 4 person meal for takeaway they came with a eat in tray having to pack it all myself when I was busy carrying my own shopping so I could go home. They were so busy arguing that me and several customers who had not rev Dived everything had to reach over the counter to grab napkins and straws as they are not available outside which was on the service counter. All in all bad experience the staff has been a letdown here over the years.

There is no one at the counter. When there is a staff, I asked her to serve and she just ignored me. I stood there for 10 minutes without anyone serving.

A quiet and rainy Friday morning. Friendly and helpful staff. Somewhere to escape and hide from the crazy traffic.

It was either this or the revolting food at Greggs. Personally I loathe the dehumanised screen ordering precedent set by McDs (rapidly infecting every other food takeaway place in the world). The McDonald brothers would turn in their graves if they could see what's happened to their baby. The service is also 10x slower than when people used to take your order and simple requests could be fulfilled in under a minute. I ordered a hot apple pie as the least objectionable food item but all the apple chunks and cinnamon i remembered as a kid have now been replaced with a sort of warm grey slime.

The slowest fast food on the planet, ordered a cheese burger and a milk shake got parked up and they served three bike delivery riders that arrived 10 mins after me? Then when I did get the "food" delivered to the car park it was cold. And 7 quid + for a burger and a milk shake?

Arrived at 10:55 so could order to eat in. I was informed by the cleaner Antoanneta that just take out when I sat down just after 11 as it’s take out from 11pm. She then said 10/15 mins okay for me to eat and I agreed. She was super polite and courteous. I could also tell from how clean the restaurant was that she is a hard worker. The food too was hot 👌

Me and my Fiancé were served by the most lovely team member called April, very rare you see this type of customer service in McDonald’s. She was so kind and helpful, a real asset to the team. Thanks April!!

Incredibly slow service, nobody stays at the counter. No reason for the slow service as the place is empty and have pre ordered food, but no one to ask what’s going on as no one wants to man the counter. “Ready to collect” screen is overflowing with order numbers yet nothing ready to collect at the counter.

Armosphere is great, but there is a lack of human engagement, and the meal served without items that were ordered. Kind chaotic place.

As usual missing items from delivery service at Charlton. It’s always the same. Missing chicken selects, dips I paid extra for. I don’t understand how it’s so hard to read an order off the screen.

Ok but people seem to get very confused with how to use two lanes at drive thru they cut across the car park and completely block off the second lane holding everyone up.

The new staff/management now has a lot of lazy and unprofessional people that makes wait times 20 minutes on an average. This is simply because the staff don’t come on time or are very negligent of the customers and their times. Some of the newer ones do not even have the courtesy to apologise and they are rude. ( specially the thin guy who looked wearing the manager outfit) Highly disappointed with this branch and mind you this branch was much nicer before with good and friendly staff.

Unfortunately, this must be one of the worst Mcds in the country. We ordered via the self-service machines. As a party of 8, it was a large order. 25 minutes pass and 2 trips to the counter to ask for our order, the burgers arrived Every single one is cold. Looking towards the kitchen for the remaining items. No such luck five minutes later, the fries arrive. Then, the nuggets the nuggets aren't even luke warm they are freezing cold. now close to 40 minutes from placing our order, I'm getting any annoyed, still waiting for the drinks. I have to raise my voice to get attention as there is no one dealing with the customers inside the restaurant. Everyone appears to be dealing with the drive throughout. When the drinks arrive. The milk shakes are already starting to melt. A very poor experience On my experience, I would definitely not recommend this restaurant branch

I recently had a very disappointing experience with McDonald’s. I ordered a Big Mac through your delivery service, and when it arrived, I was shocked to find a massive bite taken out of it. The package was sealed, so I know it wasn’t the driver’s fault. When I called to report this issue, I was met with a dismissive response and told that no one knew how this could have happened. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Not only is it unhygienic, but it also shows a complete lack of care and quality control. As a longtime customer, this incident has severely affected my trust in McDonald’s. I expect better from a globally recognised brand. I hope that McDonald’s will take this complaint seriously and implement better quality checks to ensure this doesn’t happen to other customers. I would appreciate a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter.

I Ordered Egg Muffin but they gave me a Sausage Muffin. I am vegetarian so I went back to complain. The staff just took out the sausage from the same muffin and gave me the sandwich back. Absolutely disgusting. When I complained Manager Ragia rudely asked the staff to ignore the issue and move on. Terrible staff terrible food hygiene. I will next compain to food standards agency.

Very poor service, no service at front of counter. The new design and facelift of McDonald’s is poor. No customer service at all, doesn’t care about keeping the money rolling in. Other customers walked out after waiting. Would consider in future to visit this branch.

This place is no longer fast food, it is so slow! I got my food and then told to park for drinks. Like seriously! Last time I was here I was told to park up for a chicken nugget happy meal.

The slowesttttt McDonald's ever! I understand that it is not their fault as they are almost exclusively the only fast food establishment on a large retail park. So demand is high but the wait times and lack of space is off putting!

I been to mcd today and meanwhile I asked drinking water to staff. Staff went inside and asked with his manager who was in white shirt. He directly refused for a cup of drinking water. I doesn't this people can't even provide drinking water??? I had a very bad experience 😕

Just ordered food & drink from the Charlton McDonald's on Just Eat & again some of my order is MISSING!!! 🤬 what's the matter with the staff here why ain't they never getting it right. They even forget to put orders in the bag with drive thru. Definitely won't be ordering at this McDonald's again 👎👎👎👎

Very bad communication through the drive through and the team. They had NO COKE but she just yelled it at me she then continued arguing withanother team member about somethingelse, was very strange and not somethingice experienced at a McDonald'sbefore. I took it light heartedly but when pulling up to the next window you could see the tension in the team. Food was good though just a very strange experience.

Wrong food, gave haloumi fries instead chicken select not happy sitting eating 2 box of haloumi fries no chicken and the box was chicken but inside fries so now i have to check boxs when go next time.

Literally just ordered a breakfast meal… paid for double sausage egg meal … hot and orange juice and a single sausage muffin - nothing else - seriously!!! Got to work and so can’t go back - thought I’d have a treat - what a joke!!! Staff are idiots.

As a frequent McDonald's enjoyer I was confident in their ability to satisfy my needs. HOWEVER. My trust was woefully misplaced as an absolute teaspoon of an employee after repeatedly saying large McCrispy meals charged us for Big macs and then refused to change them. But what can you expect from South East London.

All the food was cold, the burger bun was old, the cheese hadn't even started to melt. The chips were just lukewarm. All it was served served very sloppily. Never again.

One of the slowest in the game. Even when you order priority on Uber eats, it legitimately turns up cold. That’s no exaggeration. Avoid. UPDATE: even a year later, you'll have 3 items missing, and they have no solution to help. Avoid again if you didn't pay attention to the first paragrah.

The restaurant was very clean and tidy, there was a lady working really hard mopping, wiping tables etc. The people working on the counter were also very friendly and professional - while I was there another customer got agitated and started harassing them because she had to wait a couple of minutes for her food and the staff stayed calm and handled the situation well.

With any Mcdonald's you expect the same thing but since this store was rebuilt you expected it to be that bit more special but most of the staff seem like they can't be bothered and as you can't see kitchen area you wonder what they are doing in there, the food doesn't taste very nice, it can be cold and tasteless sometimes leaving you with an upset stomach, they have run out of basic things: toilet rolls, milk,ice cream. Some front of house staff try to be as helpful as they can, I won't be eating at that Mcdonald's anymore.
