The service from Carly was out of this world. She could not have been more attentive, kind or caring. I would visit everyday if I knew that the service would be the same-outstanding!

Place was OK but found it to be very expensive for what you got. I understand most restaurants are probably on par, but it would have to be a special occasion before I go again.

We had a brilliant lunch after braving school shopping. Louis was great.

First when we got in, it was very big and glorious, but seating was crowded, the waiting of the food was long! And the waiting of dessert was even longer. The food was very tasty, so I rate this a 3, hot chocolate took the longest to come. Thank you for this food (review by our 11 year old)

First time at this particular restaurant and we were delighted. I visited this location today and was disappointed with the experience. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty with only about four tables occupied, our food took a long time to arrive. When it did, it was overcooked, and our drinks were also significantly delayed. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

Our server Anna was amazing, she was thorough and accommodating. Anna gave recommendations on the new menu and even asked the kitchen if they still have some dishes that they used to serve which we wanted and they were able to make it for us. Anna went above and beyond along with the kitchen staff and other servers. The food was great as always, the service was brilliant and the atmosphere was family orientated and they were fantastic and friendly with special needs and disability customers.

Enjoyed a meal here tonight with my wife. Staff were all pleasant and bubbly especially our server, Anna. Served us straight away and kept our drinks topped up. A good evening out.

Had a lovely meal this afternoon here. The food was hot and delicious, and our server Kirsty was so nice and very attentive. She made sure to always keep our drinks filled and was very polite and patient when speaking with us and made us feel very welcomed. I will say that the music was a little loud and might upset people who are neurodivergent, but otherwise, it was a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Will come back again soon.

Only thing I would change about this TGIs is the tv and having the euros on. But other than that the waitress (Denissa) that served us was a 10/10 couldn’t have had better!

We were looked after today by Louis, he couldn’t have been more attentive, was very friendly, made sure we had everything we needed, looked after us really well. The food was also great and all in all we just had a really lovely time.

Our waiter was Louise today and he was absolutely brilliant. He had lots of tables to attend to because of the Take That concert but he couldn’t be more attentive.
