We visited today and Louis was incredible, always on point with serving food and drinks. Louis was super friendly and our children loved interacting with Louis. The food was tasty and enjoyed by us all. Thank you for making a lovely Mother's day meal today. We will definitely visit again soon.

5 Stars – A Sweet Mother’s Day Treat! We had such a brilliant time celebrating Mother’s Day weekend here! The atmosphere was buzzing, the set menu had loads of tempting options, and the desserts were a huge hit with the kids (as you can see by the grinning faces!). A special shoutout to Anna, who went above and beyond — she made beautiful balloon creations for the kids and even let me capture the moment on video! Her energy and kindness really made our visit extra special. Massive thanks to the whole team for making it a fun, family-friendly experience. We’ll definitely be back for more good food and great vibes!

Anna at TGI Fridays provided an exceptional dining experience. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she had a great knowledge of the menu. Anna's positive attitude and prompt service definitely added to the overall enjoyable atmosphere of the restaurant. Would highly recommend her to anyone visiting TGI Fridays!

Louis was our server, he was fantastic. Great customer service, good recommendations. All around brilliant service Food was spot on.

They have an offer for unlimited chicken for 90 minutes for £15. Don't bother. The portions are barely larger than sample plates and seem to take half an hour to come out. I even asked to bring a double portion but they wouldn't allow that. The only thing that took the edge off is that the chicken wasn't even particularly good so didn't feel like I missed out on much anyway. Really disappointing.

We had a wonder full meal at TGI Fridays at MK stadium. The food and atmosphere was a great vibe for our family with children. Making it even better and prompting me to write this review was the service we received. We were lucky enough to have Louis as our server and he just made our night, friendly, energetic and efficient. Cannot wait to get back for another meal.

Went today for lunch and with our two little ones (19 months & 6 years old) and Kirsty was our server. Kirsty was so friendly, very engaging with the children as well as us and couldn’t help enough. We both had the smash burger which was one of the best we’ve had in a very long time! Kids meals were good portions and a good variety of options. It is pricey however we had kids eat free vouchers which made it much more reasonable for our family. Would definitely visit again.

The sesame chicken arrived cold and dry. The Jack Daniel sauce is no longer the rich, thick sauce it once was. My plate was a medium burger with small chips for £20 pounds. My 7 year old son ordered twice as the dish was really small £15 plus a very small ice cream £3.50. Massive profit margins to support these chains without charisma or factors that make the difference. Never again.

Visited today for some beverages before my movie at the nearby Odeon. I was served by Daniella who was lovely and swift with her service and was always checking back on me. The cocktails were great and the Purity Session IPA was lovely. I didn't eat on this visit but have eaten at this location many times before and the food is lovely.

TGIs has definitely gone downhill since they changed their menu. Service is still good & atmosphere is still good but the menu needs fixing. The food used to be really good & now it seems really limited & I struggle to find much i want to even eat. I know others who have stopped going because the menu isn't great. The food that is prepared is ok though. Not bad, not great. Just ok.

Served by Simon who was fantastic on what was a very busy night on Valentines. Always smiling always energetic. A true asset to the team.

Service is 100%. Staff are attentive and as a mum of 2 young babies, it was nice to see staff interacting with them and making them laugh. Food, drink and puddings have become quite expensive IMO. £25 for half rack of ribs with some chips, coleslaw and some sweetcorn is excessive. £90 total bill for 2 adults (child ate free and other is a baby who had a few of my chips). Nevertheless it was a nice treat out, but due to the price, we are not able to do this as often as we would like.

Turned up at 11am when opened. The waitress was rude and you could tell straight away that she was in a bad mood- all the drinks I asked for where not being served- what’s the point giving a menu when you don’t have those drinks??!! Food was nice I had a burger but expensive for what it was burger and chips £19.00. Service was terrible and atmosphere was bad. Waitress was rude!

We always enjoy TGI Fridays as a family, and it is often a first choice to celebrate Birthdays etc. Kirsty’s customer service is outstanding- It is not the first time we have been served by Kirsty. She is always so attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough! Thank you so much Kirsty - For helping make our son’s Birthday extra special and for always going that extra mile! We love TGI Fridays and we love Kirsty the waitress too 👏🏼🙌🏼

We had a fab early dinner with our two young daughters - it was our youngest birthdays and even though she was shy at the time, she hasn’t stopped talking about her complimentary birthday cake and song 🙂 our server was Simon, and he went above and beyond to make our experience great! It was absolutely freezing all sitting with coats on. When we ordered we let them know we will be paying separately as there was 17 of us there. When it come to paying it was on 1 receipt took over half an hour trying to sort it out, with us all having to mark off what we all had. Also the female toilet was disgusting.

Absolutely horrid experience. First of all the entire restaurant was freezing cold. You'd expect for a company as large as this, in the middle of the winter, to be able to supply heaters for the people giving them money. Oh wait, they did, but they only had 2 heaters for 2 tables by the front door. The food arrived warm/cold, not even hot. By the time I was halfway through my chips and chicken it was practically cold along with any sauce I had on the plate. We had given a suggestion of how to handle a table of so many people and we got refused. The servers then proceeded to overcharge and completely mess up our orders, it's the year 2025 and the server thought he was so clever he could take our order without a notepad or tablet and then spent 30-45 minutes finalizing our cheque. Double orders for 2 people and then overcharging us on the final price. An absolute joke of an establishment to what it used to be. Management should be ashamed. The last time me and my family come to this restaurant and I hope anyone reading this seriously picks another place.

We were served by lovely Louis (if it weren’t for him our rating would’ve been a lot lower) The food came out cold, stale and as though it had been sat out for a while; £20 for almost plain pasta with a cold piece of grilled chicken on top! Louis turned the evening around for us and rectified all that went wrong. He made a real effort and should be held a highly valued member of staff - thank you 🩷

Went in on a lunch break seminar and advised I only had an hour the staff was super attentive credit to Adam Naomi Adriana and a few of the other lady's lovely friendly and very attentive would recommend to anyone went in at an early hour but they was so helpful

We dined in on the 28th December and they were missing a few menu items, nothing too bad things like cheese donuts but they still had mozzarella sticks for example. Was seated near the door which was fairly chilly compared to the rest of the restaurant. Good sized portions.

We had a child with allergies which the manager took our order and the child food was perfect. My step daughter ordered a chicken burger no tomatoes no mayo no onions I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta as a main The food arrives and my step daughter’s burger arrives with loads of red onions on it The pasta had no pieces or signs of chicken in it We had to find a server to take payment of the meal and were not asked before the bill was processed if our meals were fine. All in all a very disappointing visit for my step daughter who was really looking forward to her first meal at a TGI’s she felt very guilty that £65 had been spent on a starter she enjoyed but a mains she didn’t and that my main wasn’t as expected either perhaps it states on the menu that no chicken will be found in the pasta and if so I apologise.
