TGI Fridays - Leeds White Rose in Leeds

Laura our server was amazing. Made our visit 10/10. Food was brilliant as always and was very quick, we wasn’t waiting long between starter and main. Drinks always topped up and laura did everything in her power to make sure we had an amazing visit, Thank you so much, we will be back!!

Ran in from the rain this lunch, and wow thank god we did, The food was on point. Best TGI around. Server didn’t disappoint, always happy to help and nothing was too much. Drinks constantly filled up. Thank you so so much for making this visit 10/10. Will be returning to see Emma B. thanks to all the team and especially the managers!

Service was amazing once again. I’m not one to leave reviews but was a brilliant visit. Evie our server was as helpful as anything. Nothing was too much trouble and had a smile on her face even when it was super busy. Thank you TGI fridays white rose, Will be back!

We really enjoyed our kids birthday party. We we”re served by Ben- he was so accommodating, friendly and always smiling. Very nice towards kids as well Well done to Ben- good service

Another lovely visit to TGI’s at White Rose Centre. I have to have a gluten free diet and it’s always so easy to order food. We were served by Ben today who was fab.

Honest review of today's meal at TGIs, the food was average but Nathan , the server, couldn't do enough to make our experience great and the service he provided was really personable, friendly and very attentive. We had new drinks on our table without even having to ask and he made sure we got the best deals on our food. Lovely to have a server who seemed to really care.

Portion size small, disappointing for the price. Server was slow to refill bottomless drinks, the restaurant was almost empty at the time. Ordered a burger and replaced the fries with the mac and cheese. Manager was extremely rude when querying the bill, as I was being charged full menu price for the chicken burger (without fries) and the mac and cheese

We had the endless sesame chicken strips, they were top tier, and servers were lovely and efficient.

Jess was so lovely, and our meatless strips were delicious! Redeemed my free dessert too on the Stripes programme, and we shared a chocolate fudge fixation, which was so delicious. Jess kept us constantly topped up with drinks, and entertained our nonsense chatter (sorry!). TGIs remains such a fave.

Whilst our server was polite & pleasant, service from the kitchen was slow. Both children's meals had to be returned as they were luke warm having been sat on the kitchen counter for an unrealistic time. It seems preference is given to online orders for takeaway where the kitchen prioritises these meals at the great expense of dine-in customers. This seemed to be the case as to why our children's meals had been sat on the counter, takeaway orders completed before the rest of our table's food (6adults) was completed. Food quality was OK but portions on the small side for prices paid. Drinks are expensive!

Ben was lovely, funny and polite, he spoke highly of his other colleagues especially them who worked hard in the kitchen to meet my special requests for creamier pasta. Thanks Ben you’ve made our day, see you again soon hopefully.

Ben, our server, was fantastic. Very attentative and made us feel very looked after. I ordered gluten free food and he went above and beyond to ensure it was perfect.

The burger was horrible. Really strong burnt charcoal flavour. Chips decent,cake delicious thank goodness. Will NOT order again. Very disappointed.

I love going to TGIs at the White Rose just for the service. Ben served us today once again and I genuinely couldn't have been happier. He's absolutely fab and I've lost count how many times he's served us. He handles every situation with a smile on his face and he always has us laughing. Just by chance he's served my family on birthdays and other occasions and today on Mothers Day. My mum had fractured her ankle a few weeks ago and we ended up moving tables into Ben's section where my mum would be more comfortable and the whole thing was dealt with wonderfully. As usual the food was absolutely tasty and so were the cocktails. Will definitely be going back and would recommend going to anyone!

I just have to shout out Ben for his amazing customer service! From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was friendly and genuinely cared about making our experience a great one. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and professional, and Ben absolutely nailed it.

Popped in during a busy Saturday lunch time and the lovely host managed to get us a table for 5 in just a couple of minutes with no reservation Ben was our server he is a credit to the buisness, was knowledgeable about the menus and all things TGI’s Had a lovely family lunch ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Got the Mac & Cheese with ribs. The Mac n’ cheese was good, but the rib was cold inside. The service was great though! They reheated it for me and everything was fine :).

Jess our server was amazing so friendly welcoming and lovely with our 8 year old daughter she made her a balloon flower which she wasn't expecting it's the little touches that matter 10 out of 10 will be coming back very very soon

Around £35 for a tiny burger and some chips, some garlic bread and one drink which we thought was a rip off. Weren’t allowed to share a refillable drink. Our friends who have dietary requirements were given an extremely dry burger with no option to add any alternative sauce as the one they usually use is not gluten free. Our waitress Ellie however did make us feel welcome and was very helpful.

As an American-style restaurant, this establishment has considerable room for enhancement. The portion sizes were disappointingly small, especially given the prices listed on the menu, we ordered a cheese donut, only to find that it featured no cheese whatsoever. Additionally, we spent £8.45 on a corndog, which was served with just two meager appetizers that hardly justified the cost. This experience marked my first visit to Fridays, and unfortunately, it has left me with a strong resolve to never return.

We nipped in whilst doing a spot of shopping, as always the food & service was amazing, all the staff ard always very attentive & nothing is too much trouble, love the chocolate fudge cake, thank you all.

Told server my wife has a medical condition, can't eat a lot, asked for kids menu and was refused. Manager said there's an age limit of 12, despite the website saying there's no age restriction

Had lunch today (17/2/25) with my mum and my daughter, the member of staff that took our order was so nice and polite, very friendly. Unfortunately I didn't get her name, but she had long blonde hair in a French plait. The food was amazing as always, we were asked if we had any food allergies before we ordered, there was a really good choice for plant based food too. There was a family with 5 children (I think) who were very loud, running around up and down the stairs to the toilet, throwing food and menus on the floor, old enough to know better but apparently not taught how to behave in public. Fair play to the staff in TGI for not losing their minds 😂😂 Highly recommend the restaurant, I eat there every time I visit White Rose.

Music loud today!! Can't hear anyone talking. Prices have been hicked up like most places and so won't be visiting for a while. Doors are heavy so not much use to someone in a wheelchair or using a buggy for a child. Staff polite, served by Laura K

Very empty on a Friday night, service is quick, but food quality and portions have decreased. Nachos starter is way too spicy & oily ended up being left uneaten. Sesame chicken strips meal now comes with pre bagged dry/stale grated carrots, instead of the fresh lettuce/cabbage it used to have. Lots of good menu items have been removed tacos, quesadillas etc.

Mia was absolutely lovely, couldn’t do enough for us! Compliments to the chef because the food was AMAZING!!!

The Burger was really nice. Good taste but quite overpriced I think. I chose salad instead of chips. It was fresh and colourful but I was not keen on the dressing. The service was really good and friendly and Ben did make an effort.

Had lovely food today at TGI’s in white rose. Jess was really lovely and pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. The food last time we came was average but this time I have to say they’ve really stepped up and the food was absolutely gorgeous. We had mozzarella dippers and a smashed burger and the sesame chicken strips- big portion and the chips were amazing as were the sauces. I really hope TGI’s manage to recuperate and stay open as although they can be pricey they do have great deals on through the week and on wowcher. Thanks guys we had a great meal x

Food was good however we booked for my daughter’s 13th birthday and everyone else was sung to in the restaurant apart from her. Not happy as she was so excited about making it a big deal!
