Terrible food. Had a full house steak. Was cold. Didn't taste well. Over priced for poor food. Drink wasn't topped up. No asking how our meal was

I don't often go to TGIFridays but I was out with my children and parents and needed somewhere to eat that would have something for everyone. The service was amazing! Our server Jennifer really made it special for our family especially the children. She made them balloon gifts to wear and take home. They loved their time at the restaurant. She also made sure the kids food came out first which is so important when you have small ones. We were so happy with our visit and really wanted to say thank you to Jennifer for making our day!

Came here to celebrate my sisters 30th birthday and honestly the service was amazing! Our server Evie R was so accommodating and kind, she made the evening even more enjoyable. She’s a credit to have as a member of staff x

I absolutely love,love,love tgi Fridays, but my last visit was absolutely awful. Full and half rack jd glazed ribs have shrunken majorly over the years. I usually share my portion with my mum, but this time, we literally had 2 ribs each, and there was absolutely no meat on it. Love that glazing, and it's your signature add on, comes in a teeny weeny pot, and you end up asking 2-3 pots for your fries and onion rings. I know the world is going sugar-free and more healthy stuff, but please stop that. Sugar free coca-cola, pepsi, Ketchup, and Mayo do not taste good. I don't think there are people who are going there every single day yo make " healthiest " choices 😆 Atmosphere and service is still 1st class 👍👍

Great team at the white rose restaurant. Jess was always on hand to refill the drinks before we even asked. And we saw a newbie in training who was smashing and lots of great support from the team for him

Nobody or nothing is perfect hence why the four stars. Loved the chicken wings, but the steak was a bit dry. The waiter (Ben) was a star though. Thanks Ben! 😊

We use to love coming here. Not just this location but most now are the same. It's prices have gone up so much and the amount of food you get has gone down. Ribs was so small and the salad I had with my chichen had a horrible taste 😩. Don't think we'll be back anymore

Our local TGI (xscape, junction 32) is total rubbish so we travel the extra 10 miles to this one. The staff and service is so much better. Overall food is good although the prices keep creeping up so certainly isn't a cheap meal.

I got the Cajun chicken fajita and my partner got the he smash burger, both was delicious. Ben S was an amazing server and went above and beyond, he was very bubbly and friendly which added that extra specialness 🙂

From the moment we walked in, we knew we would be looked after, the staff were all busy, however never went without a drink, been a long time since we have been & we will be back soon.

First time with a change of menu. Much more towards American food rather than British snazzed up to be American. Pricey but what I had was good.

Ripped off for the amount paid and the quality and amount of food received. The salad was missing the avocado and bacon. The lettuce was three chunks and not even cut into smaller sections. The ribs were no bigger than my fingers and therefore hardly any meat. £50 for two meals that weren't worth half the price. Won't be going there again.

Refused blue light card for the reason 'manager reserves the right to withdraw at no notice'.

We came here with the kids for a day out for them to spend their birthday money kids loved the outdoor carnival and went on a few rides which is near the tgi restaurant and the food is tgi was amazing as always. My three step children had never been to tgi before so they loved it and all three said they would definitely go again

Too much ppl but still had a time,so many stores and restaurants to eat from.

Initially on being seated we were asked what drinks we'd like. I asked for tea and my friend asked for coffee. My friend's coffee wasn't the hottest so she had to ask for hot water to put into her coffee. Upon tasting my tea it was vile. Turns out it was Earl Grey. I asked our server what other tea they have as I didn't like EG only to be told that's all they have in stock today. Would have been nice to have been told they only have a certain tea! I changed my tea for a cappuccino and I had to get hot water for that as it wasn't very hot. Gave up on a hot drink and ordered a lemonade instead. We ordered food. My friend ordered a beef burger, I ordered a chicken burger. The food arrived and we tucked in...unfortunately I'd been given a beef burger instead of a chicken burger. I sent that back and the waitress ordered the correct one which arrived 10 mins later, by which time my friend was halfway through her meal. Neither burger was very tasty and wasn't worth the money paid. Disaster from start to finish. Complete contrast to the experience I'd had 2 weeks before. I'll never go again.

Called in today after shopping as we regularly do and was shown to our seats, no one came to take a drink order and we waited far too long for someone to come and take our food order. When our food came out half of the order was clap cold as we expected as we sat looking at half our order sat on the side for 20 minutes as they got the rest of the food ready. To be fair the server took the cold food away and brought out fresh but the rest of our group had already finished eating by the time it came back out. The plate my food was served on absolutely stunk (foisty smell) and put me off the food. The service was just non existent, we had to call staff over to take drink orders and had to go find the condiments ourselves which wouldn't be a problem if we knew the staff were busy but the restaurant was very quite. Used to go quite regularly and used to really enjoy it but after this experience we won't be returning. Price increases, poor non existent service, poor quality of food and hygiene! Wouldn't normally leave a bad review as every business can have an off day but today really was bad enough to put us (regulator customers) off from ever returning.

Well what can i say , not like it used to be im afraid . Sesame seed chicken strips were our goto food here at Tgi but they've changed and not for the better. Service has become mediocre whereas it used to be full of bubbly outgoing personel , such a shame . Compared with previous visits over the years this one with price increases will be the last . Shame .

Was served food, then told bits were missing because it was no longer in stock. Waiters chatting for long durations while we tried to get their attention.

There was a really nice worker there who made me and my family feel welcomed to be there

Family meal on a midweek day. Lots of empty tables yet the service was still a little slow and had to chase up the server for drinks refills. We've had some great nights here but on this occasion something was definitely lacking. Definitely not a Friday feeling.

Paid nearly a 100 pound to eat here with my other half 1st and last visit! we ate at Miller and carter for 20 pound more ! Very disappointed

Had the bottomless chicken strips with my brother. Was a lovely meal and we got served til we couldn’t eat anymore. Mia was the only person on the floor, to be fair it was quite quiet. But she did an amazing job to cater to our needs. She was clearly very hard working and looked after all the customers in the restaurant.

Cannot fault the service it was top notch, I never go to chain places so I was really impressed. Unfortunately the food was mediocre and incredibly overpriced. £21 for a main is just not worth if for what you get.

Used to go to this TGIs frequently but the past few months the price has increased, some items taken off the menu and quality has decreased massively. Shame as it was okay as it once was but it no longer justifies the large price tag when other places offer better and for less! £20 for chicken and chips is ridiculous.

Went for Father's Day...free beer for Dad, great idea! Chicken strips were a bit overcooked. Server was lovely but brought our bill over before we asked for it or ordered dessert. Was declined Defence Discount (even though it's on the DD website) despite having Govt Veteran ID and this being a category within the Blue Light Discount they offer. Our child didn't think there was much Biscoff in the Sundae...unlike last week. Less impressed than our Monday visit (which was our first visit there).

Sat down and ordered drinks whilst looking at the menu. Waited 35 minutes until someone finally came over to ask about food. We had got fed up at this point and just asked for the bill so we could leave, as we didn't have the time to wait another 30-40 minutes for food. Shocking service and not the 1st time in this store. Looked for a manager and there wasn't a single one in sight, so we just paid and left.

Service was good, however food was disgusting. I ordered a chicken burger, the fillet had been cut in 2 so they got 2 burgers out of it. If that wasn't bad enough it was over cooked, couldn't even cut it with a knife let alone chew it. For 20 pounds I expect more than chips and a burger bun with 1 slice of tomato in. Disgraceful way to treat the public

I know you're trying to make birthdays special, but do we really have to hear that song every 5 minutes. Some of the food was cold when it came out and had to be sent back.

2 courses for 13.99 Sunday-Thursday, great deal. Had the mozzarella dippers to start, which were fresh, although not too full with cheese. Then I had the chicken BLT, not much bacon, but still tasted good with the honey mustard mayo. I upgraded the fries to cheese and bacon, which were lovely but a very big portion!

James was our waiter during our visit was nothing but polite, he was very accommodating for our daughters needs, and has been as such n previous visits. He delivers his service in a friendly and polite manner.

Absolutely appalling service by the manager and the whole team. Firstly we arrive 6.45pm to be told it was an half hour wait. We then came in at 7.20pm, loads of tables free, some not cleaned, but the manager and the waiting staff left us stood their for 10 minutes without seating us even though it was our time to be seated and loads of free tables. Then another couple came in and got seated before us, after us huffing and puffing at the bar we finally get seated on a table that's been free the whole time we were standing there. We then get left another 15 minutes with no waiter coming over to serve us even drinks, 2 girls stood talking at the till constantly instead of working. Manager running round and not even telling her staff to stop talking and serve people waiting.. so after almost an hour in total we walked out and left with no food because we were utterly fuming. It's now 8pm and we have had to go to another restaurant. Won't be coming back here that's for sure!

Jennifer was great and the food was lovely. I have previously been to TGIs in Castleford Xscape but I’ve made sure to never go again to that one as the service and food started just being awful. I thought I’d give TGIs another chance at White Rose and what a difference. Everyone is lovely and the food is so much better :))

James L was amazing. He is by far the best waiter me and my boyfriend have had in any TGIs. Couldn’t have been any more helpful. He deserves a raise!!

To my "favourite" bar attender on duty at 21:45 hrs:. How can you pay no attention to me (your customer). Waited 3 minutes at the bar watching you clean the base of an already cleaned glass jar ( hardest job). Your deliberate attempt to not to make eye contact require academy award. Ridiculous service at the bar. My family saw you ensuring that i left the bar before turning to do a non existing job as the side of bar i was waiting. All other staff members were friendly and polite.

Food was ok, prices are a bit mental considering quality/portions.

I did write review before about TGI Friday on Wellington Bridge branch which was super excellent, I did have burgers on white rose branch, wasn't satisfied really, food was cold, burgers was test like burned ( a bit bitter), and the quality wasn't same as my previous experience with other branches, definitely not in £20 standard, maybe good for £5 or £6 pound cheese burgers from local takeaway, waiters very kind and costumer focus.

Food was nice, although the prices have sky rocketed. Over £20 for what is essentially chicken and chips is scandalous. Staff were friendly and polite, but unfortunately they brought me the wrong food, then got my order wrong, so I ended up having to wait longer for my meal. My son ate for free, so for a main meal (no starter), with upgraded fries (extra £2.90), and a refill Coke Zero, it came to just shy of £30, which is a joke! Won’t be back.

Useless missing meals out like always after waiting an hour aswell

Absolute top class service from our server Samuel P. Filled up our drinks unprompted when empty, gave us free baby food and warmed it up for us, brought our 10 month old a balloon dog. Couldn't have asked for better service.

£18 burger cold, size of a happy meal. 3 dishes and 2 cokes, £60. Overpriced for the food quality, it used to be better a while ago. I won't back again. Good point is the staff, very friendly and kind.

Very friendly staff, great drinks and food. Fajitas were lovely and the sesame chicken strips are always a must have.

I ordered a special family meal, which cost over a £100. There were missing items when delivered, so I phoned the restaurant and asked them to deliver the missing items. I was told by the manager that they couldn’t deliver the missing items and I had to complain to just eat, as they couldn’t do anything. The customer service could be so much better.

TGI Fridays leeds white rose made it so easy to book a table for a family birthday in the end of November 2023, the chap was friendly on the phone and we were able to book are favourite seat. We love tgi's and so thankful we could eat there on the birthday, food was lovely, drinks were lovely. And a special thank you to Laura who served us and nothing was a problem or too much, she put the thought in to how she went above and beyond for us to make it an even more lovely experience, that extra thought asking the manager was much appreciated. Laura was smiling all the time we were there, and was really happy friendly easy going. Laura did an excellent job and it's so lovely to find a person in the such a customer service engage so well with their customers and be cheerful about it. People like Laura in this business make it a really lovely experience and she is a credit to her team. My brother thoroughly enjoyed his baileys coctail and i thoroughly enjoyed my first sex on the beach coctail. Thank you ever much.

I got a bowl of plant based loaded fries. And halloumi fries. And also the brownie obsession. The plant based loaded fries - the chips were very old, looks like they'd been left on the counter for absolutely ages. Don't know why I didn't send them back, I was with someone so I didn't think. The plant based whatever it was as they called it loaded. I counted about 10 teeny tiny, little square things, whatever it was, it was chewy and very hard. The garlic aioli was nice. The halloumi chips were gorgeous. The brownie obsession, nice amount but you could tell the brownie was old. Hard bits everywhere. Ice cream had ice crystals in it. Clearly everything is old there. Would I go again? I'd rather eat out of a bin. Came upto £25 something. The waitress however was so lovely and friendly and made the experience brilliant. The food - quite frankly i wouldn't even give it a 1 star. Outrageous for the price. Must be mental.

Tasty food and excellent customer service. Made to feel very welcome and when they found out it was my daughters birthday they definitely went the extra mile.

We booked a table for my grandson 16th birthday, and they gave us all upstairs, which was perfect as my other grandson is autistic and gave room to run around safely. The service was excellent and gave good discounts on large group bookings. I definitely will book again

We came Thursday 9.11.23. Our waiter James, was excellent. Attentive, friendly and efficient. The food was good and the restaurant clean. An enjoyable meal out, made nicer by the excellent service.

We visited here tonight for our 10 year familyversary with the kids. Lauren was our waitress and she was so friendly and welcoming. Found us a lovely booth to sit in and once we were settled her table service was spot on 100%. At the end of our meal she brought us a lovely cake sharing platter with a 10 years message on it. Such a beautiful and thoughtful thing to do. Staff work efficiently with customers at the forefront of everything they do. We will recommend to friends and family. Thank you again Lauren and everyone at white rose branch. Ps the food was delicious too :)

me and my partner came on a saturday evening with no booking and was seated straight away we had an amazing waitress called caitlin and she was super helpful and such a kind girl ive never been hear before but will 100% coming again and bringing friends and family thankyou for an amazing meal!!!

Was a bit sceptical about returning after a poor experience years ago but really glad we tried TGI again. Food seems expensive on the menu but portion size were amazing and good value for money. Sam, our server was excellent from start to finish, really wish we could have rated him higher than a 5* as the service was top notch and made the meal a brilliant experience. Thanks Sam, we really appreciate it!

Food was very nice as always. But I was shocked how much the price has gone up. £19.70 for some chicken strips and chips. Especially cocktails was £16 each 😫. Quite expensive now for what it is.

my pasta was hard and dry and my chicken was dry, staff were lovely though.

Realy nice food the waitress was spot on, didn't even have to ask for a refill on my Cola as she brought one to me as i was about to ask, the only problem was that the air con was on a bit too high so the room was very cold

We ordered a chicken burger and the ribs with famous glaze. Ribs were really tough and a bit dry. Tasted nice though! Didn't stop me finishing them. No complaints about the burger. Server was nice and restaurant was nice an clean. Hopefully the ribs are better next time we go though!
