TGI AND GO in Dundee City

All the food is freezing cold. Tastes awful and has all just gone in the bin

ordered sesame chicken strips added on chilli topped fries for 2 at an extra price of £8.50 and got sesame chicken and a portion of sweet potato fries and normal fries, with no chilli. food was also cold

Those cheese doughnuts are * chef's kiss*😍🤌 They're better than the cheese sticks, and that's really saying something, because they're really nice. We always enjoy our meals from Friday's, but the cheese doughnuts were a nice surprise ♡ Thanks again xx

Yesterday I have made and order and an item (chicken burger) was missing in the bag! The chicken strips were fried to absolute death tasted like burnt and old overused oil super greasy, none chicken taste. I would never get anything from here it was my first and last time! Beef burger was just okay quite dry patty though! Get macdonalds instead.

Absolutely unacceptable level of service. Order kept getting more delayed so tried to cancel - then got locked into a delivery that kept getting further out. Food eventually arrived cold and chips were soggy too. It's either been sitting waiting in the shop or the driver has done another drop off before mine. Disgusting food, terrible service from just eat. Very disappointing

I paid £30 for this: cold cans of coke put on top of burger and chips in the same bag. Coke is warm, burger and chips cold. On the app - one minute my food is being prepared, next minute driver outside with it! If I didn’t live so far away, I would be returning this to restaurant right now. I feel like I’ve just been bumped out of money!

Got my order wrong and bacon tasted rancid.

I got McDonald's order. not TFI Fridays order. it's burgers from McDonald's when I ordered 2 hot wings orders from TFI Fridays. pathetic service. avoid at all cost.

The messy cheeseburger was burnt and dry, hardly any cheese and just tasteless other than burnt. I have had the messy burger before and it was nothing like this.

Fast servuce, best chips anywhere

Chicken wings were just too sweet. Cajun pasta was bland. Ordered a latte and they used bad milk. Asked for a replacement and they couldn’t provide this claiming their machine was bad. Asked for a refund and I was ignored till I left the store.

Everything was excellent except one of the sesame chicken strips didnt have any sesame seeds on it and this isnt the first time this has happened.

Food was late, mediocre and very cold, clearly had been made for a long time sitting underneath a heat lamp before getting delivered. Forgot the juice requested with the meal which looks as though it’s a regular occurrence.

Order accurate, hot and fresh. delivery driver was so friendly. A little over the scheduled delivery time but everything was perfect so didn't matter.

Visited tgi reform street dundee with my sister today, the food was outstanding, great portion sizes and the staff were patient and helpful when we asked about the food, prices werent to bad, will definately be back. Thank you again.

My husband and I absolutely love TGI’s and have travelled to Edinburgh several times just for a TGI’s! After hearing mixed reviews of the Dundee shop, we finally decided to give it a try and see for ourselves. Highly disappointed with my order. Especially given the price! Food was disgusting. I can be fussy at times so I thought it was just my opinion. However, my husband (who will eat anything) couldn’t eat the food either. We wouldn’t recommend and won’t be ordering from here again.

Completely wrong order for a different customer. Delivery driver left the bag at my door and got back in his car before I even picked it up so had no opportunity to tell him it was wrong.

Pretty bland food. Delivery time changed 5 times and ended up taking an hour

Yall seriously need to check your cooker.Thats the 3rd time I've recieved undercooked fries. You guys used to top tier for crispy sweet potato fries now it's just dissapointing. One day you'll get a whole bag of fries worth the money, the next you'll get a tiny box worth a quid. What a shame.

Wasn't a great food 😕 missing items, the rack pork ribs amd the chicken wing was overcooked and the taste of the corn cob was an old one 🤢

Everything there but missed the sesame chicken and Drink.

Burger cold, loaded fried only half portion, normal chips squashed, strips missing sauce and sesame seeds and cold, its like a day 1 trainee put this together. Abysmal compared to other orders of exactly the same thing. Not happy at all.

Before today I wasn't aware of TGI's and Go but after lunch this afternoon I'll certainly be going back. Food was cooked to order and very tasty, we were even given free Christmas Stuffing Balls due to a delay in our order which were unusual and delicious.

Ribs were just one rib, same with the wing(s), no cheese on the cheese burger. loaded fries were good.

Food was good,had to heat it up though. Drink was flat. Delivery was over an hour late!

Although we enjoyed our food the potion size has reduced hugely since we started ordering and don’t feel it’s worth £10 for a box of around ten pieces of chicken. Disappointed as we love the food and are regular customers.

Absolutely shocking behaviour from John Christie - Has never been to this restaurant, his review is targeted bullying and harassment of a young individual that they have never met.

Amendment requests were fulfilled, food was absolutely perfect, and was delivered quickly.

Outraged by the lack of responsibility for putting my drink in the bag without a care in the world. The bag was leaking everywhere, my drink is half full because of the leakage, clearly someone didn’t put it in properly. Completely unacceptable!

Food was excellent, 2 burgers, fries and chicken strips in Bourbon sauce. Only query I have is, we got a lot more chicken when we sat in last month but I'll let that slide as it was so good.

For the first time I am unhappy with my order as it has not been delivered. Fridays have outstanding delivery drivers and fantastic food however, I've now been let down. Hopefully it can be resolved soon.

Great burgers (chicken breast&vegan) the best vegan burger I've ever had, also fries soo good, fresh and quickly delivered so everything was crunchy and delicious, highly recommend!

Everything was nice apart from the cheesy garlic bread there was far too much garlic I took one bite and threw the rest away

Considering the price the food was quite flavourless. Ordered a cheese burger and it was so bland didn't want to finish it. The milkshake was way to sweet and sickly. Disappointed and not value for money.

Gave the wrong order, order was two boxes of glazed chicken strips, a glazed burger and two tubs of glazed sauce and I received two boxes of just chicken wings nothing else.
