Tetris pizza in Gateshead

Food could of done with being a little warmer as it was cold, but all items correct and delivery time was spot on

The chicken wings were so badly burnt as to be inedible and the pizza was cold. Would not order from here ever again.

had a dorty donner wrap and after the first bit my stomach went west and still is. Not looking forward to the toilet trip tomorrow. Kebab was nice just a gut bomb. Stomachs fookin churning.

good staple kebab, pizzas are nice aswell. only downside was chocolate cake was melted as in bag with hot food

Was nice food however the chicken wraps only having three small pieces of chicken in each makes them very poor value for money.

Food good , ordered a jumbo sausage thought it would be battered and it was not . However chicken kebab lovely . Forgot about my order and wasn’t delivered until 3 hours after I ordered

Absolutely vile food comes sloppy and greasy they take hours to deliver your food even tho they claim up to 45 mins had a look in the shop a few times aswell it's not well maintained also I think it would benefit being took over by new manager not to mention they have the cheek to put the prices up on there food especially when they can't follow a simple instruction and it's rottern I advise everyone to pass on this place

It got here freezing cold after being told it was delayed comes and the driver didn’t even had correct change

The order was very late. 35 minutes + late Not all components were present. It was cold and Pretty poor. Such a shame as we have had decent things we have collected from them in the past

Good is lovely and notes left are actually done unlike most places, pizzas are the best around the area, the driver is lovely she is so kind. Lovely place defo recommended

Food should have been delivered @ 6.20 , finally arrived at 7.15. Everything was cold and had to be re heated however the kebab was totally un edible and went in the bin.

Food is nice but every time I order from here the order is wrong they have offered to send a new pizza out and blamed the website for being wrong this time but if this is the case it needs correcting!

Review based on my last order. Food was great as usual but delivery was over an hour later than stated. This could have been due to the bank holiday though. Will still order from here in future

Chip portions were very poor, only just covered the bottom of the carton, pizzas were just warm.

Always good quality food from Tetris. Pizzas are excellent, (especially when loaded with extra jalapeños 🔥🔥🔥🔥😉). Staff very friendly and polite.

Had a take away delivered today 18/8/22 chips under cooked salad and dips missing from the scampi meal also cheese bites mixed in with the scampi not a very nice meal at all won't be going back

Changed £2 for cheese when it is suppose to be 90p an extra

So I ordered food one night came fine phoned and ordered exactly the same food and told me they couldn’t do it ! But they done exactly the same the night before

Food was stone cold , items missing, totally un edible, Tetris need to take a long hard look at the quality and temperature of the food they are sending customers. Prices increases are enormous yet food quality is disgusting.

2.2 miles away.. Ordered around 7:30 rang them up to check at 8:45 came well after 9…. not a bad pizza but was it really worth the wait

Very very impressed with this place now, had a few takeaways from Tetris, tried a few different foods now so deff worth a visit especially since there's not really a lot off great ones around

The stuffed crust margarita pizza is the best I’ve ever had. We did a taste test with Dominoes and Tetris knocked them out the park.

My go to takeaway in local area but last two times foods been poor and missed off part of my order. Shame.

Delivery was late but personally I’d expect that on a Friday evening. The food was lovely, fresh and hot. The chicken curry and chips was pure comfort food. Cheerful delivery guy. Thank you 😁

Never normally my go to pizza shop as thought it was a bit average. However the pizza we received last night was absolutely beautiful. What ever has changed please keep it. The pizza and chips cooked to perfection. Nice crust and well cooked pizza! Well done

The pizza delivered, was not as the order. Plus it was barely warm, I had to reheat in oven. If it had not taken almost an hour to deliver, I would asked for the correct order. Had half and binned the rest.

Ordered at 4pm for 6pm delivery, ordered a kebab and garlic bread, was 30 mins late and food was stone cold drenched in chilli sauce which I assumed would be separate. Because of the chilli even reheated the food was inedible.

Ordered a garlic dip with kebab, wasn't included with goods. Supposed free garlic bread with order over £20 again not included. Pizza and kebab luke warm when arrived. Won't be ordering here again very very disappointed

Feel a bit ripped off for what I paid and what I got. Pizza was look warm when delivered (30 minutes late including the 1 hour and 20 minute wait time) but the main disappointment was the complete lack of flavour. I think a complete overhaul of their ingredients & brand of pepperoni is required. I also ordered the stuffed crust option for an extra £2-odd, which was supposed to be cheese but had very little taste (probably a very cheap cheese filler). The wrap was okay but nothing special. I think I'll stick with Derwentside Pizzas in future. They always seem to be right on the money.

Food was cold when it got here. Only got a burger and 2 cans of pop which cost 8.30. Not good value for money at all

The chips weren’t very nice. Dry and crispy had to sit for 25 mins picking them out just so I could enjoy the chicken wrap. Sorry but won’t be coming back here

It was delivered before the stated time but the cheese had hardened and the pepperoni tasted of nothing which was disappointing and was arranged to make the pizza easier to cut which meant the pepperoni was stacked in three's on each slice which tasted a little bland. Wrap was fine though. Wished I'd gone for chinese though.

Lovely pizza nice and hot as well couldn't eat it all so kept some for tomorrow I would probably say one of the best takeaways I've had especially being alone meal deal for one I could not fault.

Food disgusting, paid £28 for rubbish. Chicken dry as sticks and 3 portion chips went in bin dry and cooked a number of times, couldn't even give a garlic and chilli with £9.20 kebabs. Free 10" garlic bread was burnt to a crisp...never had such bad food.

Ordered at 11, was told delivery at 12. Never came. No answer on phone. Thanks like
