Tesco Superstore in Wiltshire

Staff have absolutely zero urgency it so frustrating when you have things to be doing. More staff are required on self service.

Nice store, well situated, courteous staff that seem very customer oriented. Shame there is no in store cafe

I was trying to pay using self checkout and i was made uncomfortable by an older white employee. she kept looking over at me and even looked as when i was leaving she was looking at the receipt as like i was stealing? idk if thats because i am black or what? very disappointed

Good store great staff but need to keep an eye on the disabled parking outside , loads parked without badges I’ve noticed 😞 so not always room to park close if you have a disability

The Tidworth Tesco sticks most things you need for a weekly shot and saves a 40 min trip to the larger stores in Andover. It’s located on the high street so is convenient for other shops. The staff a pretty helpful too. I gave it three stars as it obviously, as a smaller supermarket, it lacks a number the facilities you would want from a supermarket.

Good supermarket, not the freshest chicken, always has a funny smell. Nowhere near the quality of Sainsbury's.

Always decent and get what i need

OK. When go after work too many cages out in middle of aisles so have to walk up and down each side of majority of aisles. Not always staff unloading. This is from about 7pm onwards. Would prefer more manned tills too as takes ages with a full shop to go through self service and to be checked if used self scan.

Bag man operative on self service checkout needs a life. Thumbs down for bag man.

This particular store has some of the loveliest people working there. Always happy to help

Tescos in Tidworth is always well stocked and is always consistent with clean aisles and food. The customer service and security is always good there. Parking is good and there is always room for children and disabled bays to park in. Personally I think this place is brilliant to shop in during late hours when it isn't as busy. 5 stars 🌟

some veg needs better care; manager is a tedious jobsworth. long queues today and only two checkouts manned . On the bright side however Lidl is next door.

Disgrace of a store manager allowing non blue badge holders to park in disabled bays and doing nothing to rectify the situation.

Joanne & Rosie are poorly trained, rude and aggressive to customers! Tried to fob me off with a policy from Sainsburys website which they googled trying to pass off as a Tesco policy. After calling Tesco via their website and a written exchange. I was in fact able and within my right to purchase what I needed in 2 separate transactions.

One stop shop, all you need. Loads of parking.

Very disappointing experience upon trying to purchase meal deal and told upon scanning oh its not working today so I wasn't able to buy it.... They use to discount it down not today 2 girls adamant not allowed to purchase

need to sack the manger went there at 22:30 on a Friday and it was closed so so saying shuts at midnight is a lie

Good place to shop has most things and it's never to crowded. And a very helpful and friendly staff.

Smaller than other Tesco’s but has a variety of stock.

Went in at 8:30 this morning to get some birthday cards and a gift so was just a quick visit. I was most annoyed with the attitude and lack of customer service that I received at the self checkout. I had a product that needed a security tag taken off as the lady that was there of it could be removed she was wearing a leopard print face mask. She grabbed it off of me took the tag off and not one word from her no thank you even after I said thank you very much. Does she not think that she can talk with it on ?!!! I know things are tough at the moment and I work in food retail too if she was on my team I would be very ashamed.

Only had a short visit, looked like it could be kept stocked up a little better.

As far as Tesco’s go, this one is pretty good. Large selection of produce, fresh and frozen. Massive car park!

Need a mortgage just to go in! Done the same shop in lidl the week before, the shop came to £35, bought the exact same items here and ended up paying £55! We won’t be back!

It's a pleasure to go to this store to do my essential shopping during this crisis. The new pedestrian layout works really well and I love the fact you allow my partner and I to go in together. Well done tesco tidworth

Easy to get round. Had everything I wanted

As far as tescos go, this one is quite basic, if you are after clothes, any homeware items then maybe it's best you drive to another store. On the plus side it shuts at midnight, and the car park is sufficient, although quite buzy to leave during peak times.

Someone should teach the trolley collector some manners he is the rudest man ever

The store lacks number of organic food choices. Basically, it is full of Inorganic products. The other thing that is astounding to me is it has not got even a fishmonger stall. Tidworth being such a small town, you would think Tesco would like to cater to all types of people.

Reasonable selection of produce with unusually large Polish and Carribbean sections for a store this size. Staff however are uninterested and not helpful at all

Shelves were somewhat of a mess. Available staff appeared to be uninterested? Some shelves empty. Christmas is not an excuse for a lackadaisical environment/atmosphere.

Isles were blocked with trolleys loaded with stock you couldn't get to food .shelves quite empty in places

Key frozen food lines are always sold out and display looks shabby. Many items either not priced or marked confusingly.

It's TESCO what can you say, selling everything to everyone.

Car park is nice and big is well used and needed staff are helpful and they have a ferry usfull community bored

I wanted to try on some clothes the changing room was locked (understandably) but couldn't find anyone to ask have up in the end not the first it's happened in this paticular tesco

Decent selection of items, even has a few clothes, dvds ect. Plenty of car parking space and staff were friendly.

Just a grocery store. Nothing special.

Food was good but they guy that delivered it let them down, in his black Honda civic. He was rude and aggressive because my postcode took him to the wrong place apparently.

Possibly the worst Tesco I've ever had to visit. If you're just after a quick shop it's OK, no better than average for its variety of products. However, if you want to browse the George collection or have a bite to eat in the café forget it. There is no café and the clothing section is pitiful.

It's a Tesco. So don't be surprised if you turn up hoping to find something other than a Tesco. What to expect: self-service tills with no discernible queuing system, you'll probably pick out the one trolley with the wonky wheel and you'll feel remarkably under dressed in the cold isles. If you're after useful information, there is a large car park, the store is large and well kept, staff are generally helpful, there is a clothes section, no technology section (save for small household items like toasters etc), deli counter, world foods section and yes, they do sell Dunkin' Donuts.
