Always a good nights sleep, but this time we thought we'd have a more accessable room, but found the bed too low & my husband couldn't get out of it! I think they need to have adjustable beds for the disabled as not everyone uses a wheel chair.

IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT BOOKING - DONT. IF YOU HAVE ALREADY BOOKED - CANCEL. Just awful! Everything, please please please don’t come here. When we arrived I jokingly described it as Fawlty Towers and then the joke quickly wore thin. If you absolutely have to stay here DO NOT USE THE BAR/RESTAURANT. Nobody knows what they are doing, food is awful, service is the worst I have ever experienced.

The only reason we gave a 5 start rating was because of Francis the bar manager, he made me and my wife feel like we were old friends having a good catch up. His personality, presence were amazing, always chatting to us when he had the time and making sure we were ok. He made the evening for us , brilliant guy. Andy at reception was great to, helped us deal with a little issue and resolved it. All the staff were helpful but Andy and Francis stood out the most and we would like a massive thank you to them both for making our stay enjoyable. The only negative thing we had was when we arrived we could have been informed of self check in.

Avoid at all costs. No food no bar no pre warning of this. Rooms absolutely filthy and a staggering 25 degrees. Will be interesting to see how management resolves these issues.

A brilliant Premier Inn. Staff were helpful & kind when we checked in. The room was clean and well kept, simple yet modern. All we needed. Parking is good and free. We had the breakfast included - brilliant buffet style breakfast with a large variety of foods. The pain au chocolates were delicious! Only downfall is that the hotel isn’t within walking distance to anything.

We always choose Premier Inn because you can guarantee a good experience. Unfortunately it's gone downhill since our last two visits. The room had a damp smell, like wet clothes that hadn't dried properly. The window was open so we put the room fan and bathroom fan on to try and get rid of the smell. Still a lovely meal would sort things out. Er, no. The restaurant had closed and there was a bar only. No restaurant was within walking distance of the hotel. Hadn't been told this when we booked and the website still had the menu for the restaurant. Ended up driving through busy traffic to Waitrose to grab some food to go and eat it in our room. Well done Premier Inn. Will not be staying at any Premier Inn ever again. I don't blame the staff, it is all down to mismanagement by Premier Inn / Whitbread management.

This hotel is possibly the worst I have stayed at within the Premier chain, the check in is slow when normally it is very quick. The rooms are fine as normal, nice, and clean, comfortable beds, but my biggest issue is do not book the meal deal as restaurant is not open and if you pre book then it takes several days too get returned thats if you can get an answer from the staff really poor show

Breakfast excellent, room spacious and clean. Would have given it five stars had we have been able to have an evening meal.

Avoid at all costs — Never been to such a disgusting hotel ever-- upon arrival I was spoken to so rudely by the receptionist and told to wait (after she held out her hand at me after I asked how much longer I had to wait when I had already waited 1 hour further my accessible room I booked) we ended up waiting over 1.5 hrs just to get our room. THEN the room was awful, toilet didn’t work. Missing bedside light(wires hanging out the wall) faulty light in bathroom and shower flooded and water ran out into the room — after complaining we finally got told next morning that rooms next door had blocked pipes etc so obviously that was always going to flood our room —— asking to speak to the manager I was also told that if the manager came to see me that she would have to drive several hours do it and that would happen as she doesn’t live near by —- absolutely terrible place —avoid this place at all costs

After checking in we were advised that the restaurant/pub would be open at 4pm, then 5pm....oh and no food available tonight or in the morning!! Why was this not mentioned during booking? We have a business account with prem and use them regularly....this is very unprofessional!!!!

Absolutely disgusted that we was not informed on booking that the restaurant was closed therefore no food in the evening or for breakfast. Surely this is a main requirement for anyone booking a room. No reduction in price and we use premier inn very often. Will be looking elsewhere from now on. 0 out of 10. Fuming

It's decent enough. Rooms could do with a bit more cleaning (cobwebs, rust, windows) and the outside needs some paint, but the bed was comfortable, it was warm and the staff were nice. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice. Location was nice, quiet but close enough to where I needed to get too.

I was greeted by a really exceptional member of staff. She made me feel as if I was the only person in the world who mattered to her at that moment - that's quite a skill, especially when it comes over as completely natural. The room was the usual - four stars as I'd only give a recently refurbished room five stars. Parking was good.

Great service, just a little bit too far out of the city than I would have hoped for. Would stay again though. Although would not recommend using the on site restaurant (Hampton inn)

Room was a really good size and good standard of cleanliness. If I had to nitpick there were one or two cobwebs but that was it. Had a good sleep and would go again if in the area again. Salisbury not really accessible by foot but the hotel is really close to several park and ride buses which go there on a regular basis . Staff helpful and friendly.

A total nightmare. stay away. work in tourism since 1992 this hotel is all a joke. actually a nightmare! I complain after 5 minutes they gave me the room that I wasnt expecting a room with a single bed and a shower that is so little that I cant even fit inside and internet is not working at all. she replied I will fix internet. i was expecting that they would change my room. internet never worked. Place is collapsing and in need of a big renovation.

We are staying here for a friends 50th birthday. The hotel is lovely and the room great. We could have gone the the nearby pub but due to time constraints we decided to eat in the restaurant. Betti, thank you for your excellent service and banter, you were a delight. However, the food. At the prices they charge, this was underwhelming and miniscule. The chicken burger (£17) had barely any chicken in. The 'Jengy chip' take the pi$$. They were bare cooked once, let alone "triple cooked". They were half the size of normal chips of this type, which is puzzling as they can't cost much? The fishcake (£17) was just a deep-fried (suspect frozen) fishcake with an egg on. We ordered the triple cooked chips as a side for £6.50 (!). Any chip shop would be in horror at abomination we got for this financial outlay (and as we know they're not cheap these days!) I feel ripped off. Avoid if you can. (the afternoon tea looked really nice) Over and out
