Tesco Cafe in Warrington

Its was very nice. I placed my order on the touchscreen and received it fast.

food was good, delivery was not the woman left it on doorstep and I asked her to pick it up as I'm disabled and have trouble bending and she said oh come on and walked away and didn't help

lovely food. recommend the Honeycomb milkshake. I did want to order the Shakshuka but absent on the online menu. this would be a great addition

asked specifically for 1.15 delivery. came late, was absolutely stone cold, and hash browns missing on both :( will stick to eating inside the cafe next time

Absolutely awful! Avoid! Used to be very good in the past. We ordered poached egg which came very dry. Also a croissant which was stale and we noticed something green on it! Probably mold!! We paid almost 21£ ! Wish we went to Greggs instead!

It was a bit pricey just for a muffin and it was 4 pounds shipping which cost me 9 pounds in total just for a muffin such outrageous prices!

was left on door step has partly disabled, food was stone cold and vert greasy 😳 even my cats wouldn't eat the food want a full refund ASAP

Ordering machines were not all working (resulting in a queue). Ordering machines out of printer paper (no printed receipt which I needed for expense claim). Ordering machines did not have table numbers (no way to check out without it). Food took well over 30 minutes to come out on a busy day when I to get to appointments. Food was made with cheap ingredients. Fish fingers was just breadcrumbs with almost no fish inside. Bad experience, wouldn’t come back.

Touch screen ordering only. Cashless only. Cleaned own table. Food was quick but bacon roll was very average. Won’t be rushing back.

Totally under staffing. Over 30 min for 2 pots of tea. Tables uncleared .

Machine service only and this can be very temperamental, it’s a little pricy but it fills a hole , the latte is well presented and the service is reasonably quick considering the about of orders they get , the tables could have been cleaned a little more instead of just wiping over

The machines to order off are temperamental. The tea for the price was terrible had to ask for another teabag just to get it to a decent colour. Ordered 2 bacon Barmston the barm was so dry it was falling apart no butter at all, the bacon was just warm. This place used to be good but that was overpriced and poor.

Came here today for a coffee and every item we selected was out of stock my advice is not visit if you have your heart set on something as they probably won't have what you want

Not liking how you order. Have to order from a screen & just sit and wait. Not impressed at all. No communication no nothing. What's wrong with the world of today. Have to pay by card as machine doesn't accept cash. Really don't like this kind of set up. Lady that brought my hot chocolate was friendly.

Service was fast not a long wait at all and staff were friendly.

Ordered fish chips and peas today. The fish was all curled up, full of batter with tiny bit fish inside. Very disappointed. Doubt we eat there again.

Been waiting over 30 mins for food. My partners scrambled eggs were frozen with a rubber taste, the bacon was lukewarm at best, hash brown raw on the inside. Sausage and beans were edible considering the wait. For me the chips were the best soft in the middle but nice and warm, however the price £2.30 as an extra is quite a stretch of expensive for the portion size.

Absolute rip off!! Literally the tiniest portion of good, my 18 month could eat more than that. Sausages were burnt too.

Won't be using the cafe again as the remote system is not user friendly to the elderly. A lot of pensioners use the cafe using cash system and are now unable to do so. Poor idea with not a thought for the older generation.

I ordered a big breakfast, I received a small breakfast. I'm not very happy

New computerised system is terrible. Unable to change any options eg toast instead of barms , the sourdough is not a true sourdough so u able to change to granary, not friendly to older people. Card payment only. We have used this cafe on a weekly basis for a number of year but will now not be visiting again.

We use the cafe weekly, the staff are fantastic and the food quality is good, but removing the option to buy food using cash and having to use the remote ordering station is terrible. A horrendous idea that removes the personal link that some people need.

Always welcoming even when busy we wait even if there is a time on food preparation it’s worth it

First time trying this cafe ordered two poached eggs on toast and a sausage waited 25 minutes!! after which the cook (Heath) brought my order over (and someone else’s) minus the sausage and he shows me the order on my receipt and I say there should be a sausage and he says you want a sausage?? It’s literally on the order he’s showing me, I’m saying it’s there on the order so yes he’s just looking at me with a vacant expression 😶 so he goes back off to his wuthering heights and I wait another five mins for him to plonk a sausage in a bowl on the table (like he’s dropping plutonium!!) No sorry, no smile nothing,,,, just drop it and get out of there !! and as a result my coffee went cold before my order arrived if I went back in future id just get a coffee the two girls serving (one with blue hair) were both lovely and that’s the only reason gave the service three stars, don’t understand though why they are giving people there drinks before the food arrives if it’s taking so long to get an order

Delivery driver rang me as I live in a flat n I buzzed him in then he didn’t come up so I went down n he was driving off so didn’t even receive my order!!!!!

A wonderful little cafe that's got a good range of food from sandwi to light meals. The food was good quality for the price. It came really quickly and was hot and tasty. The staff were very friendly and there's loads of seating.

Nipped for breakfast....excellent service, good value and delicious food. Brilliant start to the day 👍🏻

I am visiting the cafe almost every weekend with my family. The place is clean, the staff is polite and the food and coffee are of good quality and reasonably priced. I will visit again.

Food took over an hour and half and arrived with food missing from the order and by the time it arrived it was all stone cold, paid £40 for terrible food and half of it was missing, would recommend everyone to steer clear of Tesco cafe and would expect to be refunded if was anywhere else but have been offered no refund

They had ran out of fish so Lauren called me up to offer replacement, and also gave me a free chocolate muffin!:) food is always delivered with care, hot & tastes amazing!

Food was nice, the amount of food you get for £5.75 is a rip off in my eyes. My baby could eat that and still want more food after it. It’s not filling at all and not worth the money. It’s litterely a baby meal. I want my money back for that.

Ordered 2 hours ago, Said it was delivered over an hour ago, Just spoken to just eat and they don’t have any drivers assigned, So realistically you should not have the option to place a delivery if this is the case. Will be waiting 3 hours for a breakfast.. poor service and definitely won’t be using this again.

A highlight to a shopping trip! Great food, good prices and friendly staff.

Very poor service. Had to attract attention of staff who were having a loud chat with each other and ignoring customers. Same as all of the other Tesco Cafe's. Nothing to do with Tesco apparently which means no on-site managers and no one in main shop interested in looking after customers complaints.

Very under staffed waited ages to get served ended up walking out

The wait for a breakfast was ridiculous - over half an hour! Some food was cold and the swap I asked for didnt appear. Staff not friendly. Wont be coming back here for food!

Cafe clean and friendly . Mainly down to Paula funny lady and great breakfast with a smile price fair and would go again

Food was look warm. Nearly ten quid for breakfast small coffee and an extra round of toast. Won't be going again.

Had a fantastic family lunch here today. The freshly made chicken wrap was delicious, my wife enjoyed her lasagne and the kids could choose the items they liked from the pick and mix lunches. The staff were friendly and gave us great service. Good pots of tea too! Many thanks.

Back in the old days you used to be able to get a good breakfast, or any meal for that fact, for a reasonable price however this is 2017 and times have changed! A breakfast with a brew and a couple of rounds of toast will set you back over 8 quid plus the ingredients used are not what you would call top class, in fact I would suggest that the best is being made of the TESCO value range. Even condiments are the cheapest (vilest) despite there being a store full of choice just steps away. To say I was disappointed was an understatement however it did fill a hole. I do feel sorry for the staff who are a real credit to the café however the poor quality food they are expected to serve is a real let down, however as I look under every table I notice that every one is dirty!
