Tesco Cafe in Rhondda Cynon Taf

Food and drink and lovely just be nice to get the correct order

didn't want sauces on the burger. stated on the note not to add sauces on the burger. and it turned up with sauces

Never received. I was handed someone else's order and mine never came

Jacket potato was very under cooked, waited 25 minutes for food

Not enjoyable, bread was stale, food overcooked and rock hard. Hashbrowns tasted cooked then reheated, very tough

As always a great service and good quality food

I usually love Tesco Cafes but this one seems to have quite a few issues. food arrived cold, the tray with my tea and table number was practically flung at me and the server could clearly see I struggled to carry it with shopping bags in hand but did nothing to help. I'm guessing they're either short staffed or Tesco hasn't really given any thought to the cafe at this particular store, I've also noticed it always seems a bit grubby aswell. Such a shame as I'm sure staff and customers alike would prefer better standards.

Bacon was really hard and sausage was under cooked. Egg was nice and chips were good

The staff are the best part of the cafe.The food is not as good as it used to be.The cup of tea is always lovely and hot.But all said that's my honest opinion.

Good cafe with a great section of food, all for good value. Don't expect an incredible breakfast, but it's one well worth the money.

Son wanted a Raspberry Ripple Shake, cashier & server took the money and went off to prepare the drink. Came back moments later claiming they had no flakes. I pointed out that there was a Tesco store literally 3m away behind the roll of tills. Claimed Tesco was too expensive (which is true), so instead of the cafe putting their hand in their pocket to by a flake from Tesco (themselves), they were happy to short change us, their customer by not supplying what we had paid for.

Waiting times for food leave a lot to be desired.

its not a place that i would recommend to anyone at all, very spicy overpriced pasta, broken machines, drinks out of service, oh dear oh dear

5 min. from the house and in town too.

If you like semi dry beans dirty forks and that then you will love this.

It's just a lovely cafe. Brilliant to sit in and have a cuppa. Not pricey either. You can do your shop and enjoy some food or just pop in and have a coffee.

Lovely staff but the coffee was horrible and no chocolate on the cappuccino. Rather disappointed

Very friendly staff who provide a very warm welcome. Food is always well prepared and staff are more than willing to provide items that are not on the menu, provided they have stock. The only down side is that they could do with more staff to speed things up during busy periods.
