Tesco Cafe in Amber Valley

Ordered at around mid day and it’s now 15:45 and it says it’s been delivered but no food has arrived absolute joke

my order has not been delivered to my address as it is stated that it has been delivered

I've had this lovely lady deliver to me alot off times and she is very nice.

Came to use the cafe, on a Friday, at 2.50, states open till 5, however they wouldn't serve us food as they had already started cleaning the oven as the chef was tired and had been busy so was done cooking. Another staff member just said to me, when the chef is done then that's it, they just close it when they are done. This is appalling.

Burger and fries was nice ordered a kids meal and only got 1 fish finger when stated 3 on the menu?

Food was good but I added extras to my order that weren't included.

Staff called to say they didn’t have something in stock and offered me an alternative , very helpful

Arrived hot and good quality, packaged well.

Breakfast £5.25 (given 1 slices of toast, one sausage, one cold bacon, 1 egg, 1 portion of beans, 2 butter), not inclusive of tea or coffee, is a bit expensive, and the portion is small. Added a black pudding for £1.25 and it's not fried or cooked properly. Chewy!

Polite and friendly staff and a range of hot drinks.

Went here for lunch today. Service was very slow, 15 minute queue to serve about 5 people in front of me. One of the team was friendly, other was very rude. Ordered two of the loaded hotdogs. I've never seen so much tomato ketchup on a hotdog, it was ridiculous. I'm glad I asked for both without the mustard! When the waitres bought it over we just got rude stares and walked away. Definitely won't be eating here again.

Excellent breakfast and service very good and fast.

Nice food, good value. Staff need a kick up the ****, to busy chatting & giggling when there are tables to be cleared.

Went in for Sunday breakfast about half 11. Not too busy and tables were clean. Friendly staff, good hot food that arrived quickly, good price.

A blonde woman today refused to serve my mum and my auntie who has alzheimer's because they was waiting 5 minutes to order, I will be going in tomorrow to see the manager first thing! I think it is absolutely disgusting

Had the big breakfast in the cafe which is good value for money, rest of the store is like all other Tescos

Very slow and miserable staff I also see the cook outside in her whites smoking which has put me off .

We haven't been here for a while so thought we would have a change. The breakfast is as good as always. The cook is fantastic to be honest. Can't complain. Prices have gone up quite a bit but you do get a big portion of food so fair enough. The cafe is well looked after and the staff seem happy.

Great cafe. Lots of stuff to choose from on the menu and the food is really nice. Staff are always friendly and helpful. It's always clean and tidy and it's a very welcoming atmosphere.

Great place to visit for hot drinks or a quick bite to eat. Tasty breakfasts too. Nice choice on the menu with good choice of healthy options.

Service from the staff was okay but not sure about the organisation of the counter and choosing food. The dining area to me seemed that they were trying to cram too many tables into a small area and tables were not being cleared/cleaned for the next customer.
