Wrong orders, sickenly made food, won't order again.

Have found in the bubble tea with some other weird things swimming inside, made out of the tap water from the back of a shop. Just Eat wouldn't refund money for a wrong order because it was a collection so apparently it was my fault!

I've ordered a few weeks ago some milkshakes, loaded churros and cookie dough. Alto everything was delivered and we enjoyed milkshakes - churros just were over loaded with oreo crunch and it was that sickly just wasn't edible at all and wasted money. Tried to get bubble tea today and ordered x2 for £10 but had to come back in, because they've only made one and mixed the 2 flavours instead of making 2 seperate bubble teas. Then cookie dough was made to be just a simple one and they added a horrendous amount of nuts and Ferrero Roche, which I didn't order and again was so sickenly sweet and overpowering that wasn't edible. Who possibly can eat such amount of sprinkled nuts on anything???? (Picture attached) A dip for the doughnuts was also missing and I swear I've heard a guy at he back just use a plain cold tap water to make bubble teas 🙈you would hope that for over £5 for a bubble tea they would use at least a still bottled water. Won't be ordering from them again.

A decent dessert place on Uber eats. Didn’t take too long to deliver and was nice and fresh. I ordered the kinder bueno shake and the kinder bueno waffle. 🧇 The waffle could’ve had more toppings on and the shake was a little bit thin for my liking. However, great tasting and hits the spot. My partner loved the waffle and the shake. Will order again in future

I have never really felt inclined to leave a review before, but today I feel the need to. I ordered through just eat, and I waited almost an hour for 4 items, two of which were drinks, upon delivery the food was hot which is good but tucking into the food was a different matter, the “mini Dutch pancakes” were more like flatbreads with the sauce to mask that, I ordered the ferrero ones but instead got just a chocolate hazelnut sauce. I also ordered a brownie which tasted no different to a microwaved pre made or store bought brownie dressed with sauce, the texture was hard and rubbery. The milk teas where mediocre at best with the classic milk tea being better than the chocolate flavour, the chocolate is like a very watered down milk that has seen chocolate, All in all, to say it’s a dessert shop it is definitely not their strong point and shall not be ordering again.

We ordered on Uber. Cookie dough is burnt. Red velvet is like strawberry and vanilla icecream is like banana. Shocking

They make everything different I never eaten before everything is delicious here I recommend to everyone

The good reviews are all for the owners previous to now. This place should be closed down if it hasn't already. It's a scam. Take your money and they have no food to supply. Be warned, whatever you order will not be what you receive, If you receive anything at all. And it certainly won't be fit to eat.

If I could give 0 stars I would, ordered 3 desserts coming to a total of £21.50 to receive a call saying my ordered had been cancelled by mistake but my desserts were ready to go so could I please transfer the money which I did then was told my desserts were on the way. 30 mins passed by which by this point desserts would have been cold rang to see where they were to be told they couldn't get hold of the driver but he would be there soon. Rang again 1 hour had passed by still no driver they said they would bank transfer me my money back which a screen shot was sent. Checked my bank a week later and the money hadn't gone into my account contacted them to be told they couldn't do anything as it was bank holiday and they would speak to the bank on Tuesday. Tuesday came heard nothing chased them apparently sort code was wrong and would be with me in 2 working days. No surprise 2 working days passed still no money in my account. They then said the would bring the money to my house that night and yet again still no money. So not only did I never receive my desserts, still haven't got my money back either. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.

Ordered food online only for the restaurant to cancel the order almost an hour later. Won't answer the phone either definitely won't be ordering from here again!

Great service, really friendly, food is amazing

Worst experience I’ve had with a takeaway. I ordered on just eat and it said it would be 45 minutes, after nearly an hour I get a phone call saying that they’ve accidentally cancelled my order but that it was ready and they should be able to send it out in the next 10-15 minutes or so and that I would have to do bank transfer on delivery. I said that was okay and was understanding. They then took a further 45 minutes to deliver our food. The waffles were rock solid and cold, we’d payed extra for kinder bueno gelato and got vanilla with pieces of kinder bueno. It was meant to have Nutella but had chocolate sauce instead, and all in all wasn’t an enjoyable experience, they also still charged me the extra just eat service charge despite the fact that that they had cancelled the order with just eat? 🤷‍♀️

Ordered online. Said it would take 45 minutes. 2 hours later and nothing. We ended up going to the shop to see what was going on as the phone was going straight to answer phone. Shop was absolutely filthy, floor was covered in mud and dirt in the kitchen area. When we told them what was going off they were very polite about it to be fair and said their phone was broken but they’ll contact the website and get them to refund us in the next 20 minutes. A week later and nothing. Don’t bother. They’ve got 11k likes on Facebook too so I’m sure they’re all fake and all of these reviews too.

Very good lads, brilliant milkshakes

Would give 0 if I could. My partner ordered us and my family a dessert, half an hour after ordering she gets a phone call saying they've accidentally cancelled our order and that if we still want it then we would have to bank transfer them the money as it had not been paid yet. We did so and while on the phone the guy (quite rude) said that our order was being made as we speak. An hour goes by and the food eventually came, looked like it had been left open on a counter top for ages, everything was stone cold, and tasted disgusting. The most criminal thing was the fact we paid extra for strawberry flavoured gelato, and we got plain with chopped up strawberry in it. Will not be ordering from this place ever again and would advise people to avoid this place at all costs.

A mess from the start. After an hour they called me and said they accidentally cancelled my order but I should pay the guy directly into his bank account when the food arrives. I said, why don’t I just put the same order through on JustEat again. But he wanted bank transfer. Maybe to avoid some kind of fee? He then said it would be 20/25 mins tops. 40 minutes later still no sign but knocked the money down to £10. Eventually the desserts arrived but the quality of food, as you can see, was very poor. A far cry from the photos they advertise on their social media. The cookie dough was wrong, I asked for kinder and received biscof and the chicken looks like it’s been in a fight and got food poisoning written all over it. The waffles, well… speechless. We exchanged messages and I requested the money back but the money never returned. Would not recommend this restaurant and will not be returning.

Had a really gorgeous meal tonight!! Couldn't fault a thing. Really fresh tasting food and non greasy! Will definitely be ordering again.

If I could five zero stars i would.. waited 2hrs for food then never turned up. Tried ringing the shop they didn't answer the first time then they forwarded it for answer phone.. they've taken the money and now can't sort it until Tuesday.. disgusting

Ordered food online, it stated 45 mins deliver, 1 hour and 45 mins later we try and call, but the phone it's diverted to it switched off so no way to get intouch. Had to order from a different takeaway and will have to charge back via my bank as there is nobody to speak to.

Just had a delivery and ordered a milkshake, cornflake tart and custard and 2 pots of ice cream and it was amazing! Highly recommend and will order from here again, Also got some other stuff free too

Came 2 hours late freezing cold and the waffle was rock hard, it had been made hours ago. Then when he delivered the food he didn’t bring no change with him and told me he’d drop my change off which I stupidly said fine too. We’re not on day 3 of waiting for my money back. Very unprofessional and is ignoring all of my calls. Will be taking further as it’s the principal of it, wouldn’t ever order from this place again it’s a shambles

Fast delivery, very good presentation. Staff on phone were very helpful and also received some extra free bits with my order which was nice! Will definitely be recommending to friends and family 😁

Waste of money, would give no stars if that were an option- delivery took over an hour, food cold & ice cream melted on arrival, incorrect items cause they had run out yet not contacted to discuss this & poor customer service when I phoned to query this- don't waste Ur time or money

Absolutely awful. Ordered from here to see no one in the front so was sat waiting for someone to speak to me to take my order for over 15 minutes. The alternative, ordering for delivery is even worse, over 2 hours for delivery, even though it said half an hour. To ring up and be told they haven’t started it yet. Once i received the food, the waffle was crispy like it had been in the machine for too long, the chocolate sauce was sparse and the strawberries were out of date and soggy. I wouldn’t recommend

Milkshake’s are amazing 🤩 Good selection of Sundaes & other desserts 🍨 Cookie doughs, pancakes 🥞 waffles, cheesecakes etc. If you cannot make your mind up the Selection box is really good value for money 💰

Found this shop by accident late one night when craving something sweet and drove from Ilkeston just to try it and have been back several times since you will not find a better dessert shop the milkshakes are heaven the gelato is thick and creamy and oh so tasty and the pancakes well 😋 my favourite so light thick and fluffy... portion sizes are wonderful and we often share and the owner Is friendly and helpful always willing to help even when you ask for something not on the menu definitely worth the trip thank you for the wonderful food guys and hope to be back again soon

Lovely food great service will do anything to help you even if you want to have something like mint and banana sundae

Had 3 milkshakes and some ice cream, it was all spot on! Staff very friendly and helpful helping my daughter pick her milkshake. Would 100% recommend them to anyone after some yummy desserts!

Really lovely place, everything is homemade, and the chap is super friendly.

Whilst the texture of the 'Ferrero Rocher' cheesecake was smooth, it was strangely tasteless and the whole 'Ferrero Rocher' chocolate decoration was definitely a cheap rip off version!!!

Best place for desserts. Best cookies doughs around for sure. Also seen the Fanta and other continental drinks that is available. Will be visiting more often. Cheers guys. Brilliant staff members too, highly respectful!
