Tesco Cafe in Hounslow

I order brakefast for delivery and they send itd after a 1h and delivery driver drive another 40 mins because of couple stops , was tottaly cold even coffe , terrible services

Made us wait an hour and a half just to cancel, don’t do it.

I came in today (27th June 2023 ) for some lunch and I had the smashed avocado on sourdough and a latte. The ladies that attended me were very friendly and helpful and they made my latte exactly how I wanted with only half a shot of coffee and I didn’t want the extra chilly flakes lime or rocket. Really great service and enjoyed the meal and coffee I will come come again.

I have been visiting this cafe regularly over the last six months and always been impressed by the efficiency of the staff. They work really well together as a team. Today, I was particularly impressed by Shanay - efficient, smiling, knows the regulars. Great stuff to see.

Man rang for directions, very polite. In the picture there is butter along with it, but we did not receive any. Just moved in , so no condiments in yet.

The coffee and bacon bun were hot, and the berry Buffon fresh

I love going here. Quite café during the week, the workers are very attentive. The chicken is halal and the mocha coffee is the best I've tasted better then Costa and Starbucks.

Not owned or run by Tesco, which would explain the high prices for average food. Pleasant staff and good service, but really not worth the price.

From the time we ordered to it being delivered took way too long. However, food was nice. The hash browns were-too soft but the eggs and sausages were well done as asked. Sad we had to wait so long for it to arrive.

The breakfast is a bargain £4.95

This is unacceptable, the driver deluvered it to the wrong adress

I would like to say that the order was very late, please in the future make sure that there is direct communication between the driver and the person that orders!!!!!

Suuk has served us many a Saturday, what a wonderful lady and beautiful smile, herself and all the staff are wonderful fast and so efficient, Tesco's should be proud of them I travel out to Osterley to do my shopping to have a breakfast so relaxing with these wonderful people. Be thankful Tesco's you have GOLD working upstairs.

The food had leaked all over in the small paper bag and the bag was stappled!!!

Chips were uncooked & sml portion. Sausage & egg bap wasn't great either. The sausages tasted funny & were bit gristly.

Smashed avocado and halloumi muffin! They didn’t toast the muffin, so it was dense and tough, with a cold slice of halloumi, vile.

Food was missing from my breakfast meal and my hot chocolate was missing. Tried to contact to no avail

Looks like the bacon has been sitting there all day also no butter for toast Hard egg.. It only takes 5mins to cook this meal so shouldn’t be old food

I always visit this store for all my shopping I spend almost £1000 every month on my shopping but sometimes I visit the cafe staff are always huffing and puffing when they see Customers at this place and they look like that they are forced to be here someone needs to look into this such a big operation and staff like this it’s crazy. Terrible experience this isn’t the first time this happens to me almost every time. I have some video footage I will also put that on social media. My ordered a hot drink it didn’t taste nice seems like this was done on purpose by a member of staff she said her name was Renu also it took about 30 minutes to deliver my food to me check this on cctv. This is totally unacceptable I will also take this further to Tesco’s head office. I’m sure someone will look into this a reply back

Very nice vegan breakfast. Just one thing - please roast a tomato little more to make is delicious. Otherwise everything was perfect. Cheers!

They have what you need at reasonable prices

Good value for money. Very good quality & healthy breakfast. However, it seems that the staff does gets flustered and the food quality suffers when it does get a bit busy there.

Cappuccino tasted like sink water and the vegan breakfast was disappointing.

Very low cost but pretty decent food, don't expect fine dining or high end restaurant food and you won't be disappointed. Good British Cafe food with healthy options. The menu is well done as every dish has the calorie count next to the meal. Good if watching the waste line.

usual supermarket cafe made great by the staff, 2nd to none

Cook is an absolute waste of time. Asked for a bacon and egg sandwich with mushroom. And he handed me the sandwich. With a mushroom just thrown underneath. This then resorted in the sandwich being covered in black mushroom juice because it wasn't cooked properly either. And I found cheese in the underneath of the sandwich? Not very good if I were lactose intolerant? Wouldn't waste £4.10 for the most expensive sandwich I'd thrown away. Wish I had a refund or a decent breakfast to be honest.

Sausages were uncooked. 4 times I went there same result. When I complained the chef couldn't speak English. Amazing service.. :-(

There was friendly stuff and lots of food with the full English breakfast. The latte was pretty good too.

Been here about 4 times now and I must say that the food is horrible. The chef does a great job but it's just all frozen food and that poor man is on his own. I feel that he should have someone working alongside him. A month ago, I visited the Cafe and a young girl was working there and kept getting told off by a man who looked like the Manager. He was being very persistent, pushy and rude to her which made her look quite nervous. She served my husband and I food with a big smile. This rating is due to the frozen food and the management. New staff shouldn't have to be pushed around so heavily, they need TIME to adjust and get used to everything.

Friendly staff, food cooked to order

The cafe was initially good when it first opened. It served a reasonable all day breakfast and other food. However it has taken a turn for the worst. No longer serving all day breakfast. The quality of the cooking has gone downhill. Tea now served in a paper cup, used to be in a pot with a cup, no proper staffing. Will be giving it a miss from now on.

Bad service. No one at the counter at 7 PM on Friday. I later realized that the server was sitting and having his dinner and ignored me.

Not the most exciting cafe. Fine if you want to kill time waiting for someone to shop. The floor is dirty. The pancakes reheated and unloved. You go here cause you don't have a choice.

I went to the cafe with friends to get 3 lattes. I was told they were closed, Its was only 2.30pm, when signs say clearly closes at 4pm. I said oh why got no water/or electric ?.The guy behind the counter said I am on my own. I said how many people does it take to make coffee. Then this women appeared, persume manager, no name badge. she started having a go at the guy, whom, by now was making coffee.she said we are closed I told you that. I Get our coffees, but not please with the way the women spoke to me and my friends. There were about 8 others that wanted serving too. The only reason I gave 1* is the guy was trying to be helpful. I won't be going to the cafe again.

Food wasn't cooked properly. Rude cashier. The bacon was only half cooked. They didn't give the toast. When we got the toast but didn't give any butter. never again.

The staff are very friendly and nice. But was so disgusted with the state of the place. Chips on the floor and you could have fallen and slipped on. Food order taken in correctly. Over all they need a cleaner to keep it clean and tidy. Not to mention the fact the girl that clrared our table didn't bother to wipe the jam and butter of!!!!

I came in to have a fish and chips on 2nd of March 2017 at 15:40. The fish turned out with cold chips, i asked for new chips because it was cold. 5 minutes after the chef turns up placing the plate on the table in a rude manner without making eye contact or an apology. I asked for the manager but wasn't present. The attitudes in this cafe stink. Never coming back.

Breakfast very poor. Burnt sausage, cold chips, uncooked tomato, untoasted toast, sent toast back, came back burnt. Staff friendly tho
