An excellent breakfast, as always, with some lovely staff. Just a shame there’s just the one grumpy and sometimes rather rude individual. Today he was less than helpful to an elderly gentleman who clearly had mobility issues and couldn’t get out of the way quickly enough

Rude and snippy staff who’s mood seemed to change depending on who he was talking to. Snapped and sighed at when choosing my food, dispute there being no one behind me waiting. My LO asked a different staff member a question (very politely) and was told “at the front”. Quality of food extremely disappointing and apparently depends on the day (was here a few days ago and it was quite nice) today everything was dumped on the plate. Other customers were given garnish. May be you have to be a local to be looked after??..

Great Cafe, the menu is a really good selection. Healthy and traditional fair. Good atmosphere, really popular. The staff are really nice and professional.

My friend and I visit the Tesco cafe every week for a cup of tea. The staff are always friendly and helpful so we feel welcome and it is a good meeting place

Passing through from visiting my son in Holyhead and was starving, didnt fancy walking around as on crutches. The lovely lady took our order, was polite, friendly and her smile was infections, i ordered the breakfast but swapped egg for another slice of bacon, no issue at all, and cappuccino, my partner altho had already eaten ordered the cheese, pesto tomato toastie The food arrived hot, delicious and with a smile from the lovely waitress, just beautiful, i could eat here everyday

Rather pricey for what you get but what you do get is lovely and hot, wish they did plum tomatoes as a pose to a fresh but nevertheless the brekfast is lovely

I haven't visited this cafe for ages but decided to pop in after a bit of shopping. The waitress at the counter was very friendly and my latte was brought very quickly with my toastie not far behind. The cafe was clean and tidy. The only thing that spoiled my visit was a member of staff from elsewhere in the store coming in for a break. He was very loud and on seeing a friend across the room shouted, "Oh no, I came here for some bloody peace!" several times, believe me, once was enough! I have very little objection to banter, even loud banter, but the swearing was unnecessary. Thankfully there were no children in the cafe except a baby. Personally I don't think it appropriate for staff members to be swearing in the store, perhaps it's just me. I find this store particularly bad for it though, banter between members of staff stacking shelves etc is often peppered with much worse swearing and I hear far more about their personal lives than I'd like!

Have just visited this store as a change from Asda. Big mistake and one which will not be repeated. After queuing with my wife we were told when we got to the front that only single shoppers were allowed. Fair enough but why not tell people this before they queue for 15 minutes. The guard then let us in seperately with a basket each. What difference this makes is beyond me. The store was basically one way but the system made no sense as some aisles were blocked off half way and some aisles were 2 way. The staff directing you round had obviously been trained by somebody using the Stalag or Gulag guard handbook. They need to go to M&S or Asda to see how customers should be treated and how staff should behave.

I've always enjoyed the meals I've eaten at the Teso Cafe, particularly the breakfasts! It's very reasonably priced and the food is usually tasty. Can't wait for them reopen again! Also, Tesco's social distancing measures are the most effective of any supermarket I've visited during the pandemic. Good job.

Excellent Vegan Breakfast. The best vegan breakfast I have ever had in the UK. Sausages, hash browns, beans, mushrooms, spinach, avocados etc plus HP sauce. Fabulous.

This has been a regular spot for us for some years now. Beside the A55 it's convenient as we visit Conwy ,Penmaenmawer and Llanfairfechan. The manageress is great and runs a tight ship. You know when you go in you will get prompt service. Good value too.

Went for Christmas shopping and decided to have breakfast and pot of tea. Breakfast was poor my husband can't have sausage glutton free so asked for mushrooms instead which lady serving said was ok so he got one mushroom which was cold and raw the only nice food was the fried bread. Rest of the food was just warm. Never again.

Took the kids for lunch after a trip to the cinema. Chose sandwiches for the kids and a toastie for me. Was delicious and the kids really enjoyed their sandwiches and snacks. Lovely cuppa too!

Never been to such a dirty cafe, tables were covered with leftover food. Complained to the manageress (!) who shrugged her shoulders and handed me a filthy cloth to wipe the table myself. Unbelievably bad attitude. I won't be going there again

The standard breakfast on offer in this cafe is (currently) called "The Breakfast" which means you have to order "A The Breakfast" at the till which doesn't exactly trip off the tongue. Having managed to mangle the English language sufficiently to order my breakfast I was invited to take a seat while it was being prepared. Most of the food is precooked but the egg and toast are cooked to order which probably explains why the fried egg was the highlight of my meal being nicely cooked with a runny yolk. The bacon was a bit fatty for my taste but on the whole everything was ok. I also had an Americano which was also ok.

The meal we had was nice , reasonably priced and freshly cooked. Its what you want from a supermarket cafe, so whether you want a snack or something to eat before or after your shop , then go here.

A great little pit stop for a cuppa while you’re shopping. Clean and plenty of space, there are also colouring books for the kids. We ordered toast with jam and butter for £1 we expected two slices for this price but only got one. It was delicious so would have liked the second slice! The coffee was also very good.

I arrived at the counter to purchase a coffee and there was absolutely no one waiting ahead of me. There was no one serving but the staff in the kitchen could clearly see me waiting but were too busy talking to bother. I waited in full view for well over 5 minutes until eventually someone slouched out to serve me. They then brought the coffee to the table with all the enthusiasm of someone going to have a tooth pulled. Had there been a long queue then I could accept the delay in serving but this was just simply bone idle staff and lousy service.

In a good setting for those coming into and out of Llandudno to have a break in their journey or to pick up supplies when arriving here on holiday

We pop in here for a quick meal about once a month. All day breakfast today was very,very good. As good as you’d get in any cafe around. Well cooked and piping hot, what’s not to like.

Decided to use our 50% off all day breakfast today to save me cooking first shock was we were charged £11.58 for two large breakfasts and coffees with 50% off then trying to find a seat without the cooler fans blowing on us was impossible, our coffees were cold before we got breakfasts, my food got cold so quickly I left half, staff who were lovely said everyone complains about the drafts but they can't do anything about it, well it was our first time and last, won't be going again, letter has gone in to query the cost.

Ordered the all-day breakfast and the egg, chips and ham. Both were served up promptly. The presentation was as good as those things can be and considerably better than most other places. Both meals were tasty and non-greasey.

Very disappointed, to start with the member of staff who served me was wearing her own clothes (not a Tesco uniform) so for all I knew she could have been a customer, she also had no hair net. I placed my order and they plated up a sausage, black pudding, beans and tomatoes I was then told that they would bring my food over to me, my plate was left on the 'heated' counter as they told me they needed to cook the bacon and egg, I took my seat and waited. After a few minutes I noticed 3 customers getting served with their breakfast whilst I waited, finally my breakfast arrived and apart from the bacon and egg everything else had been microwaved!! Not what I expected, will not visit again

went in for lunch while waiting for martins tyre to be done,as usual it was well presented piping hot and plenty of it,it was clean and tidy and staff were helpful.

never again not even to reccomend if they dont changed their cook always go tesco for breaky so i thought pop in this one were on our road trip need to fill up tummy to a long day journey but was really disappointed with the breakfast staff not accomodating mood perhaps she woke up in the wrong side of her bed i wish they need to train their staff what a cook food look like before they served

Para la eternidad personal dudoso- incompetentes tostadas el pre-sándwiches preparados (no tienen formación alguna? NO! ). Y eran apenas comestible. Y no era barato, por lo que era. Cíñete a los comestibles, evitar el café.

Mi hermano era buscar un lugar para llenar cuando el aviso de que el era esta tienda Tesco con una estación de gasolina en la carretera principal a holyhead. Por favor, tenga en cuenta que este lugar no estaba en el GPS como un lugar para llenar.

The restaurant was clean the food was very good and hot and was pretty fast. I will go there again for breakfast. I would though like to be able to pick my food and the amounts that i get. I dont like bacon and love sausage. I would like to see more hash browns. I also dislike fried bread and would prefer more beans or something? I would like 2 eggs instead of 1 fried egg over hard and as little as white of the egg as possible. But regardless i loved the food and i will go again. It was clean and cozy and then we where able to finish up my shopping for the day and go home. I took a bit of of a nap when i got home after i put the groceries away and it was a great morning..

Reading the reviews on here , I feel I must have been in a different Tesco ! But no...I checked , it was Llandudno Junction ...Truly awfull food , I had Scampi & chips ..chips cold and overcooked, they even managed to ruin the Scampi , which was cold and leathery, my friend had " ham ? " and cold overcooked chips , just almost inedible , we were hungry and had paid , so ate some of it, I was afterwards ill, as the Scampi was very suspect ... awfull place, and not sure where the nice staff were that people on here are mentioning , No evidence of any today !

we always use this cafe when we do our big shop,staff know us so they really do look after us,well cooked and presented nice and clean,recommend it

This Cafe has been reduced from providing delicious, tasty food, quickly and reasonably priced. To very few selections. Seldom all food in stock. Not very nice when it arrives. Omelette with tomatoes and mushrooms sounded like a tasty light bite. No mushrooms. Dishevelled looking Omelette. Shoddy bit of salad.How sad that in a shop full of tasty food you cannot try any of it on site!Won't be going here again.

There is nothing wrong whatsoever with this cafe. The food is good and the service very polite. One of the young lads serving has moved to another department which is a shame as he went above and beyond with his politeness and greetings.

Went there due to a very poor experience at another establishment & found it clean, well staffed & serving a hearty breakfast at half the price we'd previously paid.Friendly service and a well cooked breakfast made for an excellent, if surprising, visit for our food.

Have coffee every morning to be with Paula and her staff is a tonic on it's. own , she is a first class manageress not to mention the wonderful coffees. they serve .....best in the area .

Opted to use this for breakfast after stay at Premier Inn nearby. Staff very pleasant and welcoming. Food was not outstanding but was OK and suited out purpose.

Stopped here for breakfast while staying at the nearby Premier Inn. Had a really friendly welcome from the staff and the food was quickly cooked for us.The café was comfortable and clean and everything was well presented as well as great value for money. Will definitely return.

Finished the weekly shop & had a bit of time, so had a coffee and cake, all OK standard really, but good that I can keep my shopping trolley nearby whilst I recharge. Once recharged, I then just take the trolley to the car, it saved that unnecessary journey of going back and forth to car with the shopping

The food here is lovely, and a good price. Plus they have a good variety of fruit tea is great (I love fruit tea). Plus the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The manager of the cafe, Paula, is delightful and friendly.

Many supermarkets have their own in-house café/restaurant, and recently my wife and I popped in for lunch at Llandudno junction's Tesco Café after first doing a weekly shop.On first impressions, the seating areas, posters, and food displays all look pretty unappetising but we took the plunge, ordered at the canteen-style counter, then went to sit at a large table by the window... which had a lovely view of a key-cutting shop right outside.Anyway, staff were all hardworking and really friendly, and we were very impressed with our meals. We had both opted for the brunch which included sausages, bacon, egg, chips, beans and tomatoes; the meals looked wonderful on their oval plates, everything was tasty and hot, and we both felt very full and happily satisfied at the end!Two main meals plus two drinks came to around £12, which is very good value for money... and every little helps!!!

There's nothing spectacular about a supermarket cafe menu so this review couldn't be above 3 stars. Having said that the staff were super polite and friendly.

I went here after school with my daughter for tea and to get some shopping. There was not much of a menu considering all of the different foods and tastes available in store. A little imagination is needed for sure. Bog standard microwave lasagne, calorific burgers and the like. I had ham, egg and chips. I asked for beans, but got no beans. The staff member was no where to be seen so I went without my beans. The ham was thinner than wafer thin, cheap and watery. The chips were rock solid. The coffee was good though and the staff were friendly. Will stick to just a coffee in future.

Well what fan I say ??? Went for tea at 425 no fish and chips all that was left was ham egg and chips or scampi.Eggs were well 5 out of 10 chips were hard tasted like had been microwaved won't be visit again

Very hungry but so busy helping a disabled friend do his shopping we eat at Tesco café. Had to queue up and waited and waited eventually got served and chose what we wanted to eat steak pie and chips. Then waited to pay. Same person served us and took the payment after what seemed ages.

There's always a good choice of meals at lunchtime and a different vegetarian option each day. Service is good and the staff are pleasant and friendly and service is fast. The café area is always clean and there are plenty of free condiments and clean cutlery.I've had a few meals at the café and each time the meal is fresh, tasty and comes with a number of options such as salad or chips/potatoes and vegetables. There are often special deals of a combined meal and a drink too. There's a range of coffees, teas and soft drinks, all reasonably priced. Pleasant and enjoyable all round, what more could you ask for!

Really hungry, no food in nearby RSPB and so went there. Very few people in cafe but the waitress was really nice. Sandwich was ok, but would go again.

I recently bought a cooked breakfast in the Tesco Llandudno Junction cafe on the spur of the moment before doing the weekly shop. It's been a while since I've eaten here and in the past I wasn't always satisfied with the quality but this time however it was fine. The food was ok, the price was reasonable and the lady serving was very pleasant and helpful. The only problem is that for some reason Tesco have allowed a car park scam company to "manage" the car park (which I sure would make no sense to anyone familiar with this location) so if you're planning on shopping as well as eating here you have to gulp down your food or run the risk of receiving a fake parking ticket from the scammers.

I suppose this is good for a super market cafe- you do get what you pay for. Food is what it is, the children like the bag to fill with snacks. However, the staff here are exceptionally nice and very helpful. They clearly get to know the regulars and go above and beyond to speak to people. Well done all- and thanks

Its staff are always freindly,its kept clean,food is excellent too,and repeat visits we have made tell us its consistent.I think its not a bad place for food at decent prices,a snack or a meal..
